Abstract

This research aims to expose the system of Kaji Duduak as one of the strategies for learning qira'ah, specifically the aspects that will be exposed in this study are related to learning materials qira'ah, implementation methods and measures of use of the system Kaji Duduak as a strategy of learning qira'ah. The method of research used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach, data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used classification, display and draw conclusions, to the validity of data use triangulation. The results of the study were: 1) learning materials qira'ah with a strategy kaji Duduak sourced from kitab kuning, 2) The implementation method more emphasis on qira'ah jahriyah, 3) measures used in teaching the maharah qira'ah with the strategy of Kaji Duduak: a) Students seated in the presence of ustadz, b) Teachers read the book that is listened to by students, c) Students are asked to restart the readings in turns , d) Reading material is analyzed using certain codes and distinctive mentions with Minang language, e) reading material translated based on i'rab.

Abstract

This research is based on the lack of motivation of students inadding memorization and maintaining memorization, even though theresults of the study show that memorization of the Koran has an influenceon understanding Arabic. The purpose of this study is to determine whetherthere is a relationship between tsiqah tahfidz Al-Qur’an with maharah allughahal-arabiyyah mustawa tsalits in Ma’had Az-Zubair bin Al-Awwam.This study uses quantitative methods, the population in the study directlyinto a sample of 26 people, data collection techniques in this study usingquestionnaires, after the data are obtained the researchers analyze the datawith the percentage and correlation formula. The research findings are thatthere is a significant relationship between tsiqah tahfidz Al-Qur’an withmaharah al-lughah al-‘arabiyah. The conclusions in this study are: 1). Tsiqahtahfidz Al-Qur’an is included in the high classification, with an average of83.81, located at intervals of 83-88, frequency 8 and a percentage of 30.8%,2). Maharah al-lughah al-‘arabiyah belongs to the high classification, withan average of 80.54, located at intervals of 79-85, frequency of 10 and apercentage of 38.5%, 3). There is a significant relationship between tsiqahtahfidz Al-Qur’an with maharah al-lughah al-’arabiyah, the test obtainedrcount of 0.680 and rtable for N 26 of 0.388. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kurangnya motivasi siswa dalammenambahkan menghafal dan memelihara penghafalan, meskipun hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa menghafal Alquran memiliki pengaruh padapemahaman bahasa Arab. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukanapakah ada hubungan antara tsiqah Tahfidz Al-Qur>an dengan Maharah Al-Lughah Al-‘Arabiyyah mustawa tsalits di Ma>had Az-Zubair bin Al-Awwam.Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, populasi dalam studi langsungke sampel dari 26 orang, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian inimenggunakan kuesioner, setelah data diperoleh peneliti menganalisis datadengan rumus persentase dan korelasi. Temuan penelitian adalah bahwa adahubungan yang signifikan antara tsiqah Tahfidz Al-Qur’an dengan MaharahAl-Lughah Al-’Arabiyah. Kesimpulan dalam kajian ini adalah: 1). tsiqah Tahfidz Al-Qur’an termasuk dalam klasifikasi tinggi, dengan rerata 83,81, terletakpada interval 83-88, frekuensi 8 dan persentasi sebesar 30,8%, 2). Maharah Al-Lughah Al-’Arabiyah tergolong klasifikasi tinggi, dengan rerata 80,54, terletakpada interval 79-85, frekuensi 10 dan persentase 38,5% , 3). Ada hubunganyang signifikan antara tsiqah Tahfidz Al-Qur’an dengan Maharah Al-LughahAl-’ Arabiyah, tes yang diperoleh rcount 0,680 dan rtable untuk N 26 dari0,388.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menjelaskan kosa kata yang dianggap merupakan serapan dari selain bahasa Arab, motivasi dalam melakukan analisis terhadap masalah ini tidak terlepas dari kontroversi pemahaman terhadap fenomena arabisasi beberapa kosakata yang terdapat di dalam Al Qur’an, sebahagian ahli berpendapat tidak mungkin Al Qur’an menggunakan bahasa selain bahasa Arab sementara pendapat sebahagian yang lain berpendapat bahwa banyak di antara kosakata yang ada di dalam Al Qur’an yang bukan berbahasa Arab dan hal ini merupakan bukti kelemahan Al Qur’an dan kecolongan bagi umat Islam. Untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensif dan mendalam terhadap permasalahan arabisasi merupakan kajian yang penting untuk dilakukan.This article explains about the vocabulary considered as the absorption apart from Arabic. The motivation of doing analysis on this problem was the controversy of understanding the phenomena of Arabic vocabulary in Al Qur’an. Some experts believed that it is impossible for Al Quran using language beside Arabic. Whereas, the other experts believed that many of vocabularies in Al Qur’an uses language beside Arabic and it the proof of Al Qur’an weaknesses. To get the comprehensive and depth understanding about Arabic language problem is the important study to be conducted.

