Abstract

The increasing use of digital wallet (e-wallet) services in Indonesia highlights the need for a deeper understanding of the factors that influence user loyalty. This research is conducted to examine the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived risk on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction positioned as a mediating variable within the context of the LinkAja e-wallet application. A quantitative research design is employed by distributing structured questionnaires to 190 active LinkAja users across Indonesia. The collected data are analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4.0. The findings indicate that perceived ease of use exerts a positive and statistically significant impact on customer satisfaction, whereas perceived risk demonstrates a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction is found to positively influence customer loyalty and to significantly mediate the relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived risk on customer loyalty. These results imply that optimizing system usability and effectively managing perceived risks are crucial in improving user satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty toward e-wallet services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, promotion, price perception, and product quality on McDonald's consumers' purchasing decisions in Jakarta, and to assess these marketing factors from an Islamic economic perspective. This research employs an exploratory quantitative approach and a purposive sampling technique. A total of 135 respondents participated through questionnaire-based surveys. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that service quality, promotion, and product quality each have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In contrast, price perception has a significant, adverse effect, suggesting consumer sensitivity to pricing at fast-food outlets. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly influence purchasing decisions. From an Islamic perspective, the findings reflect the principles emphasized by Imam Al-Qurthubi on fairness, transparency, and the provision of ethical values in market transactions, suggesting that marketing practices should align with Sharia-compliant consumer ethics. This study contributes to strengthening the understanding of Muslim consumer behavior and highlights the importance of integrating Islamic moral values in fast-food industry marketing strategies.

Abstract

Traditional hierarchical organizations prove increasingly inadequate confronting volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environments necessitating radical structural transformation toward agile, network, and platform-based models. This systematic literature review synthesizes empirical evidence examining transformation pathways, implementation challenges, and performance outcomes across these three organizational archetypes. Following rigorous review protocols, comprehensive search across academic databases yielded 24 peer-reviewed publications (2015-2025) subjected to thematic analysis.Findings reveal three critical themes: agile principles enabling rapid adaptation through iterative processes and self-organizing teams, network structures facilitating cross-boundary collaboration through decentralized decision-making, and platform ecosystems leveraging digital infrastructure for value co-creation.Literature demonstrates significant gap regarding systematic integration frameworks connecting these complementary models organizations typically adopt piecemeal approaches missing synergistic potential. Research contributes novel Agile-Network-Platform (ANP) Integration Framework proposing three-layer architecture: operational agility (team level),network coordination (organizational level), and platform orchestration (ecosystem level).Organizations should implement parallel transformation addressing team empowerment, structural flattening, and digital platform development creating adaptive organizational systems balancing flexibility, collaboration, and scalability. Study limitations include literature review methodology and emphasis on technology-intensive industries suggesting comparative research across sectors and longitudinal implementations examining ANP framework effectiveness over transformation journeys.

Abstract

Accelerating digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped employee competency requirements and work-related behaviors, compelling organizations to develop workforces that are both digitally proficient and highly adaptive. This study aims to systematically synthesize empirical evidence regarding the influence of digital competence and employee agility on employee performance across diverse organizational contexts. A systematic literature review was conducted following the PRISMA guidelines. Relevant peer-reviewed articles published between 2021 and 2025 were identified through comprehensive searches of Scopus- and Sinta-indexed databases. A rigorous multi-stage screening and eligibility process resulted in the selection of ten high-quality studies, which were subsequently analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The findings indicate that digital competence generally exerts a positive influence on employee performance, operating through both direct effects and indirect mechanisms such as enhanced work efficiency, innovation, and technology utilization. However, the strength and consistency of these effects vary across organizational settings and sectors. In contrast, employee agility emerges as a more consistent and robust predictor of employee performance, functioning as a critical adaptive capability that bridges digital competencies with effective work outcomes in dynamic environments. Despite these insights, the reviewed literature reveals several limitations, including fragmented theoretical frameworks, inconsistent empirical findings, a predominance of cross-sectional research designs, and limited contextual diversity. This review contributes an integrated understanding of the complementary roles of digital competence and employee agility in shaping employee performance. Furthermore, it highlights the need for conceptual model development and methodological diversification in future research. The synthesis offers evidence-based guidance for organizations navigating human resource management challenges in the digital era by emphasizing the balanced development of digital capabilities and adaptive capacities to achieve sustainable performance improvement.

