Abstract

This study describes the development program of the diversity of learners. Background of the study, due to the learning process of Islamic religious education (PAI) in the school have the short or narrow, that only about 4JP (4X35 minutes). So, the purpose of religious education it's difficult to be achieved if only rely on the PAI learning in school.This study uses a type of research literature review. Research literature review or literature review and literature research, a research that assess or review critically the knowledge, ideas, or findings contained in a body of literature-oriented academic-oriented literature. While the data sources of this study, using two data sources, namely primary data source of literature about the program is the diversity of learners, and secondary data sources, namely the supporting data which has the relevance of the data as well as provide research information about the program is the diversity of learners. While the technique of data analysis using data analysis techniques descriptive interpretative.The results showed that the program of development of the diversity of learners in the primary school level can be implemented in the form of a program habituation routine and program habituation incidental. While program development the diversity of learners at the level of SMP/MTs can be implemented in the form of a program intrakulikuler and cca programs. Programs are designed and conducted has become imperative to adjust with the growth or development of intelligence psychological learners, and adjust with the potential in the talent and interest of the learners.Keyword: Program Development; Diversity; Learners. Abstrak Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang program pengembangan keberagamaan peserta didik. Latar belakang kajiannya, disebabkan karena proses pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah memiliki waktu yang pendek atau sempit, yang hanya berkisar 4JP (4X35 menit). Sehingga, tujuan pendidikan keagamaan sulit rasanya untuk dicapai apabila hanya mengandalkan pembelajaran PAI di sekolah.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian literature review. Penelitian kepustakaan atau kajian literature review and literature research, merupakan penelitian yang mengkaji atau meninjau secara kritis akan pengetahuan, gagasan, atau temuan yang terdapat di dalam tubuh kepustakaan yang berorientasi academic oriented literature. Sementara sumber data penelitian ini, menggunakan dua sumber data yaitu sumber data primer kepustakaan mengenai program keberagamaan peserta didik, dan sumber data sekunder, yakni data-data penunjang yang memiliki relevansi data serta memberikan informasi penelitian tentang program keberagamaan peserta didik. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif interpretatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program pengembangan keberagamaan peserta didik di tingkat SD/MI dapat dilaksanakan dalam bentuk program pembiasaan rutin dan program pembiasaan insidental. Sementara, program pengembangan keberagamaan peserta didik di tingkat SMP/MTs dapat dilaksanakan dalam bentuk program intrakulikuler dan program ekstrakulikuler. Program-program yang dirancang dan dilaksankan sudah menjadi keharusan untuk menyesuaikan dengan pertumbuhan atau perkembangan kecerdasan psikologis peserta didik, dan menyesuaikan dengan potensi pada bakat minat peserta didik.Kata Kunci: Program Pengembangan; Keberagamaan; Peserta Didik.

Abstract

This study discusses the legal legitimacy of public whipping in Aceh as part of the legal specificity regulated through Law Number 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh. This specificity provides a constitutional basis for Aceh to implement Islamic law-based law through Qanun Jinayat, especially Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning the Jinayat Law which regulates the punishment for certain criminal acts, including adultery. Although normatively legitimate because it is underpinned by asymmetric decentralization mechanisms, the practice of public caning is controversial from a human rights perspective. Indonesia has ratified the ICCPR through Law Number 12 of 2005, so it is bound by the prohibition of cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment. This condition creates a normative tension between Islamic sharia principles that emphasize social morality and international human rights principles that emphasize individual dignity. The research uses normative juridical methods with a legislative and conceptual approach, and analyzes the relationship between Islamic law, national law, and international law. The results of the study show the need for a more contextual reconstruction of punishment, emphasizing maqāṣid al-syarī'ah as a meeting point between religious values and human rights principles. Alternatives such as closed executions or rehabilitative punishment can be a solution so that the application of jinayat law remains relevant without causing serious contradictions. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of humanistic, transformative, and substantive justice regulatory innovation

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan distribusi dan makna dari penggunaan konjungsi ban. Data diperoleh dari teks cerita yang berada dalam buku muatan lokal Bahasa Madura tingkat SD dan SMP. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan sintaksis dan semantis untuk menganalisis data dengan menerapkan teori inti mengenai konjungsi dan dari Gianto (1983). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika karakteristik sintaksis konjungsi ban dalam teks cerita ialah memiliki posisi tetap, berkonjungta dua atau lebih, serta terikat dengan konjungta-konjungta seperti kata, frasa, dan klausa. Dalam maknanya, konjungsi ban memiliki makna gabungan murni, evaluatif, amplikatif, parafrastif, sekuensial, kontrastif, paralel, syarat-akibat, sarana-hasil, kelonggaran-hasil, dan alasan-akibat. Selain itu, dalam bahasa Madura, penggunaan konjungsi ban memiliki keunikan pola yaitu maknanya dapat berubah menjadi oleh, dengan, dan dari yang dipengaruhi oleh pola struktur bahasa Madura itu sendiri.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an urgent need for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the archipelago to remain competitive and thrive in the era of globalization. This article explores the challenges and opportunities faced by Indonesian SMEs in the digital transformation process. Based on case studies and interviews with industry players, we identify several key challenges, including resource constraints, lack of digital skills, and infrastructure barriers. On the other hand, emerging opportunities include access to wider markets, increased operational efficiency, and the ability to innovate. These findings suggest that while digital transformation offers significant benefits, SMEs must face various obstacles that require strategic solutions and support from various parties, including the government and financial institutions. This article offers practical recommendations to facilitate the adoption of digital technologies among SMEs and contribute to the development of more effective strategies to capitalize on existing opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal Hiwar learning with YouTube media and its implementation in a project-based learning model. Arabic language learning activities in higher education cannot separate from using various media, including social media. YouTube is one of the largest platforms in the world, which is present in learning. In improving Arabic speaking skills, YouTube is a learning medium by presenting audio and video from Arabic origins. Also, involving students in language projects leads them to acquire speaking skills. This study used a qualitative approach with an exploratory case study method. The researcher carried out data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. The study results show that teaching human life in higher education uses YouTube as a learning medium. From this media, it can be found that audio and video of Arabic identity influenced student conversation skills. Students also get a variety of new vocabulary related to their daily activities. Another finding in hiwar learning is that the lecturer uses a project- based learning model in the form of Arabic-language masrahiyah in class. Before presenting masrahiyah, students choose a theme and produce a narrative text for masrahiyah.

