Abstract

This study aims to find out the extent of the impact of the enactment of Law number 11 of 2020 concerning job creation which has been legalized as a law at the level of practice in the Company. The enactment of this law brings very significant changes to companies with the obligation to provide compensation at the end of the PKWT. This is a new problem for the business world which is classified as middle to lower so as to meet it a wide variety of policy variations in relation to providing other benefits to balance costs for the sustainability of the next business. This article examines how the protection of PKWT, which has some other benefit rights, is reduced due to balancing company expenses. This research uses normative research methods with an analytical descriptive approach where this article describes the phenomena that occur in companies that are classified as middle to lower class so as to ensure the problems that occur and are studied normatively. So that with this article, it is hoped that there will be policy changes made by the government to the conditions after the enactment of Law number 11 of 2020 concerning job creation, especially in the arrangement for providing compensation money at the end of PKWT workers so that the business continuity and rights of PKWT employees can all be fulfilled properly.

Abstract

This article examines the concise tafsir of the 30 chapters ( juz) by M. Quraish Shihab and the one published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The article reveals that the concise tafsir is the result of simplifying a detailed tafsir made by the same author. Analyzed through Julia Kristeva’s theory of intertextuality, the simplification consists of three patterns of transposition. First, rearrangement, which involves reorganizing the discussion of tafsir by presenting a tafsir that is relatively similar but in a different form. Second, substitution, which entails replacing specific tafsir considered less relevant to modern society. Third, reduction, which involves minimizing particular tafsir that is controversial or appears complicated to understand. In the context of its emergence, the making of this tafsir is part of an effort to modernize tafsir in modern Indonesia. This simultaneously emphasizes the emergence of an awareness for the renewal of tafsir among Indonesian Muslims through the compilation of a concise, practical, and complete 30-chapter of tafsir that aligns with the real needs of modern society, rather than creating thematic tafsir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model kinerja guru yang dibangun berdasarkan hubungan kausal asosiatif antara variabel eksogenus dengan variabel endogenus kinerja guru untuk diterapkan secara adaftif di SD Negeri Kecamatan Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar, kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Indrapuri, kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Indrapuri, dan kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Indrapuri. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif jenis deskriptif studi korelasional dengan pola kajian korelatif. Sampel dalam peneltian ini berjumlah 62 orang yang diambil secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru dengan ry1 sebesar 0,74 koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,55, kemudian memberikan sumbangan yang efektif sebesar 47,63%, terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru dengan ry2 sebesar 0,25 koefifisien determinasi sebesar 0,585, kemudian memberikan sumbangan yang efektif sebesar 10,87%, terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara gaya epemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan ry12 sebesar 0,765 koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,585, kemudian memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 63,20%.AbstractThis research aims to determine the teacher performance model which is built based on associative causal relationships between exogenous variables and endogenous variables of teacher performance to be applied adaptively in State Elementary Schools, Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar Regency, the contribution of the principal's participative leadership style to the performance of State Elementary School teachers in the District. Indrapuri, the contribution of work motivation to the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Indrapuri District, and the contribution of the principal's participative leadership style and teacher work motivation to the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Indrapuri District. The research method is quantitative, descriptive correlational study type with a correlative study pattern. The sample in this research was 62 people taken randomly. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the principal's participative leadership style and teacher performance with ry1 of 0.74, coefficient of determination of 0.55, then providing an effective contribution of 47.63%, there is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation with teacher performance with ry2 of 0.25, the coefficient of determination is 0.585, then provides an effective contribution of 10.87%, there is a positive and significant relationship simultaneously between the principal's participative leadership style and work motivation on teacher performance with ry12 of 0.765 the coefficient of determination is 0.585, then provides an effective contribution of 63.20%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, maka pengambilan data yang dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara kepada tiga informan, yakni: Ketua BUMDES, Sekretaris BUMDES, dan Bendahara BUMDES. Dari hasul penelitian diketahui bahwa Tingkat literasi keuangan yang rendah berdampak pada pengelolaan keuangan. Pemahaman yang terbatas tentang laporan keuangan utama seperti laporan laba rugi, neraca, dan laporan arus kas mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam perencanaan anggaran, monitoring realisasi anggaran, dan pengambilan keputusan finansial. Kekurangan pelatihan dan kapasitas manajerial lebih lanjut memperburuk situasi ini, mempengaruhi transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan keberlanjutan keuangan BUMDES. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengelola dalam pengelolaan keuangan guna memastikan operasional yang efisien dan keberhasilan program desa. Literasi keuangan pengelola BUMDES di Desa Rosoan, Kabupaten Enrekang memainkan peran krusial dalam keberhasilan pengembangan usaha. Pengetahuan yang memadai mengenai arus kas, laporan laba rugi, dan neraca memungkinkan pengelola membuat keputusan keuangan yang lebih baik dan efisien. Dengan literasi keuangan yang baik, pengelola dapat merancang strategi usaha yang lebih efektif, memonitor kinerja keuangan, dan memastikan keberlanjutan usaha. Selain itu, transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan sangat penting untuk membangun kepercayaan masyarakat dan memastikan bahwa sumber daya digunakan dengan baik. Meskipun keterlibatan masyarakat dalam rapat dan pelaksanaan program sudah baik, masih perlu perbaikan dalam integrasi keterlibatan ini dengan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih terstruktur dan sistematis

