Abstract

This study aimed to design a practicum module in electronics courses. The researcher initially carried out the developed module to analyze the level of validity and students’ responses to the electronic practicum module that the researcher had created. The module developed was validated by two experts. The subjects of this research were students of the Physics Education Program at the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar in the odd semester in the academic year of 2019/2020. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) design. The development was carried out using the 4D model with four stages: Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate proposed by Thiagarajan. The results showed that the expert assessment of the electronic practicum module that had been developed using the Gregory test closeness model obtained a strong relevance level because it had an internal consistency coefficient of 100% and was declared to meet the eligibility criteria (valid). The percentages of students’ responses in the three indicators (interested in using the module, easy to understand the module content and easy-to-understand module language) were 83%, 81 %, and 81%, respectively. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the electronic practicum module developed is declared valid, and students respond well to the use of the electronics practicum module.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan The Randomized Postest-Only Control Group Design, yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan hasil belajar fisika antara peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model learning cycle 5E dengan model konvensional pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 2 Bima. Hasil analisis deskriptif memperlihatkan bahwa skor rata-rata motivasi belajar fisika peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model learning cycle 5E sebesar 120.48 dan standar deviasi 6,178 dan skor rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model learning cycle 5E sebesar 21,90 dan standar deviasi 3,59. Sedangkan skor rata-rata motivasi belajar fisika peserta didik yang diajar secara konvensional 116,38 dan standar deviasi 5.696 dan skor rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan metode konvensional 18,90 dan standar deviasi 3,93. Analisis inferensial menggunakan uji-t dua pihak dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05 dengan kesimpulan bahwa 1) Terdapat perbedaan Motivasi belajar fisika yang signifikan antara yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran learning cycle 5E dengan model konvensional peserta didik pada kelas XI IPA SMAN 2 Bima; 2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar fisika yang signifikan antara yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran learning cycle 5E dengan model konvensional peserta didik pada kelas XI IPA SMAN 2 Bima.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan strategi sensus. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai negeri sipil di lokasi tersebut sebanyak 64 orang dan semuanya dijadikan responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji t pada regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan.  Kata-kata kunci: Kualitas sumber daya manusia, Kinerja, Kuantitas kerja, Kualitas kerja

Abstract

ABSTRAK- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis profil intensitas radiasi matahari dan mengestimasi intensitas radiasi berdasarkan persamaan Angstrom periode 2011-2020 di Kawasan Karst Maros TN Bantimurung Bulusaraung. Analisis profil dilakukan dengan plot grafik berdasarkan deklinasi matahari. Model prediksi dilakukan berdasarkan persamaan Angstrom dengan menggunakan data lama penyinaran matahari, selanjutnya hasil prediksi tersebut dibandingkan dengan data observasi tahun 2011-2020. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson dan Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder tahun 2011-2020 yang terdiri dari data bulanan intensitas radiasi dan lama penyinaran matahari yang diperoleh dari BMKG Stasiun Iklim Maros. Hasil analisis profil menunjukan bahwa intensitas radiasi menunjukan pola bimodal, koefisien korelasi angstrom diperoleh a= 0.190 dan b = 0.341x. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa model prediksi tersebut valid dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sangat kuat 0.9%, dan RMSE 2.50.KATA KUNCI: intensitas Radiasi, lama penyinaran matahari, korelasi angstrom, karst.

Abstract

This research is a development research (research and development) which aims to analyze the results of the development of the instrument of assessment of Basic Physics I practicum for students majoring in Physical Education UIN Alauddin Makassar theoretically and empirically in order to obtain a valid, reliable and feasible assessment. The development of assessment instruments refers to the design of test instrument development according to Kaharuddin Arafah which consists of 7 steps of development, namely: (1) Determining the measuring scale, measuring objectives and construction of measuring instruments, (2) Construction outcome measuring instruments, (3) Validation of contents, (4) Temporary measuring instruments, (5) Target of respondents for the trial, (6) Reliability, and (7) Measuring instruments ready for use. This research was tested in the Department of Physics Education Semester I 2016/2017 UIN Alauddin Makassar. The results of the study were obtained from the Basic Physics I practicum assessment instrument that produced 8 valid items, theoretically with reliability 1.0 and empirically reliability of 73.60%. The results of the study were obtained from the practicum assessment instrument that was declared valid and reliable and feasible to be used as a standard assessment instrument in the Department of Physics Education, UIN Alauddin Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims were to analyze the profile of radiation intensity and sunshine duration in the karst area of Maros TN Bantimurung Bulusaraung, South Sulawesi during solstice phenomenon in the period 2011-2020. In addition, radiation intensity and sunshine duration in the same area were also measured. A Pearson correlation shows that the intensity of solar radiation and the sunshine duration have a bimodal pattern. The average radiation intensity during the 2011-2020 solstices in June and December was 1.193  and 1.249 , respectively. Whereas the percentage of sunshine duration in June and December reached 54% and 35%, respectively. The results of the Pearson correlation analysis of the relationship between radiation intensity and sunshine duration in June were 0.722, while in December, it was 0.717. The interpretation results show that the two parameters have a strong correlation and have a close relationship

