Abstract

The 1945 Constitution, is to put people in the same position before the law including before the judiciary. In The Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 50 of 2009 concerning the Second Amendment to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 1989 concerning Religious Justice contained the principle of Islamic personality, people who litigate in religious courts must be Muslims. This study aims to analyze legal conflicts, especially a person's religiousness for litigants in religious courts. This normative research (library research) is sourced from primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials with philosophical, statute, and conceptual approaches and uses qualitative descriptive analysis. This research found that in the religious courts in prosecuting, it seems that they must pay attention to the status of religion, people who are litigants must be Muslims. However, at the level of principles drawn from the laws governing the litigation system in religious courts, it turns out that non-Muslims can also litigate and in adjudicating are based on legal acts or legal events that occur when a person is Muslim, because it is considered fairer, in accordance with the orderly law and human rights.

Abstract

The current learning process cannot develop critical reasoning and problem solving abilities optimally because learning is teacher-centred. Learning through lectures is widely used by elementary school teachers because it is easier and does not require complicated preparations. Teacher-centered learning will have an impact on low student involvement in every learning activity. These learning problems need to be overcome by making improvements in various aspects, especially in choosing learning models. Teachers need to choose a learning model that suits the characteristics of elementary school mathematics subjects. One of the recommended mathematics learning models is Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). The objectives of this research include: 1) To prove the influence of the realistic mathematics education (RME) learning model on students' critical reasoning abilities in class II division material at UPTD SDN Labang Bangkalan. To prove the influence of the realistic mathematics education (RME) learning model on problem solving abilities students in class II division material at UPTD SDN Labang Bangkalan. This research is quantitative research with the type of experimental research. The sample for this research was 24 students in class II-A as the experimental group and class II-B as the control group. data were collected using test question instruments and analyzed using the independent sample t test analysis technique to produce the following research conclusions: 1) The realistic mathematics education (RME) learning model influences students' critical reasoning abilities in class II UPTD material at SDN Labang Bangkalan, and 2) The realistic mathematics education (RME) learning model influences students' problem solving abilities in class II division material at UPTD SDN Labang Bangkalan.

Abstract

In general, this research aims to determine the effect of the problem based learning (PBL) learning model assisted by animated videos on students' independence and understanding of the mathematics subject of enumeration rules in class XII SMAN 1 Sreseh. This research is quantitative research using Quasi Experimental Design. The population in this study was class XII-1 with 26 students and XII-2 with 27 students. In proving and analyzing this, data collection uses non-test instruments in the form of questionnaires while the test instruments are in the form of questions. Meanwhile, the data analysis tests used are validity, reliability, normality test, homogeneity test, independent sample t-test. The research results are based on hypothesis testing using the help of the IBM SPSS v.21 application, namely the first hypothesis obtained a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 using the independent sample t-test, there is a significant influence on the use of the problem based learning (PBL) learning model assisted by animated videos on students' learning independence in mathematics subjects with enumeration rules material in class XII of SMAN 1 Sreseh Sampang. The second hypothesis is based on the results of hypothesis testing, a sig value can be obtained. 0.000 < 0.05 using the independent sample t-test, there is a significant influence on the use of the problem based learning (PBL) learning model assisted by animated videos on students' learning understanding in the mathematics subject of enumeration rules in class XII SMAN 1 Sreseh Sampang. So it is more effective to use the problem based learning (PBL) learning model assisted by animated videos on learning independence and students' learning understanding in mathematics subjects, enumeration rules material in class XII SMAN 1 Sreseh Sampang.

Abstract

The aim of the research refers to the problem formulation as follows: 1) To determine the influence of the listening team model on students' self-confident attitudes in PPKn learning class IX SMP Negeri 1 Tragah, and 2) To determine the effect of the listening team model on student collaboration in PPKn learning class IX SMP Negeri 1 Tragah. Researchers tested the use of the learning team learning model in Civics learning and found out its effect on students' self-confidence and cooperation. Based on these activities, the research carried out by the researcher is experimental research and is a type of research in quantitative research. The researcher chose one of the experimental research designs from quasi experimental design, namely Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research samples were 30 students in class IX-A as the control class and 30 students in class IX-B as the experimental class. Researchers develop research instruments that will be used as research data collection tools. There were two research instruments developed, namely a self-confidence questionnaire sheet and a collaboration questionnaire sheet. Data analysis used the independent sample t test analysis technique. The research conclusions are: 1) There is an influence of the listening team model on students' self-confident attitudes in PPKn learning class IX SMP Negeri 1 Tragah, and 2) There is an influence of the listening team model on student cooperation in PPKn learning class IX SMP Negeri 1 Tragah.

Abstract

In learning activities, various teaching methods are applied by teachers for the success of learning. As for learning, a teacher also needs to know the characteristics of his students. What we need to know is that each student has different characteristics. So it is certain that a teacher examines and re-examines teaching methods before applying them to students. One learning model that can be used in mathematics learning is to determine the influence of motivation and learning independence from cooperative learning using the Student Teams-Achievement Division STAD type and comparing two learning models, namely the STAD type cooperative learning model with those taught not using Student Teams-type cooperative learning. Achievement Division STAD or learning that is commonly carried out by teachers, namely in this case the learning that we know as conventional learning. This is intended to determine whether there is/isn't a significant difference in the motivation and independence of those taught using Student Teams-Achievement Division STAD type cooperative learning with learning achievement taught not using Student Teams-Achievement Division STAD type cooperative learning or conventional learning. From the research results, the results of the questionnaire stated that in the independent t-test using SPSS 21 for Windows, student learning motivation was obtained at 0.03, which is smaller than the t-table of 0.05 and for learning independence, it was obtained at 0.04, which is also smaller than in t-table 0.05. From this description it can be concluded that the sig. (2-tailed) is smaller than 0.05 for learning motivation, which is 0.003, smaller than 0.005, meaning that the use of Student Teams-Achievement Division (STAD) type cooperative learning is effective in increasing student learning motivation in line rotation centered at (a, b) Class XI Pamekasan 3 Public High School. Meanwhile, learning independence is 0.004, smaller than 0.005. So we can conclude that the use of cooperative learning of the Student Teams-Achievement Division (STAD) type is effective in increasing student learning independence in line rotations centered at (a, b) Class XI SMA Negeri 3 Pamekasan
