Abstract

This research aimed to develop a web-based Scratch listening learning media with the theme "My Family" for grade 9E students of SMPIT IMBOS Pringsewu. The research method employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model. FaFit is a web-based learning application using Scratch as an English learning innovation specifically designed to improve English listening skills for junior high school students. The name "FaFit" comes from the abbreviation of the names of the main authors, Fatma and Fitri. The development of the FaFit application was based on Cognitive Load and Second Language Listening theories, emphasizing the importance of modified language input and metacognitive strategies in learning. The study involved 30 students from class 9E SMPIT IMBOS Pringsewu as research subjects. The results showed that the FaFit application effectively improved students' listening skills, with an average score increase from pre-test to post-test of 35%. Validity test results from material and media experts showed a feasibility level of 92%, while positive responses from students reached 88%. Personalization of learning experiences through the FaFit application proved to increase student learning motivation by 42% compared to conventional methods.

Abstract

Fluctuations in consumer decisions in buying halal cosmetics (especially Wardah) are interesting because there are many factors that influence this decision. This study uses four independent variables (Brand Image, Price, SPG Performance, and Product Quality) which are thought to influence consumer decisions in buying Wardah cosmetics. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a questionnaire. The population in this study were consumers who had purchased wardah cosmetic products with a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample criteria used in this study are consumers who live in Surakarta and have purchased Wardah cosmetic products. The results showed that Brand Image, SPG Performance, and Product Quality proved to have a significant positive effect on Wardah's cosmetic purchasing decisions. However, the price variable has no effect on the decision to purchase Wardah cosmetics.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas mengenai analisis gaya kepemimpinan dalam berbagai bidang yaitu: sector bisnis, kepemimpinan perempuan, institusi pendidikan dan institusi pemerintahan. Maka artikel ini akan berfokus pada satu variabel yang memiliki peran utama dalam bagaimana suatu organisasi atau perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan semestinya, sesuai dengan tupoksi khususnya pada bidang sumber daya manusianya. Variable yang dimaksud adalah gaya kepemimpinan. Gaya kepemimpinan terbukti memiliki peran penting dalam keberlangsungan organisasi atau perusahaan. Adanya gaya kepemimpinan, dapat menjadi salah satu upaya untuk mempertahankan berjalannya organisasi atau perusahaan. Hal tersebut kemudian menggambarkan bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan dapat dicari, diterapkan atau diusulkan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi atau perusahaan. Pencarian literatur penelitian ini melalui database elektronik seperti Google Hooks, Scopus, CrossRef, dan Google Scholar. Abstract

The misinterpretation of the original meaning of the hadith prompted the author to conduct this research. In fact, understanding hadith cannot be arbitrary, but must be in accordance with the rules of Ulumul Hadith. The hadith that the author wants to examine is the hadith of Taysir (Yassiruu Walaa Tu'assiruu) or the hadith related to “making things easier”. This research is qualitative research with library research data collection. Data processing is done by descriptive analysis, assisted by Fazlur Rahman's Double Movement Theory. The purpose of this study is none other than to determine the quality of the sanad matan, the contextuality of asbabul wurud, and also the relevance of the hadith Taysir (Yassiruu Walaa Tu'assiruu) from the perspective of Fazlur Rahman's Double Movement. The conclusions of this research are: (1) the quality of hadith “Yassiruu Walaa Tu'assiruu” is sahih both in terms of sanad and matan; (2) the contextuality of the hadith “Yassiruu Walaa Tu'assiruu” is related to: giving relief in the affairs of the hereafter, facilitating the affairs of others, and choosing the easy over the difficult; (3) the relevance of hadith Taysir (Yassiruu Walaa Tu'assiruu) Fazlur Rahman's Double Movement perspective is: always praying for ease, always preaching wisely, and always offering ease in Islam.

Abstract

Traditional cakes are one of Indonesia's culinary cultural heritages that need to be preserved. However, small business actors, especially MSMEs, often face obstacles in reaching consumers widely due to limited marketing access. This study aims to design and build a website-based traditional cake online ordering application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method was chosen because of its iterative approach and direct user involvement, so that application development can be carried out quickly and according to needs. This application is designed to provide key features such as product catalogs, online ordering systems, and digital payments. Web technology is used so that the application can be accessed through various devices, both desktop and mobile. The development process includes four stages: needs planning, design, planning, and implementation. The test results show that the application has achieved a 100% functional success rate, with all key features running smoothly. In addition, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing using the Likert scale obtained an average score of 4.5 out of 5, reflecting a very high level of user satisfaction with ease of use, ordering, and product completeness. This application is considered effective in supporting the digitalization of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and preserving local culinary through technological innovation. This application not only makes it easier for consumers to order traditional cakes online, but also helps MSMEs manage orders and expand market reach. This research contributes to supporting the digitalization of MSMEs, especially in the traditional culinary sector, and has the potential to be a solution to maintain the existence of traditional cakes in the digital era.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini berjudul "Ekonomi Syariah dalam Lintas Sejarah: Analisis Kualitatif, Referensi Komprehensif, dan Implikasi Kontemporer" dan bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan ekonomi syariah sepanjang sejarah dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan referensi yang komprehensif. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber, termasuk teks-teks klasik dan kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi syariah telah mengalami perkembangan signifikan sepanjang sejarah, dengan berbagai implikasi yang relevan untuk masa kini. Studi ini menyoroti evolusi prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah seperti larangan riba, gharar, dan maisir, serta pentingnya keadilan sosial dan distribusi kekayaan. Implikasi kontemporer mencakup peningkatan inklusi keuangan, keadilan sosial, dan stabilitas ekonomi yang lebih baik dalam sistem ekonomi global. Kata Kunci: Ekonomi Syariah; Inklusi Keuangan; Keadilan Sosial; Prinsip Syariah; Sejarah Ekonomi. Abstract This research is entitled “Islamic Economics in Cross-History: Qualitative Analysis, Comprehensive References, and Contemporary Implications” and aims to analyze the development of Islamic economics throughout history with a qualitative approach and comprehensive references. Data were collected from various sources, including classical and contemporary texts. The results show that Islamic economics has undergone significant developments throughout history, with various relevant implications for the present. The study highlights the evolution of Islamic economic principles such as the prohibition of riba, gharar, and maisir, as well as the importance of social justice and wealth distribution. Contemporary implications include increased financial inclusion, social justice, and greater economic stability in the global economic system. Abstract

