Abstract

Permasalahan hukum dalam bisnis di PT PLN (Persero) dalam bidang ketenaglistrikan semakin hari semakin berkembang, hal ini sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi. Diperlukan adanya suatu analisa hukum sebagai instrumen untuk menjelaskan dan meneliti permasalahan hukum yang semakin hari semakin berkembang tersebut. Analisa hukum ini akan menjelaskan berbagai suatu analisa dalam melakukan analisa hukum guna mengurai permasalahan hukum kontemporer. Analisa hukum ini dilakukan dengan survey dilapangan, kuisioner dan penelusuran bahan-bahan kepustakaan untuk selanjutnya digunakan sebagai landasan dalam menganalisis permasalahan yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada 3 (tiga) jenis metode penelitian hukum yaitu Metode penelitian hukum normatif, metode penelitian hukum empiris, dan metode penelitian socio legal. Masing-masing jenis metode penelitian inilah yang bisa digunakan sebagai instrumen dalam mengurai permasalahan hukum kontemporer, tentu disesuaikan dengan kecocokan permasalahan hukum dan karakteristik masing-masing metodologi penelitian hukum yang digunakan.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education and Culture in 2016 made one of the breakthrough programs in an effort to organize and fulfill productive teachers in Vocational High Schools (VHS), namely through the Dual Skills Program (DSK). The DSK is implemented to support the improvement of vocational education as well as education and job skills training. Meanwhile, DSK participating teachers must have new competencies that can be used to teach productive subjects in certain areas of expertise. Increasing the competence of DSK participants needs to take into account the development of transferable skills obtained after conducting training or in the process of implementing DSK. The aims of this study are to 1.) Determine the types of transferable skills that DSK participant teachers need to possess; and 2.) Analyze and describe the transferable skills of teachers of vocational high school on-in-on-in DSK in Malang Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The samples used were all vocational high school teachers who took part in the on-in-on-in DSK in Malang Regency, while the respondent's data collection used a questionnaire. The results showed that the types of transferable skills consist of communication skills, planning skills, interpersonal skills, work attitude skills, organizational skills, financial management skills, and critical thinking skills. The transferable skills of teachers of vocational high school on-in-on-in DSK in Malang Regency were in a good category.

Abstract

The development of technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), has great potential to improve the quality of education, including non-formal education in Indonesia. AI-based digital competency training for non-formal education tutors is essential to keeping education relevant to the demands of the digital era, and the blended learning model is considered effective for achieving this goal. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of a blended learning model in improving knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) in digital competency training for non-formal education tutors in Sukabumi District. This study used a quantitative approach with experimental methods and a pre-experiment design in the form of a one-shot case study, involving 23 trainees. The results showed that the blended learning model was effective in improving the AI knowledge of non-formal education tutors, with a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000. In addition to improving tutors' digital competencies, blended learning also offers flexibility and personalization in the learning process, which suits the needs and learning styles of adult participants. This research is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions to the development of non-formal education in Indonesia as well as a reference in designing training programs that are more effective and relevant to the demands of the digital era. Blended learning, which combines online and face-to-face learning, is an effective model for improving AI knowledge and digital skills for non-formal education tutors while preparing them for future technological challenges.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about the problems of applying interpersonal skills for Islamic Religious Education teachers in remote Islamic Religious Education learning at Kartasura District Middle School in 2021 and its alternative solutions. This study used a field qualitative method. Interviews and observation results provide primary data. Secondary data in the form of documentation is studied to obtain a clear picture of the research subject. This study shows that the problems of interpersonal communication between teachers and students during distance Islamic education learning are in the form of 1. Online media makes communication less memorable, tiring, and unidirectional. 2. To improve effective communication, teachers must spend more time outside of the classroom and involve students' parents. 3. There are distractions in the student and teacher environment that interfere with attention. Alternative solutions to these problems are: 1. Teachers need to emphasize the importance of quality communication over quantity and duration through role distribution for all students and refreshing students' minds before learning. 2. Fellow Islamic Education teachers and teachers in other fields of study can create collaborative learning to maximize the teaching process and also enable assignments that can accommodate cross-subject material. 3. Teachers need to strengthen effective relationships and communication to reduce the effects of environmental distractions.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana problematika penerapan keterampilan interpersonal bagi guru PAI dalam pembelajaran PAI jarak jauh di SMP Kecamatan Kartasura tahun 2021, dan alternatif solusinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualtiataif lapangan. Data primer berasal dari wawancara dan hasil obeservasi. Data skunder berupa dokumentasi dikaji untuk mepadapatkan gambaran yang lugas tentang subyek penelitian. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa problematika komunikasi interpersonal antara guru dan siswa selama pembelajaran PAI jarak jauh, berupa: 1. Media daring menjadikan komunikasi kurang berkesan, melelahkan dan terkesan searah. 2. Guru memerlukan waktu tambahan di luar kelas dan melibatkan orang tua siswa untuk meningkatkan komunikasi efektif. 3. Ada distraksi di lingkungan siswa dan guru yang mengganggu atensi. Alternatif solusi untuk problematika tersebut adalah: 1. Guru perlu menekankan pentingnya kualitas komunikasi bukan pada kuantitas dan durasi melalui distribusi peran bagi seluruh siswa dan penyegaran pikiran siswa sebelum pembelajaran. 2. Sesama guru PAI maupun guru bidang studi lain dapat menciptakan pembelajaran kolaboratif untuk memaksimalkan proses pengajaran dan memungkinkan juga penugasan yang dapat mewadahi materi lintas mata pelajaran 3. Guru perlu menguatkan relasi dan komunikasi efektif untuk mengurangi efek distraksi lingkungan.

