Abstract

The dynamics of cell structure and function is an important basic topic for understanding the more complex phenomena of living organisms. Cell-related learning requires means that can interpret the structures and mechanisms that occur in cells. The use of static and dynamic media is expected to increase students' understanding of concepts related to cellular material that cannot be studied directly. This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of static and dynamic media on students' understanding of the concept of cell membrane transport material. The background of the research is the unavailability of fun and interactive learning media for cell membrane transport materials. This study is a Quasi-Experimental design. The applied treatment was the use of a combination of static and dynamic media in the experimental class and the use of static media in the control class. The research was carried out on XI high school students who have studied cell membrane transport material. The instruments of this study were pre-test and post-test forms. The data analysis used is quantitative data analysis using independent t-test based on pre- and post-test scores. The results showed that in the independent t-test the significance value was 0.001; significance < 0.05, there are differences in the results of the concept comprehension tests of the control class and the experimental class, so it can be said that the use of a combination of static and dynamic media affects the students' conceptual understanding. The effectiveness of using a combination of static and dynamic media is 76.03 with an effective category.

Abstract

The Yogyakarta Local Regulation No. 1 Of 2014 is about the handling of homeless and beggars by Social Service Department, Manpower, and Transmigration Department and Public Order Department. The aim of this research is to discover the implementation of Yogyakarta Local Regulation about the handling of homeless and beggars. This journal employs qualitative descriptive approach. The data were collected by field study and case study methods to gain primary and secondary data. The result of the research shows that the implementation of homeless and beggars is done by two steps, controling step and handling step. The controling step is handled by Public Order Department of Yogyakarta. The handling step is handled by Social Service Department, Manpower, and Transmigration Department that consist of represive, coercive, rehabilitation, and social reintegration eforts.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the utility of village fund reviewed by good government principles in Wonorejo Village, Gondangrejo distrct, Karanganyar Regency and obstruction in utilization village fund.The kind of research used in this research is a empirical and descriptive legal research. The type of used data is primary data and secondary data. The source of primary data  is direct interview  with related parties of the research. The sources of secondary data are literature, regulations, journals, articles and materials from the internet and other related sources. Technique of data collection that be used are field studies which directed to the object of research and literature study to obtain theoretical basis related to the research.Based the result of the research and discussion, Utilization of Wonorejo Village Fund, Gondangrejo district, Karanganyar Regency apply transparency principle. The planning phase of the use of village funds is done by involving the people who are members of the musrenbangdes to ensure the openness of the Village Government at an early stage. The management phase is carried out by installing a detailed development budget board from the village fund, and at the accountability monitoring stage, the development completion report by the village head and village officials invites BPD, LPMD and community leaders once every three months to evaluate the implementation of the Village Fund program that has been done. Wonorejo village experienced difficulties in managing village funds, not maximizing the use of village funds for development, late disbursement of village funds from central and local government, lack of village government knowledge on accountability reporting, and numerous regulations on village funds.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Implementation of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections Regarding the Recruitment of Legislative Candidates by Political Parties in Sukoharjo Regency and the emergence of obstacles during the implementation of the general election. This research was empirical legal research. The data were obtained from the research in Sukoharjo District including the Office of the Regional People’s Representative Council. Data collection was conducted in a field study and literature study to obtain primary data and secondary data with a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of General Elections regarding the Recruitment of Legislative Candidates by Political Parties in Sukoharjo Regency is underlain by the recruitment of legislative candidates who cannot always generate or in line with the inclination of the people. In order to guarantee and advance the welfare of the people as citizens, the political parties in Sukoharjo Regency have the role to provide political education to the public so that the public is not apathetic in every general election that is held. The obstacles that arise in the implementation are from the ineffectiveness of those political parties as well as the community in which the people argue that the political parties have yet maximally realize the inclination of the people towards the qualified and trustworthy representatives in Sukoharjo regency.

Abstract

This article aims to knowing problematics guidance and supervision of management of village funds in magelang regency. This article is included in the type of empirical legal research that has character is descriptive and uses a qualitative approach. In this study the source of the data obtained is the primary data source, which is based on the results of direct interviews with related sources, namely the Magelang District Society and Village Empowerment Service and Magelang District Inspectorate. Apart from primary data, it is also based on secondary data with library research. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that, the Government of Magelang Regency in carrying out the guidance and supervision of the management of village funds has been running quite well and has been in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. However based on the results of the research, there are still problems that arise in the guidance and supervision of village fund management in Magelang Regency

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Central Java Liaison of Judicial Commission in maintaining and upholding the honor, the nobleness of dignity and behavior of judges in Central Java. The research method used in compiling this legal research is descriptive and non-doctrinal research in legal research. This research approach uses a qualitative approach and the object of this research is the Central Java Liaison of the Judicial Commission located in Semarang which was conducted by interviews and observations. Based on the results of research and explanation, the conclusion is that the Liaison of the Central Java Judicial Commission has 3 (three) main tasks and 2 (two) additional tasks. The Liaison of Judicial Commission in maintaining and upholding the honor,  the nobleness of dignity and behavior of judges in Central Java is in accordance with Judicial Commission Regulation Number 1 of 2017 concerning Formation, Arrangement, and Procedures of Liaison of Judicial Commissions in the Regions.