Hadith serves as an interpretation of the Qur'an in Islamic education, providing a conceptual basis for learning methods that are oriented towards moral and spiritual values. This study aims to analyze Imam Al-Ghazali's learning concept in the perspective of hadith Tarbawi and its implementation at the Al-Azhary College of Islam (STAI) Cianjur. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, collecting and analyzing various literature related to Al-Ghazali's educational concepts and relevant hadith. The results showed that Imam Al-Ghazali developed the concept of learning based on the uswah hasanah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, with an emphasis on morals, the pursuit of knowledge as worship, and gradual learning according to the intellectual capacity of students. In his curriculum, Al-Ghazali emphasized moral-based education and a spiritual approach to get closer to Allah SWT. The implication of this research shows that Al-Ghazali's concept of education is still relevant to modern learning systems, especially in Islamic educational institutions. The integration of these values can strengthen students' academic and spiritual foundations, producing graduates who are not only knowledgeable but also have a strong moral character.

Abstract

Krisis moral yang menimpa generasi saat ini, seperti Intoleran, Plagiarisme, Bullying, Pornografi, Kekrasan Siswa Kepada Guru, Pergaulan Bebas (Pacaran), Tawuran Antar Pelajar, Penggunaan Obat Terlarang (Narkoba & Sejenisnya), Merokok Usia Dini, Durhaka Kepada Kedua Orang Tuanya, Kecanduan Game Online, Berbicara Kasar/Kotor, dan berbagai kasus negatif lainnya tanpa disadari semakin hari semakin meningkat. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini yaitu hendak mencari solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi berbagai krisis moral generasi saat ini prespektif Anwar al Baaz. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian Library Research (Kepustakaan), yang sifatnya Deskriptif Analisis, dengan cara pengumpulan data “Dokumentasi”. Selain itu, penulis juga menggunakan Teknik Tematik dan Tahlili dalam proses studi pustakanya, dibantu dengan Teori Doable Movement Fazlur Rahman. Hasil Dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Setidaknya ada 5 Pendidikan Karakter dalam Qs. Al Hujurah menurut Anwar al Bazz diantaranya : Takwa, Sabar, Ihsan, Adil, dan Tawasut. (2) Anak didik pada saat ini hendaknya harus senantiasa patuh kepada gurunya, harus menjaga tutur katanya, tidak mudah terprovokasi, tidak memandang rendah seseorang, dan tidak merekam atau memfoto dan memvidio keburukan orang lain. (3). Pendidikan karakter akan tertanam dalam diri anak didik apabila ada kerjasama antara guru, orang tua, saudara, keluarga, masyarakat, bahkan pemerintah.

Abstract

Poetry is a dependable and successful teaching tool for the English language. It provides an incredible opportunity to practice speaking, writing, listening, and reading. Like other literary genres, poetry is meant to be admired and enjoyed. Developing this sense of appreciation and satisfaction in students who are not engaged in poetry is a challenging undertaking for any instructor. Poetry, as well as literature in general, was long removed from language education curricula because it was not useful for learning a foreign language in everyday life. Thankfully, there has been a resurgence of interest in the use of literature in language classrooms during the last few decades. Teaching by generative artificial intelligence is a method that helps teachers in the teaching process. Many people agree that generative artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the most significant technologies of the future, and it has caused a paradigm change in scientific study. Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of the Islamic marketing mix, consisting of halal products, pricing, place, and Islamic promotion, on the decision to invest in Islamic mutual funds, with religiosity as a moderating variable. The research method used is quantitative, with a sample of 100 Islamic mutual fund investors. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis. The results show that the variables of halal products, pricing, and place have a significant influence on the decision to invest in Islamic mutual funds, while Islamic promotion is not significant. The moderation analysis shows that religiosity strengthens the relationship between the Islamic marketing mix and investment decisions. The novelty of this research lies in revealing the moderating role of religiosity that enhances the influence of halal products, pricing, place, and Islamic promotion on investment decisions. The conclusion of this study is that effective marketing strategies that consider Sharia principles and the religiosity level of investors can increase investment decisions in Islamic mutual funds.
