Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. This study used a sample of 16 respondents who had worked for approximately three years. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used SPSS, including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that leadership style and organizational culture influence employee performance.

Abstract

Baja AISI 1045 merupakan baja karbon sedang dengan kadar karbon 0,45%. Karakteristik baja ini dapat dimodifikasi melalui perlakuan panas, salah satunya proses quenching. Proses ini melibatkan pemanasan hingga 800°C dengan waktu tahan 15 menit, kemudian didinginkan cepat menggunakan variasi media pendingin tersirkulasi dan bukaan katup yang berbeda. Media pendingin yang digunakan meliputi air, larutan garam, dan solar, masing-masing dengan bukaan katup 180°, 90°, dan 45°. Pengujian sifat mekanik dilakukan menggunakan metode Charpy impact test. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai impak raw material sebesar 0,154 J/mm². Setelah proses quenching, nilai impak pada media air berturut-turut sebesar 0,558; 0,570; dan 0,591 J/mm², pada larutan garam sebesar 0,504; 0,516; dan 0,525 J/mm², serta pada solar sebesar 0,637; 0,660; dan 0,670 J/mm². Struktur makro hasil fraktografi menunjukkan patahan crystalline dan fibrous. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa media pendingin solar dengan bukaan katup 45° menghasilkan nilai impak tertinggi, sehingga direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan ketangguhan baja AISI 1045.

Abstract

This research transforms teaching from a traditional paradigm that focuses on teachers to a student paradigm in the digital era. Abstract

Learning Natural Sciences (IPA) in tertiary institutions has a vital role in forming basic scientific understanding and skills in students. One of the innovations needed to improve students' basic laboratory capabilities is developing learning media in laboratory e-catalogs. E-catalog is an electronic-based information system that provides information regarding tools, materials, and equipment available in the laboratory, including information related to laboratory safety. It allows students to access information in a structured and easy-to-access manner. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of a laboratory e-catalog in improving students' understanding and basic laboratory skills using a questionnaire method for 59 respondents from Science Education students in Biochemistry and Genetics courses. Based on data from evaluation results using the questionnaire method, it shows that the science education department's laboratory e-catalog has proven to be effective in increasing students' knowledge regarding the use and storage techniques of laboratory equipment and materials, which can increase students' knowledge regarding basic laboratory capabilities which influence students' interest in learning and the learning process.

Abstract

This meta-analytic study was conducted through an analysis of 13 studies correlating peer at- tachment to delinquency. Subjects (N = 9823) were respondents aged 10 to 18 years. Result shows a positive and significant correlation between delinquency and peer attachment (rho = .4834 on a 95% degrees of significance and interval of standard deviation = .02787). This study supports previous studies, which reveal correlation between peer attachment and delin- quency. Penelitian dengan menggunakan metaanalisis ini dilakukan dengan analisis terhadap 20 studi yang mengaitkan kelekatan sebaya dan perilaku delinkuen. Subjek penelitian meli- batkan 9823 responden yang berusia antara 10 hingga 18 tahun. Hasil yang diperoleh me- nunjukkan adanya korelasi positif dan signifikan antara kenakalan dan kelekatan sebaya (rho = .4834; dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% dan interval SD = .02787). Penelitian ini mendukung hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang mengungkapkan hubungan antara kelekatan sebaya dan kenakalan.

Abstract

This research investigated the effect of package color on flavor perception. The hypothesis of this research was that package colors would affect flavor perception, and that blue-colored package would result in more positive flavor perception than red. These two chromatic colors were chosen as the package colors, as well as the achromatic white color. The samples (N = 48) were undergraduate students of the Faculty of Psychology, Gadjah Mada University, who volunteered as subjects. They were assigned to evaluate the flavor of coffee served in the three different-color packages A flavor perception scale was employed to collect the data through a counter-balance experimental design method. Results revealed that blue-colored package elicited more positive response than red, produc- ing more positive flavor perception. The same result was obtained from the white-colored package. Results also showed that red-colored package was ineffective in producing positive flavor perception. Penelitian ini meneliti akibat warna kemasan terhadap persepsi cita rasa. Hipotesis peneli- tian ini adalah bahwa warna kemasan memengaruhi persepsi cita rasa, dan warna biru menghasilkan persepsi cita rasa yang lebih positif daripada warna merah. Dua warna khromatik tersebut dipilih sebagai warna kemasan. Selain itu, juga dipakai warna akhromatik(putih). Sampel (N = 48) adalah relawan mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi UGM, yang diminta menilai cita rasa kopi yang dikemas dalam 3 jenis warna tersebut. Data diperoleh melalui pengisian skala persepsi cita-rasa yang telah disiapkan dengan metode eksperimen dengan desain counterbalance. Hasil mengesankan bahwa kemasan berwarna biru lebih menarik daripada yang merah, sehingga menimbulkan persepsi cita rasa yang lebih positif. Demikian juga dengan warna putih. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa kemasan dengan warna merah kurang efektif dalam menimbulkan persepsi cita rasa yang positif.

