Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan media flashcard untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa disleksia di SD IT Al Minah, Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif adalah suatu jenis penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif serta cenderung pada penggunaan sebuah analisis yang lebih mendalam.Penulis memperoleh informasi bahwa siswa kelas I SD IT Al Minah berjumlah 23 siswa. Terdapat 5 siswa yang sudah mempunyai kemampuan membaca awal yang baik serta 20 siswa yang masih mengalami kesulitan atau ketidakmampuan dalam memulai membaca.Media pembelajaran flashcard adalah alat yang digunakan oleh guru sebagai bahan komunikasi guru selama proses pembelajaran di kelas untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada siswa. Disleksia adalah suatu gangguan neurologis yang mempengaruhi kemampuan seseorang untuk memproses informasi bahasa tertulis. Kondisi ini tidak terkait dengan inteligensi atau kemampuan akademik seseorang, tetapi lebih terkait dengan cara otak memproses informasi bahasa tertulis. Evaluasi dan refleksi untuk mengatasi siswa disleksia sangat penting untuk memastikan strategi yang diterapkan efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka

Abstract

The inability of secretion of breastfeeding was a problem which was experienced by breastfeeding mothers. It was needed non pharmacology effort namely massage of oxytocyn. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of oxytocyn massage to the smoothness of breastfeeding in primiparous mother in the Village of Segodobancang Districts of Tarik, Sidoarjo regency. This research design was one group pre test post test design. The population in this study were all primiparous mothers who experienced insufficiency of breastfeeding expenditure in Puskesmas Cimanggis Depok a number of 27 mothers. The sample amounted to 25 mothers with simple random sampling technique. The independent variable was the oxytocyn massage and the dependent variable was the fluency of mother's milk in primiparous. The data collection used observation sheet and questionnaire. The technique of data processing used editing, coding, scoring, tabulating and its statistical test used the statistical test of wilcoxon rank test. The results of this study were obtained from 25 respondents, before Oxytocyn massage was conducted, most of the respondents of their fluidity breastfeeding expenditure of 0 (0%), smoothly enough were 8 mothers (32%), less fluent were 17 mothers (68%), after being conducted oxytocyn massage most of their fluidity breastfeeding expenditure were 25 mothers (100%). The wilcoxon statistical test showed that’s the value of p = 0,000 <a (0.05) so that H1 was accepted. The conclusion was that there’s an effect of oxytocyn massage to the smoothness of breastfeeding in Puskesmas Cimanggis Depok.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that still poses a major challenge for public health globally, including in Indonesia. Based on the Global Tuberculosis Report 2024, the number of TB cases continues to increase every year. One of the initiatives that supports TB eradication in South Sulawesi is the active role of the Tuberculosis Care Community Foundation (Yamali), which collaborates with the government, health facilities, and the community to reduce the prevalence of TB. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of collaboration and collaborative actions by the Yamali NGO in efforts to eradicate TB in South Sulawesi. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection through in-depth interviews and document reviews. Eight research informants were selected by purposive sampling based on their involvement in the TB eradication program. The results of this study show that the collaboration between the Makassar City Health Office, the Ministry of Health, the Regional Government, and Yamali has been effective. Treatment assistance programs, community empowerment, and new case discovery were found to have been implemented well. However, challenges related to case recording in the TB Information System Software (SITB) must be improved to cover all cases, including those carried out independently by patients. The sustainability of this collaboration is the main key to achieving the TB elimination target in Makassar City. Abstract

This study aims to examine the historical trajectory and socio-cultural influence of the Kualuh Sultanate in Tanjung Pasir Village, North Labuhanbatu Regency, during the period of 1829–1937. Employing a historical method within a social history framework, the research draws on data collected through interviews, direct observations, and analysis of both primary and secondary sources. The findings reveal that the Kualuh Sultanate had a significant historical connection with the Sultanate of Asahan and played a crucial role in the spread of Islam, the construction of religious institutions such as mosques, and the formation of local identity among the surrounding communities. One of the most prominent legacies is the Grand Mosque of Alhadji Muhammad Syah, which serves as a lasting symbol of the sultanate's cultural and religious influence. This research underscores the importance of preserving local historical heritage and highlights its contribution to a broader understanding of regional history in North Sumatra.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan mobilitas Orang Muna dalam meningkatkan perekonomian di Desa Kampobalano Kecamatan Sawerigadi Kabupaten Muna Barat. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori push and pull dari Everett S Lee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode etnografi berupa uraian mendalam, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengamatan terlibat (observasi partisipan) dan wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mobilitas masyarakat Munar di Desa Campobalano dapat dibedakan menjadi dua kategori: (1) Mobilitas ulang-alik (pomainsuli segholeo) artinya penduduk berpindah kembali ke daerah semula dalam batas waktu tertentu. Pindah dari daerah asal ke daerah tujuan dalam batas waktu tertentu; (2) Mobilitas menetap (pomainsuli nelate), yaitu meninggalkan tempat asal di daerah tujuan selama beberapa hari kemudian kembali ke tempat asal. Batas waktu perjalanan masyarakat Muuna di Desa Kampobalano lebih dari satu hari hingga dua bulan. Keputusan Orang Muna Muna Desa Kampobalano untuk melakukan mobilitas disebabkan oleh dua faktor, yaitu (1) Faktor pendorong daerah asal, (a) Lingkungan alam yang tidak mendukung; (b) Tidak memiliki modal yang besar dalam membuka usaha; (c) Perbaikan sarana transportasi; (d) Faktor ekonomi; (2) Faktor penarik di daerah tujuan; (a) Lapangan kerja terbuka di daerah tujuan, (b) Upah tinggi di daerah tujuan, (c) Barang dagangan di daerah asal dan daerah tujuan lebih murah , (d) Fasilitas hiburan tersedia, dan (3) Keuntungan dalam melakukan mobilitas

