echnological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TpaCK) merupakan kerangka pembelajaran Abad 21 yang berupaya mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran dan pengajaran. Implementasi TPaCK dalam pembelajaran dengan media immersive learning menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan TPaCK dalam pembelajaran dengan teknologi immersive dapat memberikan manfaat signifikan pada pengalaman pembelajaran dan kinerja siswa. Pembelajaran dengan media immersive learning membutuhkan keterampilan khusus bagi guru untuk mengelola penggunaannya secara efektif di kelas. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan diperlukan untuk membantu guru dalam memahami dan mengimplementasikan teknologi immersive dalam pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan alur : (1) penjelasan langkah-langkah membuat media immersive learning; (2) tips & trik membuat yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran; (3) langkah-langkah menggunakan media immersive learning; dan (4) pendampingan peserta membuat media immersive learning kepada peserta. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan hal hal sebagai berikut: (1) Pengetahuan awal peserta mengenai metode pembelajaran immersive learning masih dalam kategori kurang paham dan belum pernah melakukan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan immersive learning; (2) Pengetahuan awal peserta mengenai pembuatan media interaktif masih dalam kategori kurang paham dan belum bisa membuat media interaktif untuk kegiatan pembelajaran; (3) Setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan peserta memperoleh pengetahuan tentang tips and trik membuat media pembelajaran interaktif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran; (4). Setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan peserta bisa menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif sesuai dengan panduan dan tahapan penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif.

Guru merupakan tenaga pendidik profesional dengan tugas utamanya mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai dan mengevaluasi peserta didik pada pendidikan anak jalur pendidikan formal. Guru berkewajiban untuk terus mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Berbagai upaya dapat dilakukan guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Hasil penelitian ini bukan hanya memberikan manfaat bagi guru pelaksana penelitian saja, namun hasil penelitian dan hasil pemikiran ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pendidikan secara umum apabila dapat disebarluaskan melalui publikasi ilmiah. Publikasi ilmiah memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, hasil penelitian yang dilakukan guru dapat menjadi masukan bagi guru lain dalam memperbaiki atau meningkatkan proses pembelajaran. Kenyataan di lapangan, banyak guru yang sudah memiliki karya ilmiah namun tidak dipublikasikan sehingga hasil karya guru tersebut tidak dapat memberikan manfaat bagi banyak pihak. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan diperlukan untuk membantu guru dalam memahami pentingnya melakukan publikasi karya imiah. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan alur tahap 1 yaitu penjelasan pemateri tentang penulisan artikel ilmiah dan tahap 2 penjelasan mengenai cara publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal nasional. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan hal hal sebagai berikut: 1) Pengetahuan awal peserta mengenai penulisan artikel ilmiah sudah dalam kategori paham menulis artikel ilmiah hasil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas; 2) Pengetahuan awal peserta mengenai publikasi artikel ilmiah pada jurnal nasional masih dalam kategori tidak paham dan belum bisa melakukan proses mulai dari pemilihan jurnal hingga submit artikel; 3) Setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan peserta memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melakukan publikasi artikel ilmiah.

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find out how the customer's interest in entering education insurance at AJB Bumiputera 1912 is based on 1) Product, 2) Promotion, 3) Price, and 4) service. The approach used in this thesis is a qualitative approach with an interactive inquiry method. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques and documentation techniques. Data collection tools are interview guides and cameras. The results of the study show (1) The education insurance product at AJB Buiputera 1912 offered to customers can help customers prepare funds to finance children's education. (2) Promotions carried out by AJB Bumiputera 1912 are only when employees/agents of AJB Bumiputera 1912 explain directly to customers the latest products available at AJB Bumiputera 1912. To increase public interest in the products owned by AJB Bumiputera 1912, more promotions need to be carried out in the media social media, for example placing advertisements on social media platforms. (3) The premium is calculated based on the type of education insurance taken, the age of the parents and the age of the child, as well as the desired length of the contract. AJB Bumiputera 1912 customers have always paid premiums on time and the premiums given by AJB Bumiputera 1912 according to their abilities. (4) AJB Bumiputera 1912 strives to provide the best service to customers, this can be seen from the services provided by agents who interact directly with customers. A cashless society is emerging as a result of technological advancements, posing problems like consumptive behavior and financial management issues. This study aims to examine how economic education students of FKIP UNTAN manage money in a cashless society. This study employs descriptive quantitative approach. The population is divided into three groups: groups 2020, 2021, and 2022 for the 2023"“2024 semester period, which are active students registered in the Economic Education Study Program of FKIP UNTAN. The sample employed in this investigation consists of 112 respondents. Information was retrieved from observations and questionnaires distributed. Techniques for analyzing data that make use of descriptive analysis. Based on the findings, students enrolled in economic education showed a high level of financial behavior, with a rate of 71.20% in a cashless society. This was determined by calculating a number of indicators, including: (1) The consumption indicator obtained a value of 59.11% such that it falls under the category of moderate; (2) the personal financial management indicator obtained a value of 71.70% such that it falls under the category of high; (3) the pocket money allocation indicator obtained a value of 66.88% such that it falls under the category of high; and (4) the credit management indicator obtained a value of 84.35% such that it falls under the category of very high. The implication is that, in an era of a cashless society, students in economics education programs manage their money wisely and responsibly

