Setelah melakukan pengujian deskriptif data, pengujian hipotesis, mencari pengaruh antara variabel kecerdasan Emosional dan Interaksi Sosial terhadap variabel Kompetensi Supervisi KepalaSekolah maka didapatlah hasil penelitian sebagai berikut ini: Diperoleh hubungan yang signifikan dan pengaruh yang positif variabel kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kompetensi Supervisi kepala Madrasah Aliyah Se-Kabupaten Kampar, dan besar pengaruhnya adalah 35,90% dengan tafsiran terendah, karena masih terdapat sebesar 64,10% ditentukan oleh factor lain yang tidak menjadi bagian dari penelitian ini.

Pokok persoalan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah klausa objek sebagai konstruksi subordinatif dalam BI berdasarkan analisi struktur dan semantik. Hal ini terlihat dari bentuk dan maknanya. Bahasa yang diteliti adalah bahasa Indonesia (BI) dalam bentuk tulisan, khususnya data tertulis beberapa tulisan ilmiah seperti, jurnal ilmiah, buku ilmiah, dan laporan ilmiah (disertasi, tesis, dan skripsi). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode distribusional (agih) dengan menggunakan empat macam teknik analisis data: teknik sulih, sisip, lesap, dan pindah unsur. Konjungsi yang menyertai klausa objek dibedakan menjadi konjungsi monomorfemis adalah bahwa, mengapa, bagaimana, apakah, kapan, agar, supaya, untuk, betapa, dan konjungsi polimorfemis adalah ke mana, sejauh mana, di mana, dari mana, kepada siapa, untuk siapa, dengan siapa, dengan apa, untuk apa, sambil apa, waktu apa, sehabis apa, sejak kapam dan berapa lama. Kata kunci: Konjungsi, subordinatif, klausa, dan objek

Abstrak: Painglimo Awang story is a literary works of verbal. The narration of Panglimo Awang is a tradition of Malay culture that happens in Pasir Pengaraian. This research was written to describe the values contained in Panglimo Awang Narrative. This research is a qualitative research used descriptive analysis method of content descriptive analysis method . The object of this research is a narrative text of Panglimo Awang that data was collected from spiritual messenger called Tukang Koba . this research data is all of culture and education values that contained in opening sentences, utterance and character of figure in narrative text of Panglimo Awang.The result of this research is presented in form of cultural and education values as following: (1) cultural values about the essence of relationship between human and community with indicatorsrespect each others, responsible and advise, (2) the values of religious education with indicators namely believe in god, sincere and grateful, (3) the values of education such as, toughness, responsible, and hard working (4) the values of education concerns by indicators like polite, friendly, nation spirit, and forgiving. Those four cultural and educational values can be implemented in formal education, especially in learning Bahasa Indonesia. Kata kunci: nilai-nilai, budaya, pendidikan, bukoba

Abstract: Writing skill needs to be taught to students in schools so that they have the ability to make a good news item texts. However, based on preliminary observations found that the students' writing achievement is low. Based on the results of 38 students found only 24 students get minimum criterion score (KKM). It is due to the use of learning strategies and media. Therefore, this study was conducted to describe the process of improving the students writing skill of the news item texts and describing the factor that cause of improvement the students writing skill of news item texts through Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) of eight grade students in SMP Negeri 4 Tambang Kampar Regency. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle performed in 2 meetings, one meeting for learning and one session for a test. The data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative analyze based on the teacher’s and student’s activity while quantitative data based on the results of tests. News item texts through contextual modeling component aids can be used as a means to create students’ imagination related to the natural view that will be written into news sentences. The writing skill of the news item texts at grade VIII H Tambang, Kampar Regency gets improvement after using contextual modeling component. While the factor cause of improvement the student’s writing skill of the news item texts are (1) take the writing practice by continually (2) the news model texts that giving to the students (3) approach of learn that teacher uses, and (4) observation activity. So, such activity could create the learning efficiency and effectiveness. CTL approach demands on students actively and work in groups cooperatively to optimalize learning outcome. The results of formative test showed that in cycle I gained 2,3 % the percentage of minimum criterion score. The further percentage of minimum criterion score in second cycle is increased 11,2 %. The results of this study proved that the writing skill of the news item texts at grade VIII H Tambang improved after using through CTL approach. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan melestarikan dan mengembangkan bahasa Melayu Kampar KiriPenelitian tentang kategori fatis ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriftif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Kuntu Darussalam Kampar Kiri, Kabupaten Kampar. Dari ibu kota provinsi Riau Pekanbaru berjarak lebih kurang150 km. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan adalah sebagai berikut;(1) Dari segi bentuk ditemukan lima jenis kategori fatis, fatis (lah, kan, tio, tie), kategori kata fatis (a, la, ah, alah, gai, ciek, dek, do, lo, de, ha, he, ka, ma, malah, ko, nyo, nye, liok, ko, oi, tu, tuh, yo, e, garan, doi), kategori frasa fatis (assalamu’alaikum, wa’alaikumsalam, insyaallah, alhamdulilah, yarhakumullah, syukurlah, syukur alhamdulilah), kategori paduan fatis (do..ah, do..ha, ko..a, ko..ha, tu..ha, ko..mah, tuh..mah, ciek..ko), dan kategori gabungan fatis (a..do, do..a, ha..lai, mah..do, do..mah, gai..do). Dari segi makna kategori fatis di dalam bahasa Melayu Riau Dialek Kampar Kiri pada umumnya menyatakan paksaan halus, bantahan, penolakan, kekesalan, kegemasan, keheranan, ketidakpedulian, dan sebagai basa-basi belaka.Dari segi distribusi kategori fatis dalam Bahasa Melayu Riau Dialek Kampar Kiri dapat menduduki posisi diawal, di tengah dan di akhir. Serta dari fungsi kategori fatis dalam Bahasa Melayu Riau Dialek Kampar Kiri pada umumnya berfungsi untuk bertugas memulai, mengakhiri, mematahkan dalam pembicaraan, pembuktian dalam pembicaran, mengukuhkan pembicaraan, menegaskan dalam pembicaraan, serta menyakinkan dalam pembicaraan.

