Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the values ​​of Islamic religious education contained in the Ari Ana Mahun tradition in the people of Negeri Kilkoda, Gorom Island District, East Seram Regency. A unique tradition called Ari Ana Mahun or children's maulid is found in Negeri Kilkoda, Gorom Islands, East Seram Regency. Different from the usual commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, this tradition is carried out 15 days before the month of Ramadan as a form of respect for children or family members who have died. The community believes that prayers and prepared food will make the spirits happy, as well as being a medium for maintaining Islamic cultural heritage. This tradition is carried out once a year and is passed down from generation to generation. In addition to being a form of respect, Ari Ana Mahun is a means of education for the community to preserve Islamic traditions and strengthen religious values. These values ​​are instilled from generation to generation so that the community maintains their cultural and spiritual identity. This paper aims to describe the values ​​of Islamic education contained in it. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that this tradition involves determining the date, preparing traditional food, visiting graves, decorating the containers, reciting prayers together, giving alms to children, and planting a raung (a symbol of Islam) at the graves. The Islamic educational values ​​contained include monotheism, worship, morals, silaturahmi (silaturahmi), instilling religious values ​​from an early age, and preserving Islamic culture.

Abstract

Pantun is one of the forms of Malay oral literature that remains alive and is still used by the community. In addition to serving as entertainment and a medium of expression, pantun also functions as a tool for conveying religious and moral teachings, commonly referred to as pantun berisi (meaningful pantun), pantun tunjuk ajar (didactic pantun), or pantun nasihat (advisory pantun). Its interpretation is not only literal but also symbolic, as it is rich in meaning. Consequently, pantun can be delivered in various forms of expression, allowing the messages it carries to be disseminated more broadly and reach diverse segments of society. Therefore, the elders say, “In Malay pantun, there is wisdom.” This community service activity is aimed at the students of SMA Negeri 5 Marpoyan Damai, in line with the Riau Provincial Government's efforts to preserve and promote Riau Malay Culture. The goal is to improve students’ ability to read and understand pantun jenaka (humorous pantun) composed by Tenas Effendy. Through the involvement of the team from the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Lancang Kuning, this activity is expected to strengthen students’ understanding of Malay culture as a whole.

Abstract

The limitations of conventional static and inflexible Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems have resulted in significant challenges in adapting to the specific needs of various types of businesses, with PerFormance being restricted in terms of flexibility to adapt to market changes. After implementing a CRM system with a static Workflow, PT Rintis Sejahtera recorded significant improvements, such as a 35% increase in customer request handling speed and a 28% increase in customer satisfaction. This research aims to develop a web-based CRM system with dynamic Workflows that can enhance operational Efficiency and effectiveness, allowing it to adapt to future changes. The study focuses on implementing web technologies to design and develop a CRM system capable of adjusting Workflows according to the specific needs of the user company. The research methodology used in this study includes the PIECES framework and the Waterfall model. The PIECES approach covers aspects such as PerFormance, InFormation, Economics, Control, Efficiency, and Service, which are applied to analyze and design a better CRM system. Additionally, the Waterfall method is used to ensure that each stage of system development, from requirements analysis to testing, is carried out sequentially and systematically. The combination of these two methods aims to produce a functional system that meets user expectations. The results of the study show that the web-based CRM system with dynamic Workflows successfully improved operational Efficiency and effectiveness by 50% in customer request handling speed and 45% in customer satisfaction. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method, with the evaluated indicators focusing on the Expected Results of each system function, such as respone speed, the ability to manage dynamic Workflows, and user satisfaction levels. The test results indicate that the system is fully functional and meets all expected requirements.

the attendance list also includes data collection which must be recapitulated every day against the admin of my toddler khatam quran school. The attendance system can read every finger identity that is registered for all teachers at my toddler Khatam Koran school easily and does not read for fingerprints that have not been registered before.The display for the LCD is the name of each teacher and written attendance is stored if the fingerprint is registered, if the fingerprint is not registered then the display on the LCD displays an unknown fingerprint

