Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of giving rabbit urine POC on Odot grass production, such as plant height, leaf width, fresh production, number of tillers, and leaf length. Forage is the main feed component most needed by ruminant livestock, and in general, forage can be divided into three groups: grass (Gramineae), legumes (Leguminoseae), and non-grass. Feed is the most important factor in livestock raising; the success or failure of a livestock business is primarily determined by the feed provided. One of the forages for livestock is Odot grass, which can be reproduced using a vegetative method, namely by using the branches that grow best. This research used the experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and four groups as replications. The treatments given were as follows: P1: No rabbit urine fertilizer, P2: Pure rabbit urine (10%), P3: POC rabbit urine (10%), P4: POC rabbit urine (15%), P5: POC urine rabbit (20%). The variables observed were fresh production (kg), plant height (cm), number of tillers (stems), leaf width (cm), and leaf length (cm). The results and discussion of the results of this research show that the highest results were in treatment P5 (20% POC rabbit urine), where fresh production of Odot grass was 2.5 kg per hill, plant height 120.5 cm, the number of saplings 27.75 stems, leaf width 4 .75 cm and leaf length 69.5 cm. In conclusion, giving rabbit urine POC showed no significant effect on fresh production and plant height but really affected the number of tillers, leaf width, and leaf length of Odot grass.

Abstract

This study presents a critical narrative review of national and international literature published between 1995 and 2024 to examine the conceptual and empirical contributions of local food diversification in building sustainable food systems. Local food diversification plays a strategic role in building a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable food system. A narrative critical review method was employed, allowing for thematic synthesis of peer-reviewed publications obtained from databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, and accredited national journals. Literature selection focused on the keywords: local food diversification, food security, agroecology, local wisdom, and sustainable food systems. The collected data were analysed by mapping findings into five key dimensions: ecology, socio-culture, economy, technology, and policy and institutions. Findings highlight that agroecological diversification based on local biodiversity improves climate resilience and food availability, while also preserving cultural identity and empowering rural economies. Technological innovation and participatory policy approaches are essential to support local food systems. Strengthening multi-sector collaboration, research funding, and community participation is key to positioning local food diversification as a foundation for inclusive and resilient national food policy. This study emphasises the importance of strengthening institutions, research funding, and cross-sector collaboration to make local food diversification the foundation of the national food security strategy. By placing local values and diversity as pillars of policy, Indonesia can realise a future food system that is resilient, sovereign, and aligned with the principles of sustainability. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand experience and brand image on willingness to pay a price premium, with brand love as a mediating variable among customers of a coffee shop in Medan. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 131 customers. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on willingness to pay a price premium, while brand experience does not. Both brand experience and brand image have positive and significant effects on brand love. Furthermore, brand love significantly influences willingness to pay a price premium. However, brand love does not mediate the relationship between brand experience and willingness to pay a price premium, nor between brand image and willingness to pay a price premium. These findings offer valuable implications for coffee shop marketing strategies in building strong and emotional brand perceptions to enhance customers’ willingness to pay higher prices.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in economic growth and job creation. However, MSMEs often face challenges in the form of intense competition and unethical business practices. This study aims to explore the contribution of religious moderation to MSME development through a qualitative approach with a case study method. The concept of religious moderation is understood as an effort to balance religious values with sustainable and responsible business practices. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and participant observations of MSME actors who integrated the principles of moderation in their business activities. The results of the study indicate that religious moderation encourages the formation of reflective business ethics, inclusive cooperative relationships, and social orientation in business decision making. These findings indicate that religious moderation has a practical role in encouraging more ethical business practices and oriented towards social sustainability. Thus, religious moderation not only functions as a theological concept, but also as a value framework that can enrich the practice and orientation of MSME development amidst contemporary economic challenges.

Abstract

Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat di kawasan wisata Carocok dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat setempat. Pengembangan pariwisata di kawasan pantai Carocok dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, pihak swasta serta melibatkan masyarakat lokal sebagai pelaku usaha wisata. Kerjasama antara pemerintah dengan swasta membuka peluang untuk memperluas infrastruktur dan pendukung pariwisata seperti hotel, restoran dan sarana rekreasi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan fenomena sosial secara rinci. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelitian lapangan, observasi, dan wawancara mendalam dengan pelaku usaha pariwisata dan pengelola pariwisata. Selain itu, data sekunder seperti artikel, tesis, dan dokumen resmi pemerintah digunakan untuk mendukung data wawancara dan mengelaborasi hasil observasi. Analisis data, peneliti mempertimbangkan aspek kontekstual (sosial ekonomi dan Community Based-Tourism), posisi peneliti (peran dan kedudukan), dan pertimbangan etika (kerahasiaan data dan anonimitas). Hasilnya menunjukkan objek wisata pantai Carocok dapat meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan pariwisata pantai Carocok. Pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat di kawasan Pantai Carocok memberikan peluang yang besar bagi masyarakat lokal dan manfaat bagi pemerintah daerah. Studi ini memberikan wawasan yang relevan bagi akademisi dan pembuat kebijakan yang bekerja di industri pariwisata, pembuat kebijakan dan pengelola pariwisata serta memberikan data empiris tentang karakteristik dan hubungan antara pariwisata berbasis masyarakat dan pembangunan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, leadership, and the work environment on organizational commitment at the Al Bayan Hidayatullah Foundation in Makassar. Multiple regression analysis was used. Sampling was conducted using the Slovin technique, involving 55 respondents from a population of 122 employees. The results indicate that motivation, leadership, and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Motivation has a partial positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, leadership has a partial positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and work environment has a partial positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at the Al Bayan Hidayatullah Foundation in Makassar.

