Abstract

Cutting and Measur ing Process at CV. Printrend Convection has several work activities. However, the work activity when taking the fabric below, which is done repeatedly by bending, is not ergonomic. Based on the results of the RULA method, this attitude is high risk, and the final score obtained is 7, so it is high risk, and changes are made now. Therefore, a design was made to reduce the final RULA score using the rational method, the height of the design is based on the anthropometry of the worker's Standing Height with the 10th percentile. Then, the use of the design is simulated with Catia to determine the final RULA score. Based on the simulation results, pulling fabric from the fabric hanging tool and taking fabric from below with a new work attitude gets a final RULA 3 low-risk score. The activity of taking fabric from the highest fabric rack based on the simulation with Catia receives a final score of RULA 2 with a work attitude whose risk can be ignored. From the simulation results, the design succeeded in reducing the final RULA score and it’s risk level

Abstract

The sophistication of technology that facilitates all transactions does not make people aware of the zakat that they must issue. Even though it has been written in the Quran and the Law of the Republic of Indonesia, it does not make people who have met the requirements of zakat mandatory to just issue zakat. In addition, the public's ignorance about the zakat application that makes it easier for them, not all people know it. Like the people in Glonggong Village, Madiun Regency. This attracts academics to socialize about digital-based zakat management in the region. This socialization activity was carried out by inviting PKK women. These mothers are one of the actors who take part in financial management in the household. The activity was carried out by lecture and discussion method. But it is possible to receive discussions about the management of zakat outside of socialization activities on that day. The lecture method was carried out in the Hall of the Gronggong Village Office. This activity was attended by 25 women of the Glinggong Village PKK. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the high enthusiasm of the socialization participants. This is shown by the large number of participants who asked questions. This public enthusiasm is expected to be followed up by paying zakat digitally to make it easier for the community, the committee, and its transparency.

Abstract

Pelestarian budaya lokal di tengah arus globalisasi menjadi tantangan serius bagi komunitas desa yang memiliki warisan tradisi turun-temurun. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merevitalisasi kearifan lokal melalui penyelenggaraan Festival Budaya di Desa Harjowinangun Barat, Kecamatan Tersono, Kabupaten Batang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) dan metode siklus 5-D (Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, Destiny), yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam seluruh tahapan perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan. Festival Budaya menjadi medium ekspresi budaya lokal yang menyatukan lembaga pendidikan, tokoh masyarakat, dan generasi muda dalam kegiatan seni, seperti tari tradisional, pidato budaya, doa keagamaan, dan gerak lagu. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa festival ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran budaya antar generasi, membangun kembali memori kolektif, serta memperkuat jejaring sosial komunitas. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mendorong munculnya inisiatif warga untuk menjadikan festival sebagai agenda tahunan desa dan membentuk komunitas budaya secara mandiri. Festival budaya terbukti tidak hanya berdampak pada pelestarian simbolik, tetapi juga menjadi alat transformasi sosial, pendidikan karakter, dan penguatan identitas komunitas. Model ini berpotensi direplikasi di desa lain sebagai praktik baik dalam program pemberdayaan berbasis budaya lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of store atmosphere and product assortment on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable among customers of MR. DIY Kayu Merah, Ternate. The study used a quantitative approach, with a purposive sampling method targeting 150 customers who had made at least three purchases. The data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that store atmosphere positively influences both customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Meanwhile, product assortment significantly affects customer satisfaction but not repurchase intention directly. Furthermore, customer satisfaction positively impacts repurchase intention and mediates the relationship between both store atmosphere and product assortment with repurchase intention.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru RA/TK dalam melaksanakan asesmen holistik sebagai upaya menilai serta mengembangkan potensi anak usia dini. Melalui asesmen yang tepat sasaran, guru dapat memperoleh gambaran menyeluruh mengenai perkembangan anak dan merancang strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pendampingan satu kali pertemuan, diikuti oleh para guru RA/TK di wilayah Kota Manado. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat partisipatif, di mana peserta secara aktif terlibat dalam seluruh rangkaian kegiatan, mulai dari penyampaian materi, sesi diskusi, hingga praktik langsung dalam merancang serta menerapkan instrumen asesmen. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, tercatat bahwa 85% peserta memperoleh pengetahuan baru, 78% berhasil menyusun instrumen asesmen holistik, dan 80% lainnya menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam pelaksanaan asesmen secara sistematis dan efektif. Namun demikian, beberapa peserta masih menghadapi kendala, terutama dalam hal keterbatasan waktu dan kemampuan teknis. Oleh sebab itu, disarankan agar kegiatan ini dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan berkelanjutan agar asesmen holistik dapat diterapkan secara konsisten. Secara umum, pelatihan ini berdampak positif dalam mendorong peningkatan mutu pembelajaran dan pengembangan anak usia dini.

