Abstract

Pendahuluan: Rentang usia balita dimulai dari usia 2-5 tahun, dikenal dengan fase emas atau “Golden Age” adalah fase saat otak anak mengalami perkembangan yang paling cepat dalam pertumbuhannya. Pertumbuhan yaitu proses peningkatan yang ada pada diri seseorang yang bersifat kuantitatif atau peningkatan dalam hal ukuran, sedangkan perkembangan yaitu proses perubahan kapasitas fungsional atau kemampuan kerja organ-organ tubuh kearah keadaan yang semakin terorganisasi yang pada dasarnya tidak bisa diukur. Pengetahuan merupakan hasil “tahu” ini terjadi setelah orang melakukan penginderaan terhadap suatu objek tertentu. Penelitiani ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu terhadap tumbuh kembang balita usia 12-48 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Telaga Dewa Kota Bengkulu. Metode: Penelitian ini mengunakan analisis Univariat dan Bivariat, Sampel penelitian diambil mengunakan teknik accidental sampling dan metode penelitian mengunakan deskriptif analitik. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 50 responden dengan uji statistic rank spearman mengunakan SPSS for window 29. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Berdasarkan hasil analisis univariate dari 50 responden 41 orang (82%) usia 20-35 tahun, 27 orang (54%) pendidikannya SMA, 43 orang (86%) bekerja sebagai IRT, 49 orang (98%) pengetahuan ibu baik. 22 orang (44%) anak ke-1, 27 orang (54%) berjenis kelamin perempuan, 50 orang (100%) tumbuh kembang balita sesuai. Hasil uji statistik mengunakan rank spearman nilai Asymp. Sig (2-sided) nilaiρ- 0.001 < 0.05 sehingga terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu terhadap tumbuh kembang balita dalam kategori cukup di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Telaga Dewa Kota Bengkulu. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan pengetahuan ibu terhadap tumbuh kembang balita usia 12-48 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Telaga Dewa Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Bajo sub-district office. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample in this study were 52 employees of the Bajo Sub-District Office. While the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression using the IBM SPSS 21 statistical application. Based on the results of the research conducted, the research results show that Work Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of Bajo Sub-District Office Employees. The better the application of work motivation in the Bajo sub-district office, the better the performance of its employees.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Bajo. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Camat Bajo yang Berjumlah 52 Orang. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni regresi linear sederhana menggunakan aplikasi statistik IBM SPSS 21. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Bajo. Semakin baik penerapan motivasi kerja pada kantor camat Bajo maka semakin baik pula kinerja pegawainya.

Abstract

Enkapsulasi merupakan salah satu metode untuk melindungi zat aktif dalam suatu bahan pakan agar tidak mengalami kerusakan akibat perubahan temperatur dan pH pada organ pencernaan, sehingga akan meningkatkan performa dan  kesehatan ternak. Metode ioniglasik merupakan teknik enkapsulasi untuk melindungi zat aktif dapat sampai target sasaran pada usus halus sehingga dapat dicerna secara efisien. Buah buni dan soppeng memiliki antioksidan yang tinggi dan mengandung flavonoid dapat menjadi additive alami dalam pakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi penggunaan teknik enkapsulasi  dengan penambahan citosan udang dan STTP pada pakan. Bahan yang digunakan adalah 120  DOC umur 1 hari  dari PT. Charoen Pokphand dengan strain cobs, berat 48 g, buah buni, buah soppeng, citosan, trypholypsopat, asam sitrat, peralatan seperti kandang metabolis 120 unit, tempat pakan, tempat minum, termohigrometer dan recording. Percobaan terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan dengan masing-masing ulangan terdiri dari 5 ekor. Perlakuan terdiri atas P0= pakan komersil (kontrol), P1= pakan komersil + 1% enkapsulasi buni, P1 = pakan komersil + 1% enkapsulasi soppeng, dan P3 = pakan komersil + 1% enkapsulasi buni dan soppeng. Parameter yang diamati tampilan terdiri atas  konsumsi ransum, efisiensi ransum, pertambahan berat badan harian, berat karkas serta berat lemak abdominal ayam broiler. Hasil percobaan menunjukan bahwa penambahan enkapsulasi buni dan soppeng berpengaruh signifikan (P<0,05) terhadap efisiensi ransum, PBBH, berat karkas serta lemak abdominal namun belum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap konsumsi ayam broiler. Teknik enkapsulasi buah buni dan soppeng dengan level 1% pada perlakuan P3 memiliki produktivitas terbaik dan dapat digunakan sebagai feed additive dalam ransum ayam broiler.

