Abstract

Hipertensi atau darah tinggi masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama di dunia. Penyakit ini ditandai dengan tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 140 mmHg dan diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg, diukur dua kali dengan interval lima menit saat kondisi istirahat. Hipertensi dapat menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi serius seperti penyakit jantung, stroke, dan gangguan ginjal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Koto Baru mengenai hipertensi serta upaya menurunkan tekanan darah secara efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan langsung kepada masyarakat, khususnya kelompok lansia usia 45-70 tahun, melalui ceramah yang dilakukan secara luring di balai desa. Materi penyuluhan mencakup pengertian hipertensi, faktor risiko, dan pola hidup sehat untuk pencegahan serta pengendalian tekanan darah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan peserta setelah penyuluhan. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat sehingga mereka mampu mengelola hipertensi demi kesehatan dan kualitas hidup yang lebih baik. Keberlanjutan program ini penting agar dampak positifnya dapat dirasakan secara berkelanjutan. Selain itu, partisipasi aktif masyarakat akan mendukung terciptanya lingkungan yang sehat dan bebas dari risiko hipertensi.

Abstract

The distribution of inheritance in Islam recognizes the principle of ijbari, namely the transfer of inherited property to its heirs, which has been determined in Islamic law covering aspects of heirs, legacy, part of inheritance, and heirs. Regarding the division of legacy between male and female heirs, there is a principle of li al-dzakari mitsl al-hadz al-untsaian (the male part is like two female parts). Unfortunately, the provision is not applied in the distribution of inheritance in Enau River Village, which gives the portion of inheritance to girls more than 2:1 than boys. This paper aims to describe the practice of heritage sharing in Sungai Enau Village because of and alternative distribution of legacy its heritage following Islamic law. The results of this paper found that some Muslim communities in Sungai Enau village are majority Muslim (65%) their inheritance by a method of internal family deliberation with the consent of all heirs. The result of this deliberation is that the heir son gets a share of the inheritance more than twice as much as the heir son. The main reason for giving a portion of the inheritance to girls is more than twice as much as boys are that girls care more, help more, and take care of their parents (especially heirs) than boys. Although the provision is not following the opinion of the majority of jurists of scholars who give inheritance to the heir’s men are twice as much as women (2:1), and that is following the principle of li al-dzakari mitsl al-hadz al-untsaian. Still, the division meets the heir’s sense of justice for the heirs and is supported by local religious leaders’ opinions. This paper analyzes the case and provides an alternative to the distribution of inheritance following the jurists’ views.

Abstract

Religious life in Indonesia is inherently diverse in terms of religion, culture, customs, and societal values. This study aims, first, to analyze the Sufistic approach strategies in enhancing religious moderation among students of STAI Syaichona Moh Cholil Bangkalan, and second, to examine the obstacles and solutions in improving religious moderation among these students. Consequently, this research is expected to contribute to strengthening religious moderation at STAIS. This study employs a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity is verified through triangulation. The research findings include: first, the implementation of Sufistic approach strategies in enhancing religious moderation among STAIS students, enabling them to apply these principles in daily life despite the factual presence of differences in their environment. Strategic efforts involve accepting diversity with sincerity and openness through curriculum integration, learning methods, habituation, training, and studies. Second, the obstacles to implementing the Sufistic approach in enhancing religious moderation include: (1) the curriculum is not yet integrated with religious moderation, (2) there is no specific course on religious moderation, and (3) limited studies on religious moderation. The proposed solutions include: (1) integrating the curriculum with efforts to enhance religious moderation, (2) promoting literacy on religious moderation, (3) increasing the intensity of studies on religious moderation, and (4) incorporating local wisdom to strengthen religious moderation.

Abstract

Background - Identification of internal company factors and external environmental factors that affect the company. Objectives - This study aims to identify the right and competitive strategy for Salafiyah Bakery. Design/ Methodology/ Approach - Conducted using the SWOT analysis method. (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). This research method is a qualitative approach using a descriptive analysis method on 4 respondents, namely business owners and 2 bakery employees and 1 consumer. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires submitted by respondents, and documentation. Then the data obtained from the results of data collection were analyzed using SWOT, IFAS, EFAS and IE analysis. Based on the results of the internal factor analysis, 6 strengths and 6 weaknesses were found. While the external factors identified were 6 opportunities and 5 threats. Conclusion - Based on the analysis of the results of the IFAS matrix, it produced a value of 2.74 and the EFAS matrix produced a figure of 3.22. In the IE matrix diagram, this study shows that the Salafiyah Bakery business is in the growth quadrant which is in the second quarter, which means that the company can implement a growth strategy. Research Limitations - This study has several limitations. First, the research time is relatively short. Second, one of the key informants in this study was difficult to contact, which resulted in a lack of important information from relevant perspectives. These limitations can affect the quality of the data collected and the analysis conducted.