Abstract

Despite the considerable potential for digital technologies in inclusive education, the exploration of TPACK pedagogies for the primacy of science in investigating students with disabilities is scant. This research aimed to implement TPACK for digital literacy and learning engagement in Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) instruction for students with hearing impairments and hyperactive verbalization in a state elementary school in Yogyakarta. The study employed a qualitative descriptive design, collecting data through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with teachers, and document analysis. Findings indicate that teachers were able to modify IPAS content by using interactive videos that integrated sign language, visual simulations, and gamified applications to enhance student access and participation. This digital media provided clarity in conceptual understanding, thereby motivating students with diverse needs to engage actively in the inclusive classroom. This study provides evidence that a well-structured TPACK-based approach can facilitate the development of digital literacy while creating meaningful learning experiences for students with disabilities in primary schooling. Teacher preparedness, the availability of accessible digital resources, and the flexibility of pedagogical practices should, therefore, be emphasized to facilitate the successful implementation of TPACK-based practices in inclusive educational settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Brown and Levinson's language politeness strategies in the conversation between Dr. Shirley and Tony Lip in the film Green Book. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, using document analysis as the method of analysis. The data analysis process was conducted through four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the data analysis revealed some significant findings. First, Dr. Shirley tends to use politeness strategies more frequently than Tony Lip, comparing 43 uses by Dr. Shirley and 25 by Tony Lip. Second, the positive face politeness strategy is the dominant strategy both main characters use. Third, several factors influence politeness strategies, including power, social distance, personality differences, and social culture.

Abstract

Purpose: The study aims to analyze the impact of Shopee features facilities and promotions on the consumer behavior of FEBI Islamic State University Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Samarinda students to understand to what extent these factors influence student consumption decisions. Design/methodology/approach: The study uses quantitative descriptive research through data collection techniques in online questionnaires using 96 samples obtained using the Slovin formula (5%). Findings: The results of this research show that facility features and promotions simultaneously influence the consumer behavior of UINSI Samarinda students. Partially, the facility features have no influence on the consumer behavior of UINSI Samarinda students. However, the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior of UINSI Samarinda students. Research implications: Every modification in the promotion shop application will affect the behavior of consumer students.

Abstract

This research is based on many of university students who use e-commerce. The purpose of this study is to find out students' behavior in buying goods in e-commerce and whether they use the principles of maqashid al-sharia or not. The principles of maqashid al-sharia used are the maintenance of religion (hifz al-din), the maintenance of the soul (hifz al-nafs), the maintenance of reason (hifz al-‘aql), the maintenance of offspring (hifz al-nasl), the maintenance of assets (hifz al-mal), and the maintenance of the environment (hifz al-biah). This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological abbreviation. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling. This sample of research totaled 45 1st level students of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The results of the study show that students have not fully used the principles of maqashid sharia in the use of e-commerce, so students behave consumptuantly. In the principle of religious protection, it is known that not all students buy goods with the intention of worship, in the principle of preserving reason, students cannot decide properly the priority of the goods to be purchased, on the principle of spiritual care, students cannot resist the lust to buy goods that are by the usefulness, on the principle that the descendants of students have not been able to save money for the future, In the principle of assets, students were found to use the pay later feature. And on the principle of protecting the environment, students still need education in the recycling system of goods that have been purchased.

Abstract

Stigma pada orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA) berdampak besar terhadap pencegahan HIV/AIDS. Orang dengan HIV/AIDS dapat menjadi terisolasi secara sosial, dijauhi oleh masyarakat, atau bahkan kehilangan pekerjaan mereka diakibatkan oleh adanya stigma terhadap mereka. Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi stigma pada orang dengan HIV/AIDS adalah melalui psikoedukasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh psikoedukasi terhadap penurunan stigma mahasiswa magang di UPTD PPA Kota Makassar terhadap orang dengan HIV/AIDS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Pre-Experimental dengan One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. Penelitian ini memiliki partisipan sebanyak 31 orang, yang merupakan mahasiswa magang di UPTD PPA Kota Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadinya penurunan skor stigma oleh partisipan. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa psikoedukasi berpengaruh secara signifikan untuk menurunkan stigma mahasiswa magang di UPTD PPA Kota Makassar terhadap orang dengan HIV/AIDS.
