Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penyampaian aspirasi dan pengaduan masyarakat di Desa Muara Penimbung Ulu masih dilakukan secara manual, seperti melalui surat atau datang langsung ke kantor desa, yang dinilai kurang efisien, rawan keterlambatan, kehilangan data, serta minim transparansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pengaduan berbasis web guna mempermudah masyarakat dalam menyampaikan laporan serta membantu perangkat desa dalam menanggapi dan mendokumentasikan pengaduan secara sistematis dan efisien. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, serta framework Bootstrap untuk antarmuka. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi pengaduan online yang memungkinkan masyarakat membuat akun, mengirimkan pengaduan, dan memantau status laporan. Sementara itu, admin desa dapat memverifikasi, memberikan tanggapan, dan menutup pengaduan yang telah selesai ditindaklanjuti. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan metode black-box, sistem berfungsi sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan pengaduan masyarakat di Desa Muara Penimbung Ulu.

Abstract

AbstractThis community service activity aimed to critically evaluate the implementation of legal philosophy and professional ethics principles in Indonesia's correctional system, focusing on vulnerable groups (women and children). The study was conducted through site visits to the Tangerang Class II A Women's Correctional Facility and the Special Development Institution for Children (LKPA) Tangerang. Using a combination of direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis, the study assessed how rehabilitation programs align with restorative justice values and the ethical standards expected of modern correctional institutions. These values include equality of capabilities, the non-degradation principle, and agency recognition. The institutions were evaluated for their gender-responsive and child-centered innovations, such as trauma-informed care, arts-based therapy, adaptive education programs, and family mediation initiatives. However, structural issues like overcrowding, insufficient staff-to-inmate ratios, and infrastructure limitations were found to be significant barriers that hinder the realization of human dignity restoration, as mandated by Article 3 of Law No. 12 of 1995. The paper proposes strategic solutions, including institutional collaborations, programmatic innovations, and systemic reforms, to bridge the gap between normative ideals and the current realities of the correctional system. Ultimately, the findings contribute academic insight to support the advancement of a humane, just, and rehabilitative correctional framework in Indonesia. Keywords: restorative justice, vulnerable groups, human dignity. AbstrakKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi secara kritis implementasi prinsip filsafat hukum dan etika profesi dalam sistem pemasyarakatan Indonesia, dengan fokus pada kelompok rentan (perempuan dan anak). Studi dilakukan melalui kunjungan lapangan ke Lapas Perempuan Kelas II A Tangerang dan Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LKPA) Tangerang. Dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen, kegiatan ini menilai kesesuaian program pembinaan dengan nilai-nilai keadilan restoratif. Evaluasi ini berfokus pada tiga pilar utama dalam etika pemasyarakatan modern, yaitu kesetaraan akses rehabilitasi, perlindungan integritas psikologis, dan pengakuan partisipasi aktif warga binaan. Temuan menunjukkan adanya inovasi yang responsif terhadap gender dan usia, termasuk program berbasis potensi lokal, kurikulum edukatif adaptif, serta mediasi keluarga sebagai bagian dari proses restoratif. Meski demikian, keterbatasan struktural seperti kepadatan penghuni, rasio petugas yang rendah, dan minimnya fasilitas fisik menjadi hambatan dalam pencapaian restorasi martabat manusia sebagaimana amanat Pasal 3 UU No. 12 Tahun 1995. Rekomendasi strategis diajukan, antara lain kolaborasi lintas lembaga, pengembangan program non-residensial, serta integrasi pendekatan psikososial dalam pembinaan. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi penting untuk memperkuat sistem pemasyarakatan yang lebih adil dan manusiawi di Indonesia. Kata kunci: keadilan restoratif, kelompok rentan, martabat manusia.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research focuses on an in-depth analysis of the unique legal relationship between online motorcycle taxi drivers and transportation service providers in the context of the gig economy. In the increasingly dominant digital era, app-based business models have revolutionized the way we work, including in the transportation sector. Ministerial Regulation Number 12 of 2019 serves as a relevant legal basis for examining this employment relationship, particularly regarding the employment status of drivers. The aim of this research is to determine how the legal status of online motorcycle taxi drivers compares between Ministerial Regulation Number 12 of 2019 and Law Number 13 of 2003 on Manpower and how legal protection is provided for the status of online motorcycle taxi drivers in carrying out cooperative work relationships with application companies. This research uses a normative juridical method (Legal Research) with a conceptual approach because there are no existing legal rules for the problems faced. Using a qualitative approach, it is hoped that the complex dynamics occurring in digital platforms can be revealed, ranging from daily work mechanisms to their impact on the welfare of drivers. The results of the research show that Ministerial Regulation No. 12 of 2019 offers high flexibility but provides insufficient legal protection for online motorcycle taxi drivers, while the Manpower Law provides stronger protection but is less flexible to technological developments. Legal protection for online motorcycle taxi drivers is still complex and many drivers feel unprotected despite the existence of Ministerial Regulation No. 12/2019. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berfokus pada analisis mendalam mengenai hubungan hukum yang unik antara pengemudi ojek daring dan perusahaan penyedia jasa transportasi dalam konteks ekonomi gig. Dalam era digital yang kian mendominasi, model bisnis berbasis aplikasi telah merevolusi cara kita bekerja, termasuk dalam sektor transportasi. Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 12 Tahun 2019 menjadi landasan hukum yang relevan untuk mengkaji hubungan kerja ini, khususnya dalam hal status kepegawaian pengemudi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana perbandingan status hubungan hukum ojek daring antara Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan nomor 12 tahun 2019 dengan Undang-undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan dan bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap status pengemudi ojek daring dalam pelaksanaan hubungan kerja sama dengan perusahaan aplikasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif (Legal Research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan konseptual karena belum atau tidak ada aturan hukum untuk masalah yang dihadapi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, diharapkan dapat terungkap dinamika kompleks yang terjadi dalam platform digital, mulai dari mekanisme kerja sehari-hari, hingga pengaruhnya terhadap kesejahteraan pengemudi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Permenhub No.12 Tahun 2019 menawarkan fleksibilitas tinggi namun kurang memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi pengemudi ojek daring, sementara UU Ketenagakerjaan memberikan perlindungan lebih kuat tetapi kurang fleksibel terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Perlindungan hukum untuk pengemudi ojek daring masih kompleks dan banyak pengemudi merasa tidak terlindungi meskipun ada Permenhub No. 12/2019. Solusi yang adil memerlukan kerja sama antara pemerintah, perusahaan, serikat pekerja, dan akademisi. Kata Kunci : Hubungan hukum; Pengemudi ojek daring; Perusahaan jasa transportasi; Gig economy; mitra.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven transformations in various aspects of life, including entrepreneurship education. This study examines how social media can be utilized as an informal learning space to support digital-based entrepreneurship education without being limited by space and time. Using a qualitative approach and literature review, this article explores the role of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube in disseminating entrepreneurial knowledge, building business communities, and creating flexible and accessible learning ecosystems. The results show that social media is not only a means of business promotion but also plays a role as an interactive and inspiring educational medium. The use of experience-based content, tutorials, and entrepreneurial success stories is a key strategy in educating audiences, both informally and formally. This article recommends optimizing the use of social media by educators, MSMEs, and entrepreneurial communities to expand access to relevant and contextual business learning in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of perceived usefulness and aese of use on students’ intention to use QRIS. The population of this study consists of undergraduate Management students at Dharma Andalas University, Padang, with a sample size of 110 respondents. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents and were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that both perceived usefulness and aese of use have a significant effect on students’ intention to use QRIS. The coefficient of determination shows that these variables explain 39,1% of the variance in students’ intention to use QRIS, while the remaining 60,9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Jambi Province holds significant potential in the coal mining sector, contributing substantially to Local Own Source Revenue and supporting the local economy. With the sixth-largest coal reserves in Indonesia, these resources are spread across key districts such as Sarolangun, Muaro Jambi, Tebo, Batanghari, and Bungo. The coal mining sector provides economic benefits not only through job creation and infrastructure development but also poses significant social and environmental challenges, including air pollution, road damage, and degradation of water quality. This study aims to (1) analyze the social, economic, and environmental impacts of coal mining activities in Jambi Province, (2) evaluate the effectiveness of empowerment programs implemented by companies through CSR, and (3) design an empowerment model that can improve the welfare and economic independence of communities surrounding the mines. The research methodology includes field surveys, SWOT analysis, and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine program priorities. The findings reveal that CSR activities around the mines have a positive impact on community welfare; however, challenges exist in program sustainability and limited community involvement in planning. The SWOT analysis identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, such as community dependence on the mining sector and significant environmental impacts. Based on the AHP results, the priority programs identified include skills training, support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and the enhancement of educational and healthcare infrastructure to create a sustainable impact. To maximize the economic benefits of mining, a community empowerment model that focuses on economic diversification and community engagement is necessary. This study recommends collaboration between companies and the government to develop inclusive and sustainable programs that improve the welfare of communities surrounding mining areas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the management of noble character development through religious extracurricular activities in Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools in Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The subjects included principals, vice principals for student affairs, and extracurricular supervisors at SD IT Al-Munawwar, SD IT Al-Husnayain, and SD IT Al-Furqon. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that management functions—planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising—were systematically applied. Planning was carried out through annual programs, syllabi, and lesson plans; organizing involved a clear division of responsibilities; implementation was conducted regularly using methods of exemplification, habituation, and wise advice; while supervision was done through periodic evaluations. Supporting factors included adequate facilities, a religious school culture, and teacher involvement, whereas inhibiting factors were the lack of focus among some students. Thus, religious extracurricular activities significantly contribute to the development of students’ noble character in Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools

Abstract

This study investigates the dispensation of marriage for minors, a request for leniency granted by the Religious Court to prospective brides and grooms who are not yet of legal age to marry. This study intends to examine the basis for consideration used by judges in deciding and granting requests for marriage dispensation in Decision Number 82/Pdt.P/2024/PA.PROB, as well as examining the impact of marriage dispensation on mothers and children born, especially in the context of legal protection based on the Child Protection Law. In this study, a normative juridical approach is used to analyze the legal principles underlying the judge's decision and aspects of protecting children's rights. The findings suggest that the basis for judges' considerations is influenced by sociological and sharia factors, and assesses the principles of benefit and protection of the child's future. Furthermore, the impact of marriage dispensation on mothers and children carries the risk of violating children's basic rights, including the right to education, protection from violence, and the right to health, thus requiring serious attention from the legal protection system to ensure these rights are optimally protected. This research emphasizes the importance of a legal approach that prioritizes substantive justice and protection of vulnerable groups in the marriage dispensation decision-making process.

Diseases caused by Aedes aegypti mosquitoes can be controlled with vectors in the form of larvicide administration, but if it is excessive, it causes environmental pollution and causes larval resistance so that natural larvicides are needed. Ketapang leaves are tested to determine the effectiveness of larvicides against Aedes aegypti larvae. To determine the effectiveness of the ethanol extract of ketapang leaves (Terminalia catappa L.) with TWEEN dilution on the mortality of Aedes aegypti larvae. The research is experimental with the research design used is posttest only controlled group design. This design compares the experimental group with the control group. The groups used were groups K (+) and K (-), and the TWEEN/PEG treatment group which contained ketapang leaf extract with a concentration of 1,5% and 2%, respectively. The sample of Aedes aegypti larvae used was instar III IV. Normality, Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney and Probit tests are used for data processing. Mortality was highest with his PEG treatment at 1,5% and lowest with TWEEN at 2%. The effect of ethanol extract from ketapang leaves (Terminalia catappa L.) with TWEEN diluent was the same as PEG on the mortality of Aedes aegypti larvae. The ethanol extract of ketapang leaves (Terminalia catappa L.) with dilutions of TWEEN and PEG was less effective than abate.