Abstract

Various approaches in Islamic studies have provided extensive knowledge and studies related to the field of Islamic science, but the many approaches do not necessarily close the space for academics to explore more deeply and even criticise the existing approaches, this is because there is always room for argumentation between fellow academics. Therefore, this study is focused on investigating and finding a normative-theological approach to Islamic studies. The focus of the study of this article is the definition of the normative-theological approach, its scope, as well as the scope of problems and areas. Not only exploring the normative-theological aspects (doctrinal and doctrinal), this research also describes the relationship between normative-theological studies in Islamic studies and other sciences (knowledge) so that studies can be enriched, updated, and relevant to the times and beneficial for life and civilization. The method used in this research is qualitative with the type of library research, the data is analyzed with comparative techniques, namely comparing several opinions related to the research content. The results of the analysis can be concluded that a doctrine and teaching will truly function and exist if it continues to dialogue and respond to the dynamics of the times that are constantly moving, changing, even revolutionary. The importance of normative-theological studies in Islamic studies to dialogue and be enriched with existing science and will continue to develop in accordance with the movements and dynamics of the times. This research provides an important contribution that Islamic studies have a normative-theological side that must be maintained, but must also be enriched with other scientific perspectives and dialogue with the movements of the times and the problems of mankind and life so that a religious teaching (in this case Islam) can be useful in history and civilization.

Abstract

This research examines the dynamics of Islamic inheritance in Indonesia, focusing on the interaction between sharia principles and the diverse social realities in various Muslim communities. Indonesia, as the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, offers a unique context in which Islamic inheritance law must adapt to various cultures, customs, and national legal systems. This study aims to identify how sharia provisions on inheritance are applied and adjusted in the inheritance practices prevalent in society. The method used in this research is a form of library research. Library research is conducted by collecting data through the analysis of relevant literature related to the study's theme. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method. The results of the study show that although sharia principles provide a clear legal framework, their implementation often needs to be adjusted to local social norms to achieve justice and welfare. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of flexibility and contextualization in the application of Islamic law, as well as its potential contribution to social harmony and justice in a multicultural society.

Abstract

The era of society 5.0 is a time when humans must be able to maximize technology in their every activity. Meanwhile, lecturers and students at STAIN Mandailing Natal are faced with a lack of understanding of the devices and platforms that can be used in learning Arabic. Therefore, this activity is intended to strengthen the understanding of lecturers and students on various platforms that can be used in learning Arabic in the era of society 5.0. The activity is carried out in the form of seminars, the implementation technique is carried out by presenting the material which is then continued with question and answer. Data is obtained through direct interaction with assisted participants. The interaction in question is the communication carried out by the resource person before and after the presentation of the material. In accordance with the results of the activity, it is known that assisted participants have an increased understanding of several platforms that can be used in learning Arabic. This conclusion is based on the presence of a positive response to the questions asked after the presentation of the material, besides that the enthusiasm of the participants to explore and study various platforms other than those that are socialized also grows after the implementation of the activity.

Abstract

Keberhasilan dalam internalisasi karakter di lingkungan pendidikan tidak bisa dipisahkan dengan bentuk kebijakan yang ditetapkan oleh kepala sekolah, sementara pada banyak lembaga ditemukan lambannya upaya internalisasi karakter dalam system pendidikan. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bentuk peran kepala madrasah dalam menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai karakter. Penelitian dilakukan di MIN 5 Padang, hal ini sejalan dengan tujuan penelitian yang ingin mengekspos bentuk kebijakan yang dilakukan di MIN 5 seihingga dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan bagi setiap penyelenggara pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwasannya: 1) Dalam merencanakan pendidikan karakter mencakup beberapa unsur antara lain guru, siswa serta komite dan orang tua. Perencanaan internalisasi pendidikan karakter di MIN 5 Kota Padang melalui perencanaan kegiatan pembelajaran, budaya madrasah serta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. 2) Nilai-nilai karakter di madrasah ini diaplikasikan melalui kegiatan pembelajaran serta budaya madrasah. 3) Kepala madrasah dengan guru dan komite sekolah melakukan pengawasan terhadap setiap kegiatan internalisasi karakter di MIN 5 Kota Padang dengan cara menetapkan indikator pencapaian internalisasi karakter

