Abstract

This article discusses the obstacles or problems faced by cooperatives in Indonesia, from the perspective of human resources, capital, governance systems, information transparency, technological developments and competition. Despite experiencing growth in numbers, only 9.2% of the population are members of cooperatives. If we look at the contribution to GDP and the level of labor absorption, cooperatives in Indonesia are still very minimal. The aim of this research is to identify the root of the problems that hinder the competitiveness and growth of cooperatives. Improvements in Cooperative management offered include increasing member training, capital management, transparency, and fighting negative perceptions. Cooperatives must also be able to accommodate technological changes, especially digital transformation, so as to overcome competition from microfinance institutions and online platforms. Understanding these constraints will help in developing effective strategies to strengthen the role of cooperatives in the Indonesian economy. Keywords : Economy, Cooperatives In Indonesia, Management

Abstract

Rumah merupakan tempat tinggal yang menjadi salah satu kebutuhan pokok manusia selain pakaian dan makanan. PT TIGA MAHA REWA hadir sebagai salah satu developer perumahan yang turut andil berkontribusi memberikan solusi bagi masyarakat yang ingin memiliki rumah dengan harga terjangkau dengan keunggulan keunggulan yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan tentang bauran pemasaran dan informasi produk yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah di PT TIGA MAHA REWA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel user atau penghuni PT TIGA MAHA REWA sebanyak 73 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis meliputi uji normalitas, dan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah, informasi produk tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah, dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan bauran pemasran dan informasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah di PT TIGA MAHA REWA.

Abstract

Sirkum adalah prosedur medis yang memiliki manfaat kesehatan dan kebersihan bagi anak-anak. Di Indonesia, prosedur ini sering dilakukan sebagai bagian dari kewajiban agama serta untuk mencegah berbagai penyakit. Namun, keterbatasan ekonomi sering menjadi hambatan bagi banyak keluarga. Oleh karena itu, program sirkum massal gratis di Masjid Nurul Ilmi Kota Makassar diadakan untuk memberikan akses kesehatan yang lebih luas kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan pendekatan partisipatif dalam program sirkum massal. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan dokter, operator, dan masyarakat yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini. Proses kegiatan terdiri dari tiga tahap utama: persiapan dan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi. Sebanyak 32 anak berpartisipasi dalam program sirkum massal ini. Proses seleksi peserta dilakukan secara ketat untuk memastikan mereka berasal dari keluarga kurang mampu. Pelaksanaan berlangsung di Aula TPQ Masjid Nurul Ilmi dengan dukungan 13 tenaga medis. Setelah tindakan medis dilakukan, peserta mendapatkan obat-obatan serta instruksi perawatan pasca-sirkum. Evaluasi program menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar, efektif, dan mendapat dukungan penuh dari masyarakat setempat. Program sirkum massal ini berhasil meningkatkan akses layanan kesehatan bagi anak-anak yang membutuhkan serta menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya kebersihan dan kesehatan reproduksi. Keberhasilan program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi kegiatan serupa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Economic Literacy, Entrepreneurial Education and Entrepreneurial Mindset on the Competitiveness of SMEs in Pisang Epe' SMEs actors on Losari Beach, Makassar City through Business Performance as a Moderator variable. Quantitative research is used as a method in this study with a descriptive research type. In this study, the sample used was 100 Pisang Epe' SMEs Actors on Losari Beach, Makassar City. The analysis in this study used Partial Least-Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of Smart PLS software version 4.0. The study has positive and significant research results between Economic Literacy, Entrepreneurial Education and Entrepreneurial Mindset on Business Performance. The results of the study also between Economic Literacy, Entrepreneurial Education and Entrepreneurial Mindset on SMEs Competitiveness have a positive and significant effect. In this study, Business Performance as a Moderator variable shows that it is able to mediate the relationship between economic literacy and SMEs Competitiveness on Tokopedia positively and significantly. Business performance as a Moderator variable shows that it is able to mediate the relationship between Entrepreneurship Education and SMEs Competitiveness positively and significantly. And the Business Performance variable as a Moderator variable shows that it is able to mediate the relationship between economic literacy and Entrepreneur Mindset positively and significantly.

Abstract

Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi di dalam dunia pendidikan menciptakan rumus kehidupan yang praktis diantaranya meningkatkan kemampuan belajar dan kemudahan akses pembelajaran, meningkatkan kreatifitas. Namun, kecanggihan dan kemudahan yang dilahirkan oleh teknologi ini tidak sera merta selalu berdampak positif. Kecanduan gadget atau asik bermain media sosial membuat seseorang tidak lepas dari alat tersebut. Sehingga terkadang hal ini menjadikan seorang individu tidak peduli dengan apa yang terjadi disekitarnya. Kendati demikian, berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut kami mengusulkan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tentang ”Sosialisasi Mengenai Kecakapan Literasi Digital Dalam Pendidikan Karakter Gen-Z di Era Digitalisasi di SMPN 5 Kota Tarakan”. Tujuan dari sosialisasi ini untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang kecakapan literasi digital yang dimiliki oleh generasi Z. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut kami menggunakan metode P3M yaitu Pemaparan Materi, Menonton, dan Mempraktikkan. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini ialah menumbuhkan karakter siswa SMPN 5 Tarakan dalam literasi digital sangat berperan penting karena anak cenderung lebih tertarik pada hal-hal yang berbau teknologi, youtube dan media sosial yang dapat dimanfaatkan guru atau pendidik sebagai wadah untuk menyalurkan pembangunan nilai-nilai karakter. Kesimpulan dari sosialiasi ini yaitu pemanfaatan literasi digital perlu pengawasan dari orang tua serta guru dengan pemberian pembatasan etika digital, agar siswa terhindar dari dampak negatif dari penggunaan teknologi terkini.