Abstract

This research specifically aims to find out which factors significantly influence the acceptance of LMS developed by the learning team of the Graphic and Visual Media Innovation course at the State University of Malang. The course learning uses two management systems, namely LMS and Progress Report Card (PRC). Acceptance analysis is conducted because the LMS used is a product prototype that has just been implemented in the first semester student lectures. The research was conducted using the technology acceptance model framework. The analysis process uses a quantitative approach with hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression tests. There are two variables observed, namely usefulness (X1), ease of use (X2) and tendency to use (Y). From the analysis process that has been carried out, the results show that the two independent variables (X1 & X2) simultaneously have a significant influence on the dependent variable (Y). However, there is a finding that ease of use (X2) does not significantly affect the usage tendency variable (Y). For further studies, it should be conducted with a more massive scope, not only focusing on one narrow context, using more variables and external factors, and focusing on the learner experience.

Abstract

The challenges of religious moderation are the strengthening of exclusive religious views, attitudes, and behaviors, the high rate of religiously motivated violence, intolerance, the development of religious spirit that is not in harmony with the love of nation and state. The aim is to analyze how the education and training model strengthens religious moderation at the Medan Religious Training Center. This research method is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of the study found an educational model through four pillars of  learning, learning to know, learning to do, learning to  be, learning to live together. The education and training model for strengthening religious moderation in 2014-2019 is a substance model that finds a lot of debate and rejection, so that since 2019 until now the methodological model for combating religious moderation as a solution to solve the problems that occur. It was concluded that strengthening religious moderation in Indonesia is a challenge to the maturity of a multicultural nation. The education and training model must be updet to the times so that the challenges of religious moderation can be solved such as the methodology training model as a solution to solve problems in the aspect of religious moderation.

Abstract

Pesisir Pantai Bocor yang terletak di selatan Kabupaten Kebumen, merupakan salah satu lokasi yang berpotensi sebagai lahan pertanian. Sepanjang Pantai Bocor terbentang gumuk pasir yang berfungsi sebagai penghalang angin dan gelombang. Wilayah tersebut dimanfaatkan sebagai lokasi menanam melon yang menjadi komoditas unggulan daerah. Oleh sebab itu dikembangkan melon ramah lingkungan untuk menjaga kelestarian gumuk pasir. Upaya pengembangan melon ramah lingkungan termasuk dalam Education for Sustainable Development (ESD).  yang didanai UGM. Pogram ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan masyarakat Desa Setrojenar, Kabupaten Kebumen berbasis ESD. Kegiatan program ini antara lain sosialisasi tentang pelestarian gumuk pasir, pengenalan alternatif tanaman pangan yaitu umbi-umbian, penanaman tanaman Casuarina equisetifolia Linn. sebagai barier, dan pendampingan budidaya melon menggunakan potensi lokal oleh petani. Hasil kegiatan antara lain partisipasi masyarakat tinggi, gumuk pasir tidak rusak, tanaman barier dapat tumbuh baik dan petani dapat panen melon dengan kualitas baik. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi role model bagi masyarakat untuk terus mengembangkan budidaya melon dan tetap menjaga kelestarian gumuk pasir.

