Information Technology has gave major contribution to human life. Information has become the most important part of our lives. Online marketing is a phenomenon that appears in today's marketing world. This journal is written by reason of the presence of pressure from the high growth of the number of internet users, particularly in Indonesia. Overall of this paper will discuss the official site iLearning Plus, with any outlines some strategies that can increase the frequency of web visitor to the official site iLearning plus. The purpose of the strategy is to increase the popularity of official site iLearning Plus itself. Therefore it needs the right strategy to achieve this, one of them using the techniques of SEO (Search Engine Optimized ) with using Alexa benchmarks. In addition also explain about what methods are used in this journal such as literature review, mind maps, flowcharts, and the others. There is also a formulation of the problem and also the solution to solve the problem which has been accompanied by some evidence and the results that have been obtained. And the last, the conclusions of the results of research that addresses the entirety of this journal

Among some professors are always confronted with students who are not just one or two students but many students. And among students who often meet has the same name but sometimes these lecturers often forget to the name of the student. The problem is when a student with the same name that asked for the second time to the lecturer in question and certainly the lecturer will be trying to remember the last time the students and professors meet. This led to work being impeded. And when the student asking the answer to the question ever asked questions first and the Professor forgot what ever the student ask, this will backfire for the lecturer. The system developed in the form of this is online, so that professors could do consultation anytime anywhere and anytime. The method used is descriptive method with identifying problems in advance, in addition to the development model used by researchers in the form of analysis of the problems of the waterfall to the maintenance phase of the program. In this system a student do create tickets, the tickets are obtained by given to the lecturer to conduct consultation. This system is applied with students and lecturers can have a history about the guidance that has been done so that lecturers did not forget when was the last student conduct guidance. This system generates data guidance which can be printed.

One of the technologies developed in the increasingly computerized world of information technology is the website. The website is an information media offers a range of up to date information and the existence of a good maintenance process, evena role in website ranking positions should be also of note because it is one of thenecessities in the present information especially in the sport of badminton. This has been the rationale for how to improve the position of web rank significantly in order topopularize a Website Exist-Club which is the official website of PB Exist a badminton clublocated in Jakarta so that it can affect the visitor traffic of visitors is high. The speed andconvenience of a positive value in a website with so will make it easier to access by anyone and anywhere. To accomplish the intended, there are 17 step strategyimplemented for the purpose of improving the web rank Websites Exist-Club which willdirectly account for direct pembuktiannya on a measuring instrument using the Alexa and Google Analytics.

Seiring dengan kemcjuan teknologi informasi dan laju perkembangannya yang semakin pesat mendorong adanya perkembangan tingkat keamanan pada sistem database server. Tingkat keamanan tersebut ditir jau dari berbagai tier, baik pada Application Tier, Database Tier, maupun Network Tier. Namun penerapan keamanan sistem database server saat ini baru sebatas pada Application Tier saja, misalnya penerapan hak akses user dengan 1P Token, IP Address, Mac Address serta Global Password Management (GPM) pada server RME. Untuk keamanan Network Tier sudah diatur melalui router, tetapi keamanan dari Database Tier belum disentuh dengan baik. Saat ini Server RME masih menggunakan konsep Two-Tier, yaitu antara Database Tier dan Application Tier masih berada dalam satu server, menggunakan Windows Authentication sebagai hak akses user pada sisi database. Sehingga penerapan tersebut tentunya sangat rentan terhadap keamanan sistem database server, dimana perintah-perintah SQL yang dijalankan oleh user sulit untuk dikendalikan karena belum diterapkannya User Mapping dan Server Roles pada database. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka server RME dengan konsep Two-Tier perlu dioptimalkan karena dapat memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap kelangsungan 4 (empai) pilar IT E-learning di lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi Rahai ja. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu konsep Three-Tier yang diterapkan pada server iRME. Dengan menggunakan Three-Tier, memungkinkan adanya pemisahan secara fisik antara Database Tier dan Application Tier pada server yang berbeda sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keamanan pada sisi database server. Arsitektur ini memiliki potensi untuk apkan backup server jika Application Tier mengalami masalah, memungkinkan juga diterapkan mirroring pada server iRME sebagai pengembangan lanjutan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan konsep Three-Tier ini dapat menjadi sebuah solusi terkini dalam meningkatkan keamanan database server di lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi Raharja.