Abstract

Guest lecturers are experts or professionals who are brought to universities or educational institutions to deliver lectures or lectures to students. Their presence is often based on special competence or experience relevant to the lecture topic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the perceptions of students of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication (FDK) of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU) towards guest lecturers in an effort to increase motivation to write scientific articles. The method used is descriptive qualitative research involving FDK UINSU students who have attended lectures with guest lecturers. The data collection technique was through distributing questionnaires with 14 FDK students as respondents. The findings of this study indicate that the presence of guest lecturers is considered able to provide inspiration, new insights, and positive encouragement to students to start writing scientific papers. Students feel more motivated after gaining direct experience from guest lecturers who have strong writing backgrounds and experiences. With a qualitative approach, questionnaires are the main tool in collecting data for this study.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of epistemology in the development of educational psychology in Indonesia, considering the need for an educational approach that is rooted in the local context and at the same time meets global scientific standards. This study aims to understand how knowledge in educational psychology is constructed, validated, and developed through the perspective of the philosophy of science, and to identify the basic assumptions in the practice and theory of educational psychology that are developing in Indonesia. The method used is a systematic literature review of various relevant academic references, such as the work of Hanurawan (2012, 2019, 2020), Ghufron et al. (2013), Moore (2014), and Hofer & Pintrich (2002), with an analytical approach to the concepts of ontology, epistemology, and axiology in the context of educational psychology. The results of the review show that epistemology not only functions as a conceptual foundation in the development of theory, but also plays a central role in the validation of contextual and meaningful educational methods and practices. There is a significant transformation from the adoption of Western scientific methods to adaptations that take into account the socio-cultural realities of Indonesia, including the integration of Pancasila values ​​as the basic framework of local educational psychology. Epistemological understanding has been proven to improve the quality of learning, critical thinking of students, and the quality of teacher-student interactions. In addition, personal epistemology plays an important role in shaping students' beliefs about knowledge and the learning process. Thus, philosophical epistemology provides a more reflective and adaptive direction for the development of educational psychology in Indonesia as a contextual and transformative science.

Abstract

Information systems develop along with the rapid development of information technology and have proven to play a role in various activities, such as storing, managing and distributing information by creating a website in its application. Puskesmas is a health service with the aim of providing basic health services to the community, and providing socialization about health. The problem that occurs is how the results of the application of the data collection method on the design of the puskemas information system and how the application of the implementation of the waterfall method designs a website-based puskesmas information system. the results of data management obtained by the puskesmas information system there are 4 processes consisting of profile data management, doctor data management, service data management, user data management. The application of the waterfall method in designing a web-based puskesmas information system can solve problems that occur and provide solutions in disseminating information quickly and accurately to the community. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of work balance, work discipline, and employee motivation on the performance of Palopo city car automotive employees. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM), a multivariate analysis technique used to help understand complex relationships between observed and latent variables. Multivariate analysis is to analyze the influence of independent variables on dependent variables. This research was tested using SMARTPLS4. The sample used in this research is 50 employees, and the population is all employees of Palopo City Car Autos. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar anak usia 5–6 tahun melalui permainan tradisional engklek di TK Madinah Safitri Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 12 anak yang terdiri dari 8 laki-laki dan 4 perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap pra-siklus, mayoritas anak berada pada kategori Belum Berkembang (66,67%). Setelah penerapan permainan tradisional engklek, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan. Pada akhir siklus II, sebanyak 75% anak berada pada kategori Berkembang Sangat Baik dan 25% Berkembang Sesuai Harapan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa permainan tradisional engklek efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar anak usia dini. Dengan demikian, permainan tradisional dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan bermanfaat bagi perkembangan fisik anak.
