Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) adalah sebuah aspek pentinh dalam perkembangan anak pada usia 0-5 tahun, periode yang sering disebut sebagai masa emas. Pada fase ini, memberikan stimulasi yang tepat sangat penting. PAUD berperan dalam menstimulasi berbagai aspek perkembangan anak, mencakup nilai agama dan moral, kognitif, bahasa, sosial emosional, seni, serta fisik motorik. Ini akan mempermudah anak dalam menempuh jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. Mencapai pembelajaran yang berkualitas dan menarik, peran media pembelajaran sangat dibutuhkan. Media pembelajaran membantu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang efektif, sehingga anak lebih mudah memahami materi dan perkembangan mereka dapat distimulasi dengan lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan dan efektivitas media pembelajaran "APE apel keberuntungan" dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir logis anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (Penelitian dan Pengembangan) dengan model ADDIE, yang meliputi tahapan Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Validator dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas ahli materi dan ahli media. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pra-eksperimental dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 26 anak dari kelompok B di TK Islam Al-Fatah, yang dipilih dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen penilaian berbentuk lembar penilaian. Pendekatan analisis data dalam penelitian ini memakai Paired Sample T-test. Penilaian dari ahli materi menunjukkan skor 89%, ahli media memberi skor 91%, dan uji pengguna oleh guru menghasilkan skor 87%, 92%, dan 95%. Dari hasil uji efektivitas, nilai Signifikasi (2-tailed) adalah 0,000, yang berarti p < 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05. Karena nilai signifikansi ini lebih kecil dari 0,05, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, menunjukkan adanya perbedaan rata-rata antara pretest dan posttest dengan peningkatan skor pada posttest. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan APE Apel Keberuntungan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir logis anak usia 5-6 tahun.

Abstract

The dating behavior of today's students has changed from the way it was in the past. Dating can be defined as the feeling of liking the opposite sex. But now a days it has been found that dating is like a husband and wife who can live in one house or a place where they can spend time together, such as in a boarding house. In the dating style of students in the city of Jambi, students no longer ignore the people around them; it even becomes a habit in the boarding environment around the city of Jambi. Many students start dating without knowing exactly what they are doing. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses descriptive analysis. This research is qualitative and uses descriptive analysis. The purpose of descriptive analysis is to provide an overview and understanding of the phenomena that occur in the field of student dating behavior. Observation, interviews, and documentation are the methods used to collect data in this study. Social control theory, labeling theory, and identity theory were used to analyze the results of the study, which showed that the behavior of free dating in the boarding house environment was increasingly troubling.

Abstract

The case of speech delay children in PAUD institutions in Ponorogo District has a high increase, there are 11 children who experience speech delays in PAUD. This study determined 4 speech delay children as research subjects. The TPR (Total Physical Response) method is applied to the learning process of speech delay children. This study aims to analyse the effect of Total Physical Response (TPR) method on language and cognitive development of speech delay children in PAUD. This research method is quantitative with the research design used for data analysis, namely the untreated control group design with pretest and postest which is a type of Control Group Time-Series Experiment, namely by conducting a pretest and posttest. The data collection technique is direct observation of the research subject during learning activities, and direct observation through documents of work, photos and videos of speech delay children. The results of observational data collected and analysed, as well as testing stated that there was an effect of the TPR method on the language and cognitive development of speech delay children in PAUD with evidence of the Wilcoxon test results which showed that language skills obtained an Asymp.Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.03 <0.05, while cognitive ability obtained an Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) 0.011 < 0.05. For future research, it is recommended to conduct research on the effect of the TPR method on other aspects of development, namely religious and moral values, social emotional, physical motor and art.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of STEAM learning using Loose Parts on the cognitive and artistic abilities of children aged 5-6 years. The research employs a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental Design. The subjects consist of 48 children divided into experimental and control groups. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the Mann-Whitney U Test, yielding a p-value of < 0.001 (α = 0.05), indicating a significant difference between the two groups. The findings confirm that STEAM learning with Loose Parts has a positive impact on enhancing young children's cognitive and artistic abilities. This approach not only stimulates creativity and problem-solving skills but also improves logical thinking and artistic expression. Therefore, integrating Loose Parts into STEAM learning can be an effective strategy for optimizing early childhood development.

Abstract

As an effort to strengthen the organizational culture of the Minister of BUMN, the Ministry of BUMN has set the core values of AKHLAK, which stands for Trust, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative, to be applied throughout the scope of BUMN companies. This study aims to see the effect of the application of moral core values on employee work productivity at PTPN 1 Regional 7 Lampung. This study uses a quantitative method obtained from questionnaires. The population in this study is 426 employees of PTPN 1 regional 7 in Lampung, the determination of the sample in this study uses the slovin formula so that the number of samples taken is 81 respondents. The data analysis techniques used were instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests. From the results of data processing with SPSS version 26, it shows that the application of moral core values has an influence on employee work productivity at PTPN 1 Regional 7 Lampung.

