Active involvement of students in physical education is essential for their health, movement activities, and social and cognitive development. However, in the next few years, physical education is predicted to face challenges, especially in encouraging physical activity amidst the rapid advancement of technology that attracts students' attention. Independent Curriculum seeks to provide teachers with the freedom to innovate and adjust learning methods according to student characteristics. One of the relevant tools to achieve this goal is the Student Worksheet, which can be developed with a psychomotor design based on physical literacy. Methods used in this service are the lecture method, mentoring, and measurement of results. Results of this service emphasize the importance of compiling LKPD that not only focuses on basic movement skills such as balance and coordination, but also encourages students' reflection on their physical experiences. Practice session allows participants to design LKPD with the guidance of a facilitator, although some still face challenges in determining measurable physical literacy indicators. Discussion and practice help teachers understand the importance of holistic measurement in psychomotor learning. Reflections at the end of the session showed that teachers gained new insights into the benefits of physical literacy integration, which is expected to improve the quality of teaching and create an inclusive learning environment that supports students' comprehensive development.

Honey contains various essential nutrients, including carbohydrates, proteins, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, dextrin, plant pigments, and natural compounds. This study aims to develop the formulation and effectiveness of forest honey cream as a therapeutic agent for second-degree burns. The research design used was a pure experimental laboratory. This study used five rabbits divided into five treatment groups. Burns were given on the first day and treatment was given every day. Observations were made every three days for 15 days. Statistical analysis was carried out using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), and the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test, by comparing the condition of the wound before and after treatment, as well as the control group that was not given treatment. The results of the study showed that based on the test of the effectiveness of healing burns between the 30% concentration honey cream group when compared to the positive control group (Biopacenton® ointment) showed a difference but was not very significant (0.03 < 0.07). The calculated F value is greater than the F table at the level of α = 0.05 (8.70 > 2.78) so the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is a significant influence/effect of administering high concentration forest honey cream formulation on burns in rabbit test animals. In conclusion, the application of forest honey at a higher concentration significantly improves burn healing in the rabbit model. Further research is recommended to investigate the optimal frequency of forest honey application to further accelerate the burn healing process.

Fraud is a serious challenge and threat faced by various institutions and organizations. Financial reporting fraud is relatively rare but has a greater impact on losses. Financial pressure, opportunities and rationalization drive individuals to engage in fraudulent behavior (fraud). This study aims to determine whether financial behavior and internal locus of control influence the tendency toward financial fraud. A total of 401 village officials were sampled in Deli Serdang Regency and measured using multiple regression analysis. The results showed a negative influence of financial behavior and internal locus of control on financial fraud tendencies, contributing 25.8% simultaneously. The implications of this study are expected for village officials should enhance their internal locus of control and establish healthy management of financial management, through training and workshops.

In the context of vocational education, technicians play a crucial role as partners to teachers in laboratory or workshop settings in schools specializing in machining technology. Despite having received training at their institutions, many technicians lack sufficient competence to optimally support learning activities. This community service initiative aims to enhance the professional competence of technicians in vocational schools through a structured approach. The activity begins with a field study to assess specific needs, followed by the development of a training model that is then reviewed through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). This training model is designed to provide technicians and laboratory teachers with comprehensive insights into best practices and effective self-development guidelines. The expected outcome is a significant improvement in the competencies of technicians and laboratory teachers in Bandar Lampung.
