Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi SDM Dan Sarana Prasarana Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Kabupaten Tapinsecara simultan, parsial dan yang paling dominan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan pengujian hipotesis (hypotheses testing). Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel-variabel yang akan diteliti yaitu antara variabel dependen berupa Motivasi, kompetensi SDM dan sarana prasarana dengan variabel independen berupa kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa erdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan Motivasi, kompetensi SDM dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial Kompetensi SDM dan sarana prasarana kinerja pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai sedangkan Motivasi tidak ditemukan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan variabel sarana dan prasarana merupakan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sistem manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (SMK3) pada PT Bastari Maju Tapin di IKK. Bungur Kabupaten Tapin selama ini dan yang seharusnya. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif adalah suatu metode yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan atau menganalisis suatu hasil penelitian tetapi tidak digunakan untuk membuat kesimpulan yang lebih luas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) Karyawan Pada PT. Bastari Maju Tapin IKK. Bungur selama Ini dalam hal evaluasi program pelatihan belum dilaksanakan secara keseluruhan yang mencakup anggaran biaya dan realisasinya, masih perlunya penambahan alat pemadam kebakaran, saat ini yang tersedia hanya APAR (Alat Pemadam Api Ringan) berkapasitas 6 Kg di daerah rawan kebakaran, perusahaan tidak memiliki dokter jaga tetap di klinik kantor PT. Bastari Maju Tapin IKK. Bungur yang melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan, masih ada dijumpai dari kekurang disiplinan karyawan PT. Bastari Maju Tapin IKK. Bungur untuk menggunakan peralatan keamanan dalam bekerja

Abstract

Sebagai titik pertumbuhan ekonomi strategis di Sumatera Utara yang terletak dalam "Segitiga Emas" dan didukung konektivitas Jalan Tol Medan-Tebing Tinggi-Pematang Siantar, Kota Tebing Tinggi memiliki potensi besar untuk pengembangan agroindustri berbasis komoditas unggulan seperti ubi kayu, padi, jagung, mangga, dan pisang. Program pemberdayaan ini berfokus pada peningkatan daya saing Kelompok Tani Sehati di Kota Tebing Tinggi melalui penerapan teknologi smart processing untuk produksi komoditas agroindustri berbasis keripik. Permasalahan utama meliputi produktivitas yang rendah karena menggunakan metode tradisional sehingga mengakibatkan kapasitas produksi hanya 50–60 kg/hari, inkonsistensi kualitas produk, manajemen keuangan tidak terstruktur, dan pemasaran konvensional yang membatasi jangkauan pasar. Tujuan program adalah meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, kualitas produk, kapasitas manajemen usaha, dan perluasan pemasaran digital. Adapun metode pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi, Pelatihan dan penerapan teknologi, pendampingan intensif, dan evaluasi keberlanjutan melalui pemantauan pasca-program. Sehingga dapat dilakukan peningkatan optimal pada aspek produksi dengan kenaikan kapasitas produksi sebesar 50% dan peningkatan efisiensi pengolahan bahan baku konsistensi ukuran, ketebalan, dan kadar minyak produk tercapai 100%. Aspek manajemen ditingkatkan 100% transaksi keuangan menjadi digital, memicu peningkatan laba bersih 20% dan pengurangan biaya operasional 15%. Aspek pemasaran meningkat dengan jangkauan pasar meluas melalui akun media sosial dan e-commerce, meningkatkan omzet penjualan sebesar 30%.