Authentication is applied in information systems for maintaining the confidentiality and data security. Commonly used way is by giving a password. However, the authentication process as it may cause inconvenience for both users and administrators, ie if they are in environments that have many dijferent systems, where in each cf these systems implement an authentication process dijferent from one another. Through a global method of password, a user does not need to enter passwords repeatedly to enter into multiple systems at once. In addition, administrators also do not need to adjust the data in each database system in case a user changes to data. In this article, identified problems faced by the company in terms of authentication using passwords on web-based information systems, defined seven characteristics of the concept of a global method of authentication with a password as a troubleshooting step, and determined the benefits of mplementing these new concepts. In addition, the displayed listing program written using ASP script and its implementation on the Student Information Services (SIS) Online JRS in Higher Education Prog. In the global method of passwords, not only the security level is concerned, but also convenience and ease both in the process of using both at the time control.

Digital content is content in various formats, whether written, image, video, audio or combination so that it can be read, displayed or played by a computer and easily sent or hared through digital media. Digital content has abundant benefits, especially in the field of promotion. Where when a place of business or a body wants to introduce a product or service that is owned, it definitely requires content such as images as a promotional media. However, if you have to distribute posters to everyone you meet, it is not in line with current technological advancements because you are still using a conventional process. Therefore, to overcome this problem, social media can be used to process digital content easily and quickly. In this study, there are 3 (three) problems that will be overcome by 2 (two) methods, and 3 (three) solutions are produced. The advantage of digital content in social media is that it can be accessed anytime and anywhere, so it is concluded that the use of digital content in social media is able to overcome problems and is a creativepreneur effort found in the promotion system of a journal publisher. Development of technology as it is today, most students or lecturers in education community write documents or articles digitally. However, there are still many obstacles when searching for a legitimate source of reference and to know whether it contains plagiarism or not. Until present, there are still many students and lecturers who seek references from sources that have not been valid and not yet trusted, but it is considered a fatal mistake for writing articles and also writing thesis or dissertation from untrusted resources. Therefore, Google Scholar system helps to alleviate this problem. Google also facilitates the use of citations or references. The purpose of this research is to identify the number of citation H-Index owned by lecturers at tertiary education and score ranking achieved at tertiary education SINTA (Science and Technology Index) Ristekdikti. Citing an article from another publication is one form of scientific communication by the author or researcher. The large number of citations obtained from an article published in the publication indicates how significant the contributions of the author in improving the quality of the study field. In this study, citation analysis is used as an analysis of all citations which indicate the type of information sources used by students and lecturers in writing the journal as a result of their research. The following research use two methods of analysis: Mind Mapping methods and SWOT Analysis. After conducting research and executing the research strategy, it will result in improving the reputation by increasing the number of citation and lecturer H-Index at Google Scholar which can automatically also increase the affiliations of authors at tertiary education in Google Scholar. Lecturers who have already verified authors in SINTA (Science and Technology Index) Ristekdikti can contribute in improving the rank and number of tertiary education scores on Ristekdikti Science and Technology Index (SINTA). This research produces a comprehensive and straightforward mathematical formula that can be used in understanding SINTA index calculation which will hence improve the enthusiasm of education community in pursuing research as a team as well as individually. Hopefully, with this research, students and lecturers are able to increase their citation and H-index on articles in publications so as to contribute in improving the reputation and quality of universities in the countries.

