Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Orientasi Pasar Terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran pada Usaha Susu kuda liar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan berbagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variable orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Instrument ini dapat di nyatakan semuanya valid dan reliabel. Kemudian pada penelitian ini menemukan bahwa orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Berdasarkan penemuan ini, implikasi penting yang perlu di tekankan adalah pentingnya orientasi pasar yang lebih mendalam agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran kedepannya . Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini bahwasanya orientasi dalam perusahaan sangatlah penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran perusahan

Abstract

The discussion regarding the location of the paradise where Prophet Adam and Eve resided has long been a subject of debate among scholars. This article analyzes the majority opinion of scholars, which asserts that the paradise in question is the Eternal Paradise in the hereafter, as well as the minority view that considers it to be located on earth. This study employs an analytical approach to the evidence found in the Qur'an, hadith, and the perspectives of classical and contemporary scholars. The findings indicate that the majority opinion is stronger, based on clear and authentic arguments.

Abstract

M. Quraish Shihab is often considered to be the scholar having the significant influence and role toward the study of the tafsir in contemporary Indonesia. However, the role and influence have not been well discussed yet. This writing found that M. Quraish Shihab indeed has a significant role and influence. Thematic tafsir which becomes the trend of the contemporary tafsir in Indonesia is formed under the influence and the role of M. Quraish Shihab. He was among the first to initiate and manage a thematic interpretation study project in the Indonesian academic world. In addition to being a supervisor for writing thematic interpretations carried out by his students, his activeness in producing works of thematic interpretations is also his way of transmitting his exegesis ideas, and because of that he can influence the dynamics of contemporary Indonesian tafsir studies. Not only that, he also affects the dynamics of the object of study of the tafsir. This influence can be seen from the proliferation of studies that examine his commentary ideas and are inspired by his commentary ideas. In fact, his significant influence can also be seen from the emergence of various appreciations and criticisms directed to him and his interpretative ideas

Abstract

Mathematical communication skill (KKM) is the ability of students to communicate ideas in writing to solve problems. However, students still have not been able to solve the problem and do not write conclusions. So it is necessary to apply the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) learning model with a realistic approach to student KKM. The TSTS learning model can give students freedom to understand the material, develop mathematical ideas, write, and convey the results of their thinking to other students. This research was an experimental research with a posttest-only nonequivalent groups design. Sampling was conducted using the purposive sampling technique based on consideration of the lowest class average score, and a population equality test was performed using a one-way ANOVA test. Data collection was carried out using a posttest containing 4 questions and analyzed using descriptive statistics and a one-way ANOVA test. The results showed that the value of Fcount: 6.629159 > Ftable: 4.003983, so that the learning model affects math communication skill. Furthermore, a double comparison test was conducted with the Scheffe method and obtained that Fcount: 6.5863 > Ftable: 4.003983, which shows a significant difference between the average of the TSTS learning model with a realistic approach and the conventional learning model. So, it is concluded that the TSTS learning model with a realist approach is the best.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah membuka peluang baru dalam dunia pendidikan, salah satunya melalui penggunaan ChatGPT. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan ChatGPT sebagai strategi pembelajaran inovatif dalam Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) di SMP Negeri 7 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan McTaggart, yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus pada siswa kelas VII A sebanyak 30 orang. Fokus pembelajaran adalah pengenalan konsep dasar pemrograman dengan media Scratch yang dipadukan dengan ChatGPT sebagai pendamping interaktif. Pada Siklus I, pembelajaran diarahkan untuk memperkuat pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep-konsep dasar seperti variabel dan perulangan. Sedangkan pada Siklus II, siswa menerapkan konsep-konsep tersebut dalam proyek animasi menggunakan Scratch. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ChatGPT membantu siswa memahami materi dengan lebih mudah, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, serta mendorong partisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, ChatGPT terbukti menjadi strategi baru yang efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan relevan dengan kebutuhan pendidikan abad ke-21.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This reseach is aim Response of Plant Catalyst and Goat Dung Liquid Organic Fertilizer on the Growth and Production of Allium chinense G. Don. In Implementation for four months from Mei to Augurt 2021. Reseach sites on Bung Tomo street Gang Surya Indah RT 23 Sungai Keledang Village, Samarinda Seberang District, Samarinda City. East Kalimantan Province The research design used a randomized completely block design (RCBD) repeate three times. plant catalyst four level and growing medium four. The fist factor is Plant Catalyst 2006 (P) : P0 = without Plant Catalyst 2006 (Control), P1 = 0.5 g Plant Catalyst 2006 per liter of water, P2 = 1 g Plant Catalyst 2006 per liter of water, P3 = 1,5 g Plant Catalyst 2006 per liter of water and the second factor is the Goat Dung Liquid Organic Fertilizer (K), namely: Goat Dung Liquid Organic Fertilizer K0 =o ml/water , K1 = 5 ml/ L water (3:1), K2 = 10 ml / L water, K3 = 15 ml/ L water The results showed that the application of Plant Catalyst fertilizer (P) had no significant effect on all observation variables, the application of POC goat manure (K) had a significant effect on the observed variables for the number of bulbs and bulb weight of Allium tuberosum bulbs with K3 treatment (15 ml / liter of water) which gave the results the best. The interaction of the application of Plant Catalyst fertilizer and POC manure had a significant effect on the observed variables on the number of Allium chinense G. Don bulbs, but had no significant effect on the variables observed for the number of leaves, bulb volume and weight of Allium tuberosum bulbs, P2K1 treatment (1 gram/ltr of water and 5 ml/ltr of water). ) which gives the best results The results showed of plant Catalyst treatment non signifint and growing media treatment higly signifint. effect on the number of leaves 28 DAP, 42 DAP, 56 DAP, 70 DAP, number of tubers 70 DAP, root length 70 DAP, and tuber wet weight 70 DAP. The best treatment is growing medium that is top soil and goad manure (3:1). Recommendation to use Goat Dung Liquid Organic Fertilizer 15 ml / liter of water for the cultivation of Allium chinense G. Abstract