Abstract

The realization of a civil society is the highest ideal in every group of people, many efforts have been made by policy makers related to this, and not a few of the academics who gave birth to concepts related to efforts to realize civil society. While in Islam, the Quran is the source of every aspect of life without exception to develop and build a civil society, therefore this paper will reveal and describe the results of the analysis of human resource development according to the Quran in an effort to realize civil society. The research was conducted through a literature study, the main sources of which are interpretations of the Quran related to civil society, articles and books that discuss relevant topics. Data analysis techniques are done through domain analysis that runs since data collection. The results of the analysis prove that acknowledging diversity, tolerance and having a democratic attitude are attitudes that must be built in realizing civil society. This finding is in line with the necessity of the birth of a generation based on the Quran and always practicing the content of Quranic values in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the use of word-chain games as a strategy in teaching Arabic spaking skill (maharah al-kalam) . This study used a qualitative approach where data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The qualitative analysis methodologies of Miles and Huberman were used for this study. Qualitative analysis consists of three steps after data collection: data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. Based on the results, maharah al-kalam learning using word chain games has an impact on the quality of the process, as evidenced by increased results. Students become more active, and their motivation increases. Improving the quality of the learning process is evidenced by the active participation of students in responding to teacher statements as well as their enthusiasm in perfecting sentences spoken by other groups. Learning outcomes are getting better, but fluency and memorization of vocabulary cannot be improved using the word chain game. According to observers and practitioners of Arabic language education, word chains have an impact on teaching speaking skills; therefore, it is important to explain their use in Ilamic Junior High School (Madrasah Tsanawiyah).

Abstract

Abstrak Fokus penelitian terletak pada bagaimana Maqasid Syariah, melalui prinsip-prinsip utamanya seperti perlindungan agama (hifz ad-din), jiwa (hifz an-nafs), akal (hifz al-aql), keturunan (hifz an-nasl), dan harta (hifz al-mal), dapat memberikan solusi terhadap berbagai permasalahan sosial seperti krisis nilai, disintegrasi norma, dan tantangan budaya seperti erosi kearifan lokal serta hilangnya identitas keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Data dikumpulkan melalui kajian literatur yang melibatkan sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder, seperti kitab-kitab klasik ushul fiqih, jurnal ilmiah, dan studi kasus kontemporer. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan Maqasid Syariah untuk mengevaluasi relevansinya dalam menjawab tantangan-tantangan globalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Maqasid Syariah memiliki fleksibilitas untuk diadaptasi dalam konteks sosial budaya modern. Prinsip maslahah (kemaslahatan) dapat dijadikan landasan dalam menyusun kebijakan yang mendukung pelestarian tradisi lokal, penguatan identitas keagamaan, dan peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial. Selain itu, Maqasid Syariah mampu mendorong harmoni antara nilai-nilai Islam dan tuntutan modernitas tanpa mengorbankan prinsip dasar syariah. The focus of the research lies on how Maqasid Syariah, through its main principles such as protection of religion (hifz ad-din), soul (hifz an-nafs), reason (hifz al-aql), descendants (hifz an-nasl), and property (hifz al-mal), can provide solutions to various social problems such as value crises, disintegration of norms, and cultural challenges such as erosion of local wisdom and loss of religious identity. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through a literature review involving primary and secondary sources, such as classical books of ushul fiqh, scientific journals, and contemporary case studies. The analysis was carried out using the Maqasid Syariah approach to evaluate its relevance in responding to the challenges of globalization. The results of the study indicate that Maqasid Syariah has the flexibility to be adapted in a modern socio-cultural context. The principle of maslahah (benefit) can be used as a basis for formulating policies that support the preservation of local traditions, strengthening religious identity, and improving social welfare. In addition, Maqasid Syariah is able to encourage harmony between Islamic values ​​and the demands of modernity without sacrificing the basic principles of sharia.