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 30 Makassar melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe snowball throwing. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah 35 orang. Tindakan penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Tindakan siklus I meliputi plan (perencanaan), action (tindakan), observation and evaluation (observasi dan evaluasi), dan reflection (refleksi). Tindakan siklus II merupakan tindak lanjut dan modifikasi dari siklus I. Kriteria keberhasilan adalah penguasan konsep mencapai KKM yang ditetapkan yakni 70 secara individual dan 65% secara klasikal. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan memberikan tes hasil belajar diakhir masing-masing siklus. Hasil penelitian dideskripsikan berdasarkan perolehan data penguasaan konsep berupa nilai hasil belajar setiap siklus. Nilai rata-rata penguasaan konsep meningkat dari 61,57 pada siklus I menjadi 72,29 pada siklus II dengan kata lain belum tuntas KKM pada siklus I menjadi tuntas KKM pada siklus II. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 30 Makassar melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe snowball throwing. The subject of this research is 35 students. Action research conducted in two cycles. Action to cycle I are plan, action, observation, and reflection. Action to cycle II is a follow-up and modification of cycle I. Success criteria is the concept of achieving mastery KKM set is 70 individually and 65% classically.  The results was obtained by giving final test in the end of every cycle. The results are described based on obtaining data by  concept of achieving mastery that is result value study in every cycle. The average value of the concept of mastery increased from 61,57 in cycle I  to 72,29 in cycle II with other words, the cycle I is not complete KKM to complete in cycle II. Conclusion of the studyis an effort to improve learning outcomes physics class VII SMP Negeri 30 Makassar through cooperative model snowball throwing.Key words: Classroom action research, snowball throwing, learning results

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa melalui model pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X6 SMA Negeri 14 makassar tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Hasil yang dicapai setelah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan keterampilan proses sains yaitu : (1) Siklus I berada dalam kategori rendah dengan skor rata-rata nilai kumulatif 65,30 dari 40 siswa dengan skor ideal yang bisa dicapai 100 dan standar deviasi 14,59; (2) Siklus II berada dalam kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata nilai kumulatif 73,35 dari 40 siswa dengan skor ideal yang dicapai 100 dan standar deviasi 9,18; perhatian siswa pada proses pembelajaran makin baik, keaktifan siswa dalam menjawab pertanyaan lisan yang diberikan juga mengalami peningkatan, keaktifan dan kesungguhan siswa dalam mengerjakan tugas rumah dan membuat rangkuman mengalami peningkatan. Hasil analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas X6 SMA Negeri 14 makassar yang diajar dengan menggunakan keterampilan proses sains  mengalami peningkatan.Kata kunci: Hasil belajar, keterampilan proses sains, aktivitasThis research is a classroom action research that aims to improve students' science process skills through problem based learning model). The research subjects were students of SMAN 14 Makassar X6 school year 2011/2012. The results achieved after learning using science process skills are: (1) Cycle I were in the low category with an average score of 65.30 cumulative grade 40 students with an ideal score that can be achieved 100 and a standard deviation of 14.59; (2 ) Cycle II are in the high category with an average score of 73.35 cumulative grade 40 students with an ideal score reached 100 and a standard deviation of 9.18; attention of students in the learning process the better, active students in answering oral questions given also have increased, liveliness and sincerity students in homework and make a summary has increased. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results shows that the results of the class students learn physics X6 SMAN 14 Makassar is taught using science process skills increased.Keywords: learning outcomes, science process skills, activities

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of physics teacher pedagogical competencies in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at SMA Negeri 5 Maros. Besides, to find out the factors that constrain and support the physics teacher's pedagogical competence in implementing the 2013 curriculum at SMA Negeri 5 Maros. To achieve this goal, research has been conducted with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were physics teachers at Maros 5 Public High School who had educator certificates. Research data collection using observation techniques, interview guidelines, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique consisting of data reduction, data presentation, concluding, and verification. The results showed that the physics teacher's pedagogical competence at Maros 5 High School in applying the 2013 curriculum out of the seven aspects that had to be mastered, the teacher was able to master the four aspects that were by the Minister of Education Regulation No. 16 of 2007 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Teacher Competencies. These inhibiting factors are less than optimal training on increasing competencies for teachers, and lack of time in preparing lesson plans. While the supporting factors of this research are the existence of MGMP which is a place to increase teacher professionalism and teaching materials in the form of curriculum books in 2013.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan peserta didik  kelas VIII4 SMP Negeri 1 Belawa Kabupaten Wajo pada Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 20 peserta didik  terdiri atas 6 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus terdiri atas empat komponen utama, yaitu: 1). Perencanaan, 2). Pelaksanaan tindakan, 3). Observasi, dan 4). Refleksi. Untuk mengumpulkan data tentang hasil belajar peserta didik  digunakan tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk essai dan untuk data peningkatan keterampilan peserta didik  dalam kelas digunakan lembar penilaian keterampilan dalam penggunaan KIT IPA. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada siklus I skor rata-rata keterampilan peserta didik  sebesar  79,35 dengan persentase jumlah peserta didik  dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 85,00% sedangkan pada siklus II skor rata-rata keterampilan  peserta didik  sebesar 87,95 dengan persentase jumlah peserta didik  dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 85,00%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan pada pokok bahasan Hukum Newton dan Rangka dan Otot pada Manusia peserta didik  kelas VIII4 SMP Negeri 1 Belawa Kabupaten Wajo  dapat ditingkatkan melalui penggunaan KIT IPA. Kata kunci: Keterampilan, KIT IPAThis research is a class action (classroom action research) that aims to enhance the skills of science students of SMP Negeri 1 VIII4 class Belawa Wajo the 2014/2015 school year , amounting to 20 students made up of six men and 14 women . This study was conducted in two cycle consists of four major components , namely : 1 ) . Planning , 2 ) . Action, 3 ) . Observations , and 4). Reflection . To collect data on student learning outcomes achievement test used in the form of an essay, for data enhancement skills of students in the class used the skills in the use of assessment sheets KIT IPA . Furthermore, the data were analyzed by using analysis of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results showed in the first cycle an average score of 79.35 skills of learners with the percentage of students in the high category at 85.00 % , while in the second cycle an average score of 87.95 skills of students with a percentage of the number of learners in the high category at 85.00 % .
