Abstract

Psoriasis vulgaris is a significant health problem and up to 30% of the patients are most likely to develop psoriatic arthritis. Secukinumab, an interleukin-17A (IL-17A) inhibitor, is used to treat patients with moderate-to-severe plaques associated with psoriatic arthritis. The aim of this case report was to highlight the efficacy of secukinumab treatment in a patient with both psoriasis vulgaris and psoriatic arthritis focusing the how to balance the benefits and adverse effects. A 36-year-old female came to Dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital, Banda Aceh, Indonesia with chief complaint of itchy and scaly red plaques almost all over the body. The patient also experienced pain in both knees, both ankle joints and index finger as well as thumb in the right hand in the last year. The patient was diagnosed with psoriasis vulgaris and psoriatic arthritis, then treated with phototherapy and 15 mg of oral methotrexate each week for four weeks. Due to no improvement of the initial treatment, the patient received emollient and secukinumab at a dose of 300 mg/week subcutaneously for five weeks. The lesions began to disappear and the joint pain began to relieve. Secukinumab therapy was continued with a dose of 300 mg/month for six months. However, after six months, the patient complained of acnes appeared on the face. Therefore, the maintenance dose of secukinumab was decreased to 150 mg/month. After the reduced maintenance therapy was given, the patient came back with no complained of acnes. The erythematous plaques on trunk, back, arms and legs have subsided, as well as the joint pain. This case highlights that in a moderate-to-severe psoriasis associated with psoriatic arthritis, secukinumab is highly effective. However, since the potential adverse effects, education and regular follow-up are needed to analyze the success of the treatment and to be able to manage the adverse effects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the MBKM Teaching Assistance program in institutions as an effort to realize independent learning. So far, students and teachers have been teaching and learning to get high scores in exams so that learning is monotonous and does not hone students' skills at the primary, secondary and tertiary education levels. As a result, the quality of graduates does not have the competencies needed by the world of work. The government is trying to overcome this problem through the Merdeka Belajar policy. One of the Merdeka Belajar programs for students is Teaching Assistance by involving students to help institutions carry out fun teaching and learning activities. This case study research was conducted at one of the institutions in Pare through observation, interviews and document analysis. The results showed that the MBKM Teaching Assistance program by sending students as agents of change to institutions has helped the implementation of teaching and learning activities. Students, teachers and students are very enthusiastic despite facing various challenges. Students hope that there will be sustainable changes in teaching and learning activities after the MBKM Teaching Assistance program ends.

Abstract

Livedoid Vasculitis (LV) is a thrombo-occlusive vasculopathy involving dermal vessels, especially in the lower extremities. Clinical symptoms of LV are chronic, recurrent, scarring, and painful purpuric ulcers. Diagnosing and providing therapy for LV is a challenge because there are no standard guidelines. We present clinical insights and diagnostic approaches on two cases of LV to improve early diagnosis and prevent misdiagnosis, which were confirmed based on history, dermatological examination, and skin biopsy. In the first case, it was a woman, 23 years old, who came with complaints of a blackish-red rash appearing on both legs. There were scars on several parts of the patient's legs, which felt painful, and the legs looked swollen. On histopathological examination, fibrin deposition in the vessel walls, endothelial proliferation, and intraluminal hyaline thrombin were found. In the second case, it was a man, 19 years old, who came with complaints of pain when walking accompanied by wounds on both lower legs. On histopathological examination, fibrin deposition in the vessel walls, endothelial proliferation, and intraluminal hyaline thrombin were found. The conclusion from the histopathology results was LV. After receiving therapy, both cases showed improvement: swelling in the legs was reduced, red and black rashes began to disappear, ulcers improved, pain decreased, and scars became blurred. These two cases provide examples of success in diagnosing LV. Being able to diagnose LV early and correctly is very important so that adequate therapy can be given and good outcomes can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the use of the suggestopedia method in teaching English Grammar as one of the primary methods for understanding Grammar material. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of case study. The research location is in the Al Hamidiyah area of the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school student cottage and for research subject in special classes for student linguistics including two language teachers as primary informant subject and one student as secondry informants subject. Meanwhile, the data collection used in this study included direct observation and unstructured interviews in determining the data's accuracy. The data analysis technique consists of the stages of collecting data, preparing it for analysis, analyzing it, and then concluding the analysis. The results obtained from the application of the suggestopedia method are the increasing understanding of students in participating in Grammar lessons because students are invited to understand the core of the material in an enjoyable and calming way, namely by good class arrangement and being given soothing music accompaniment. The implication is that students' understanding of learning can be achieved with variations in the learning carried out by the teacher so that students do not feel anxious and enjoy themselves in class.