Abstract

Abstract Researchers believe in two things, namely, first, the Auditor Integrity variable can have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on Internal Audit Effectiveness. Second, researchers determine that the Auditor Competence variable can moderate the influence of the Auditor Integrity variable on Internal Audit Effectiveness. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of the Auditor Integrity variable on the Effectiveness of Internal Auditors with Work Competence as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research with an exploratory approach that collects data using a questionnaire method. The data used in this research is primary data. The data was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The research results show that the Auditor Integrity variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Internal Audit Effectiveness variable because the better the Auditor's Integrity, the more independent the auditor, the more likely he is to intervene, and is believed to be able to complete his tasks well. Apart from that, the Audit Competency variable can also moderate the two variable relationships above. Keywords : Auditor Integrity, Internal Audit Effectiveness, Auditor Comptence

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat di sekitar kawasan PT Gula Putih Mataram, Kelurahan Mataram Udik, Kecamatan Bandar Mataram, Kabupaten Gunung Sugih, Lampung Tengah, adalah keberadaan lahan bekas pembuangan sampah terbuka yang menimbulkan dampak lingkungan dan kesehatan. Area tersebut memiliki sejumlah lubang bekas pembuangan dan praktik pembakaran sampah yang menyebabkan pencemaran udara, degradasi tanah, serta berpotensi menjadi sumber penyakit bagi warga sekitar. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya upaya penataan dan rehabilitasi lahan secara terpadu agar dapat dimanfaatkan kembali secara produktif serta mendukung kualitas lingkungan permukiman yang lebih sehat. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) tahap kedua ini bertujuan untuk menata dan merehabilitasi lahan bekas pembuangan sampah tersebut dengan memanfaatkan teknologi alat berat secara efektif dan efisien. Melalui pendekatan lintas disiplin, kegiatan ini melibatkan tiga program studi: (1) Pemeliharaan Alat Berat, yang bertanggung jawab atas operasional dan pemeliharaan unit alat berat selama proses pembersihan dan perataan lahan; (2) Teknologi Manufaktur, yang mendukung aspek teknis seperti desain tata letak lahan pasca-penataan serta modifikasi peralatan ringan; dan (3) Teknologi Rekayasa Mesin Pertanian, yang memberikan rekomendasi pemanfaatan lahan hasil reklamasi untuk kegiatan pertanian produktif atau penghijauan lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahapan observasi awal dan pemetaan kondisi eksisting, perencanaan teknis penataan lahan, pelaksanaan operasional alat berat untuk pembersihan dan pemadatan, serta pelatihan dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terkait pengelolaan pasca-rehabilitasi. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan perubahan signifikan berupa terbentuknya lahan yang bersih, aman, dan siap digunakan untuk fungsi produktif masyarakat. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan mengelola sampah secara berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan PkM ini berhasil memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kualitas lingkungan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat sekitar PT Gula Putih Mataram, serta dapat menjadi model implementatif bagi wilayah lain yang memiliki permasalahan serupa dalam pengelolaan lahan eks-pembuangan sampah terbuka.

Abstract

The persistence of intolerance and discrimination in schools remains a serious challenge to creating an inclusive and harmonious learning environment. Although Indonesia upholds the value of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, cases of social intolerance continue to occur, showing that tolerance and respect for diversity have not been fully internalized in education. Therefore, multicultural education plays a crucial role in strengthening the global diversity dimension within the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) under the Merdeka Curriculum.  This study aims to analyze the role of multicultural education in the Pancasila Student Profile Reinforcement Project (P5) in developing students’ tolerance, empathy, and openness toward cultural diversity. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga using a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model.  The findings show that integrating multicultural education into P5 effectively shapes students’ respect for differences, cross-cultural awareness, and collaborative communication skills. Moreover, it supports the formation of an inclusive school culture aligned with Pancasila values. The study implies that strengthening multicultural-based character education through curriculum development and teacher training is essential for nurturing globally minded, tolerant, and socially responsible students in the era of globalization.
