Abstract

Bireuen Qanun Regulation Number 15 Year 2011 concerning Waste Management is a rule used in implementing a policy regarding Waste Management at the Environmental Service, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency implemented to determine the stages of waste reduction, waste handling stages and obstacles in implementing waste management. The purpose of waste management is to improve public health and environmental quality as well as to make waste as a resource that has economic value in Juang City District, Bireuen Regency, currently the garbage around it is very necessary for waste management action both through the stages of reducing and handling waste in an integrated, planned manner. and systematic which can be accounted for later properly. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research on the Implementation of Waste Management Policy at the waste reduction and handling stages still use a transport and disposal system so there is no waste management process at the TPA, facilities and budget resources are still lacking due to limited facilities and infrastructure to be able to transport and manage waste, lack of clarity regarding information on the socialization of the Government with the community and the incompatibility of positions with expertise so that it is obstructed regarding the placement of authority they have.

Abstract

Kerjasama merupakan salah satu bentuk intraksi sosial. Dengan kata lain kerjasama merupakan suatu usaha bersama antara orang perorangan atau kelompok untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu.Dengan demikian kerjasama yaitusesuatu yang dilakukan dua orang atau lebih dalam berinteraksi agar dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Namunkeunggulan yang sering terjadi terlihat dari kemampuan para guru dalam membangun hubungan yang harmonis dengan mengikuti perkembangan pendidikan saat ini. Hal ini, yang terjadi diSMPN 2 Banda Aceh yaitu unggul dalam pembelajaran, penguasaan ilmu komunikasi dan komputerisasi, unggul dalam sekolah yang berbudaya lingkungan, dan unggul dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia.sehingga, peneliti tertarik meneliti di SMPN 2 banda Aceh dan peneliti ingin mengamati apa strategi, kontribusi, dan kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam membangun  kerjasama yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membangunkerjasama guru, mengetahui kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membangun kerjasama guru, dan mengetahui kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam mempengaruhi kerjasama guru di SMPN 2 Banda Aceh.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Subyek penelitianadalah kepala sekolah, dua orang guru, dan satu orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membangun kerjasama guru yaitu: strategi kepala sekolah sebagai penentu arah, strategi kepala sekolah sebagai wakil dan jurubicara, strategi kepala sekolah sebagai komunikator yang aktif, strategi kepala sekolah sebagai mediator, dan strategi kepala sekolah sebagai integrator. Kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membangun kerjasama guru yaitu: kontribusi antar peribadi dan kontribusi yang berhubungan dengan informasi. Kemampuan kepala sekolah dalammempengaruhi kerjasama guru SMPN 2 Banda Aceh dilihat dari kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam mengelola sebuah lembaga pendidikan dan kemampuan kepala sekolah bagian dari masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate how the management of Mardani Ali Sera’s Instagram account @Mardanialisera towards increasing positive netizen comments in the 2024 legislative elections. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and analysis of the types and frequencies of posted content, as well as the interactions between the account and its followers. The results show that the Instagram usage strategy has a significant impact on Mardani Ali Sera's electability. The strategy includes, first, building a consistent content flow with the 3A principles (Safe, Fun, Cool) and raising criticism that fosters public discussion. Second, utilizing Instagram features such as Reels, Live, Comment, Like, Direct Message, and Share to effectively convey political messages. Additionally, the use of ads and promotions strengthens interactions with Generation Z, the main consumers of internet technology. Third, Instagram allows Mardani Ali Sera to build a unique news pattern, following the "bad news is good news" principle, and to collaborate with communities to enhance public trust.

Abstract

This research discusses the study of takhrij hadith regarding tenderness in the family. This research is descriptive research using library methods and approaches to the study of takhrij hadith, normative and historical. The literary sources used are the Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal Book as a primary source. The results of this research are the quality of the hadith narrated by Ahmad ibn Hanbal No. 24,427 regarding a gentle attitude in the family is a sign of good quality and is valid, this is reflected in the results of the takhrij carried out. A family that is filled with various goodness or happiness means that Allah has indeed given tenderness to that family, or it could be the other way around, because of the tenderness that exists in the family, a family gets various goodness that keeps it intact, harmonious and meaningful.

Abstract

One of the pulp processing industries in North Sumatra has the basic raw material of the eucalyptus tree. Based on observations in the fiber line department in 2020, there is a difference between the period of required capacity and the period of existing capacity, where the required capacity is greater than the existing capacity. This is because the processing time is quite long and the company's expenditure target is too high. Analysis of existing capacity will be carried out against the required capacity using the RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning) method. The maximum effective output obtained by the company based on the company's current capacity is 139,429 tons and after adding working days the maximum effective output that the company can produce is 186,286 tons. Where after increasing working days the capacity of the company increases. The solution to achieve the capacity required by the company is to work overtime, subcontract with other companies, adjust the production plan by reducing the production target according to the existing capacity period, carry out scheduled machine maintenance, and in the long run, replace the machine during washing. and workstations for refining, bleaching and pulping machines.

