Abstract

This report was aimed to give advice to optimize flow traffic in Perum LPPNPI Branch Pangkalpinang by using parallel taxiway runway 16. This report used observation method that was implemented in Airnav Pangkalpinang for five more months. There were several cases that was written in this report to support the advice to optimize flow traffic in Perum LPPNPI Branch Pangkalpinang. Based on cases that was collected, the way to solve the cases by adding parallel taxiway runway 16 to optimize flow traffic.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of financial literacy in each generation group (Gen Z, Gen Y, Gen X, and Baby Boomers) in investment decision making. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Respondents in this study were 137 investors who were members of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection was conducted in January 2020-February 2020. The results showed that the differences in financial literacy of each generation group had a significant influence on investment decisions. financial literacy and Investment experience is needed in the capital market in making investment decisions.

Abstract

The fashion industry plays an important role in the growth of the national creative industry which absorbs a lot of employment. Business actors selected as samples of this study were 4 distribution stores (Distros), located on Jl Padjadjaran, Bandung. Increasingly fierce competition is a major problem, marked by declining income and profitability. The purpose of this research is to formulate a distribution business strategy using SWOT analysis and BMC. Qualitative and quantitative descriptive research approaches were used in this study. Qualitative research to identify the factors of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of the study found several factors from the elements of the SWOT analysis, as a basis for conducting quantitative analysis, which resulted in an aggressive strategy that had to be developed. Based on this strategy it is formulated in the form of a business model canvas. The distros business needs to be developed more aggressively in terms of Customer Segment, value proposition, channels, and customer relationships so that company revenue can increase. Companies also need to emphasize the development of the aspects of key business activities, key partners and the effectiveness of utilizing key resources so that the company can carry out cost efficiency. The finding of this study is that BMC can be used to describe briefly but completely as an effort to formulate a strategy for the results of SWOT analysis.

Abstract

Pencemaran adalah berubahnya tatanan (komposisi) air atau udara oleh kegiatan manusia dan proses alam, sehingga kualitas air atau udara menjadi kurang atau tidak dapat berfungsi lagi sesuai dengan peruntukannya. Sumber pencemaran adalah setiap kegiatan yang membuang bahan pencemar. Bahan pencemar tersebut dapat berbentuk padat, cair, gas ataupun partikel tersuspensi dalam kadar tertentu ke dalam lingkungan, baik melalui udara, air maupun daratan pada akhirnya akan berdampak pada manusia. Salah satu contoh muatan minyak yang mempunyai sifat merusak lingkungan di dalam penanganannya haruslah dilakukan secara aman, maka diperlukan sarana dan prasarana penanganan pencemaran laut yang sesuai dengan standar internasional.

Abstract

Windsock is a marker of wind and relative wind speed. This tool is very useful in the world of aviation. Every airport must have a windsock as a support for determining the direction of the wind. This tool is installed at an airport that can be seen clearly by air traffic officers (ATC). But at the airport, A.P.T. Pranoto-Samarinda still uses a manual system to view the windsock using long-distance binoculars. The background of the development of this tool is due to the lack of effectiveness and efficiency when using the windsock which is already available at A.P.T Airport. Pranoto Samarinda. So here the author is interested in raising a title in this final project, namely "Designing of Arduino-Based Wind Direction Indicator Monitoring at Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Airport, Pranoto-Samarinda". The final result achieved from the development of this windsock is that the aim is not to find the wind direction manually, with the development of this tool it can find the wind direction automatically. This windsock is also equipped with a wind vane and a winding cone to measure the wind direction and wind speed around the device. The design of the Arduino-based Wind Direction Indicator monitoring system is expected to detect wind speed and direction that is able to provide data in real-time. So that the data obtained can be conveyed to the public quickly and accurately, an adequate system is needed. The system that is currently growing rapidly is Personal Computer (PC) and internet network. The design of this Wind Direction Indicator tool consists of hardware in the form of Arduino, direction sensor, and wind speed sensor. The Wind Direction Indicator tool can help facilitate ATC in monitoring wind direction and speed which is very important for flight, where previously this process used binoculars to monitor wind direction. The process of monitoring wind direction is made easier by using this tool because the results of reading wind direction and speed will immediately appear on the monitor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh free cash flow dan investment opportunity set terhadap dividend policy dengan debt policy sebagai variabel mediasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kausalitas kuantitatif dengan menggunakan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2019. Pemilihan sampel data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa free cash flow berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap debt policy, investment opportunity set tidak berpengaruh terhadap debt policy, free cash flow berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap dividend policy, investment opportunity set tidak berpengaruh terhadap dividend policy, free cash flow dan investment opportunity set secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap dividend policy, debt policy tidak memediasi pengaruh free cash flow terhadap dividend policy dan debt policy tidak memediasi pengaruh investment opportunity set terhadap dividend policy.