Abstract

This investigation addressed the influence of peer acceptance/rejection and academic self- concept on academic achievement. The study involved 138 students from two elementary schools in Sleman, Yogyakarta. The findings showed that there were positive and significant relationships bet- ween peer acceptance/rejection, academic self-concept, and academic achievement. Result of step- wise regression analysis showed that peer acceptance/rejection and academic self-concept influenced academic achievement (R 2 =22.7%) and peer acceptance/rejection was the main predictor of academic achievement (R 2 = 16.8%). Accepted students reached higher academic achievement than rejected stu- dents. Furthermore, reading self-concept, as a part of academic self-concept, was significantly related to Bahasa Indonesia achievement (R = 0.370, p > 0.01), general academic achievement (R = 0.337, p > 0.01), and math achievement (R = 0.276, p > 0.01). Penelitian ini melaporkan pengaruh penerimaan/penolakan sebaya dan konsep-diri akademik terhadap prestasi akademik. Studi ini melibatkan 138 siswa dua sekolah dasar di Sleman, Yogya-karta. Temuan menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif bermakna antara penerimaan/penolakan sebaya, konsep-diri akademik, dan prestasi akademik. Hasil analisis regresi bertahap menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan/penolakan sebaya dan konsep-diri akademik memengaruhi prestasi akademik (R 2 = 22.7%) dan penerimaan/penolakan sebaya merupakan prediktor utama prestasi akademik (R 2 = 16.8%). Siswa yang diterima mencapai prestasi akademik yang lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang ter- tolak. Selain itu, konsep-diri membaca, sebagai bagian konsep-diri akademik, terkait secara bermakna pada prestasi Bahasa Indonesia (R 2 = 0.370, p >0.01), prestasi akademik umum (R = 0.337, p >0.01), dan prestasi matematik (R = 0.276, p >0.01).

Abstract

Advances in digital technology have had a major impact on education systems around the world, including in Indonesia. The implementation of various innovations such as e-learning, Learning Management Systems (LMS), artificial intelligence (AI), and virtual reality (VR/AR) technology has increased access to and enriched the learning process. However, challenges such as infrastructure limitations, low digital competence among educators, and lack of policy support remain obstacles to achieving quality education in the digital age. This study aims to comprehensively describe the influence of digital learning technology on the quality of education in Indonesia. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA protocol. The results of the analysis reveal four main themes: (1) the effectiveness of digital-based learning in increasing motivation and learning achievement, (2) equitable access and the challenges of the digital divide, (3) educator readiness and digital capabilities, and (4) policies, infrastructure, and institutional support in driving educational transformation. These findings confirm that the success of digital learning implementation is not only determined by technology, but also by collaboration between educators, educational institutions, and government policies.

Abstract

Posyandu cadres play a strategic role in supporting the transformation of primary health services. However, variations in their abilities in measurement, early detection, health education, and record-keeping remain a challenge. This community engagement program aimed to improve cadre skills through a refresher training based on the five core competencies outlined in the 2024 Ministry of Health Posyandu Cadre Skills Guidelines, while also assessing their competencies. The program was conducted from August to November 2025 in the working area of Puskesmas, Brebes District, involving 91 active cadres from 15 posyandu. A competency-based community empowerment approach was applied using hands-on practice, simulations, and field exercises supervised by health professionals. Skill assessments used structured observation checklists across the five core competency areas. Most cadres were at skill levels equivalent to Purwa to Madya, indicating readiness for formal certification. This competency-based training effectively strengthened cadres’ promotive and preventive skills and is recommended as a tiered training model at the puskesmas level to support primary care transformation indicators and accelerate stunting reduction.
