Abstract

Ki Hajar Dewantara memandang bahwa konsep Tripusat Pendidikan memiliki peran yang sangat penting. Ia menempatkan pendidikan pertama di lingkungan keluarga. Jelas terlihat bahwa Ki Hajar Dewantara sangat memperhatikan hal ini. Namun, di era modern ini, esensi pendidikan keluarga telah menurun, sehingga pendidikan keluarga yang seharusnya menjadi yang utama dan pertama kini dianggap kurang penting. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan konsep pendidikan keluarga menurut pandangan Ki Hajar Dewantara. Artikel ini ditulis menggunakan metode studi pustaka yang bersumber dari buku dan jurnal-jurnal mengenai konsep pendidikan keluarga menurut Ki Hajar Dewantara. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan dalam keluarga adalah dasar paling fundamental untuk pendidikan anak selanjutnya. Pendidikan keluarga tidak terlepas dari peran orang tua, yang tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan fisik seperti makan, minum, pakaian, dan tempat tinggal, tetapi juga memiliki tanggung jawab lebih besar yaitu membimbing, mengasuh, dan memberikan teladan yang baik bagi anak.

Abstract

Harga diri (self esteem) memegang peranan penting dalam kemunculan perilaku asertif, karena remaja yang memiliki kepercayaan dan keyakinan terhadap dirinya bahwa dirinya mampu, bisa meraih apa yang diinginkan yang pada akhrinya akan melahirkan suatu penilaian terhadap diri sendiri. Penilaian itu bisa positif dan bisa pula negatif. Oleh sebab itu, permasalahan yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah “apakah terhada hubungan self esteem dengan perilaku asertif pada siswa?’. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self esteem (harga diri) dengan perilaku asertif pada siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 1 Patamuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasional, data analisis dengan teknik Pearson Product Moment Correlation dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic 24. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X, XI dan XII SMAN 1 Patamuan dengan sampel 122 orang siswa. Penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik simple ramdom sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen peneltian self esteem dan instrumen perilaku asertif pada siswa dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, pada umumnya self esteem dan perilaku asertif pada siswa SMAN 1 Patamuan sama-sama berada pada kategori tinggi. Kedua, terdapat hubungan yang positif signifikan antara self esteem dan perilaku asertif pada siswa, dimana koefisien korelasi terbesar 0,373 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Artinya hubungan antara self esteem dengan perilaku asertif pada siswa berada pada kategori rendah. Semakin tinggi tingkat self esteem maka semakin tinggi perilaku asertif pada siswa.

Abstract

Etika dan kompetensi konselor merupakan dua aspek fundamental yang memengaruhi keberhasilan intervensi. Etika konselor bertindak sebagai pedoman moral, sedangkan kompetensi mencakup keterampilan dan pengetahuan untuk memberikan layanan yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika etika dan kompetensi konselor dalam layanan BK melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa etika konselor berperan penting dalam menjaga kerahasiaan dan integritas hubungan dengan klien, sementara kompetensi mencakup keterampilan teknis, interpersonal, dan profesional yang mendukung efektivitas layanan BK. Dinamika antara keduanya sangat mempengaruhi kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada klien. Etika dan kompetensi konselor saling melengkapi dalam menciptakan layanan BK yang aman, profesional, dan efektif. Untuk itu, konselor perlu terus meningkatkan kompetensinya melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan berkelanjutan serta memperbarui pemahaman mereka mengenai etika seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of information services using the jigsaw cooperative learning model to increase student self-esteem. This type of research is Quasi Experiment Design. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were 60 students who were divided into two classes. The research instrument used was the Likert Scale model, the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov 2 Independent Samples. The research results show that; (1) There is a significant difference in the self-esteem of the experimental group students before and after participating in information services using the jigsaw type cooperative learning mode, the probability score is below alpha 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), (2) there is a difference in the self-esteem of the group students control before and after participating in information services without using the jigsaw cooperative learning model obtained a probability number below alpha 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), (3) there was a difference in the self-esteem of the experimental group students who were given information services using the cooperative learning type jigsaw with the control group that was given information services without using the jigsaw type of cooperative learning model was obtained at 0.014 or probability below 0.05 (0.014 <0.05), the difference can be seen from the posttest results of the experimental group which are higher than the posttest results of the control group. From these findings it can be concluded that information services using the jigsaw cooperative learning model are more effective in increasing students' self-esteem.