Pemantauan kinerja admin layanan keuangan mahasiswa pada Web Based Accounting Online sebuah instansi merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan agar kinerjanya dapat terlihat. Kinerja admin layanan keuangan mahasiswa harus diperhatikan setiap saat untuk meminimalisir kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh user. Sama halnya dengan pemantauan kinerja karyawan pada umumnya, pemantauan ini dirasa perlu dilakukan agar tidak terjadi kerugian di antara kedua belah pihak baik user maupun instansi penyedia Web Based Accounting Online. Penggunaan dashboard pada Web Based Accounting Online dapat digunakan untuk memantau kinerja admin. Karena informasi yang disajikan pada dashboard dapat menampilkan hal-hal yang terjadi pada akun Web Based Accounting Online milik instansi yang meliputi tindakan membuat, mengubah dan menghapus transaksi, serta dapat melihat jika ada pengguna lain yang login. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang ada, lalu merencanakan hal apa yang harus dilakukan berdasarkan data yang didapatkan, dan merancang sistem penyampaian informasi untuk memantau kinerja. Dengan adanya penelitian ini guna untuk memantau kinerja karyawan sebagai admin pada Web Based Accounting Online diharapkan dapat bekerja secara maksimal dan tidak melakukan kesalahan yang merugikan kedua belah pihak.

At present, the process of validating documents for certain purposes cannot be done face-to-face because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, this research aims to maximize the existence of smart digital signature technology that guarantees its safety and validity without having to meet face to face. Encrypted digital signatures with RSA-SHA256 with cloud storage features that can share documents. The waterfall method for building systems, the collection of data generated for analysis by observation, and online questionnaires using Google Form.Â Based on the characteristics of the system, the satisfaction factor analysis of the system with the Slovin formula processed by the SUS score resulted in a score of 95 > 70. The final result of this study is that the digital signature system has a significant impact on increasing motivation to facilitate authorization and secure documents.

WordPress merupakan aplikasi sistem terbuka yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL yang dimana keduanya merupakan bagian dari perangkat lunak sistem terbuka. Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sedemikian canggih, Official Site RCEP dikembangkan dalam upaya mengoptimalkan sistem registrasi dan mendukung kegiatan TOEFL pada Perguruan Tinggi. Pemanfaatan sistem iMe (iLearning Media) berbasis WordPress ini diharapkan mampu membuat implementasi pada Official Site RCEP dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien, dengan terintegrasi pada RinfoApps yang merupakan media cloud computing, salah satunya adalah penggunaan RinfoForm yang dapat digunakan sebagai media Registrasi TOEFL Online yang ada pada Official Site RCEP. Tahapan implementasi penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara kepada ketua pelaksana RCEP, serta metode studi pustaka. Selain sebagai media Registrasi TOEFL Online, Official Site RCEP juga digunakan sebagai wadah yang dapat memberikan informasi-informasi yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan TOEFL secara online pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Dengan adanya Official Site RCEP ini diharapkan mampu mengatasi berbagai persoalan yang sering dihadapi dari registrasi TOEFL yang berjalan secara manual seperti hilangnya data, rusaknya data pendaftar, dan ketidakefisienan waktu.WordPress is an open system application built using PHP programming languages and MySQL database where both are part of open system software. With such a sophisticated development of information technology, the Official Site RCEP is developed in an effort to optimize the registration system and support the TOEFL activity in Higher Education. The use of iMe (iLearning Media) system based on WordPress is expected to make the implementation on Official Site RCEP can run effectively and efficiently, integrated with RinfoApps which is a cloud computing media, one of which is the use of RinfoForm which can be used as an Online TOEFL Register medium on the Official Site of RCEP. Stages of implementation of this study using the method of observation, interviews to the chief executive of RCEP, as well as literature study method. In addition to being a medium of Online TOEFL Registration, Official Site RCEP is also used as a container that can provide information related to the implementation of TOEFL online at Raharja Higher Education. With the Official Site RCEP is expected to overcome many problems that often faced from registration that runs manually TOEFL such as loss of data, damaged data registrant, and inefficiency of time.