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a website-based digital school information system at SMP Negeri 5, which is expected to improve the efficiency of educational management and information access for students, teachers, and parents. The method used in this study is system development with an Agile approach, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study indicate that the developed information system is able to provide important features such as student data management, class schedules, announcements, and discussion forums. The system trial showed a positive response from users, with a user satisfaction level reaching 85%. In addition, this system also provides easy access to real-time information, thus supporting a more effective teaching and learning process. This study recommends further development for system integration with e-learning applications and training for users to maximize the benefits of the Digital School information system being promoted by the government. Thus, the website-based digital school information system at SMP Negeri 5 is expected to serve as a model for other schools in facing the challenges of education in the digital era and the rapid development of technology that requires schools to have a teaching model that is appropriate to the development of Gen Z.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the use of digital technology that has shown a positive impact on the academic presentation of students. Chatbot applications is one technology that can be utilized to improve the quality of learning in the classroom.The research method used is Quasi Experimental with pretest-postest control group design. The total population in this study were 128 5th grade students. The samples used were class 5B and Class 5C. Data collection techniques used tests and non-tests. The data collection instruments used were question sheets, observation sheets, and documentation guidelines. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing.based on data analysis obtained: 1) Control class pretest learning outcomes was 34 while the posttest was 59. 2) Experimental class pretest learning outcomes was 46,77 while the posttest was 80,96. 3) There is a significant effect on the application of the blended learning method assisted by DARA chatbot application. with an effect size test of 9.1935. So it can be concluded that in general the use of blended learning methods assisted by DARA chatbot applications has a high influence on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Perbaikan sistem manufaktur merupakan salah satu usaha perbaikan yang intensif dilakukan agar nantinya dapat merespon perubahan pasar dengan cepat. Perusahaan ini selalu berusaha akan peningkatan produktifitas, salah satu cara yang dilakukan adalah dengan menerapkan sistem perawatan preventive dan corrective. Namun padakenyataannya hasil yang dicapai belum sesuai dengan harapan.Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa besarnya waktu yang terpakai untuk melakukan breakdown maintenance, yang merupakan salah satu permasalahan sesungguhnya, sehingga tindakan perbaikan difokuskan pada permasalahan ini. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengukuran OEE, analisis perhitungan Six Big Losses, dananalisis diagram sebab akibat untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi dan memberikan usulan penyelesaian masalah. Dari analisis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh beberapa hasil yakni nilai OEE di mesin Reverse Osmosis berksar antara 38,2% - 45,3%dan berada di bawah standart OEE (85%). Rendahnya nilai OEE ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya availability rate yang hanya berkisar antara 62,5% - 83,3% dan berada jauh di bawah standart availability rate(90%). Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa faktor-faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi rendahnya efektivitas mesin adalah faktor reduced speed sebesar 30,31% dan yield scrap loss sebesar 53,37%. sehingga tindakan yang disarankan adalah penerapan TPM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Kelurahan Lasusua Kecamatan Lasusua Kabupaten Kolaka Utara beserta faktor penghambat dan pendukung pelayanan publik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 (lima) orang yang ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan publik di Kantor Kelurahan Lasusua sangat berkualitas hal ini tercermin dari dimensi Tangibel (bukti fisik) dimana pelayanan telah dilengkapi dengan peralatan kantor seperti komputer, laptop, printer, tersedianya wifi, dan sistem administrasi berbasis teknologi. Selain itu kebersihan terjaga dengan baik, yang menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan bersih. Pada dimensi Reliability (kehandalan) berkualitas, karena kemampuan staf mengolah data dengan akurasi, dan kecepatan yang memadai dengan menggunakan teknologi untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pelayanan. Pada dimensi Responsiveness (respon/daya tanggap) berkualitas, hal ini tercermin dari tanggapan cepat dan responsif yang diberikan oleh pegawai terhadap kebutuhan dan keluhan masyarakat. Pada dimensi Assurance (jaminan) berkualitas, karena pelayanan yang dilakukan memberikan jaminan pelayanan tepat waktu, selain itu, tidak ada biaya pelayanan dalam bentuk apapun. Pada dimensi Empathy (empati) berkualitas, karena pegawai menunjukkan sikap yang ramah, sopan, dan peduli terhadap masyarakat yang membutuhkan pelayanan. Mereka memberikan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan dengan penuh perhatian dan penghargaan terhadap setiap individu yang datang. Faktor penghambat yaitu keterlambatan pegawai yang disebabkan oleh masalah pribadi, dan gangguan jaringan internet. Namun, faktor pendukung seperti kerja sama tim yang solid, motivasi kerja yang tinggi, dan kompetensi pegawai memastikan bahwa pelayanan tetap berjalan lancar, dan memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas kepada masyarakat. Secara keseluruhan, pelayanan di Kantor Kelurahan Lasusua Kecamatan Lasusua Kabupaten Kolaka Utara telah berhasil dalam menerapkan prinsip pelayanan yang “sangat berkualitas”.

Abstract

Effective communication is essential in learning English, especially in the speaking aspect. This challenge was evident at SMPN 22 West Jakarta, where students struggled to communicate with their teachers due to language barriers. To address this, the researcher conducted a study in class 9F, involving 33 students, using Classroom Action Research (CAR) across three cycles. The class was chosen due to limited interaction and communication during English lessons. The goal was to improve students' speaking skills through a communicative approach, supplemented with the Simon Says game. The results showed significant improvement in speaking skills. In cycle I, only 11 out of 33 students (33%) could speak English. By cycle III, this number increased to 100%, demonstrating that the communicative approach combined with the Simon Says game was effective in enhancing speaking skills at the junior high school level.

Abstract

True education is an absolute necessity for every human being who is carried out consciously to form self-potential. This study aims at patterns of economic education in rattan craftsman families in order to maintain business continuity. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Informants in this study were families of rattan craftsmen in Karang Asem Village, Plumbon District, Brebes Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are (1) The profile of the family of rattan craftsmen in maintaining the sustainability of this business there are two families, namely the two sons rattan home industry and the Nayafa rattan home industry, the business of the two families is growing more and more demand from factories and from consumers outside the city, (2 ) The pattern of economic education in rattan craftsman families in maintaining business continuity in Karang Asem Village, Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency 2 can be obtained three supporting patterns, namely: habituation, advice and training for independence, (3) Factors that influence patterns of economic education in rattan craftsman families In maintaining business continuity in Karang Asem Village, Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency, there are three factors, namely: discipline, honesty and obedience to the rules.
