Abstract

Introduction: Characteristics of Indigenous Peoples in managing this natural potential has relevance to optimizing the potential of geographical indications. Even so, legal problems occur when in positive law in Indonesia there is no regulation regarding the participation and role of the Customary Law Community in optimizing geographical indications.Purpose of The Research: This research aims to regulatory orientation and formulation regarding the participation of Indigenous Peoples in optimizing the potential of geographical indications. Methods of Research: This research is a normative legal research with a concept and statutory approach. The analysis is carried out by carrying out an inventory of legal materials, then proceed with the reduction process (sorting) according to the needs in the selection, and ends with conclusions. Results of the Research: The participation of the Indigenous Peoples in optimizing the potential of geographic indications can actually be carried out by involving the role of both the central and regional governments to facilitate it. Appropriate formulations related to arrangements regarding the participation of Indigenous Peoples in optimizing the potential of geographical indications can be carried out by forming cooperatives or associations of producers related to geographical indications. This needs to be done because in the provisions of positive law, Indigenous Peoples are not one of the parties that can become applicants for registration of geographical indications. Revisions to regulations regarding geographical indications need to be made in order to optimize the role and participation of the Indigenous Peoples.

Abstract

The development of media platforms in the digital and internet era has made promotional activities through audiovisual content a necessity. According to the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) data from 2023, 55.06% of Indonesians enjoy accessing online videos. With the advancement of technology, almost all segments of society are able to create video content, especially for social media. However, this is not the case for the organic farmers in Cikurubuk Village, Sumedang Regency. As farmers, they lack the skills to produce promotional content professionally, including video promotions. Yet, they need such content to introduce their organic rice products to a wider audience. As a result, the organic rice they produce is not well-known in the community. To support the organic farmers of Cikurubuk Village, the Film and Television Production Study Program at Widyatama University conducted a community service project by creating a documentary film in the form of a profile video introducing organic farming in Cikurubuk Village, which can be used as promotional content for Cikurubuk's organic rice. This profile video production employed the documentary film production method, which includes the stages of pre-production, production, and post-production. This method was based on the documentary film production theory of Rosenthal and Eckhardt. The project resulted in a comprehensive profile video about the organic rice from Cikurubuk Village, which also serves to promote their products to the wider public.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum offers a flexible learning approach that focuses on strengthening character, so it has great potential in strengthening the relevance of Islamic religious education in madrasahs. With a qualitative approach and case study design, this study involved the head of the madrasah, PAI teachers, and students as participants. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at MAN 2 Kota Bima contributed significantly to the formation of student character through the integration of spiritual, moral, and social values in PAI learning. From an axiological perspective, the values of honesty, discipline, and tolerance are important foundations that are instilled contextually. However, challenges remain, such as limited human resources, lack of intensive training for teachers, and the need to adapt to changes in the learning paradigm. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening the capacity of educators and systemic support so that the Independent Curriculum truly functions as a vehicle for fostering students' religious and social character holistically. This research is expected to provide academic and practical contributions in the development of a more transformative Islamic religious education curriculum in various madrasas in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using Figma as a prototyping platform in Project-Based Learning (PjBL)-based informatics learning at the senior high school level. Figma, as a cloud-based tool, offers real-time collaboration features that can improve students' interface design skills as well as encourage teamwork. This study uses a quantitative approach with Pearson correlation test, heatmap correlation, correlation matrix and linear regression analysis to analyze the relationship between learning management variables, communication process, student responses, and learning activities to student learning outcomes. The results show that the communication process variable has the most dominant influence on student learning outcomes. This study confirms that the integration of Figma in PjBL-based learning can improve 21st century skills, including critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, thus preparing students for the challenges of the world of work in the digital era.