Abstract: Position and function of oral literature including folklore is increasingly displaced due to technological advances, cultural systems, social systems, and political systems are developed. Therefore, efforts should be made documenting folklore Rambah society. The purpose of this study was to describe the categories, structure and social functions contained in the folklore society Rambah. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Object of this study is the folklore society Sand Pengaraian Rambah district. Data collection was done by recording, recording and interviews. Then proceed to describe and interpret the results. Data analysis was performed through a data inventory phase, phase of data analysis, and reporting phases. Based on the research and discussion of public folklore Rambah divided into three categories, namely fairy tales, legends, and myths. Of the fourteen stories, stories that have category found eight legends, myths category four stories, and a bit of a fairy tale by the two stories. In terms of structure, folklore Rambah people are more likely to use the plot forward and a third person perspective. Moreover, in terms of style more common stylistic comparison, repetition, and contradiction. Rambah folklore society serves as a means of entertainment, education, faith bequeathed the means, the means to preserve the customs, culture, and traditions, shows Rambah community identity, as well as a means of fostering a spirit of togetherness. The results could be implicated in the Indonesian language learning with understanding the competency standard spoken folklore. Keywords: Cerita Rakyat, Masyarakat Rambah

Abstract: This study discusses the formation of derivational affixes, derivational types of affixes forming and forming derivational affixes meaning that there is language Minangkabau dialect Kamang Magek Agam District. This study aimed to describe the formation of derivational affixes and change the meaning of words after the derivational language Minangkabau dialect Kamang Magek Agam District. Research theoretically and practically useful. This research is qualitative research and descriptive method. Techniques used in data collection techniques in this research that record, noting technique, fishing techniques, storytelling, inventasirasi data, classification data, and summarize data. The data have been found and analyzed in several stages, ie transcribing data, rewriting the data obtained, classifying data, analyzing data, and writing the results of the analysis. Data found derivational affixes derived from speech and folklore available where the study was conducted. The object of this study is language. Abstract : This study discusses the imamative imperative of Mamah Dedeh on Mamah dan Aa Beraksi on television stations Indosiar. The objectives of study are to describe the form and meaning of imperative speech of Mamah Dedeh on Mamah dan Aa Beraksi on television stations Indosiar. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. There are four techniques used for data collection, i.e. observation techniques, listening techniques, recording techniques, and note-taking techniques. The source of data is the whole speech of Mamah Dedeh on Mamah Dedeh and Aa Beraksi on television stations Indosiar. There are 98 data which consist of 49 imperative form, and 49 data imperative meaning. The result of this study shows that there are five form of imamative imperative that are : imperative orders, solicitation, prohibition, permition, and command. Moreover this study found that there are mine imperative meanings that are : prohibition, command, orders, request, appealing, solicition, expectation, congratulation, and recommandation.Keywords : Imamative imperative, imperative form, imperative meaning

Abstract: This research discussed the act of speech ilocution of Ustaz Yusuf Mansur in the event of heart tour in ANTV television station. The objective of this research was to described the act of speech ilocution of Ustaz Yusuf Mansur in the event of heart tour in ANTV television station. The method used was descriptive method with qualitative approach. In this research, was used three techniques that were refer technique, record technique and note technique. The data source was presentation of lecture video of Ustaz Yusuf Mansur in the tour heart event in ANTV television station. The data of this amount to 65 speeches, from the result of tour heart event in ANTV television. This research found there were five forms of speech acts ilocution, namely assertive, directive, expressive, declarative, and comissive.Key word : the act of speech ilocution, the form of speech acts of ilocution, the form of speak strategy

Abstract: This study discusses the compound word riau dialek of the Malay language Terempa. This study also discusses the type of compound words, the prosess of formation of compound words, and the meaning of compound words. This research uses descriptive method. The data in this study are utterances informant containing compound words. The purpose this research is to describe what are the types of compound words Riau dialect of the Malay language Terempa, how the process of formation of compound words dialect Terempa Riau Malay language, and what meaning of compound words Terempa Riau Malay language.