Abstract

Representation in mathematics is the expression of ideas through models for solving problems in mathematics. These models can consist of words, pictures, diagrams, and shape representations that others can use to finish problems in mathematics. However, it's very unfortunate that representation mathematics is very little understood by most student-based schools. In the KPK material, in the form question story, students involve various form representation mathematics in the finish question. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ability representation mathematics possessed by students in class V/D UPTD SD Negeri 3 Pilot Corruption of KPK material. The method used is qualitative with a shorthand description. Instruments used form a question, essay, or test. The study's findings indicate that students are underrepresented. This will be marked by a completion search for KPK in the tree factors and still not enough ability in verbal representation.

Abstract

Data from the Indonesian Health Profile in 2022 shows that 41,081 cases of typhoid and paratyphoid fever sufferers were hospitalized in hospitals with a death rate of 279 cases (Ministry of Health, 2022). Several factors play a role in the incidence of typhoid fever, including: environmental factors, knowledge, attitudes and actions. According to the Ministry of Health in 2022, feces disposal, clean water facilities, food sanitation, personal hygiene, the habit of snacking or eating outside the home, as well as a history of typhoid fever in the family is a factor that is thought to be involved in the incidence of typhoid fever. The population in this study were all children aged 5 to 14 years who were diagnosed with typhoid fever and treated in the pediatric ward from January to June 2024, totaling 67 cases. A sample is a part of a population that has certain characteristics or conditions to be studied. The sampling technique used in this research was Total Sampling, namely the entire population was used as a sample, namely 67 cases. This research is analytical with a cross sectional design with data processing methods using Editing, Coding, Tabulating and Entry. The results of the chi-square statistical test between knowledge and the incidence of Typhoid Fever in children obtained a p value (0.002) < α (0.05), meaning that H0 was rejected, and Ha, accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of Typhoid Fever. at Dr. Hospital. Fauziah. It is hoped that Dr. Fauziah Bireuen Regency As a measure to prevent typhoid fever in children, Dr. Hospital. Fauziah Bireuen Regency was advised to improve health education programs for parents about the importance of sanitation, food hygiene and vaccination.

Abstract

The value of the company is indirectly taken into consideration to obtain profit or again in a certain period. Information regarding thr capital structure and size of the company provides assistance to investors in avaluating the performance of a company and supports the investment decision making process. Thus, it is important to ascertain whether these two variables have an impact on company. This research aims to analyze the influence of capital structure and company size on company value. Multiple linear regression analysis with quantitave analysis is the methodological technique used. Data from 63 automotive sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2022 period. The findings state that the capital structure variable has positif and significant effect on campany value, company size partially has a negative and significant effect on company value. Abstract