Abstract

This study examines village authority in tourism management to support income improvement of Paseban Village, Bayat Sub-district, Klaten District. Besides, it is also to examine what is the obstacle of Paseban Village in managing tourism to support village income.The type of research used in this study is empirical legal research. Empirical or sociological law research is legal research by obtaining data through primary data or data obtained directly from the source. The research used descriptive qualitative approach. The author examines the authority of the village in the management of tourism to support income improvement Paseban Village, Bayat District, Klaten District and what obstacles that arise related to tourism management in Paseban Village and then find a solution to overcome these obstacles.Based on the results of the study and discussion, it will be concluded the authority of Paseban Village Government in managing tourism in order to improve the opinion of the village and what obstacles faced by Paseban Village Government in managing the tourism. The management of village original revenues is regulated in Articles 76 to 77 of Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages, the lack of community involvement and the quality of the community in supporting the development of tourism in Paseban Village is a major problem in carrying out activities to increase the village’s original income.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Lingkungan yang kompetitif memberikan dampak terhadap perkembangan tren bisnis saat ini. Namun, sebagian Perusahaan yang berfokus pada peningkatan keuntungan masih mengesampingkan tanggung jawab atas dampak operasionalnya terhadap lingkungan. Tujuan: Berdasarkan teori Natural Resource-based View (NRBV), penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Eco-efficiency terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia yang dimoderasi oleh inovasi teknologi. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel dari 74 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode tahun 2019 hingga 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) dan Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) sebagai model utama dalam penelitian ini. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan CSR dan eco-efficiency berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. Peneliti juga menemukan bahwa inovasi teknologi tidak berpengaruh dalam memoderasi hubungan antara CSR dan kinerja keuangan, akan tetapi inovasi teknologi berpengaruh positif dalam memoderasi hubungan antara eco-efficiency dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Adanya inovasi teknologi dapat membantu perusahaan menjadi lebih efisien dalam menjalankan praktik eco-efficiency serta memberikan keunggulan bersaing di pasar yang semakin memperhatikan keberlanjutan. Temuan ini juga menunjukkan strategi jangka panjang yang diperlukan bagi manajer, praktisi, regulator maupun akademisi. Keaslian/Kebaruan Penelitian: Penelitian ini menambahkan variabel inovasi teknologi sebagai variabel moderasi. Inovasi teknologi dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dengan mengurangi dampak lingkungan sehngga dapat membantu perusahaan untuk mengembangkan peluang pasar baru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas dan menganalisa mengenai implementasi pembelajaran daring dimasa Pandemi COVID-19 di Kota Yogyakarta dengan fokus lokasi penelitian SMAN I Yogyakarta. Adapun teori implementasi yang digunakan dlaam penelitian ini ialah Edward III dengan indikator sebagai berikut: 1) Komunikais. 2) Sumber daya. 3) Disposisi. 4) Struktur Birokrasi. Berikut ialah hasil penelitian yang dilangsungkan peneliti : 1) Komunikasi : pembelajaran sudah dilaksanakan dnegan menerapkan metode pembelajaran virtual melalui zoom dan microsoft team serta terdapat kegiatan pendalaman materi yang dilaksanakan seblum pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring. 2) Sumber daya: terdapat penilaian lain terkait sumber daya yang dimiliki siswa dibalik pembelajaran secara daring, yakni adanya kendala dalam pelaksanaan sekolah daring dan brerupa minimnay ketersediaan fasilitas berupa dagdet, laptop,sinyal serta kurangefektifnmya pemberian kuota belajar bagi siswa untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring. 3) Disposisi: Adanya pendalaman materi dan peningkatan motivasi dan kesiapan mental pada siswa yang dilakukanoleh pihak tenaga pendidik. Sedangkan sikap yang diberikan oleh siswa yakni dengan melakukan diskusi bersama teman, guru, bahkan orang tua untuk meningkatkan kemmpuan dalam mencerna pelajaran selama sekolah daring. 4) Struktur birokrasi : Adanya peran Dinas Pendidikan dalam melaksanakan SOP dan mekanisme sekolah daring dan penyeian operasional sekolah daring. Pihak seklah berperan sebagai instansi yang mengkoordinir dan mengatur implementasi pemebelajaran daring selama Pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Abstrak Pesatnya teknologi mendorong pelaku UMKM mengadopsi sistem pembayaran digital QRIS demi meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan. Penelitian kualitatif berdesain studi kasus ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan kinerja antara UMKM pengguna dan non-pengguna QRIS di Kota Surakarta. Informasi diperoleh dari enam pemilik usaha melalui wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara interaktif dan divalidasi via triangulasi. Temuan mengindikasikan bahwa QRIS mempercepat transaksi, memangkas antrean, dan mempermudah pembukuan lewat riwayat otomatis. Sementara itu, kendala non-pengguna meliputi minimnya pemahaman teknologi, dominasi preferensi tunai, ketakutan akan potongan biaya, serta koneksi internet yang tak stabil. Disimpulkan bahwa keunggulan QRIS sangat mendominasi dalam melepaskan keterbatasan operasional usaha. Sinergi pemerintah dan lembaga keuangan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan intensif, serta perbaikan infrastruktur sangat diperlukan untuk mempercepat digitalisasi UMKM.  Kata kunci: transformasi digital, QRIS, UMKM, pembayaran digital