The development of science and technology has encouraged every sector to utilize information quickly, precisely, and accurately. In the creative service industry, the utilization of information technology such as websites is an important strategy to increase promotion and sales. Maripro Photo Studio, as a local photography business in Medan, is still limited in digital marketing because it only relies on WhatsApp and Instagram. This research aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of a promotional and sales website based on the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach. This method consists of five stages, namely observation, definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing, which are focused on the needs and comfort of end users. Data was collected through direct observation, interviews with the studio, and literature studies related to UI/UX design and digital marketing. The results of the design process show that the website has an attractive appearance, easy navigation, and is able to convey information effectively. Evaluation through usability testing on users shows a high average score on the aspects of ease of use, aesthetics, accessibility, and user satisfaction. In conclusion, this website can be a digital solution that increases the marketing reach and service quality of Maripro Photo Studio. In addition, the results of this study can also be used as a reference in the development of similar systems in the industry sector.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase farmers' income as feed for breeding cattle and is intended as a step to save the environment from the effects of erosion due to massive land clearing that has occurred in recent years, including in Moyo Utara District, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. In addition to providing material through short training on seedling selection procedures, breeding patterns, harvesting and utilization techniques of Lamtoro taramba, farmers are also encouraged to calculate the economic value of cattle breeding by utilizing lamtoro taramba compared to using other feed crops such as grass and agricultural waste. The results of the service showed that the application of lamtoro taramba on a limited scale showed better growth of breeding cattle and that the plant is beneficial in cattle breeding efforts. In turn, lamtoro taramba is no longer perceived as a land-destroying pest. Lamtoro taramba opens up opportunities for the Sumbawa Regency Government to provide holistic livestock development that leads to an increase in farmers' income

Abstract

The development of prosocial attitudes in early childhood is an important aspect in the formation of individual characters who care about others and their environment. The lack of activities that can foster prosocial values is often a challenge in early childhood education institutions. This study aims to examine the implementation of traditional games of the Dragon Snake in developing prosocial attitudes in children aged 5-6 years. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with the main data sources of students, teachers and related documents at Kuncup Muda Kindergarten. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis is carried out through the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of the traditional game Snake Dragon in Kuncup Muda Kindergarten involved several stages, namely the introduction and understanding of the game, the formation of cooperation in groups, teaching the value of sharing and taking turns, developing children's communication skills, managing conflicts in groups, cultivating empathy and caring, as well as evaluation and reflection on the implementation of the game. This activity is effective in encouraging children to interact positively, understand other people's perspectives, and strengthen social relationships. The recommendation from this study is that teachers in early childhood education more often utilize traditional games such as the Dragon Snake as an interactive and fun learning medium to support the development of children's prosocial attitudes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media video animasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) kelas V SDN 230 Palembang. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya Hasil Belajar siswa serta kurangnya variasi media pembelajaran yang digunakan di kelas, yang berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen semu (quasi experiment). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan video animasi dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode ceramah. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes hasil belajar yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan video animasi dengan yang tidak. Penggunaan video animasi terbukti meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, media video animasi dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS.