Abstract

The Machining process is manufacturing in the world industry that is widely used. The coolant in the machining process functions to lower the temperature and lubricate and clean the gram in the cutting process. The application of coolant in the cutting process is to maintain the quality of the workpiece during the cutting process and also serves to improve tool life so that the tool does not wear out easily. This study aims to determine the effect of a chemical-based coolant based on dromus oil and vegetable CPO on tool wear in the face milling process and to determine whether or not the liquid is effective in reducing and slowing down tool wear. In this research, the face milling process used a grey cast iron specimen as the workpiece specimen used and also used a carbide insert chisel cutting tool with the TPKN 22 VC2 type. The research was carried out by varying the engine speed and also the coolant variation, the engine speed variations used were 80, 360 and 720 Rpm. In the process of administering coolant using the method, it is sprayed directly onto the workpiece area which is cut continuously, in the milling process with a response variable that can be in the form of data or tool wear values that have been observed and tested using a microscope test tool, using the weight (mass) method to see the wear value. This research aims to see how effective the use of vegetable- based coolant (CPO) during experiments as a coolant in the machining process aims to ensure that the final value of tool insert wear must be smaller with (CPO) compared to chemical coolant (dromus).

Abstract

This study aims to design a strategic management model integrated with Islamic values ​​in the context of Islamic boarding school education. The literature review method is used to analyze principles such as amanah, shiddiq, ihsan, musyawarah, tawazun, and hikmah which are the philosophical foundations of institutional management. The results of the study indicate that the vision and mission of Islamic boarding schools rooted in the value of tauhid are able to guide strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation consistently. This model emphasizes an adaptive organizational structure based on syura, human resource development through Islamic managerial training, and curriculum integration that balances religious and general knowledge. Information technology is also optimized for monitoring and evaluation, while external collaboration (taawun) strengthens resource support. The implementation of Islamic values ​​in budget policies and the leadership of visionary kiai are key factors in the effectiveness and sustainability of the institution. This finding is expected to be an applicable blueprint for Islamic boarding schools in improving the quality of education and competitiveness without sacrificing Islamic values. Keywords: Strategic Management; Islamic Values; Islamic Boarding Schools; Islamic Education; Institutional Management   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang model manajemen strategis yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai Islam dalam konteks pendidikan pesantren. Metode kajian pustaka digunakan untuk menganalisis prinsip-prinsip seperti amanah, shiddiq, ihsan, musyawarah, tawazun, dan hikmah yang menjadi landasan filosofi pengelolaan lembaga. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa visi-misi pesantren yang berakar pada nilai tauhid mampu memandu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi strategis secara konsisten. Model ini menekankan struktur organisasi adaptif berbasis syura, pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan manajerial Islami, serta integrasi kurikulum yang menyeimbangkan ilmu agama dan umum. Teknologi informasi juga dioptimalkan untuk monitoring-evaluasi, sementara kolaborasi eksternal (taawun) memperkuat dukungan sumber daya. Implementasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kebijakan anggaran dan kepemimpinan kiai yang visioner menjadi faktor kunci efektivitas dan keberlanjutan lembaga. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi blueprint aplikatif bagi pesantren dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan daya saing tanpa mengorbankan nilai keislaman. Abstract

Learning interest is one of the important factors in the success of learning, especially in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). One aspect that influences learning interest is students' learning style, which includes visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. This study aims to determine the correlation between learning style and students' interest in learning PAI. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational design. Data were collected through questionnaires given to students, then analyzed using the Pearson correlation statistical test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between learning style and interest in learning PAI. Students with learning styles that are in accordance with teaching methods tend to have higher learning interest compared to students who experience a mismatch in learning style and learning method. The implications of this study indicate that educators need to understand and adjust learning strategies to students' learning styles to improve their interest and learning outcomes in PAI subjects

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the individual's external environment and self-confidence on student purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research using a descriptive correlation approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with partial test (t test), simultaneous (F test), coefficient of determination test (R2), and partial determination coefficient test (r2). The results showed that the individual's external environment and self-confidence simultaneously had a significant effect on students' purchasing decisions. Partially, the individual external environment has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as the self-confidence variable partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Building construction work is one of the sectors with a high risk of work accidents, especially in activities at height. This risk is influenced by project dynamics, limited workforce experience, work environment conditions, and weak implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) management. This study aims to identify the main problems in construction work at height and evaluate the implementation of applicable K3 regulations, standards, methods, and techniques. The focus of the study is directed at the consistent application of K3 Construction methods and regulations at the stages of implementing lower structure, basement, architecture, upper structure, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) to testing and specifically for upper structure and MEP work, K3 Construction methods and regulations and K3 working at height are applied. The research method used is evaluative-qualitative with field observation and document analysis, followed by integrated application of K3 procedures on the projects studied. The results of the study after the joint application, references, standard procedures, regulations, K3 construction methods and K3 working at height that are consistent in the construction projects that have been observed, it is concluded that the method has been able to significantly minimize work accidents in the workplace.