Novianti dan KodiranABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Kasihan Bantul melalui metode simulasi tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 31 siswa. Pengumpulan data partsisipasi belajar dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan angket untuk siswa, hasil belajar ekonomi dengan tes. Metode analisis data adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan rata-rata aktivitas belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa dari prasiklus ke siklus 1 sebesar 4,62%, dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 sebesar 2,71%, dari siklus 2 ke siklus 3 sebesar 3,67%. Rata-rata nilai hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari prasiklus ke siklus 1 sebesar 5,32, dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 sebesar 4,29, dan dari siklus 2 ke siklus 3 sebesar 2,04. Siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) pada prasiklus sebanyak 20 siswa, siklus 1 sebanyak 24 siswa, siklus 2 sebanyak 27 siswa, dan siklus 3 sebanyak 30 siswa.Kata kunci: Metode simulasi, partisipasi belajar, prestasi belajar, pelajaranekonomiThe aims of this research are to increase students learning participation and achievement in learning economics for 9th grade students of IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Kasihan Bantul, 2015/2016 academic year through simulation method. This research is classroom action research. The subjects of this research are 31 students. Economics learning participation data are collected by observation sheet and questioners, then economics learning achievement are collected by test. Meanwhile, data analyzed by descriptive quantitative with percentage. The results of this research show that there are the increasing of students’ economics learning activities rate from pre-cycle to 1st cycle is 4,62%, from 1st cycle to 2nd cycle is 2,71%,and from 2nd to 3rd cycle is 3,67%. Then, there are the increasing of students economics learning achievement rate from pre-cycle to 1st cycle is 5,32, from 1st cycle to 2nd cycle is 4,29, and from 2nd to 3rd cycle is 2,04. There are 20 students can reach minimal completeness criteria (KKM) in pre-cycle, 24 students in 1st cycle, 27 students in 2nd cycle, and 30 students in 3rd cycle.Keywords: Simulation method, learning participation, learning achievement, economics.

Abstract

This research examines the social actions of ngelem among elementary school-aged children in Pasar Baru Village, Tanjungbalai City. The main focus in this study is the motives that encourage elementary school children to commit acts of ngelem, the impact of ngelem on children's education at school and the role of parents in preventing ngelem. This research uses Max Weber's social action theory. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach which aims to understand and describe the phenomena experienced by the research subjects. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document utilization. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the motives that encourage elementary school children to act ngelem are a high sense of curiosity, the influence of playmates, so that they are accepted into the play group and looking for fun. Meanwhile, the impact of slowing down on children's education at school is not focusing on receiving lessons, difficulty managing emotions, poor attendance levels, loss of enthusiasm for learning and missing classes. The role of parents in preventing laxity is to spend time with their children, organize their children's daily activity schedules and instill religious values in their children.

Abstract

This study analyses the pattern of social interaction in conflict resolution of the sea alms tradition in Perlis Village, West Brandan District, Langkat Regency. The sea alms tradition, which has been practiced across generations, has been rejected by the Majelis Taklim group, which considers it a practice that is contrary to Islamic teachings. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study analyses the roles of the actors involved and the patterns of interaction in conflict resolution efforts through mediation. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, and document studies. The results showed that the conflict was a value conflict, which was then resolved through mediation. The pattern of social interaction applied uses an accommodation approach in the form of compromise and conciliation, which results in an agreement to continue implementing the tradition by eliminating elements considered contrary to Islamic value.

Abstract

This study focuses on the issue of breast milk production affecting the success of exclusive breastfeeding. It aims to analyze the effect of combining Hypnobreastfeeding with rose aromatherapy on breast milk production at Puskesmas Simpang Keramat. Using an experimental analytical design with a pretest-posttest one-group approach, the study involved 30 respondents divided into two groups: 15 in the intervention group receiving Hypnobreastfeeding and rose aromatherapy, and 15 in the control group with no intervention. The research was conducted from May to August 2024. Data were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk test for normality and independent t-tests for univariate and bivariate analysis. Results showed that the average breast milk production before the intervention was 370.6 ml in the intervention group and 366.0 ml in the control group. After the intervention, the average production increased to 442.0 ml in the intervention group and 382.3 ml in the control group. Statistical tests revealed a significant difference with a p-value < 0.05. The conclusion indicates a significant difference in breast milk production intensity before and after the intervention between the two groups. It is recommended that healthcare providers use the combination of Hypnobreastfeeding and rose aromatherapy to enhance breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers.