Abstract

The Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) in the Da'wah Movement at the Ahmad Dahlan Islamic University (UIAD) Campus intends to strengthen Faith and Piety, especially in activities that are often carried out. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were IMM cadres and UIAD students. The results of the study found that the role of IMM in da'wah has been realized but the involvement of participants is very minimal. In Da'wah, many methods or ways are found such as oral or direct methods, writing, actions or policies. The da'wah movement is based on QS Ali-Imran / 3: 104 which explains that a group of people are called to do good, inviting them to good deeds and preventing them from evil deeds. In da'wah there are supporting and inhibiting factors in the realization of an activity. An example of a supporting factor is the desire in the heart to believe in Allah SWT in this case implemented by participating in activities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor itself is the lack of communication and participation from the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Pemilihan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi bertujuan untuk membantu peserta didik agar dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Metode talking stick merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat dijadikan metode alternatif untuk mendorong peserta didik lebih aktif dan belajar bekerjasama dengan pasangannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji metode talking stick dalam mengembangkan hasil belajar peserta didik di MI NW 1 Kembang Kerang Aikmel Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V MI NW 1 Kembang Kerang Lombok Timur tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 21 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, dokumentasi, angket, dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan untuk uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini berupa siklus-siklus PTK Kurt Lewin. Dengan hasil siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal 71,42%, dan siklus II dengan presentasi ketuntasan belajarnya mencapai 85,71%, dengan demikian tujuan yang diinginkan pada hasil belajar telah tercapai yaitu ketuntasan belajar ≥ 85%. Hal ini menunjukkan penelitian berhasil sesuai dengan indikator ketercapaian. Keberhasilan dari penelitian ini tentunya tidak terlepas dari metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, serta peran guru yang melakukan refleksi dengan baik, sehingga penelitian ini berhasil dengan hasil yang memuaskan di siklus II.

Abstract

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran jigsaw terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI Aqidah Akhlak di SMA Negeri 19 Bone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan Motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada pembelajaran PAI muatan pelajaran Aqidah akhlak melalui model pembelajaran jigsaw di Kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 19 Bone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh model pembelajaran jigsaw terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak kelas XI SMA Negeri 19 Bone, (2) Pengaruh terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak kelas X SMA Negeri 19 Bone,, (3) Pengaruh model pembelajaran jigsaw terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak kelas XI SMA Negeri 19 Bone.Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian expot vacto dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI. adapun metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan teknik angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan deskriptif statistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, ada pengaruh Model pembelajaran jigsaw terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak kelas XI SMA Negeri 19 Bone dengan nilai 0.004<0.05.Adapun besar pengaruh sebesar 11,1%. Ke dua, ada pengaruh terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak kelas XI SMA Negeri 19 Bone dengan nilai 0.000<0.05. Adapun besar pengaruh sebesar 43,0%. Ke tiga, ada pengaruh model pembelajaran jigsaw terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak kelas XI SMA Negeri 19 Bone dengan nilai 0.000<0.05. Adapun besar pengaruh sebesar 47,4%.

Abstract

Laundry workers are required to be able to fold quite a lot of clothes in a fairly short time and neatly. Based on this, an innovation is needed in terms of folding clothes that can help household chores and the UMKM scale laundry industry in terms of folding clothes. The main aim of the research is to create an Arduino-based automatic clothes folding device. Arduino Uno is a microcontroller that is often used in making prototypes of electronic circuits which are useful for making things easier for users. Making an Arduino-based module requires a circuit schematic which is useful for making things easier when making tools. Electronic circuit schematics are needed as a guide in making electronic circuits. The electronic circuit schematic should be designed or drafted first before carrying out the process of making the electronic circuit. Testing of this servo motor is carried out by starting the rotation of the servo motor from an angle of 0⁰ to a rotation of 180⁰. The test results can be concluded that the three servo motors used are in good condition. Having an automatic clothes folding tool can help with daily housework and help laundry entrepreneurs in folding clothes neatly, saving time and energy. The time required to fold a short-sleeved t-shirt is 3.56 seconds and a short-sleeved shirt is 3.66 seconds

Abstract

This research aims to provide insight and knowledge regarding the influence of product quality and innovation on the competitive advantage of culinary business actors in the PTB Maros Regency area by using digital marketing as a moderating factor. This strategy uses descriptive methods combined with quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 100 business actors in the PTB area of Maros Regency. PLS-SEM, or partial least squares structural equation modeling, was used to examine the data. Based on tests conducted on culinary practitioners in the PTB area of Maros Regency, researchers concluded that product quality and innovation have an influence on the use of digital marketing. Innovation and product quality affect a company's ability to compete. Competitive advantage is greatly influenced by the use of digital marketing. You can use digital marketing to make product quality work for you. Gaining a competitive advantage and expressing your product innovation is possible through digital marketing

Abstract

Involving monetary consideration as a mediator variable, this study expects to decide what financial technology and financial literacy affect the culinary business performance in Makassar's Rappocini Region. Perceptions, interviews, and the conveyance of surveys to 120 respondents-an example looked over the current populace were utilized to gather information for the review. This study fits the portrayal of a quantitative illustrative review. Primary Condition Displaying (SEM), a multivariate factual examination approach, is the information investigation technique used to explain the synchronous straight associations between perceptible factors (markers) and idle factors (undetectable factors). For this examination, SmartPLS 4.0 devices are utilized.