Abstract

The rapid development of communication technology and the high level of social media usage in Indonesia have intensified competition among instant messaging applications in retaining users. Although LINE was once one of the most popular applications, in recent years there has been a decline in the number of active users, which is believed to be influenced by the removal of several key features, a decrease in perceived usefulness, and various complaints related to system quality. The condition raises questions regarding the factors that influence users’ intentions to continue using the LINE application on an ongoing basis. This study aims to analyze the effect of System Quality and Perceived Usefulness on the Continuance Intention of the LINE application, with Satisfaction acting as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed through an online survey involving 200 respondents in Jakarta who had used LINE for at least the past year. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that system quality and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Furthermore, perceived usefulness and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on continuance intention. However, system quality is proven to have no significant effect on continuance intention. The indirect effect findings indicate that satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between system quality and perceived usefulness on continuance intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of perceived risk and credibility on purchase intention toward concert ticket “war” services, with trust serving as a mediating variable. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Form to members of the “SEVENTEEN NEW_ IN JAKARTA SOON” community on the X (Twitter) platform. The community is known for actively sharing concert information, ticketing strategies, and peer-to-peer ticket transactions, making it relevant for representing consumer behavior toward concert ticket third-party services. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique based on specific criteria, involving 105 respondents with a total of 13 indicators covering 4 perceived risk indicators, 4 credibility indicators, 5 trust indicators, and 4 purchase intention indicators. The research instrument used a 5-point Likert scale to measure respondents’ perceptions of each variable indicator. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method, with mediation testing conducted through bootstrapping techniques. The results indicate that credibility has a positive and significant effect on trust and purchase intention, and trust also has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, trust partially mediates the relationship between credibility and purchase intention. In contrast, perceived risk does not have a significant effect on trust or purchase intention, nor does it have an indirect effect on purchase intention through trust. These findings suggest that in the context of K-Pop concert ticket “war” services in Indonesia, credibility and trust play a more dominant role in shaping purchase intention than perceived risk.

Abstract

The growth of social commerce has encouraged the adoption of the Online-to-Offline (O2O) transaction model, particularly through TikTok, which is widely used by Generation Z in Indonesia. O2O vouchers enable consumers to purchase vouchers online and redeem them directly at offline merchant outlets. Despite their high market potential, the actual purchase intention toward O2O vouchers on TikTok remains relatively limited. This study aims to examine the effects of price sensitivity, ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk on purchase intention toward O2O vouchers among Generation Z TikTok users in Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with 180 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via an online questionnaire using a seven-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with perceived usefulness identified as the most dominant variable. In contrast, price sensitivity and perceived risk do not have a significant effect on purchase intention. These findings suggest that Generation Z’s purchase intention toward O2O vouchers is primarily driven by system convenience and perceived functional benefits rather than by price considerations or perceived risk. Therefore, O2O voucher strategies on TikTok should prioritize transaction simplicity and clear value propositions to enhance sustainable purchase intention.

Abstract

Performance management systems in public sector organizations confront distinctive challenges balancing accountability imperatives with operational complexities, particularly within technically demanding domains like energy and mineral resources governance. This qualitative case study examines performance management system dynamics at Banten Province Energy and Mineral Resources Agency, investigating planning, monitoring, and evaluation processes alongside civil servant interpretations of system implementation. Through semi-structured interviews with purposively-selected officials and operational staff, direct administrative process observations, and systematic document analysis encompassing strategic plans, performance indicators, and institutional reports, research reveals four critical findings: hierarchical performance planning demonstrates regulatory adaptability despite resource constraints; monitoring combines formal mechanisms with digital systems though communication challenges persist; evaluation processes maintain systematic procedures yet retain subjectivity potential in behavioral assessments; and system implementation fosters disciplined, professional, accountable organizational culture despite administrative burden concerns and limited digital integration. Findings enrich understanding of public sector performance management's dynamic character while providing theoretical and practical implications for strengthening performance systems in strategic Indonesian government sectors. Research contributes empirically-grounded insights from underexplored energy-mineral governance contexts, offering evidence-based recommendations for reconciling performance measurement rigor with sectoral operational realities.
