Abstract

Effective and quality education is essential in improving students' learning achievement. However, conventional learning methods often cannot meet the diverse learning needs of students. Therefore, innovative and effective learning methods are needed, such as project-based learning. This study aims to analyze how the effect of project-based learning model implementation on students' social arithmetic learning achievement. This research uses quantitative methods with the type of classroom action research, the data source is taken from thirty-four students at one of the junior high schools in Indonesia. In this study, the data analysis tool used was the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences to process quantitative data on students' test results. The analysis was carried out by calculating the average value, percentage of learning completeness, and paired sample t-test to see the improvement of learning outcomes between cycle I and cycle II. The results showed that the application of Project-Based Learning showed a significant increase in the students' completeness criteria, from 47.06% in the pre-cycle, increased to 67.65% in Cycle I, and reached 94.12% in Cycle II. This research is expected to help educators in choosing effective and contextual learning methods to create interesting, relevant, and meaningful learning experiences for students.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the impact of the Covid-19 on consumer preferences in Jakarta Satellite Cities: Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. In this pandemic situation, people's daily lives were disrupted by quarantine, so it significantly changes people's lifestyles. The methodology of this study is by applying a quantitative research method through questionnaires from across the Bodetabek area. The overall number of respondents in this research is 116, with 58 questions. This study shows that online streaming is the most preferred activity when people seem worried about going outside. Furthermore, the pandemic affects people's financial condition. The majority of people show that their income is decreased when the expenses and savings are increased. So, they are more aware and look for ways to save money when shopping rather than buying unnecessary things. The change in the financial condition is affecting the buying behaviour of the people. People tend to buy food and beverages as their priority in this pandemic Covid-19 situation rather than buying fashion stuff. The result of this study can be helpful for Consumer Goods Company or UMKM to understand consumer preferences so that they can be adapted to the change of consumer preferences in the Covid-19 situation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan (Studi Kasus Di PT Ardevon Jakarta).   Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik random sampling jenis pengambilan sampel probabilitas setiap orang seluruh populasi target yang memiliki kesempatan sama untuk dipilih, pemilihan sampel ini dilakukan secara acak. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas,   Uji t, dan Uji F.                                      Koefisien Determinasi Parsial, dan Koefisien Determinasi Simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel   gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja,dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan   di PT. Ardevon, Jakarta

Abstract

Kabupaten Grobogan merupakan kabupaten terpadat kedua di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan luas wilayah mencapai 197.586,42 dengan tanah sawah seluas 63.955. Kajian kali ini akan berfokus pada perhitungan kebutuhan lahan pertanian di setiap Kecamatan di wilayah Kabupaten Grobogan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh indeks daya dukung padi di Kabupaten Grobogan tahun 2017 dan 2022 melalui studi dokumentasi. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dalam memperoleh data. Pada tahun 2017 rata-rata daya dukung lahan padi di Kabupaten Grobogan yaitu 3,96 (surplus) dan pada tahun 2022 yaitu 3,59 (surplus). Artinya, meskipun wilayah tersebut mampu melaksanakan swasembada pangan atau jumlah penduduk yang berada dalam jangkauan penduduk ideal, namun ada fluktuasi yang terjadi di beberapa daerah. Penurunan indeks selain karena terjadinya penurunan luas lahan panen, juga disebabkan oleh bertambahnya jumlah penduduk. Selain itu, penurunan produksi lahan juga turut serta dalam penurunan klasifikasi kelas pada kecamatan tersebut. Tantangan implementasi daya dukung lahan pertanian berbasis ekoregion adalah data yang masih berbasis administrasi, contohnya adalah data jumlah penduduk dan produktivitas padi. Guna mensiasati hal tersebut, data dapat diintegrasikan dengan pendekatan penginderaan jauh. Pendekatan tersebut bisa dengan transformasi citra indeks vegetasi seperti NDVI maupun EVI.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the Society 5.0 Era have provided convenience and challenges to the education system. Through the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, transformation efforts are made to produce graduates who have the character profile of Pancasila students who are globally competitive. However, the results of the pre-survey on the mathematics learning media course revealed several problems, such as the low character profile of Pancasila students in critical, creative, independent, and mutual cooperation reasoning, as well as the quality of the use of learning technology that is not optimal. To overcome this problem, a learning innovation study was conducted on the mathematics learning media course with the aim of developing a valid and practical project-based hybrid learning system design. This research is a research and development (R&D) involving students and lecturers of the mathematics education study program at Muhammadiyah Metro University. The research stages include curriculum analysis, hybrid design prototype design, expert assessment, and implementation of hybrid design in learning. The results of the study showed that the hybrid learning design developed was very valid with an average score of 81.67% and very practical with an average score of 85.5%. This design combines face-to-face classroom methods, synchronous and asynchronous virtual collaboration, and self-paced learning. This design can be applied to other courses with adjustments to learning objectives, activity strategies, and available time.