Abstract

Teologi kontekstual telah berkembang sebagai salah satu pendekatan utama dalam teologi modern, dengan penekanan pada pentingnya memahami dan menginterpretasikan ajaran agama dalam konteks sosial, budaya, dan historis yang ada. Di tengah berbagai krisis sosial global seperti ketidakadilan sosial, kemiskinan, perubahan iklim, dan konflik agama. Teologi kontekstual menawarkan wawasan baru untuk gereja dan masyarakat dalam merespons tantangan-tantangan tersebut. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana teologi kontekstual dapat menjadi respons yang relevan terhadap kemiskkinan, dengan menekankan prinsip-prinsip dasar teologi kontekstual serta contoh-contoh aplikasinya dalam berbagai konteks sosial.

Abstract

The implementation of the sub-district Musrenbang is a very important series of planning processes that become the subject of discussion in the district musrenbang proposals so that the district musrenbang discussions are the aspirations or wishes of the community, but in Batang Masumai sub-district there are still many proposals that are not accepted and are not in accordance with the development priorities of the district government. Therefore, researchers conducted a study on the Effectiveness of Implementation of District Development Planning Deliberations (Case Study in Batang Masumai District, Merangin Regency, Jambi Province, 2017-2018). In this study using the theory of effectiveness with three indicators, namely accountability, transparency and participation. Data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation techniques and data analysis techniques using data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are that (1) The mechanism for implementing the development planning deliberations of the Batang Masumai sub-district in the last two years, 2017 and 2018 uses a different legal basis due to changes in the legal basis. (2) the ineffectiveness of the Batang Masumai sub-district development planning deliberation in 2017-2018 seen from the participation indicator that the participants of the Batang Masumai sub-district development planning deliberation decreased from 2017 to 2018. Judging from the accountability/accountability indicator that the implementation of the sub-district development planning deliberation was not carried out fully. Judging from the transparency indicator that it has not been fully implemented in the Batang Masumai sub-district development planning deliberations in 2017 and 2018.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role and function of the Board of Education in improving the quality of education in West Sumatra Province. The focus in this research is how the supervisory function of the Board of Education and its implications in the process of New Student Admissions based on high school level zoning in West Sumatra Province in 2022. The approach used in this research is a descriptive approach with a qualitative type. Data collection procedures used are observation, interviews, documentation. The subjects in this study consisted of various sources (Chair of the Education Council, Members of the Education Council, Secretary of the Education Office, Head of PSMA, Head of GTK, School Principal, Functional Planning Bappeda). Data analysis was carried out interactively and continuously. The results of the study show that the role of the Board of Education in improving the quality of education in West Sumatra Province is still not optimal, then the role of the Board of Education as supervisors has not gone well. The results of the study can be concluded that the supervisory function of the Board of Education and its implications in the zoning-based zoning process for New Students in West Sumatra Province in 2022 has not been optimally implemented

Abstract

The development of digital technology has created new phenomena in prostitution practices through the Michat application, raising problems of norm ambiguity and regulatory disintegration in the Indonesian legal system. Regulations regarding sexual transactions through Michat are scattered across various laws such as the Criminal Code, ITE Law, Pornography Law, TPPO Law, and TPKS Law, each with different approaches without clear harmonization, creating legal uncertainty for law enforcement officers and society. This research uses normative legal methods with statutory, conceptual, and case approaches to analyze the harmonization of regulations and law enforcement regarding sexual transactions through Michat. The research results show significant disharmonization in laws related to sexual transactions through Michat, where this regulatory disintegration creates norm overlaps, inconsistent article application, and legal uncertainty reflected in concrete cases in Surabaya (2024) and Mamuju (2023) which used different legal bases for similar cases. The research concludes that legislative harmonization becomes an urgent need to create alignment, consistency, and legal certainty in the national legislative system to provide optimal protection for victims and effective law enforcement against digital technology-based crimes