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the sales analysis of rice husk charcoal goods on Facebook for the Micro Hand company. The research techniques used are qualitative descriptive methodologies. The owner of the Micro Hand company and a devoted client are the sources of the research's information. The information was obtained through interviews. The study's findings demonstrate the value of using technology to increase the sale of rice husk charcoal through the use of Facebook social media.The business of Micro Hand was successfully conducted, and this was based on thorough research as well as the application of business methods or indicators, such as good pricing, the effectiveness of marketing media, and the sales effectiveness of products. Media marketing plan for selling rice husk charcoal goods Facebook social can be said to achieve marketing with clear objectives to achieve a business that meets sales targets with the implementation of a number of strategies, including indicators: increasing the variety of products offered by consumers; utilizing technology and social media in product marketing; offering prompt and courteous customer service; and conducting successful promotions. This implies more business for Micro Hand. These indicators already employ a marketing strategy for husk charcoal that is appropriate for the market and facilitates the faster development of the company.

The school financial management process is based on school income and sources of school income Boss funds and School Committee Funds or School SPP. Apart from that, there are problems that occur, namely delays in the distribution of school tuition fees when bidding for PTS and PAS. In education financing, there is education financing planning seen from educational funding needs, for steps in managing education financing, for example education budgeting is allocated because a lot is budgeted and evaluation of the management of education financing funds is carried out every semester. The research method used is a qualitative approach-case study. The results of this research show that the process of preparing the school budget begins with a meeting with the teacher council, then the results of this meeting are used as a reference basis for making the RKAS and in accordance with the steps for preparing the budget, the implementation of school tuition fund management has two functions, namely receiving and disbursing funds, while the process The evaluation was carried out by discussing meetings between the Foundation and the school principal, treasurer and head of administration to discuss funding carried out at the end of each semester and a presentation of delays in school tuition payments of around 40-45%. This conclusion in this research has been late payment of school tuition payment of by difficult economic bills and several parent of students

This research is research related to the development strategy oflthe micro industry in the Bakso Haji Dul business in Pontianak City. The aim of this research is to find out what strategies and obstacles influence the development process and running of the business, as well as find out the income figures for 2020-2022 in the Bakso Haji Dul micro industry. The author uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach model. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation involving the author with 2 informants, namely the business owner and employees in the Bakso Haji Dul production section. The research results show that the development strategy used is adding product variants, creating a business logo, implementing the latest sales concept and improving service quality. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the owner of2the Bakso Haji Dul business attempted to produce innovations and creative ideas which continued to be developed through the emergence of the newest products. This is what causes income figures to continue to increase every year. Bakso Haji Dul's business income in 2020 and 2021 increased by 64.78%, while in 2021 and 2022 it was 64.78%. Then followed in 2021 to 2022 there was an increase of 79.25%. Through this stage of development, the Bakso Haji Dul business often experiences obstacles in the form of pressure from business competition conditions and soaring raw material prices which result in business owners having to organize plans to avoid losses.

This research was do it because the learning system is still conventional with the lecture method and giving assignments or group work to students using textbooks and LKS and rarely using learning media so that students are less enthusiastic about learning. This study aims to produce Sun Education learning media so that students can more easily follow the lessons. The procedure for this study used the PPE (Planning, Production, and Evaluation) method by Richey and Klein. This data collection technique is in the form of qualitative data derived from revisions by media experts, interview data, and research questionnaires. With the results of assessments from learning practitioners and students using CVR CVI which are declared valid or suitable for use.

The aim of this research is to determine the factors causing the level of bad credit in the Mantoari Dait Pontianak cooperative. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. Observations and interviews were carried out on 3 employees of the Mantoari Dait cooperative in various fields and 3 customers with a total of 6 informants. Data collection was carried out by observation and in-depth interviews as well as several documentation relevant to the research. The results of this research found that the factors causing the level of bad credit are internal factors and external factors. There are 2 ways to overcome bad credit at the Mantoari Dait Pontianak cooperative, namely efforts to resolve bad credit carried out by the cooperative, namely trying to contact customers who experience credit jams, and coming directly to be able to find solutions together in an effort to overcome credit jams experienced by cooperative members and provide understanding. about how to manage finances by setting aside a portion of the results of work that are channeled to pay loan installments in cooperatives. Negotiate to resolve obligations voluntarily with customers, by reducing interest or paying the principal due on credit loans. Take firm action by confiscating or taking collateral promised as collateral when making a loan. The second effort is to resolve credit congestion caused by customers. Customers can make realistic payment plans based on their financial ability to pay their credit installments.
