Abstract

Critical thinking ability is a high-level thinking ability that aims to make reasonable decisions to help the problem solving process actively and skillfully in analyzing, applying and evaluating information obtained or resulting from observations of elementary school students. The learning model is one of the important things in creating an active, creative, effective and enjoyable learning process. The PAKEM model is an appropriate model to use in the learning process. This research aims to determine the critical thinking abilities of class VI students using the PAKEM model in science learning at SD Negeri 78 Palembang. This research uses an experimental method with a quantitative approach. The subjects in this research are 25 VIC class elementary school students. Data collection techniques in this research use observation, tests, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the normality test, homogeneity test and T-Test. The results of this research found that there were 8 students with high critical thinking skills, with a score range of 85-100, getting a percentage of 32%. Medium critical thinking ability, totaling 12 students, with a score range of 75-80, got a percentage of 48% and low critical thinking ability, totaling 5 students, with a score range of 65-70, got a percentage of 20%. The results of the critical thinking skills of class VIC students using the PAKEM model in science learning at SD Negeri 78 Palembang overall students reached 82.4% in the good category.

Abstract

Program optimalisasi digital marketing di Sentra Wisata Kuliner (SWK) Semolowaru, Surabaya, bertujuan meningkatkan omzet bisnis kuliner melalui strategi digital. Terletak di Kelurahan Semolowaru, SWK ini memiliki potensi besar berkat keberagaman kuliner tradisional dan lokasi strategis, namun menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan digital, infrastruktur komunikasi yang kurang memadai, persaingan tinggi, serta akses pelatihan yang terbatas. Solusi yang ditawarkan mencakup pelatihan digital marketing, peningkatan infrastruktur komunikasi, program dukungan bisnis, dan workshop kreator konten. Target utama adalah meningkatkan omzet bisnis kuliner lokal sebesar 20% dalam enam bulan. Tujuan spesifik lainnya meliputi peningkatan jumlah pengunjung, pelanggan melalui platform digital, dan produksi konten media sosial. Program ini diukur dari pertumbuhan pengunjung, pelanggan digital, dan konsistensi konten media sosial. Tahapan pelaksanaannya meliputi persiapan, pengurusan izin, focus group discussion (FGD), pembuatan modul digital marketing, sosialisasi, pelatihan, workshop, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan omzet, jumlah wisatawan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital oleh pelaku usaha. Dalam jangka panjang, program ini ditujukan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis kuliner, memperbaiki infrastruktur wisata, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengembangan pariwisata lokal.

Abstract

The policies prepared by the government to accelerate digital transformation in Indonesia can be considered ready, both in terms of infrastructure, human resources (HR), and government regulations. This is evident from the projects that have been implemented by the government. From the explanations previously presented, it is stated that the number of internet users in Indonesia has been increasing year by year. This is also influenced by the fact that during the COVID-19 pandemic, digital technology users were facilitated in carrying out their activities. This digital transformation requires the community to adapt to new habits, encouraging them to innovate and find ways to sustain their livelihoods by utilizing digital technology. As a result, people will become accustomed to these changes, transitioning into a digital economy society. Indonesia's readiness to accelerate digital transformation is almost fully prepared, though there are minor obstacles in the field that are sometimes beyond the government's control.

Abstract

   Ekstravasasi kemoterapi adalah infiltrasi terapi antikanker sistemik yang tidak disengaja ke dalam jaringan subkutan atau subdermal di sekitar lokasi injeksi. Manifestasi klinis dapat terjadi segera atau beberapa waktu setelah pemberian obat kemoterapi. Secara klinis terjadi iritasi pembuluh darah, iskemik vaskular, dan akhirnya menyebabkan nekrosis pada kulit. Dilaporkan adanya kasus ekstravasasi akibat kemoterapi dengan cisplatin dan 5-fluorourasil (5-FU). Keluhan yang dialami adalah bercak merah disertai dengan bintik merah yang nyeri pada beberapa bagian tubuh setelah mendapat kemoterapi yang diinjeksikan pada lengan bawah kanan. Lesi kulit muncul setelah beberapa hari mendapat obat kemoterapi. Secara klinis terlihat papul eritema pada pipi kanan, leher kiri dan kanan, dan plak eritema linier dengan ukuran bervariasi, dan papul eritema yang tersebar di sekitarnya. Pasien diberi terapi dengan kortikosteroid potensi sedang selama 1 minggu dan tampak lesi mengalami perbaikan. Terapi spesifik untuk kasus ekstravasasi akibat kemoterapi belum ada, yang paling utama penentuan lokasi, kanula dan prosedur penyuntikan secara tepat sehingga risiko terjadinya ekstravasasi dapat dicegah.

Abstract

This study explores the role of creativity of art and culture teachers in teaching music ensembles at SMP Regina Pacis Surakarta. Creativity is an important element in developing students' musical skills and values, such as cooperation, discipline, and appreciation for cultural arts. Using a qualitative approach with an exploratory research design, this study reveals the strategies and methods used by teachers to guide students in creating unique and high-quality music ensembles. The results show that the teacher, Mr. Nugroho Purna Widiyanto, S.Pd., implements creative teaching methods such as demonstration, practice, and peer tutoring, as well as creatively arranging traditional songs to enhance students' interest and understanding of music. This research emphasizes the importance of a creative approach in teaching music to motivate and inspire students, as well as help them develop strong musical abilities and character.