Abstract

Nipah Panjang Village in Kubu Raya Regency, Indonesia, has diverse mangrove forest vegetation. Meanwhile, the mangrove forest in Nipah Panjang Village has the potential threat of deforestation, so it is necessary to develop a management strategy. A mangrove management directive can be compiled with mangrove biophysical data and the social conditions of the surrounding community. Therefore, this study aims to examine the distribution of mangrove forest areas and their utilization by the community in Nipah Panjang Village. The method used in this study was GIS analysis to determine the distribution of mangrove forest areas. In this study, observations and interviews were carried out to determine the use of mangrove forests. The study results show that from 2013 through 2018, there was around 3.12 Ha of deforestation. Deforestation that occurred was much lower than the previous year. It was due to the implementation of a devolution policy that granted village forest permits in Nipah Panjang Village. Currently, the forms of utilization of mangrove forests in Nipah Panjang Village are the farming (apiculture)  of kelulut honey, forest honey farming, and crab farming with the concept of silvofishery and the development of ecotourism. This form of utilization needs to be maximized so that the community's welfare increases, ultimately maintaining the mangrove forest.

Abstract

CV. Bersama Maju Service is a company engaged in the field of car repair and maintenance services. At CV Bersama Maju Service the registration process for services is still done manually using paper besides that the data is still processed using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word so that it takes quite a long time and is considered inefficient, especially for storing the data. And to overcome all these obstacles a study was made entitled "Information System Design And Manufacture Online Booking Car Service Website Based And Spare Part Availability At CV. Together with Maju Service Central Jakarta Branc ”. This study was designed and modeled using the Unifield Modeling Language (UML) and programmed using PHP and using MySQL for the database. With this research is expected to simplify existing processes.

Abstract

Complaints during pregnancy will continue to increase as the gestational age increases, pregnant women admit that they want actions or care that can reduce or overcome complaints felt by pregnant women so as to improve the welfare of pregnant women, through antenatal care by optimizing prenatal gentle yoga and self hypnosis. The method used in the implementation of this activity Pre-experimental design with a one group pretest posttest design using one group of subjects then measurements were carried out before and after treatment through counseling and demonstration of prenatal gentle yoga and self hypnosis by certified instructors with a total of 15 pregnant women in the third trimester then measured the level of knowledge of mothers to overcome discomfort with prenatal gentle yoga and self hypnosis. The results of this community service activity showed an increase in the knowledge of pregnant women where before being given education in the form of health counseling in overcoming complaints and how to overcome discomfort in mothers during pregnancy, the majority of pregnant women had good knowledge of 26.7% and the results of the evaluation after the implementation of counseling, the majority of pregnant women had good knowledge of 73.3%, so there was an increase of 46.6%. The conclusion in this activity is that partners experienced an increase in knowledge in overcoming complaints and how to overcome discomfort with prenatal gentle yoga and self hypnosis.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Data Kemenkes RI tahun 2022 menunjukkan 1 kasus kematian ibu akibat infeksi di Kalimantan Selatan dan pada tahun 2023 terdapat 1 kematian di Banjarmasin. Studi pendahuluan menemukan 12 ibu nifas yang tidak memahami perawatan luka perineum dan infeksi. Tujuan: Menganalisis efektivitas vulva hygiene menggunakan rebusan daun sirih hijau terhadap lama penyembuhan luka perineum derajat II pada ibu nifas di wilayah kerja TPMB Hj. Sutarsih Endang Banjarmasin. Metode: Berjenis kuantitatif quasy experimental, rancangan posttest-only control group pada 16 ibu dengan teknik purposive sampling.Dianalisa secara dan bivariate, analisa menggunakan uji Mann Whitney U Test. Hasil: Mayoritas responden kelompok intervensi sembuh dengan cepat (7 dari 8 responden atau 87,5%) dan mayoritas responden kelompok kontrol sembuh dengan normal (7 dari 8 responden atau 87,5%). Rata lama sembuh kelompok intervensi yaitu 4,13 hari sedangkan kelompok kontrol selama 6,88 hari. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000 < 0,05 artinya terdapat efektivitas terapi lama penyembuhan luka perineum. Simpulan: Terapi vulva hygiene menggunakan rebusan daun sirih hijau terbukti dapat mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka perineum

