Abstract

Inclusive education aims to provide access to quality education for all children, including children with special needs. Implementation in Indonesia still faces various challenges, especially in the management of disability friendly facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to explore the management of inclusive education facilities and infrastructure. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation for five months (August–December 2024). School has provided inclusive education facilities, such as accessible classrooms, disability-friendly toilets, ramps, and Disability Service Units. However, there are still limitations in special learning aids. Management of facilities and infrastructure is carried out through annual planning, routine monitoring, and periodic evaluation, not yet supported by special experts in inclusive services. The main challenges faced are budget constraints and lack of professional human resources. This study emphasizes the importance of adaptive and planned management of facilities and infrastructure in creating an inclusive learning environment. School has implemented strategies by applying for assistance to the Education Office, collaborating with community organizations, and holding inclusive education training for teachers. These findings can be a reference for schools in improving the effectiveness of inclusive education facility management.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Tahfiz Qur'an program in creating a Qur'ani-based school culture at public junior high schools in North Aceh Regency. The Tahfiz Qur'an program is a strategic effort to foster religious character, noble morals, and Islamic insight among students amid the current moral challenges faced by young generations. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results indicate that the program is implemented through curriculum integration, daily and weekly scheduling, guidance by religious teachers and hafiz, as well as regular evaluations. Its impact is reflected in the formation of an Islamic school culture, shown by habits of reading the Qur'an, increased discipline, and Islamic values in social interactions. The challenges encountered include a shortage of qualified Tahfiz instructors, students’ varying memorization abilities, and time management issues. Solutions applied include teacher training, personal motivation approaches, and collaboration with Islamic boarding schools and parents. This program has proven effective in establishing a Qur'ani culture that is not merely symbolic but practically embedded in everyday school life.

Abstract

This research explored the effectiveness of the Listen, Repeat, and Trace technique in enhancing students' English vocabularies. Employing the Collaborative Classroom Action Research, the researchers conducted this study in two cycles using pre- and post-tests to assess students’ vocabularies enhancement. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages to investigate all 31 students at the eighth grade of one high school in Jambi Province, Indonesia. The results revealed a significant improvement of learners’ English vocabularies after they received the LRT treatment technique. Moreover, the average score from both post-test in cycle 1 and cycle 2 significantly increased. The mean score of cycle 1 was 74.36 (14 students or 46% who passed Minimum Mastery Criterion), while in cycle 2 was 85.32 (25 students or 81 % who passed Minimum Mastery Criterion). This technique offered a pedagogical approach that goes beyond traditional rote memorization methods, providing students with a dynamic and engaging learning experience. Ultimately, the LRT technique promoted a positive learning environment by fostering student engagement and motivation. The interactive nature of the technique encouraged active participation and collaboration among students leading to better language learning experience. Thus, the educators are expected to implement the LRT technique as an innovative strategy to promote vocabulary development and enrich language learning outcomes.

Abstract

The economy is a fundamental human activity aimed at fulfilling the instinct to survive. As time progresses and society evolves, human needs have become increasingly complex, driving some to produce goods and offer services to meet consumer demands. The shift in the business world during the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is deeply intertwined with technology. Even the simplest businesses are now linked to technology, such as buying and selling, which often uses digital money. It opens up opportunities for digital transformation in new businesses in the digital and technology sectors, which are growing rapidly in Indonesia. This research is a field study using both primary and secondary data. The qualitative research method employed includes data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis of the data reveals the implementation of E2Log digitization in export-import goods delivery services at PT. Hansa Meyer Global Indonesia includes features that facilitate company operations, such as data analysis, inventory management, shipping routes, tracking, and payment management. The digitization of E2Log enhances revenue and profitability through resource optimization, timely decision-making, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, from an Islamic economic perspective, the use of E2Log digitization aligns with Islamic economic principles, including fairness, avoiding usury, and social responsibility.