Abstract

The village of Pandhi's work is a village whose community activities are traditional blacksmith craftsmen in Paterongan Village, Galis District, Bangkalan Regency, traditional blacksmith craftsmen are a form of community economic existence based on the community's ability to process metal and iron traditionally into tools used daily such as clurit, machetes, knives. The sustainability of this blacksmith craft business still requires further development, especially with regard to institutions and skills. The research method used to determine the existence of traditional blacksmith crafts uses qualitative research methods by collecting data by conducting interviews and observations to traditional blacksmith craftsmen. Based on the results of the study, it is known that this traditional blacksmith craft is a hereditary family business, Blacksmiths also work with the concept of full-time and part-time, their social activities as blacksmiths that make them have a “workshop” in each house that is used to process iron into tools that are ready for sale. The existence of this traditional blacksmith craft is not only related to how the community can survive but how socially, economically supported by the existence of this traditional blacksmith craft. Blacksmith crafts included in the informal sector require capacity building from relevant stakeholders such as the local district government so that the characteristics of traditional blacksmith crafts are not eroded by changes and the iron and metal processing industry on a large scale.

Abstract

DKI Jakarta, from the era of the Sunda Kelapa Kingdom to the modern day, has been the nation's capital, spanning Dutch colonial rule and the independence period. As the centre of government and culture, Jakarta possesses complex historical dynamics and exerts a significant influence on national identity. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with a literature review serving as the primary method. The results indicate that Jakarta has experienced a major cultural transformation due to the acculturation of diverse ethnicities and cultures, including Betawi, Chinese, Arabic, and Dutch. Additionally, the development of tourism in Jakarta is greatly influenced by its historical heritage and local cultural assets, as reflected in destinations such as the Old City, the National Monument, museums, and art and cultural centres. The role of government and society in preserving cultural values and promoting tourism is crucial to maintaining the city's identity and ensuring its sustainability. This study underscores the importance of integrating history and culture into tourism planning to establish Jakarta as a global city that remains anchored in its local heritage.

Abstract

The slow learner in this study is a condition in which children experience slowness in their cognitive abilities and are below the average normal child so he needs more time to understand or master the subject matter. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of cognitive restructuring techniques to increase students' slow learner learning motivation, cognitive restructuring techniques to replace negative thoughts and interpretations with positive action thoughts so as not to get used to and become aware of their thought processes. This type of research uses Quasi Experiments with pre-test and post-test designs to compare the experimental group and the control group. Research subjects are slow learner students who have low motivation levels with a total of 14 students. The results of the experimental group measurements showed that the post-test score was higher than the pre-test score. Besides that, the Wilcoxon signed Rank Test test shows that the Sig. <0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there are significant differences in the level of slow learner student learning motivation before and after treatment is given. This shows that group counseling with cognitive restructuring techniques is effective in increasing slow learner students' learning motivation.

Abstract

Program Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) II yang terintegrasi dengan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Pendidikan dan Inovasi Kemasyarakatan (KKN-DIK) merupakan upaya strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas calon guru melalui pengalaman langsung di sekolah dan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program PLP II terintegrasi KKN-DIK di SMP Negeri 1 Keruak, Kabupaten Lombok Timur serta bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusinya terhadap pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa, khususnya dalam aspek pedagogik, sosial, dan profesional. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan monitoring dan evaluasi dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program ini telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan pedoman PLP II dan KKN-DIK dengan keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, serta program pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tantangan yang dihadapi mahasiswa meliputi penyesuaian terhadap lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat, kemampuan manajerial waktu, pengelolaan kelas dan penguasaan materi, namun dapat diatasi melalui bimbingan intensif dari dosen pembimbing dan guru pamong. Secara umum, implementasi program ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa menjadi pendidik profesional. Program integratif semacam ini direkomendasikan untuk terus dikembangkan sebagai model pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman nyata.

Abstract

Teaching materials used by teachers should be able to improve students' abilities and skills, and encourage the creation of student innovation and creativity in learning. For this reason, teachers are not only able to use teaching materials, but are also able to develop their own teaching materials and design relevant subject matter. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of learning materials for kitab jurumiyah based on nadzham bahar rajaz, as well as to determine the effectiveness of the development of teaching materials for kitab jurmiyah in the form of bahar rajaz in grade four at the shaykhona moh boarding school. Kholil bases. The type of research used is development research using the Dick and Gary model with five procedural steps, namely ADDIE. By using the pre-test and post-test evaluation to determine the effectiveness of the use of learning materials, The results of the small group trial produced a tailed T number of 0.000 and a large group of 0.001, which is smaller than 0.05, indicating that the learning materials developed are effective
