Abstract

Background: In the process of work to gain the maximum results, a radiologist needs a viewing box tool to read radiographs. Therefore, the authors want to develop a viewing box tool, which in general the work if this tool resembles the factory manufactured tool. The viewing tool box made can adjust the intensity of the light produced. It uses batteries as a charger system, so that the viewing box can be used anywhere, especially areas that have not been reached by electricity.Aims: This study aimed to create a viewing box tool by using a potentiometer system and charger system.Methods: This study used applied research method by creating and using the design of viewing box tool by using a potentiometer and charger system. Using a Lux meter, the tool's feasibility and the quality of potentiometer system were assessed by 15 respondents consisting of five radiologists and 10 radiographers who should fulfill the questionnaire form.Results: The results of the questionnaire showed that 100% radiologist gave an A (excellent) and expressed that the viewing box tool created could be used properly and 90% radiographers provided an A (excellent) and expressed that the viewing box tool created could be used properly, while 10% radiographer gave a value of B (moderate).Conclusion: The proposed viewing box tool could be used properly and obtained optimal results as a tool in reading radiographs. Potentiometer system contained in the viewing box was very helpful in reading radiographs. Abstract

Program Integrasi Layanan Primer (ILP) Kemenkes RI di posyandu menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dasar, menyeluruh dan berkesinambungan. Posyandu ILP menjadi garda terdepan pelayanan kesehatan dasar kepada masyarakat. Keberhasilan program ini sangat bergantung keterampilan kader, pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader, berdampak pada pelayanan, kepuasan masyarakat, dan peningkatan cakupan layanan kesehatan serta promosi kesehatan. Kebaruan penelitian ini adalah evaluasi penilaian keterampilan kader oleh kader sendiri melalui Self Assisment 25 keterampilan kompetensi dasar kader Posyandu ILP di Puskesmas Ngemplak I, Sleman, DIY. Tujuannya adalah mengevaluasi kompetensi kader posyandu ILP, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan kendala, serta menentukan tindak lanjut untuk optimalisasi layanan posyandu. Metodelogi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Responden kader yang terpilih mengisi instrumen/kuesioner tilik diri self report 25 keterampilan kompetensi kader, diobservasi dan diwawancarai. Responden penelitian terpilih adalah kader posyandu yang dinyatakan lulus kompetensi keterampilannya oleh Tim penilai Tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas Ngemplak I Sleman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar kader posyandu memiliki pemahaman dasar ILP, kesenjangan pada aspek pengetahuan, pencatatan, pelaporan, dan koordinasi lintas sektor. Kader kalurahan Bimomartani masih membutuhkan pendampingan dalam pelaksanaan posyandu ILP dibandingkan kader kalurahan Sindumartani dan Umbulmartani sehingga peningkatan kapasitas melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif untuk mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan ILP.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of Project Based Learning (PjBL) in enhancing storytelling skills among early childhood students at TK Cahaya Mentari Langkapura, Bandar Lampung. PjBL, an instructional method centered around projects, aims to guide students in solving complex problems through real-life experiences and active exploration. The study involved pretest and posttest phases to assess the development of children's storytelling abilities before and after implementing PjBL. The results indicate that PjBL significantly improved storytelling interest and confidence, with 73% of children showing increased interest and bravery, 87% starting to present in front of the class, and 53% doing so effectively after PjBL. Additionally, 60% of children understood the importance of proper intonation, and 80% could correctly construct simple sentences. Statistical analysis with a p-value of .000 confirms that the observed improvements were not due to chance. These findings underscore that PjBL is effective in developing storytelling skills, creativity, and collaboration in early childhood education.

Abstract

Planer bamboo machine V2 is a machine used to flatten the top and bottom surfaces of bamboo slats. This machine was made to overcome problems with existing machines in the form and long times of drawstring. An inverter is added to set the rotational speed roller. This study analyzes the effect of a combination of the top and bottom cutting speeds on the rotation speed of roller whose rotation speed was set at frequencies of 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 Hz. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of inverter frequency settings on the results of bamboo drawstring. Based on the analysis performed, the appropriate combination for the performance planer bamboo machine is by setting the inverter frequency to 20 Hz with a production result in a day of 54,54 slats drawstring with long of slats 2 meters, with a total power consumption of 2,483 kWh in one hour.

Abstract

The utilization of bamboo in architecture and construction as an eco-friendly alternative to wood is steadily increasing. While ovens are crucial tools in the production of laminated bamboo, particularly for heating during the bonding process, research on ovens specifically designed for bamboo lamination remains scarce. This study aims to optimize the design of laminated bamboo ovens using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to achieve uniform heat distribution and maximize thermal efficiency. Three design iterations were tested: Iteration 1 with an air velocity of 4 m/s, Iteration 2 with 1.5 m/s, and Iteration 3 with 3 m/s. The results revealed that Iteration 1 exhibited uneven heat distribution, with initial temperatures reaching 1175 K before dropping sharply to 800 K. Iteration 2 showed slower initial heating, achieving a final temperature of 360 K, but heat distribution remained suboptimal. Iteration 3 delivered the best performance, achieving uniform and stable heat distribution near the target temperature of 473 K (200 °C). Overall, Iteration 3 demonstrated the most efficient thermal performance, not only meeting the target temperature with consistent heat distribution but also enhancing the overall heating efficiency of the oven.