Abstract

This research is entitled the model of education and training of social welfare workers (TKS) in the coordinating body for social welfare activities (BK3S) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) which was held because of the mandate of Law Number 11 of 2009 and other accompanying regulations, as well as the limited human resources of TKS, in social welfare institutions (LKS). As a result of the problem of limited human resources, LKS is unable to provide services to the Social Welfare Service Needs (PPKS) according to LKS service standards and hinders the LKS accreditation process. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The research focus is on the model of TKS education and trainning, the inhibiting factors and the driving factors for TKS trainning. Informance was determined by purposive sampling technique as many as 8 informants. Data were collected through interviews, observation and literature study. To ensure the validation and reliability of the data, triangulated methods, sources, time and results, qualitative data analysis using the Creswell 2016 technique. The conclusion of the research shows that the TKS training model organized by BK3S DIY is effective in increasing the capacity of the Management and Managers of Social Welfare Institutions. So that the output of LKS has human resources according to the mandate of Law number 11 of 2009 concerning social welfare, and outcomes for LKS are met with accreditation requirements, the outcomes of trainning participants can take TKS certification because the trainning curriculum, time and teachers are in accordance with the trainning signs set by the social work science education bond, and the Indonesian professional social work association. Limitations of the study, this research needs to be continued by evaluating the first to fifth batch of trainning alumni and LKS stakeholders, if the results of the positive evaluation of the model held by BK3S DIY can be developed nationally.

Abstract

Education is very important along with the advancements in technology that required people to have in-depth and quality knowledge. A person who can get a job usually has a good educational background. How long it takes a person to get a job is affected by many factors. In statistical sciences, factors affecting how long a person gets a job after graduating from college can be studied using survival analysis. Survival analysis is a regression method used to examine the factors that influence the occurrence of one or more events. Several survival models can be used to estimate the impact of survival factors on how long a person gets a job, including the cox proportional hazard model and the accelerated failure time model. The cox proportional hazard model belongs to the semi-parametric approach where the hazard function essentially follows the non-parametric model while the independent variables follow the parametric model. The accelerated failure time model is a parametric model based on data distribution that can predict the time of the event in observed data. This study was conducted by comparing the cox proportional hazard model and the accelerated failure time model with the logistics distribution to determine if the conditions or data types are better identified with the cox proportional hazard model or the failure time model. time. The results obtained by considering the minimum AIC value, the accelerated failure time model has a better logistics distribution than the cox proportional hazard model.

Abstract

SLB ABCD Bakti Sosial merupakan sebuah sekolah luar biasa yang melayani siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus, terletak di Kecamatan Simo, Kabupaten Boyolali, Jawa Tengah.SLB tersebut memiliki 28 siswa SD, 18 siswa SMP, dan 17 siswa SMA, yang dibimbing oleh 11 guru. Berdasarkan diskusi dengan para guru, diketahui bahwa tempat tinggal siswa memiliki radius hingga 25 kilometer, karena jumlah SLB di Jawa Tengah yang belum sebanding dengan jumlah siswa. Metode pengajaran di SLB ini berbeda dengan sekolah umum, dengan kurikulum tahun 2013 yang mengalokasikan 40% pembelajaran pada materi teori dan 60\% pada keterampilan praktis. Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa, Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat ITS mengusulkan penerapan sistem smart-aquaponic. Sistem ini tidak hanya menjadi alat latihan, tetapi juga sesuai dengan latar belakang pertanian masyarakat Boyolali, yang merupakan mata pencaharian utama di daerah tersebut. Materi video dan modul pendukung diperkenalkan untuk membantu para guru dalam membimbing siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Pengajaran ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dengan memperkenalkan integrasi budidaya ikan dan tanaman melalui otomatisasi sederhana. Otomatisasi ini meliputi pemberian pakan ikan secara terjadwal dan aliran air yang dapat disesuaikan berdasarkan kebutuhan tanaman. Dengan memperkenalkan smart-aquaponic di SLB ABCD Bakti Sosial, harapannya adalah guru dan siswa dapat mengembangkan keterampilan aquaponik dan menyesuaikannya dengan kebutuhan daerah sekitar.

Abstract

Heavy equipment needs batteries to run their systems such as starters, lights, and other electrical components. The problem that often occurs is that the operator does not know and rarely monitors the condition of the battery. Based on these problems, a monitoring system for voltage, current, and battery temperature was made on the Internet of Things-based heavy equipment unit. This tool uses the NodeMCU V3 board and Arduino Uno as a microcontroller. The sensors used are voltage sensors, current sensors, and temperature sensors. The step-down function is to reduce the 12 V battery voltage to 3.3 V – 5 V for power supply to the microcontroller. Real time clock is selected as the source of time data in this system. The firebase server is selected for the process of receiving data to be more practical through its features and the received data is stored in a spreadsheet. Supporting data display on this system uses an LCD and MIT APP Inventor software, where data is displayed in a face-to-face application. The test results show that the reading of the voltage value by the sensor has an average error of 0.43%, the reading of the current value by the sensor has an average error of 4%, the reading of the temperature value by the sensor has an average error of 0.05%, the average of sending data sending time using the NodeMCU V3 board to be recorded on a spreadsheet is 11.23 seconds, and the results of the comparison of the data on the spreadsheet and the LCD in the three units show that there is no difference.