Abstract

Intisari. Tujuan penelitian ini membuat inovasi alat evaluasi pembelajaran seni makna tari berbasis game online, berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan bahwa dijumpai SMP N 1 Wanasari belum mengaplikasikan model evaluasi berbasis online. Berdasarkan assessment di lapangan SMP N 1 Wanasari masih menggunakan alat evaluasi konvensional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah RND. Resert kualitatif digunakan untuk menjaring data empiris analisis data kebutuhan, resert kuantitatif digunakan untuk menguji validitas dan reabilitas inovasi evaluasi game quiziz “flip tiles”. Pengembangan yang dihasilkan alat evaluasi pembelajaran sesuai kekinian mengacu kurikulum Merdeka belajar. penelitian menunjukan bahwa evaluasis berbasis game online quiziz flip tiles sangat evisien dan praktis digunakan oleh siswa sma. 90% peserta didik dapat menjawab siswa dengan bagus. Simpulan penelitian menunjukan bahwa model evaluasi berbasis game online quiziz “flip tiles” sangat di perlukan peserta didik memenuhi kriteria kurikulum Merdeka yang mengacu pada pembelajaran inovatif.Kata kunci: evaluasi pembelajaran, pembelajaran tari, tari lenggang nyai, game online, flip tiles Abstract. This research aims to innovate an online game-based dance learning evaluation tool based on a needs analysis at SMP N 1 Wanasari which has not yet implemented an online-based evaluation model. Based on field assessments, SMP N 1 Wanasari still uses conventional evaluation tools. The research method used is RND. Qualitative research is used to collect data for empirical analysis of data needs, quantitative research is used to test the validity and reliability of flip tile quiz game evaluation innovations. Development that produces contemporary learning evaluation tools that refer to the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. Research shows that online game-based flip tile quiz evaluation is very efficient and practical for use by high school students. 90% of students can answer students well. The research conclusion shows that the evaluation model based on the online flip tile quiz game really requires students to meet the Merdeka criteria which refer to innovative learning.Keywords: bamboo music, music learning, south kalimantan music cultural capital

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan (1) sejarah tari Batik Jlamprang di Kota Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah, (2) peranan tari Batik Jlamprang sebagai simbol presentasional identitas budaya Kota Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah, dan (3) bentuk penyajian Batik Jlamprang di Kota Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tari Batik Jlamprang digunakan sebagai simbol presentasional identitas budaya Kota Pekalongan agar kota tersebut dapat dikenal oleh masyarakat luas, (2) tari Batik Jlampang menggambarkan proses membatik motif Jlamprang, (3) Bentuk Penyajian tari Batik Jlamprang dapat dilihat dari beberapa elemen pertunjukan yaitu gerak, iringan, tata busana, tata rias, jumlah penari, dan perlengkapan menari, 4) Upaya pemerintah Kota Pekalongan untuk melestarikan tari Batik Jlamprang adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan, lomba, dan festival tari Batik Jlamprang. Simpulan yang di peroleh yaitu : masih ada celah tari Batik Jlamprang” dapat berkolaborasi dengan musik modern ataupun lainnya agar menarik dan lebih dapat diterima kaum muda serta yang tetap Kota Pekalongan. Kata Kunci: Bentuk Penyajian, Identitas Budaya, Tari Batik Jlamprang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain how the mathematical activities in the salt ponds in Kebonangung Village are not realized by the coastal communities and students of the mathematical concepts related to ethnomathematics in mathematical activities in the salt ponds. This type of research is an ethnographic qualitative research method. Data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The instrument in this study consisted of the main instrument, namely the researcher himself and auxiliary instruments in the form of interview guidelines, observation sheets, and documentation tools. The data validity technique used is method triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this study are salt ponds which have mathematical concepts including: (1). Rotation and circles that are on the windmill, (2). The rectangular shape found in the salt field, (3). Arithmetic sequences contained in the yield of each per tribe.