Abstract

Untuk membandingkan kemampuan daya hambat bakteri Bacillus subtilis dalam menekan pertumbuhan jamur Alternaria porri, Fusarium oxysporum dan Colleotorichum gloesporioides asal bawang merah secara in-vitro. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Penyakit Tanaman Agroteknologi, Fakutas Pertanian Universitas Tadulako. Penelitian mulai dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-September 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) 5% dengan 3 perlakuan, yaitu A. porri, F. oxysporum, dan C. gloesporioides, setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 5 kali sehingga menghasilkan 15 unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan daya hambat B. subtilis menunjukkan pengaruh nyata pada presentase hambat A. porri 70,95% , F. oxysporum 50,89% , dan C. gloesporioides 44,38%. Pada perlakuan P1 (A. porri + B. subtilis) menunjukkan rata-rata dimana B. subtilis lebih mampu menghambat pertumbuhan A.porri pada media NA (Nutrient Agar) secara signifikan.

Abstract

Cutting and Measur ing Process at CV. Printrend Convection has several work activities. However, the work activity when taking the fabric below, which is done repeatedly by bending, is not ergonomic. Based on the results of the RULA method, this attitude is high risk, and the final score obtained is 7, so it is high risk, and changes are made now. Therefore, a design was made to reduce the final RULA score using the rational method, the height of the design is based on the anthropometry of the worker's Standing Height with the 10th percentile. Then, the use of the design is simulated with Catia to determine the final RULA score. Based on the simulation results, pulling fabric from the fabric hanging tool and taking fabric from below with a new work attitude gets a final RULA 3 low-risk score. The activity of taking fabric from the highest fabric rack based on the simulation with Catia receives a final score of RULA 2 with a work attitude whose risk can be ignored. From the simulation results, the design succeeded in reducing the final RULA score and it’s risk level

Abstract

The sophistication of technology that facilitates all transactions does not make people aware of the zakat that they must issue. Even though it has been written in the Quran and the Law of the Republic of Indonesia, it does not make people who have met the requirements of zakat mandatory to just issue zakat. In addition, the public's ignorance about the zakat application that makes it easier for them, not all people know it. Like the people in Glonggong Village, Madiun Regency. This attracts academics to socialize about digital-based zakat management in the region. This socialization activity was carried out by inviting PKK women. These mothers are one of the actors who take part in financial management in the household. The activity was carried out by lecture and discussion method. But it is possible to receive discussions about the management of zakat outside of socialization activities on that day. The lecture method was carried out in the Hall of the Gronggong Village Office. This activity was attended by 25 women of the Glinggong Village PKK. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the high enthusiasm of the socialization participants. This is shown by the large number of participants who asked questions. This public enthusiasm is expected to be followed up by paying zakat digitally to make it easier for the community, the committee, and its transparency.

Abstract

Pelestarian budaya lokal di tengah arus globalisasi menjadi tantangan serius bagi komunitas desa yang memiliki warisan tradisi turun-temurun. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merevitalisasi kearifan lokal melalui penyelenggaraan Festival Budaya di Desa Harjowinangun Barat, Kecamatan Tersono, Kabupaten Batang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) dan metode siklus 5-D (Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, Destiny), yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam seluruh tahapan perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan. Festival Budaya menjadi medium ekspresi budaya lokal yang menyatukan lembaga pendidikan, tokoh masyarakat, dan generasi muda dalam kegiatan seni, seperti tari tradisional, pidato budaya, doa keagamaan, dan gerak lagu. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa festival ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran budaya antar generasi, membangun kembali memori kolektif, serta memperkuat jejaring sosial komunitas. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mendorong munculnya inisiatif warga untuk menjadikan festival sebagai agenda tahunan desa dan membentuk komunitas budaya secara mandiri. Festival budaya terbukti tidak hanya berdampak pada pelestarian simbolik, tetapi juga menjadi alat transformasi sosial, pendidikan karakter, dan penguatan identitas komunitas. Model ini berpotensi direplikasi di desa lain sebagai praktik baik dalam program pemberdayaan berbasis budaya lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of store atmosphere and product assortment on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable among customers of MR. DIY Kayu Merah, Ternate. The study used a quantitative approach, with a purposive sampling method targeting 150 customers who had made at least three purchases. The data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that store atmosphere positively influences both customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Meanwhile, product assortment significantly affects customer satisfaction but not repurchase intention directly. Furthermore, customer satisfaction positively impacts repurchase intention and mediates the relationship between both store atmosphere and product assortment with repurchase intention.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru RA/TK dalam melaksanakan asesmen holistik sebagai upaya menilai serta mengembangkan potensi anak usia dini. Melalui asesmen yang tepat sasaran, guru dapat memperoleh gambaran menyeluruh mengenai perkembangan anak dan merancang strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pendampingan satu kali pertemuan, diikuti oleh para guru RA/TK di wilayah Kota Manado. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat partisipatif, di mana peserta secara aktif terlibat dalam seluruh rangkaian kegiatan, mulai dari penyampaian materi, sesi diskusi, hingga praktik langsung dalam merancang serta menerapkan instrumen asesmen. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, tercatat bahwa 85% peserta memperoleh pengetahuan baru, 78% berhasil menyusun instrumen asesmen holistik, dan 80% lainnya menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam pelaksanaan asesmen secara sistematis dan efektif. Namun demikian, beberapa peserta masih menghadapi kendala, terutama dalam hal keterbatasan waktu dan kemampuan teknis. Oleh sebab itu, disarankan agar kegiatan ini dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan berkelanjutan agar asesmen holistik dapat diterapkan secara konsisten. Secara umum, pelatihan ini berdampak positif dalam mendorong peningkatan mutu pembelajaran dan pengembangan anak usia dini.
