Abstract

Advances in digital technology have encouraged various sectors to adopt innovations to increase efficiency, including in the field of education. E-business, which refers to the use of digital technology in various business processes, is now a strategic solution to support more optimal management of information and services. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of e-business through digital marketing and branding in improving the flow of service information at Ibnu Sina Islamic Primary School, South Cikarang, Bekasi. The background to this research is the need for schools to make optimal use of digital technology in internal and external communications, including PPDB activities, interactions with student parents, dissemination of announcements, and regular publication of content. The problem formulation focuses on how effective the online system is in increasing information efficiency and building the school's image. The approach used in this research is a qualitative method, carried out through interviews, observation and analysis of digital documents. The research results show that the use of digital devices, such as school iPhones, as well as the use of social media have succeeded in increasing communication efficiency, expanding the reach of information, and strengthening the school's image in the eyes of the public. The conclusion of this research is that effective integration of e-business technology can support fast, transparent and professional information management. This research recommendation includes the development of school-specific applications to maximize digital-based services.

Abstract

The internet has experienced phases of growth, decline and growth again. Not many companies that are involved in E-Business are able to adapt to the life cycle experienced by the internet. One company that is able to adapt and succeed in doing business in the internet life cycle is Meta Platforms. This article tries to identify strategies built by Meta Platforms to achieve competitive advantage in doing business in the internet era. This paper finds that Meta Platforms implements a strategy by building technological infrastructure and acquiring various media that enable people to connect, share and collaborate more easily in cyberspace so that it can help people connect and share what they want with anyone in the world . The strategy built by Meta Platforms is able to bring competitive advantage by forming new "rules" in online business (E-Business) competition.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness and online customer reviews on the purchase interest in Skintific beauty products among postgraduate students of Universitas Sangga Buana YPKP Bandung, class of 2024/2025. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, involving a sample of 98 respondents selected purposively. Data were collected through an online questionnaire consisting of measurement scales for brand awareness, online customer reviews, and purchase intention. The research results show that brand awareness has a positive and significant impact on purchase interest, where the higher the consumer awareness of the Skintific brand, the greater their interest in buying the product. In addition, online customer reviews were also found to have a positive and significant impact on purchase intention, where online customer reviews play an important role in shaping trust and purchase decisions. Regression analysis shows that both variables, brand awareness and online customer review, simultaneously have a significant impact on consumer purchase intention. This research underscores the importance of marketing strategies that prioritize increasing brand awareness and managing online reviews to drive purchase interest among young consumers, particularly among postgraduate female students. These findings have implications for Skintific's management in designing more effective marketing campaigns in the digital era.

Abstract

The alumina refinery industry in Indonesia faces global challenges and opportunities, necessitating a robust strategic framework to enhance competitiveness. This study analyzes the internal and external factors affecting PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia (BAI) using the IFAS and EFAS frameworks. An IFAS score of 2.81 highlights significant internal strengths, such as state-owned enterprise support, modern technology, and a strategic location, despite weaknesses like reliance on local human resources and high initial operational costs. An EFAS score of 3.32 underscores substantial opportunities from government policies and growing global market demand, outweighing threats such as price fluctuations and geopolitical risks. The analysis places PT BAI in Quadrant I of the SWOT matrix, recommending an aggressive growth strategy through market expansion, product diversification, international collaboration, and infrastructure optimization. This strategic approach is expected to enhance PT BAI’s competitiveness and support sustainable growth in the alumina refining industry.

Abstract

Quality healthcare requires the availability and optimal condition of medical devices. This study aimed to describe the medical device procurement and maintenance system at Pagelaran Regional General Hospital (RSUD Pagelaran) in Cianjur Regency and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its optimization. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews. The results showed several constraints, including suboptimal procurement planning, limited budget, and a lack of skilled human resources in medical equipment maintenance. This study recommends optimization strategies, including needs-based planning improvements, enhanced human resource competency, utilization of information technology to monitor the use and maintenance of medical devices.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce di Indonesia telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pola belanja konsumen. Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang banyak digunakan adalah program flash sale, seperti yang diterapkan dalam kampanye Shopee 12.12. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak program flash sale terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif dan loyalitas konsumen pada platform Shopee. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei online dari 100 responden pengguna aktif Shopee. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi linier untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program flash sale berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif, namun dampaknya terhadap loyalitas konsumen lebih terbatas. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengelola e-commerce dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif.

Abstract

This research is titled "The Influence of Business Ethics Practices on Generation Z Customer Satisfaction on Shopee E-Commerce Applications". This research aims to find out business ethics in Shopee E-Commerce, to find out customer satisfaction in Shopee E-Commerce and to find out how much business ethics influence customer satisfaction in Shopee E-Commerce. This study uses a quantitative method with a type of research. Sampling is using error sampling with a sample of 100 people. Data analysis techniques are descriptive and inferential tests and simple linear regression. The conclusion of this study is that the Influence of Business Ethics Practices on Generation Z Customer Satisfaction on the Shopee E-Commerce Application is included in the good category. So there needs to be other factors developed for further research.

Abstract

The advancement of education in the digital era requires adjustments and breakthroughs in line with technological developments to create an effective and efficient learning environment. One of the most crucial factors in achieving this progress is the implementation of e-business, which integrates technology into the use and renewal of curricula. This study aims to analyze the impact of e-business implementation and development on curriculum advancement at Islamic Primary School Ibnu Sina in Cikarang Selatan. The curriculum at this institution is the result of collaboration between two different organizations, namely Yayasan Ibnu Sina Al-Fatih and Masqod Dirghoem Academy. The primary focus of this research is to explore how e-business, through the use of technology and digital platforms, enhances the quality and relevance of the curriculum while also improving the teaching experience of educators. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach at Islamic Primary School Ibnu Sina in Cikarang.

Abstract

Loyalitas pasien merupakan indikator kunci dalam menilai efektivitas layanan rumah sakit, karena pasien yang loyal lebih cenderung kembali dan merekomendasikan layanan kepada orang lain. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh mutu pelayanan dan fasilitas rumah sakit terhadap loyalitas pasien dengan kepuasan pasien sebagai variabel mediasi di Rumah Sakit Tingkat IV Madiun, khususnya pada pasien rawat jalan. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 144 pasien rawat jalan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa mutu pelayanan dan fasilitas rumah sakit secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien, yang selanjutnya berperan sebagai mediasi dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pasien. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan mutu layanan dan fasilitas rumah sakit sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pasien serta memberikan wawasan teoritis mengenai peran kepuasan pasien dalam model hubungan ini.