Abstract

Tanah Kas Desa merupakan asset desa yang harus dimanfaatkan dan diberdayakan dan jika memungkinkan dioptimalkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah apa yang dilakukan oleh Lurah Sukoreno di Kabupaten Kulon Progo Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam mengoptimalkan Tanah Kas Desa. Melalui metodologi deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif diharapkan penelitia dapat mengetahui dan menjelaskan langkah-langkah yang dilakukan oleh Lurah Sukoreno dalam mengoptimalkan tanah kas desa. Informan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling adalah Lurah, Sekretaris Desa atau Carik, Danarta/Kepala Urusan Keuangan, dan masyarakat penyewa Tanah Kas Desa. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Tanah Kas Desa mulai dilakukan identifikasi sejak terpilihnya Olan Suparlan sebagai Lurah Sukoreno setelah terpilih dalam Pemilihan Lurah Tahun 2018. Setelah dilakukan identifikasi selanjutnya Pemerintah Kalurahan membuat beberapa regulasi mulai dari Peraturan Kalurahan No 03 Tahun 2019 tentang Pemanfaatan Tanah Kas Desa, Peraturan Lurah dan Surat Perjanjian Sewa. Dengan langkah-langkah yang telah dilakukan oleh Lurah Sukoreno, Tanah Kas Desa mampu menyumbang Pendapatan Asli Desa meningkat setiap tahun mulai dari 179.762.712,00 tahun 2020 hingga Rp 240.882.866,00 tahun 2023. Disamping itu masyarakat desa yang memiliki lahan pertanian terbatas dapat memperluas area pertanian sehingga produksi perkapita meningkat dan mampu mendongkrak kesejahteraan keluarga.

Abstract

BUM Desa merupakan badan usaha yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah desa dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Pertumbuhan ekonomi desa dilihat melalui dua indikator kunci yaitu meningkatnya kesejahteraan masyarakat dan meningkatnya Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADesa). Pemerintah Desa Ngargosari telah membentuk BUM Desa sejak tahun 2016. Lembaga ini merupakan pengembangan dari Lembaga Keuangan Mikro yang dibentuk tahun 2007 dan mengalami perubahan menjadi Perusahan Umum Desa (Perumdes) pada tahun 2013. Saat ini BUM Desa Binangun Sejahtera Ngargosari telah memiliki 7 unit usaha. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder diharapkan penelitian ini mampu mendekripsikan bagaimana dinamina pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat desa. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan Pelaksana Operasional BUM Desa, Manager unit-unit usaha, Kepala Desa selaku Penasehat, dan Pengawas. Didukung data sekunder sebagai penunjang analisis yang diperoleh melalui penelusuran dokumen regulasi, profil dan laporan tahunan BUM Desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ke-7 unit usaha BUM Desa Binangun Sejahtera Ngargosari telah mengalami pasang surut dalam melakukan pengembangan perekonomian masyarakat desa. Dinamika tersebut didorong oleh beberapa factor diantaranya regulasi atas pendirian BUMDesa yang beberapa kali mengalami perubahan, penyertaan modal yang belum sesuai harapan, pendirian unit-unit usaha yang belum mapan serta kemampuan manajerial yang belum mumpuni. Alhasil penerimaan laba belum maksimal sehingga berimbas pada kontribusi terhadap Pendapatan Asli Desa yang masih rendah.

Abstract

This study explores the conditions of the thirty traditional markets in the city of Yogyakarta and explores the culinary MSMEs assisted by the Department of Industry, Cooperatives and MSMEs in the city of Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is to formulate the idea of ​​optimizing the function of traditional markets in the city of Yogyakarta. This study uses an exploratory qualitative approach. Informants were determined by purposive sampling.The results of the exploration were found in 30 traditional markets in the city of Yogyakarta, the results of the integration of the two aspects obtained 10 markets that have opportunities for culinary SMEs. This research can be useful in optimizing the function of traditional markets for MSMEs in the city of Yogyakarta. Keywords: Idea, Traditional Market, MSME

Abstract

In today's cafe industry, business owners face intense competition in attracting consumers to make purchases. Digital app-based food delivery services like ShopeeFood are growing rapidly in Indonesia, including in the Tangerang area. This intense competition demands that companies provide the best quality experience to maintain customer loyalty. Consumer behavior is essential because each customer has different characteristics and traits. This study aims to analyze the effect of experience quality on customer loyalty among ShopeeFood customers in Tangerang. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a survey design for 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The results showed that experience quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, with a coefficient of determination of 43.6%, meaning this variable is able to explain almost half of the variation in customer loyalty. This finding indicates that improving the quality of the user experience, both in terms of ease of use of the application, on-time delivery, and interaction with drivers, can strengthen ShopeeFood customer loyalty. The recommendation for management is to continue optimizing the application's features, increasing supervision of driver partners, and maintaining consistent service quality in order to maintain and increase the customer base amidst the competition in the food delivery service industry.

Abstract

Ideally physical education teachers have three main competencies in supporting student development. First, the ability to develop movement activities that aim to facilitate physical activity and maintain the health of students through an educational approach. Second, skills in developing non-academic achievements according to the talents and interests of students, both inside and outside the school environment. Third, the ability to develop and optimize the potential for student achievement in sports. Opportunities for students who have talent and ability in sports are increasingly open with the existence of various championship events at the regional and national levels. However, these opportunities are often not balanced with an increase in the coaching science competencies possessed by physical education teachers. Community service method uses the lecture method, mentoring, and measurement of results. Results of this community service explain that teachers are aware of the importance of developing a structured and effective training program, but they face obstacles such as limited sports facilities in schools and minimal knowledge of sports psychology. In addition, they also pay less attention to continuous evaluation in training and tend to use conventional training techniques. Therefore, this community service emphasizes the importance of advanced training to update their knowledge, as well as the need for a more flexible training approach that is tailored to the needs of individual students.