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which was marked by technological changes and demands for rapid change, education faced major challenges in developing student creativity. Learning motivation and parental support play a very important role in stimulating students' creativity in this era. This study aims to describe learning motivation and parental support with student creativity in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This study uses a quantitative method with descriptive correlation. The population of this study was 479 students of class XI and XII at SMKN 3 Padang, and the sample was 218 students who were selected using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument is a Likert scale. The results of the validity test of the learning motivation instrument were 0.441, parental support was 0.442, and student creativity is 0.672. The results of the reliability test of the learning motivation instrument were o.886, parental support was 0.801, and student creativity was 0.846. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple and multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) on average the description of learning motivation was at a high level, (2) the description of parental support was at a high level, (3) and the description of student creativity in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 was in the high category, (4) ) there is 7.5% (R=0.275, at significance 0.000) in the relationship between learning motivation and student creativity, (5) there is 7.2% (R=0.268, significance 0.000) in the relationship between parental support and student creativity, (6) there was 11% (R=0.332, at a significance of 0, 000) in the relationship between learning motivation and parental support with student creativity in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The implications of this research can be used as a need assessment to create a guidance and counseling service program at SMKN 3 Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to describe family support and self-efficacy with student resilience in completing thesis. This study uses a correlational descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study were 442 undergraduate students at the Faculty of Education who were active in 2018, with a sample of 210 people, who were selected using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used were family support questionnaires and self-efficacy questionnaires. Analyzed with descriptive statistics, simple regression and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) family support is generally in the good category with an average score of 180.50 with a percentage of respondents of 72.20%,

Abstract

Dalam novel "Totto-Chan, Gadis Cilik di Jendela" karya Tetsuko Kuroyanagi, konsep pendidikan yang memerdekakan di Tomoe Gakuen menawarkan kurikulum yang memberikan kebebasan kepada guru dan sekolah untuk memilih perangkat ajar dan metode pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan minat peserta didik. Pendidikan di Tomoe Gakuen juga memberikan kemerdekaan kepada peserta didik untuk tumbuh dan berkembang secara lahiriah maupun spiritual, membina aspek humanisme mereka. Guru-guru seperti Mr. Kobayashi dan Mr. Maruyama menunjukkan pedagogi yang adaptif dan fleksibel, mengarahkan pembelajaran sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Selain itu, Tomoe Gakuen menghadirkan inovasi pendidikan seperti Multiple Intelligences, Outdoor Learning, Tanya Jawab, Metode Demonstrasi, Metode Simulasi, dan Metode Ceramah untuk mengembangkan berbagai kemampuan peserta didik. Dengan kompetensi profesional, pedagogik, dan kepribadian yang luas, guru di Tomoe Gakuen mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang efektif dan dialogis. Konsep pendidikan yang tergambar dalam novel ini memberikan inspirasi bagi dunia pendidikan untuk lebih memperhatikan kebebasan, inovasi, dan karakteristik peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the relationship between mindset and self-efficacy among student interns at Ruang Belajar Aqil using a quantitative correlational approach. Data were collected through questionnaires from purposively selected student interns. The instruments used consisted of a mindset questionnaire developed by the researcher based on mindset indicators and a self-efficacy questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a Pearson correlation test. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between growth mindset and self-efficacy. This finding provides important insight into the role of mindset in shaping students' self-confidence during their internship assignments. Students with a growth mindset tend to have a high level of self-efficacy in completing tasks, overcoming challenges, and adapting during the internship program. This finding emphasizes the importance of strengthening growth mindset as a strategy, which can be supported through counseling services, in improving student interns' self-efficacy.

Abstract

Self-esteem is an important aspect of adolescent psychological development that can influence various aspects of life, including academic achievement, social relationships, and mental health. This study aims to describe the self-esteem of students from single-parent families. This study uses a descriptive approach with quantitative methods. The subjects of this study were junior high school students from single-parent families, selected using total sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was the self-esteem scale based on Coopersmith's theory. The results of the study showed that the self-esteem of students from single-parent families was in the moderate category. To enhance students' self-esteem, counseling services that can be provided include information services, individual counseling services, and group counseling services.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning discipline with information services using a contextual teaching and learning (CTL) approach. This study used a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with 24 people in the experimental group and 24 people in the control group. The instrument used is a learning discipline questionnaire which has been validated by three experts in the field of Guidance and Counseling. Data from the study were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results of research on student discipline show that before being given treatment, after treatment with 4 service sessions, the research results show that student learning discipline is in the high category. Data from research on learning discipline was obtained by Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000. This shows that information services with a contextual teaching and learning (CTL) approach are effective in improving student learning discipline.