Abstract

This research aims to discover the results of the innovation of learning evaluation of Golek Kudup Sari Dance based on anagram games at SMPN 2 Bumijawa.  In general, the dance learning model at SMPN 2 Bumijawa is still conventional including the evaluation process. Furthermore, an online media-based learning and evaluation process was developed. The research method used in this research is Research and Development. The data collected in this research is qualitative data in the form of empirical data. The results showed that anagram game-based evaluation is very efficient to be applied to dance learning at SMPN 2 Bumijawa. The conclusion obtained in the research is that anagram-based Golek Kudup Sari Dance learning is needed by teachers and students as an innovative curriculum implementation. In a sustainable manner, the process of learning dance through online games at SMPN 2 Bumijawa is expected to continue to be applied and developed further.

Abstract

The study aims to find out the values of leadership ethics in Murwakala play. which is beneficial to society in empowering the existence of the puppet. The position of puppeteers in Central Java is now farther away from the younger generation and society. The preferred method is through an objective method to find out the design of performance according to contemporary tastes, as well as referring to the theory of structuralism in order to uncover the meaning of the textual and contextual performance. Method of observation, interview and documentation are also used, in order to get comprehensive data. The results showed the findings of the ethics of leadership from the teachings of puppet plays Murwakala Asthabrata or eight teachings contained in nature into eight figures in the play, which synergized with the nature of the universe, such as the nature of clouds, rain, water, stars, moon, sun, fire, ocean and earth. The findings are collaborative performances Murwakala played in the new format, according to contemporary tastes, semi-theatrical performances. Another finding is souvenirs designs and culinary business run with team leadership ethics, to enhance the creative industry and economy, establish a relationship with buyers and affiliated institutions, with a supporting program of stakeholders.

Abstract

SMK Karya Utama Dolok Masihul sebagai institusi pendidikan menengah kejuruan memiliki komitmen untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran seni budaya, termasuk seni rupa, guna mendukung pengembangan potensi siswa dalam bidang tersebut. Dalam konteks ini, penilaian berkala terhadap pemahaman sub materi menjadi penting untuk memastikan bahwa tujuan pembelajaran tercapai dengan baik. Penerapan asesmen bulanan melalui media Quizizz dipilih karena memiliki beberapa keunggulan, antara lain kemudahan akses, fleksibelitas waktu, dan interaktivitas yang tinggi. Dengan menggunakan platfrom digital seperti Quizizz, diharapkan proses asesmen menjadi lebih menarik bagi siswa dan memungkinkan guru untuk memantau perkembangan pemahaman mereka secara lebih efektif. Bagaimana upaya dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran seni rupa, serta kebutuhan akan evaluasi terhadap efektivitas penggunaannya dalam mendukung pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yang meliputi empat tahapan yaitu: define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan), dan disseminate (penyebaran) (Trianto, 2018: 65). Penelitian ini diadaptasi hanya sampai pada tahap develop (pengembangan). Model ini dipilih karena tahapannya jelas, runtut, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perancangan media asesmen bulanan sub materi seni rupa pada bidang studi seni budaya kelas X menggunakan Quizizz. Pengembangan ini menghasilkan asesmen bulanan sebanyak 6 soal pilihan berganda yang berorientasi pada hierarki level kognitif taksonomi bloom yang melalui 3 prosedur pengembangan yaitu: 1) define: membuat dan menentukan sub materi yang diangkat pada pengembangan media asesmen, 2) design: membuat rancangan materi dengan menggunakan teori taksonomi bloom dalam 6 soal, 3) develop: pemindahan dan pengembangan media ke Quizizz dalam soal yang berbentuk multiple choice.
