Abstract

Autonomous learning has been implemented in various disciplines. In English Language Teaching (ELT), implementing autonomous learning through multimedia oral presentation could be one of the major strategies to develop students’ language skills. This study aims to investigate the implementation of autonomous learning through a multimedia oral presentation as well as its challenges and obstacles fostering the significant development of language skills among students at an Islamic university. The study involved thirteen students majoring English Education regarded as students of the Z generation. The primary data was obtained through a video project-based multimedia oral presentation, a semi-structured interview with open-ended questions. The observation of the videos with note taking and comments on YouTube were used as secondary data. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, a content analysis technique was used to investigate to what extent the implementation of autonomous learning through a multimedia oral presentation develops students’ language skills. The study found that the students’ performances ranged from competent to somewhat competent in their vocabulary and content coverage; and competent to minimally competent in their grammatical accuracy, pronunciation, comprehensibility, and presentation skills. Implementing the students’ autonomous learning did not significantly develop their language skills due to students' lack of language proficiency, the absence of feedback,  technical challenges, time constraints, and motivation. This suggests that the implementation of students’ autonomous learning     with guidance is necessary to raise students’ language proficiency and minimize the obstacles and challenges, and various technological tools with technical and practical strategies should be familiarized with the students.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the relationship between team support, management support, and digital audit on auditor performance. It also investigates the role of management support in strengthening the effect of team support on auditor performance within digital audit environments. Research Design and Methodology: The study employs a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to auditors. Using a correlational and cross-sectional design, data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using PLS 4.0 to assess the relationships among variables. Findings and Discussion: The results show that digital audits significantly improve auditor performance, highlighting that digital technology enhances audit accuracy and efficiency. Team support positively affects both management support and auditor performance, as collaboration encourages management to provide necessary resources and training. Additionally, management support directly improves auditor performance and mediates the relationship between team support and auditor performance, indicating that team effectiveness increases when supported by management. Implications: This study contributes to understanding auditor performance in digital audits and emphasizes the importance of team and management collaboration. The findings suggest that organizations should enhance team cohesion and management support to optimize auditor performance, and further research on digital audit implementation should be recommended.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and describe the influence of psycholinguistics and metacognition on the ability of physics education students to use verbal language in the learning process. Quantitative research is used to measure the level of influence between variables, and then the case study is used to determine the sample. Based on the data, it could be concluded that the ability of psycholinguistics had a positive correlation with language skills, with a correlation of 0.924 and a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it could be understood that there was a positive correlation between psycholinguistics toward language skills with a very strong correlation category. The correlation between metacognition and language skills was 0.874 with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, this article argues that the ability of psycholinguistics and metacognition, so the language skills of physics students in carrying out physics learning would be better. This meant that the two variables affected the verbal language skills in learning physics together and not separately. Because language skills are related to metacognitive abilities, including intellectual abilities, teachers need to consider the use of verbal language in the classroom for the cognitive development of students. To achieve this, a psycholinguistic skill development program was needed for physics education students and other prospective teacher students; they could use verbal language in both the declarative, imperative, and interrogative aspects appropriately and accurately.

Abstract

Abstract

Islamic education is an effort to develop an Islamic view of life, to be manifested in life and life skills (manual and mental-social) in harmony with their interests, talents, abilities and areas of expertise. the development of STAIN towards UIN seeks to capture ibrah, values, attitudes and ways of thinking and behaving scholars (scientists) in the classical period mentioned above, because it is considered capable of facing increasing and complicated challenges, caused by the rapid progress of science and technology . As an implication, the Islamic education system built and developed through UIN is expected to produce a rational and professional cleric; broad-minded; virtuous noble character; his knowledge is not limited to "religious science" alone, but also includes "general science"; and able to stand alone (independent). Challenges to be anticipated by future UIN leaders, as well as the managers and developers of departments /courses in it, not to get caught up in the "ka 'adamihi" (presence as absence) in the midst of the struggles and competitions among the various the surrounding college.

Abstract

T2 FLAIR has a long scanning time, because T2 FLAIR has additional TI (Time of Inversion) so patients feel uncomfortable. The SENSE produces image quality, namely contrast and spatial resolution, which is the same as standard image reconstruction, but the scan time required is only half of the standard scan time. This research aimed to determined the difference between SENSE and non-SENSE techniques in axial T2 FLAIR MRI Brain on SNR values and scan time. This study used 16 samples from all patients with T2 FLAIR axial MRI brain at Gambiran Hospital using SENSE and non-SENSE techniques. The results of the image were evaluated by quantitative method, by giving ROI (Region of Interest) to the cerebral cortex, basal ganglia, thalamus and noise background, then the signal intensity obtained from the organ image and the standard deviation (SD) of the background of the image was calculated by dividing the average signal of the measured area by SD at the noise to obtain the SNR value. The results of the SNR value were analyzed by the Paired T-Test and tested with the SPSS version 25. There was a difference between the SENSE and non-SENSE techniques in the axial T2 FLAIR MRI brain to the SNR value. This difference is because the T2 FLAIR non-SENSE does not experience the reduction in phase encoding lines needed to fill the image k-space on each coil element, a potential deficiency is met by the elimination of wrapping information that results in high image resolution spatial.