Abstract

Through the use of online graphic design platform CANVA and waste management programs, this study seeks to create electronic student worksheets to enhance students environmental awareness using Model Problem Based Learning on alternative energy. The ASSURE model, which includes the development stage, is applied uses the Research and Development methodology. At SMA Negeri 8 Padang, observations the school environment and needs analysis involving 1 physics teacher and 28 students were conducted as part of the analysis stage. Based on these initial observations, it was found that students' environmental awareness was still low. In addition, students understanding of alternative energy was quite limited because digital teaching materials had not been fully utilized. Based on these identified problems, digital student worksheets on waste management programs were created to boost environmental awareness using the Model PBL. By using the Kappa Moment, the product feasibility validity test test conducted by three physics lecturers confirmed the content, language, presentation, and graphics were valid. Revisions were made based on their feedback. Based on results, it was shown the electronic student worksheet on alternative energy based on the waste management program "Nabuang Sarok" is appropriate to use, especially in the independent curriculum, to improve students' environmental awareness.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the limited empirical research examining the internalization of moral values (akhlaq) and students’ responsibility for maintaining learning facilities in Islamic secondary schools. It aims to identify models and strategies of moral value internalization and to analyze their impact on students’ awareness and maintenance behavior at MA Zainul Hafidz At-Taufiq Buwun Mas. The research employs a qualitative descriptive case study design, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving the head of the madrasah, Islamic education teachers, homeroom teachers, students, and supporting staff, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that moral value internalization is implemented through three interrelated stages: value transformation, value transaction, and value transinternalization, with teacher role modeling and habituation practices emerging as dominant factors in fostering students’ moral awareness. These processes contribute to positive behavioral changes, reflected in increased student discipline, responsibility, and voluntary care for learning facilities, and are consistent with moral internalization theory and Social Learning Theory, which emphasize the importance of modeling and sustained practice. The study concludes that effective moral value internalization significantly enhances students’ awareness and responsibility toward maintaining learning facilities, thereby enriching the literature on moral and character education by linking moral internalization to environmental responsibility and providing practical guidance for strengthening value-based programs in madrasahs through consistent role modeling and participatory habituation. Future research is encouraged to extend this inquiry to broader institutional contexts and adopt longitudinal designs to capture long-term effects.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                            Pengelolaan sampah organik berbasis masyarakat merupakan salah satu solusi strategis dalam mengurangi permasalahan lingkungan sekaligus meningkatkan nilai tambah ekonomi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan pemanfaatan sampah organik menjadi pupuk kepada masyarakat Desa Bajur, Kecamatan Labuapi, Kabupaten Lombok Barat, dengan Yayasan Mujahidin Falah sebagai mitra kegiatan. Program ini melibatkan 27 orang peserta yang terdiri atas perwakilan warga dan pengelola lingkungan setempat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tiga tahapan utama, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Tahap persiapan dilakukan melalui identifikasi permasalahan, survei lapangan, dan koordinasi dengan pemerintah desa serta mitra. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, peserta memperoleh penyuluhan, workshop praktik pembuatan pupuk kompos padat dan cair, serta pendampingan kelompok untuk mengaplikasikan keterampilan pengolahan sampah organik secara mandiri. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pemantauan peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik peserta dalam mengelola sampah organik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai konsep pengelolaan sampah organik serta keterampilan praktis dalam mengolahnya menjadi pupuk. Selain itu, terjadi perubahan perilaku masyarakat dari membuang sampah secara langsung menjadi mengolahnya secara produktif. Program ini juga mendorong peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan dan membuka peluang ekonomi melalui pemanfaatan produk pupuk organik. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini berpotensi menjadi model edukasi berkelanjutan dalam mendukung pembangunan desa yang ramah lingkungan dan mandiri secara ekonomi. Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Sampah Organik, Pupuk Organik, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Lombok Barat ABSTRACTCommunity-based organic waste management is one of the strategic solutions in reducing environmental problems while increasing economic added value. This community service activity aims to provide education and training on the use of organic waste as fertilizer to the community of Bajur Village, Labuapi District, West Lombok Regency, with the Mujahidin Falah Foundation as a partner in the activity. This program involves 27 participants consisting of representatives of residents and local environmental managers. The implementation method consists of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation and follow-up. The preparation stage involves problem identification, field surveys, and coordination with the village government and partners. During the implementation stage, participants received counseling, workshops on making solid and liquid compost, and group assistance to apply their skills in processing organic waste independently. Evaluation was carried out by monitoring improvements in participants' knowledge, attitudes, and practices in managing organic waste. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the concept of organic waste management and practical skills in processing it into fertilizer. In addition, there has been a change in people's behavior from directly disposing of waste to processing it productively. This program also encourages increased environmental awareness and opens up economic opportunities through the use of organic fertilizer products. Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of audio and audio-visual media in teaching Arabic listening (Istima‘) at Madrasah Aliyah. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach to provide an in-depth portrayal of how audio and audio-visual media are utilized in Arabic listening instruction. Primary data were obtained from teachers and students through interviews, observations, and direct experiences related to media use, while secondary data were collected from lesson plans, syllabi, textbooks, and other supporting documents. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involved repeated cycles of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing to produce accurate and contextual findings. The results show that Arabic listening instruction at Madrasah Aliyah has employed various audio and audio-visual media, such as recorded conversations, vocabulary (mufradāt) recordings, songs, podcasts, videos, and films. These media provide authentic language input and enhance students’ comprehension and motivation. However, their use is not yet evenly implemented due to limited equipment, teachers’ varying competencies, and students’ difficulties in understanding certain accents or vocabulary. With adequate facilities and proper training, the effectiveness of these media can be significantly improved.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of eXe-Learning in Quran Hadith instruction, with a focus on the integration of relevant educational theories in supporting a shift in learning paradigms. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed. The research participants included teachers and students involved in Quran Hadith learning, particularly on the topic of Mad Thabi‘i. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the use of eXe-Learning reflects a transition in instructional approaches from teacher-centered (behaviorist) to learner-centered (constructivist) learning. The interactive modules developed through eXe-Learning assist students in understanding the concept of mad asli, recognizing the letters of mad, and accurately distinguishing vowel length, while also encouraging active engagement in the learning process. The implications of this study suggest that eXe-Learning can serve as an alternative digital learning medium in Quran Hadith subjects to support learner-centered instruction and to encourage teachers to integrate constructivist approaches in the design and implementation of learning activities that align with students’ characteristics in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms of character education based on the local wisdom of the Sasak community and their role in character formation in everyday life. The research used a qualitative, ethnographic design and was conducted in Sade Village, Rembitan, and Segenter, all of which are Sasak customary communities. The data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and were then analyzed using an interactive model. Data validity was examined through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and member checking. The study's results show that character education in the Sasak community is internalized through four main domains. First, religious values, manifested through Quran recitation activities, village religious gatherings, and the tradition of ngaji menaq, serve as the foundation for character formation derived from the local wisdom of the Sasak community. Second, local wisdom instills values of prudence, honesty, and moral responsibility. Third, the practice of gotong royong (besiru, begawe, mandek bale) strengthens prosocial character, which is perceived as good character in social relations. Fourth, Tuan Guru and traditional leaders play a central role in character education through role modeling, advice, and the transmission of adat-pamali values integrated with Islamic sharia. The research findings affirm that character education in the Sasak community occurs through concrete, continuous cultural processes. Overall, this study shows that Sasak local wisdom makes a strategic contribution to the development of religious, ethical, and prosocial character aligned with its principles on the island of Lombok

