Abstract

This study examines the effects of entrepreneurship education and creativity on entrepreneurial intention by considering the role of self-efficacy. A quantitative explanatory design was employed, using data collected from 100 respondents selected through proportional random sampling from a population of 492 students. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, and path analysis. The findings indicate that entrepreneurship education has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, although its effect on self-efficacy is not statistically significant. In contrast, creativity has a significant positive effect on both entrepreneurial intention and self-efficacy. The indirect analysis further suggests that self-efficacy plays an important explanatory role, particularly in strengthening the contribution of creativity to entrepreneurial intention. These findings imply that entrepreneurship education alone may not be sufficient to build strong entrepreneurial confidence unless it is accompanied by learning experiences that foster creativity, opportunity recognition, and problem-solving capacity. This study highlights the importance of integrating entrepreneurship education with creativity development to cultivate stronger entrepreneurial intention and more robust self-belief. The findings offer practical implications for higher education institutions in designing entrepreneurship programs that are more experiential, confidence-building, and innovation-oriented.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of regional expenditure and economic growth on regional financial independence in Jambi Province during the period 2020–2024. The descriptive analysis shows that regional expenditure and economic growth in Jambi Province experienced fluctuations during the study period, particularly due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, but generally indicated a recovery trend. Meanwhile, the level of regional financial independence remains relatively low, as reflected by the high dependence on central government transfers. The regression results indicate that regional expenditure has an effect on regional financial independence, while economic growth also contributes to enhancing fiscal capacity. Simultaneously, both regional expenditure and economic growth influence regional financial independence.

Abstract

This study examines the role of informal entrepreneurship education in shaping SDG-oriented entrepreneurial intention, with entrepreneurial mindset as a mediating variable among students of the Department of Economics and Development Studies, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Tadulako. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 90 respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that informal entrepreneurship education does not have a significant direct effect on SDG-oriented entrepreneurial intention. However, it has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial mindset, which in turn significantly influences SDG-oriented entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, the findings reveal that entrepreneurial mindset fully mediates the relationship between informal entrepreneurship education and SDG-oriented entrepreneurial intention. These results highlight that informal learning alone is insufficient to foster sustainable entrepreneurial intention unless it is transformed into a strong entrepreneurial mindset. This study contributes to the literature by emphasizing the critical role of entrepreneurial mindset as a key mechanism linking informal learning and sustainability-oriented entrepreneurial intention. The findings also provide practical implications for educators and policymakers in designing entrepreneurship programs that support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

AbstractLand plays a vital role in people's lives, serving not only as a place to live but also as an economic asset and a source of livelihood. However, many people still do not understand the importance of land registration as a form of legal protection for land ownership rights. This situation has led to various land issues, such as ownership disputes, overlapping certificates, the use of girik as proof of ownership, and conflicts over inherited land. These issues also have the potential to occur in Duri Kepa Village, West Jakarta, an urban area with a high level of economic activity and population density. Therefore, the Faculty of Law of Esa Unggul University conducted a community service activity in the form of legal counseling on the importance of land registration. The activity was implemented through three stages: identification and needs analysis, implementation of legal counseling, and evaluation of activities. The counseling was carried out at the People's Hall of the Duri Kepa Village Office, involving community elements such as the RT/RW Head, BIMAS, Babinsa, and Posbakum. The results of the activity showed high community enthusiasm for the counseling materials, particularly regarding the legality of land ownership, land certificates, and resolution of land problems. This activity provides the public with an understanding of the importance of land registration as a means of achieving legal certainty and preventing land disputes. It is hoped that this legal outreach will foster greater public legal awareness, orderly land administration, and foster ongoing collaboration between the community, sub-district governments, and academics in providing legal education to the public. Keywords: Land registration, land certificate, land dispute. AbstrakTanah memiliki peranan penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat karena tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat tinggal, tetapi juga sebagai aset ekonomi dan sumber penghidupan. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami pentingnya pendaftaran tanah sebagai bentuk perlindungan hukum atas hak kepemilikan tanah. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan munculnya berbagai permasalahan pertanahan, seperti sengketa kepemilikan, tumpang tindih sertifikat, penggunaan girik sebagai alat bukti kepemilikan, hingga konflik tanah warisan. Permasalahan tersebut juga berpotensi terjadi di Kelurahan Duri Kepa, Jakarta Barat, yang merupakan wilayah perkotaan dengan tingkat aktivitas ekonomi dan kepadatan penduduk yang cukup tinggi. Oleh karena itu, Fakultas Hukum Universitas Esa Unggul melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa penyuluhan hukum mengenai pentingnya pendaftaran tanah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu tahap identifikasi dan analisis kebutuhan, tahap pelaksanaan penyuluhan hukum, serta tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Penyuluhan dilaksanakan di Balai Rakyat Kantor Kelurahan Duri Kepa dengan melibatkan unsur masyarakat seperti Ketua RT/RW, BIMAS, Babinsa, dan Posbakum. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat memiliki antusiasme yang tinggi terhadap materi penyuluhan, khususnya mengenai legalitas kepemilikan tanah, sertifikat tanah, dan penyelesaian permasalahan pertanahan. Kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pendaftaran tanah sebagai upaya memperoleh kepastian hukum dan mencegah sengketa pertanahan. Melalui penyuluhan hukum ini diharapkan tercipta kesadaran hukum masyarakat yang lebih baik, tertib administrasi pertanahan, serta terbangunnya kerja sama berkelanjutan antara masyarakat, pemerintah kelurahan, dan akademisi dalam memberikan edukasi hukum kepada masyarakat. Kata kunci: Pendaftaran tanah, sertifikat tanah, sengketa tanah.