Abstract

A taxonomic status of Pucuk Seminyak plant is still unclear. This plant has a fruit like Melinjo (Gnetum gnemon) fruit and is often classified as a member of Gnetaceae family. This study aims to determine the taxonomic status of Pucuk Seminyak from Riau using trnL-trnL-trnF intergenic spacer (IGS) and matK sequences. Methods included leaf samples from three individuals collected from the Kampar Regency, Riau Province, total DNA extraction, electrophoresis, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and data analysis. The results showed that the trnL-trnL-trnF IGS DNA sequences from the three samples of Pucuk Seminyak were obtained 937 bp length, while the matK had a size of 775 bp. These sequences have been registered in GenBank with registration numbers OQ174512, OQ174513, and OQ174514 for trnL-trnL-trnF IGS, and OQ174525, OQ174526, and OQ174527 for matK. The highest similarity was found between Pucuk Seminyak and Champereia manillana with an identity value of 99.67% based on trnL-trnL-trnF IGS and 99.74% based on matK. BLASTn analysis by default settings and organism Champereia (taxid: 50116) resulted in hits on the Champereia genus of the Opiliaceae. Further phylogenetic analysis placed the study objects in the Champereia clade (bootstrap support 49 for trnL-trnL-trnF, 68 for matK, and 71 for concatenated sequences). Lastly, identification by morphological characters also confirmed that the specimen agreed with the description and identification key for C. manillana. The species is classified into two varieties: var. longistaminea and var. manillana. The former was distributed in Southwest China, and the latter was distributed in Malesia to India. Furthermore, the phylogenetic analysis separated the two varieties into different clades. Therefore, it can be concluded that our specimen of Pucuk Seminyak is identified as C. manillana var. manillana Merr. (Opiliaceae).

Abstract

Research has been carried out on the anti-inflammatory activity test of the ethanol extract of Sungkai leaf (Peronema canescens Jack) with the red blood cell membrane stabilization method. Purpose of study was to determine the anti-inflammatory activity the effect of the concentration of ethanol extract of sungkai leaves. Anti-inflammatory activity can be determined by measuring stability red blood cells, looking at absorbance of  decomposition of hemoglobin so that the percentage of stability is obtained. Variations in the concentration of the test solution made were 4 variations in concentration, namely 15, 30, 60 and 120 ppm. The extract's ability to reduce inflammation. was then compared standard ibuprofen. Based on the study's findings, the percentage of erythrocyte membrane stability of sungkai leaf extract sequentially with concentrations of 15, 30, 60 and 120 ppm was 2.24%, 32.61%, 37.72%, 44.31%, while the comparison (ibuprofen) The percentage of erythrocyte membrane stability, respectively, with concentrations of 15, 30, 60 and 120 ppm were 24.1%, 36.2%, 49.4%, 63.4% and control 0.98%. The data from study were analyzed using one-way ANOVA which was followed by Duncan test. From this research is isconcluded The activity that reduces inflammation of the ethanolic extract of the sungkai leaf variation of the concentration regarding ethanolic extract of sungkai leaf (Peronema canescens Jack) gave an influence on the anti-inflammatory activity with an increase in the proportion of the stability of the red blood cell membrane following The rise in the concentration of the ethanol extractf the sungkai leaf.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendekatan saintifik melalui Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIID SMP Negeri 2 Gamping. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh skor minat belajar siswa tergolong dalam kriteria rendah (skor 66,84). Hasil tes prestasi belajar matematika juga masih kurang memuaskan, dengan tidak adanya siswa yang tuntas (nilai  75). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Hasil siklus pertama menunjukkan persentase siswa yang tuntas dalam tes prestasi belajar meningkat menjadi 53,13%. Demikian juga dengan minat belajar juga meningkat ke kategori sedang (skor 82,81). Selanjutnya, di siklus 2 minat belajar kembali meningkat ke kategori tinggi (skor 92,28). Demikian juga dengan persentase siswa yang tuntas dalam prestasi belajar meningkat menjadi 78,13%.

Abstract

The learning model is a pattern or steps in learning that are applied so that the expected learning outcomes are achieved more effectively and efficiently. The model chosen must be by the characteristics of the class. Besides that, students have a tendency not to listen to the teacher's explanation if they are less involved in the process. Then, the carousel Feedback learning model can present the missing element, which is more involved students in the learning process. This study aims to determine the effect of the Carousel Feedback learning model on students' mathematical problem-solving skills. The research method used is quantitative with a pseudo-experimental design (nonequivalent control group design). The research was conducted on VIII grade students at MTs Nuraniyah, involving 40 students in the experimental class and 42 students in the control class. The material used was Two-Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV). The results showed that the mathematical problem-solving ability of students taught with the Carousel Feedback model was higher than the conventional model. The average post-test score of the experimental class was 76,58, which was higher than the control class score of  68,14. N-gain analysis showed an increase of 0,45 (medium category) for the experimental class and 0,24 (low category) for the control class. The t-test resulted in a significant value of 0,00 > 0,001, indicating a significant effect on the learning outcomes.