Abstract

ABSTRACT Mental disorders have become a major focus of government attention. The number of mental disorder cases continues to increase each year. Data from the Ministry of Health (2018) show that approximately 400,000 people suffer from mental disorders, equivalent to 1.7 per 1,000 population. Central Java Province ranks third with a prevalence of mental disorders reaching 8.7%. The Tesi Gawa Telur Occupational Therapy aims to empower clients as an effort to optimize recovery, prevent relapse, support daily activities, and promote financial independence. This study aims to determine the outcomes of implementing Tesi Gawa Telur Occupational Therapy in preventing relapse among patients with mental disorders. This research employed a descriptive design using a case study approach involving seven respondents. Before the implementation of Tesi Gawa Telur Occupational Therapy, Ny. A, Ny. B, Ny. C, Ny. D, Tn. A, Tn. B, and Tn. C were categorized as having severe mental disorders. After receiving Tesi Gawa Telur Occupational Therapy for one week, consisting of three sessions per week with a duration of 1–2 hours over a six-month period, none of the patients experienced relapse. Tesi Gawa Telur Occupational Therapy can improve patients’ knowledge and skills in producing salted eggs and generate marketable products. This occupational therapy intervention can also prevent relapse in patients with mental disorders. Keywords: Mental Disorders, Tesi Gawa Telur Occupational Therapy, Relapse.  ABSTRAK Gangguan jiwa saat ini menjadi fokus perhatian pemerintah. Kasus gangguan jiwa setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan. Data Kementrian Kesehatan (2018) menunjukkan penderita ganggguan jiwa mencapai 400.000 jiwa atau sebesar 1,7 per 1.000 jiwa. Provisi Jawa Tengah menduduki peringkat ke tiga dengan jumlah penderita gangguan jiwa sebesar 8.7%. Terapi Okupasi Tesi Gawa Telur bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan klien sebagai upaya optimalisasi recovery, mencegah kekambuhan, aktivitas harian, dan mandiri secara finansial. Tujuan: Mengetahui hasil implementasi penerapan terapi okupasi Tesi Gawa Telur untuk mencegah kekambuhan. Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat bersifat deskriptif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus berjumlah 7 responden. Temuan: Sebelum diberikan terapi okupasi Tesi Gawa Telur Ny.A, Ny.B, Ny.C, Ny.D Tn.A, Tn.B, dan Tn.C dalam kategori gangguan jiwa berat. Setelah diberikan terapi okupasi Tesi Gawa Telur satu minggu 3 sesi dengan durasi 1-2 jam selama enam bulan, pasien tidak kambuh. Implikasi: Terapi Okupasi Tesi Gawa Telur dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat telur asin serta menghasilkan produk layak jual.