Abstract

This article analyzes the armed conflict in Aceh that has left deep wounds, especially for victims who have been marginalized from the attention of law and state policy. From a victimology perspective, victims of the Aceh conflict not only experience physical and economic suffering, but also psychological and social trauma. The Aceh Peace and Reconciliation Commission (KKR Aceh) is responsible for developing a more humane approach to conflict resolution. This research uses a normative legal research method, focusing on qualitative analysis of sequential data such as laws and regulations, decision-making, and legal authority. This research method involves library research, using relevant literature, books, and documents, to provide theoretical and critical analysis. To analyzes the conditions of victims of the Aceh conflict from a victimology perspective, by highlighting the forms of physical, psychological, economic, and social suffering experienced by victims and examining the effectiveness and role of the Aceh Truth and Reconciliation Commission (KKR) in fulfilling the rights of victims of the conflict. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more humanistic legal thinking and encourage the effective implementation of transitional justice in Indonesia. Normative legal research methods, focusing on qualitative analysis of sequential data such as legislation, decision-making, and legal authority. This research method involves library research, using relevant literature, books, and documents, to provide theoretical and critical analysis. Artikel ini menganalisis  tentang konflik bersenjata di Aceh telah meninggalkan penderitaan mendalam, terutama bagi para korban yang selama ini terpinggirkan dari perhatian hukum dan kebijakan negara. Dalam perspektif viktimologi, korban konflik Aceh tidak hanya mengalami penderitaan fisik dan ekonomi, tetapi juga trauma psikologis dan sosial. Komisi Perdamaian Rekonsiliasi Aceh bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan pendekatan penyelesaian konflik yang lebih manusiawi. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian hukum normatif, dengan memusatkan pada analisis kualitatif data berurutan sesuai perundang-undangan, pengambilan keputusan, dan kewenangan hukum. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan penelitian kepustakaan, dengan menggunakan literatur, buku, dan dokumen yang relevan, untuk memberikan analisis teoritis dan kritis. Penelitian ini menganalisis kondisi korban konflik Aceh dari perspektif viktimologi, dengan menyoroti bentuk penderitaan fisik, psikologis, ekonomi, dan sosial yang dialami korban  dan menelaah efektivitas dan tugas Komisi Kebenaran Rekonsiliasi Aceh dalam memenuhi hak-hak korban konflik. Pengkajian ini diperlukan untuk kontribusi terhadap ekspansi pemikiran hukum yang lebih humanis serta mendorong implementasi keadilan transisional secara efektif di Indonesia. Aceh mengalami fase konflik bersenjata antara GAM dan pemerintah Indonesia (1976–2005), yang mengakibatkan dampak buruk bagi masyarakat, termasuk pelanggaran hak asasi manusia dan kehancuran sosial ekonomi. Hukum pidana nasional dianggap tidak efektif dalam mengatasi penderitaan korban, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan keadilan transisi melewati Komisi Kebenaran Rekonsiliasi Aceh.