Abstract

Abstrak: Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi, media sosial telah menjadi platform yang sangat berpengaruh dalam kehidupan sosial. Namun, keberadaan media sosial juga membuka ruang bagi munculnya berbagai bentuk kejahatan siber (cyber crime). Kejahatan ini dapat mencakup penipuan, pencurian data pribadi, perundungan daring (cyberbullying), hingga penyebaran konten ilegal. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bahaya cyber crime serta cara menghadapinya. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan memiliki peran penting dalam mengurangi dampak cyber crime dengan meningkatkan kesadaran, etika digital, dan pemahaman hukum di kalangan masyarakat. Artikel ini mengulas peran pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam menghadapi tantangan cyber crime dan pentingnya literasi digital di era media social. Artikel ini membahas hubungan antara cyber crime di media sosial dengan pendidikan kewarganegaraan serta strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan bahaya tersebut.Along with the rapid development of information technology, social media has become a very influential platform in social life. However, the existence of social media also opens up space for the emergence of various forms of cybercrime. These crimes can include fraud, theft of personal data, cyberbullying, and the spread of illegal content. Civic education has an important role in shaping people's character and knowledge about the dangers of cyber crime and how to deal with it. Civic education has an important role in reducing the impact of cyber crime by increasing awareness, digital ethics, and legal understanding among the public. This article reviews the role of civic education in facing the challenges of cyber crime and the importance of digital literacy in the era of social media. This article discusses the relationship between cybercrime on social media and civic education and strategies that can be applied to increase public awareness of these dangers.

Abstract

Indonesia menghadapi ancaman terhadap kelestarian lingkungan hidup yang semakin meningkat. Tantangan-tantangan lingkungan yang harus dihadapi semakin besar, seperti pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan. Tantangan-tantangan tersebut merupakan akibat kurang bertanggungjawab dan tidak peduli lingkungan. Sikap peduli lingkungan dan tanggung jawab merupakan hasil dari proses pendidikan. PjBL merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk menanamkan sikap peduli lingkungan dan tanggung jawab pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis pengaruh Project Based Learning terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan dan tanggung jawab pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain Quasi Experimental Design. Desain quasi eksperimen yang digunakan adalah Nonrandomized Control Group Design. Terdapat dua kelompok pada penelitian kuasi eksperimen, kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Kelompok kontrol menggunakan model pembelajaran kelompok. Kelompok eksperimen yang diberikan suatu perlakuan menggunakan model PjBL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan μ Eksperimen ¹ μ Kontrol dan P < 0,001 untuk kedua variabel terikat sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh PjBL terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan dan tanggung jawab pada anak usia 5-6 tahun.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of the family in developing children's religious character in Tanjung Baru Village, West Lampung. In the era of modernization, there is a shift in traditional values that influence parenting and education patterns in the family. The family has a crucial role as the first institution that shapes character and instills religious values in children. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach, namely collecting data through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The research subjects were families with children under 11 years old in Tanjung Baru Village. The results of the research show that families in Tanjung Baru Village apply several strategies in developing children's religious character, including through direct teaching, providing role models, habituation in daily life, motivation, and enforcing rules. Direct teaching involves instilling religious values through home learning, such as teaching prayers and reading the Koran. Parents provide role models through attitudes and behavior that reflect religious values. Habits are implemented through religious routines, such as congregational prayers and attending recitations. Motivation is given in the form of appreciation for children's positive behavior, while enforcement of rules is carried out to form discipline and religious responsibility. However, this research also found that there are challenges in developing children's religious character, such as the influence of the social environment, limited access to formal religious education, and changes in lifestyle due to modernization. To overcome these challenges, parents are trying to strengthen communication, increase involvement in religious activities, and collaborate with formal educational institutions and religious communities.

Abstract

Kurangnya minat anak zaman sekarang untuk belajar dan mewarisi kebudayaan lokal menjadi salah satu masalah yang serius. Anak-anak sebagai generasi penerus memiliki kewajiban mempertahankan dan melestarikan budaya lokal bangsa meskipun sedang tinggal di negara lain. Salah satu cara melestarikan budaya bangsa Indonesia melalui melalui edukasi untuk memperkaya pengetahuannya tentang kebudayaan lokal.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dimana menggunakan dua kelas yaitu kelas kontrol dan eksperimen yang digunakan sebagai perbandingan dari perlakuan yang diterapkan pada salah satu kelas. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan anak didik di SIKL. Kemudian teknik pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen angket penilaian kreativitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran Eco-Print memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kreativitas anak didik pada pembuatan budaya lokal indonesia yaitu batik. Dimana dalam prosesnya anak didik berperan aktif dan dapat mengeksplor serta menciptakan pola batik baru sesuai dengan latar belakang budaya mereka masing-masing.