Abstract

The 5S concept (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) is a workplace management method aimed at improving efficiency, safety, and production quality through sorting, organizing, cleaning, standardizing, and instilling good work habits. This study was conducted at PT XYZ, a palm oil processing company, with the objective of evaluating the implementation of the 5S method. The study found that the company’s application of the 5S concept was still relatively low, particularly in the aspects of Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, and Seiketsu. Key challenges included material piles, lack of cleanliness in the production area, and minimal maintenance of machinery and equipment. To address these issues, various improvement proposals were made, such as regular workplace cleaning, better material organization, and employee training to enhance responsibility and work discipline. Following the implementation of these proposed improvements, the assessment score for the 5S method increased from 40% to 75.55%. The results of this study indicate that the proper implementation of the 5S method can improve production efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety, with positive impacts on the overall performance of the company.

Abstract

One of the palm oil processing industries in West Sumatra has raw materials in the form of fresh fruit bunches that come from their own farms and the community. In the processing process, there is a problem of loss of palm oil in the production process. This will affect the quality of the product, so the quality in the production process needs to be controlled, which is boiling. Based on the results of preliminary observations, the boiling station experienced loss of palm oil in condensate water discharge and loss of palm oil in empty bunches. Loss of palm oil in empty bunches is set as a standard of <0.129% by the company. The analysis will be carried out related to quality control, especially in the boiling process of one of the Palm Oil Mills in Sumatra using the QCC (quality control circle) method. From the results of the Quality Control Circle analysis, it can be seen that boiling time and boiling pressure greatly affect the loss of palm oil. The longer the boiling time, the greater the loss of palm oil, while the lower the boiling pressure, the greater the loss of palm oil. There are several factors that cause the loss of palm oil in the boiling process, including machines, people, raw material factors and methods. The machine factor is the main factor because the sterilizing machine cannot operate optimally until the required pressure is not reached.

Abstract

One of the industries operating in the field of bottled drinking water (AMDK) in West Sumatra, in its production process, involves many workers or production operators, including water filling, packaging and lifting. Through interviews with several workers, it was found that the work of filling water, packing and lifting is quite heavy compared to other jobs. In order to measure the operator's physical workload, two methods will be used objectively, namely the direct method and the indirect method, as well as using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire to determine disease complaints. After measuring, the results of the study show that the average value of Energy Expenditure for morning work is 8.65 kcal/minute (heavy workload) and for evening work is 11.74 kcal/minute (very heavy workload). The average value of energy consumption is 3.92 kcal/minute and has not exceeded the standard energy consumption limit for men which is 5 kcal/minute. In calculating the CVL percentage of operators, the average CVL percentage was found to be 41.69%, which means that the working conditions need to be improved. Based on the NBM questionnaire, it was concluded that the highest complaints were in the left shoulder, right shoulder, left arm, right arm, left calf, right calf, left leg and right leg, which are parts directly related to the operator's working position.

Abstract

The crumb rubber SIR 20 originating from the processing of natural rubber (Hevea brasiliensis) plays a crucial role as a primary export commodity in the Indonesian economy. Due to its diverse applications in consumer products and medical devices, natural rubber possesses unique properties such as resilience, elasticity, and wear resistance. The drying process of natural rubber at high temperatures significantly affects its plasticity and strength. This research explores the influence of temperature (130-155°C) and drying time (77-110 minutes) on the plasticity of crumb rubber SIR 20. The results indicate that the PRI (Plasticity Retention Index) values still meet quality standards within certain ranges. The optimal PRI value of 75-76% is obtained at a temperature of 130-135°C for 77 minutes. Increasing the operating temperature and drying time leads to a significant decrease in PRI values due to thermal oxidation occurring in the molecular structure of rubber, thereby affecting the quality of crumb rubber. The findings from this study on the impact of temperature and drying time can provide technical information for the rubber industry to maintain product quality while minimizing environmental impact.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the law of zakat on gold jewelry according to the Ḥanafī and Syāfi'ī schools as well as the similarities and differences between the two schools. To get answers to the above problems, the type of research used is qualitative research in the form of library research focused on manuscript and text studies. The research results found are; First, according to the Ḥanafī school of thought, gold jewelry is obliged to pay zakat based on general and specific arguments regarding the law of gold zakat. Second, the Syafi'i School views that zakat on gold jewelery is not obligatory to pay. Third, the similarity of the views of the Ḥanafī school and the Syāfi'ī school regarding the law of zakat on gold jewelry is their agreement that it is obligatory to pay zakat on gold jewelry worn by men. The two schools of thought also agree that it is obligatory to pay zakat on gold jewelry that is forbidden to be used by women or men. The difference between the two schools of thought is their difference in looking at the gold jewelry, the Hanafi school views it in terms of the basic material of gold jewelry so that the law is the same as gold which is not used as jewelry that must be paid zakat while the Syāfi'ī school views that gold jewelry has already been paid. is no longer judged as mining goods because it has changed its form so that it is the same as goods used to meet human needs so that zakat is not obligatory to be issued.
