Abstract

his study examines the reconstruction of the Islamic Education Curriculum (PAI) in Indonesia with a focus on gender responsiveness and religious moderation. Amidst increasing identity-based polarization and gender-based discrimination, there is a growing urgency for an inclusive and transformative educational framework. This study uses a qualitative-empirical method using literature studies, curriculum analysis, and interviews with PAI educators. The research findings reveal that the curriculum is still heavily biased towards doctrinal teaching with limited space for gender equality and pluralist discourse. This study proposes a conceptual model that integrates gender-sensitive pedagogy and wasathiyah (moderation) values ​​rooted in the principles of the Qur'an and national education goals. This reconstruction aims to foster critical awareness, tolerance, and social justice values ​​in students. The implications of this study support the revision of the national curriculum content, teacher training modules, and the development of inclusive learning models in PAI.

Abstract

Traditional medicine advertisements have become a familiar aspect of society. However, in some instances, misleading or inaccurate advertisements can raise concerns regarding safety and effectiveness. A synergistic approach between the Central Kalimantan Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission and the Palangka Raya Central Drug and Food Control Agency (BPOM) is necessary to address violations of traditional medicine advertisements, particularly in Central Kalimantan. In the literature review, various studies highlighted violations of traditional medicine advertisements and their impact on society and public health. This paper aims to measure the extent of synergism between these two entities in addressing advertisement violations and propose possible solutions. The research methodology involves qualitative analysis through a case study approach, where the Central Kalimantan Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission serves as the primary data source for violations of traditional medicine advertisements, identified through monitoring processes, supported by a literature review from the Palangka Raya Central BPOM. Data is collected through surveys, interviews with relevant parties, and analysis of regulations-related documents. The research results reveal a gap between identified violations of traditional medicine advertisements and the actions taken by both relevant entities. This indicates the need for simultaneous synergy between the Central Kalimantan Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission and the Palangka Raya Central BPOM in addressing these violations. The discussion highlights the importance of enhancing cooperation among authorities, relevant agencies, and the public to support compliance with advertisement regulations.

Abstract

Distorted information and shows tend to damage the nation's identity, radical shows, pornography. and fake news that are easily available to the public have a negative impact on socio culture in society. for this reason, the authorized institution seeks to provide education and learning through the socialization of media literacy programs. in its role and function, the Central Kalimantan Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission accommodates aspirations and represents the public's interest in broadcasting. supervise and provide education, with media literacy programs. This research aims to gain understanding and information from the informant's point of view, namely from students, and aims to find out what the duties and functions of the Regional KPI are and how the role of the Central Kalimantan Regional KPI in Broadcasting Media Literacy education to students. by conducting field observations on general knowledge at the Central Kalimantan Regional KPI Institute. Data collection by interview and questionnaire through goggle form. This research received data from two commissioners of PIS field and 10 student informants as well as socialization participants, the research results stated that the role of KPI Central Kalimantan Region is not only supervising but also making efforts to raise awareness to students about critical broadcasting.

Abstract

This study investigates the inheritance rights of wives and children in unregistered (siri) marriages within the community of Silandoyung Village, Silau Kahean District, Simalungun Regency. Using an empirical socio-legal approach, the research combines field interviews with village officials, religious leaders, traditional leaders, and affected families, alongside a normative analysis of Islamic law, the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), and Indonesian positive law. The findings reveal that the community acknowledges inheritance rights for wives and children from siri marriages based on religious values and customary norms, despite the absence of state recognition due to the lack of official marriage registration. This discrepancy creates potential inheritance disputes, reflecting a legal tension between religious-customary legitimacy and state law. From the perspective of Islamic law, siri marriages are valid if their pillars are fulfilled, granting wives and children inheritance rights; however, under Indonesian positive law, registration is mandatory for legal recognition. The study concludes that marriage registration is not merely an administrative formality but a crucial mechanism to harmonize state law with local wisdom, thereby ensuring legal protection and justice for women and children in siri marriages.

Abstract

Good governanceis an important concept in the implementation of effective, transparent, and accountable governance. This study aims to analyze the application of good governance principles in public services in Bandar Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency, with a focus on participation, transparency, responsibility, and completeness of infrastructure. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the application of good governance principles still faces several challenges, such as lack of community participation, obstacles to information transparency, limited infrastructure, and less than optimal responsibility. This article provides recommendations for improving the quality of public services by strengthening community participation, increasing transparency, and improving infrastructure.

Abstract

Madrasatul ula is the first education a child gets, Mistakes in the use of technology can have fatal consequences for a child's growth. Many children are difficult to control in using gadgets due to parents' negligence in guidance and uncontrolled control. The research method uses triangulation through data presentation, data selection and drawing conclusions and analyzed through content analysis. The research findings obtained are that families need to understand their duties as primary educators who are collaborative between fathers and mothers in caring for and guiding children so that children grow in a balanced manner between physical and mental health. The era of digitalization of the role of the family is expected for the development and growth of their children, guiding in all matters that are educational and intelligent children through guided and directed motor and psychomotor sharpening. So that digital media is a positive medium for their child's growth. The need for parental awareness to control the use of technology by children, teach children about the correct use of technology, provide examples of good behavior, with proper implementation, technology can be an effective tool in supporting children's growth and development.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian kebijakan pendidikan nasional terhadap karakteristik dan kebutuhan lembaga pendidikan madrasah serta sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode analisis kebijakan deskriptif-analitis, penelitian ini mengkaji tantangan struktural dan kontekstual dalam implementasi kebijakan pendidikan, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap mutu lulusan dan kesiapan daya saing peserta didik. Data diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi, wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan di SMK Negeri 1 Raha, dan observasi lapangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kebijakan pendidikan telah dirancang untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan relevansi pendidikan, implementasinya masih menghadapi hambatan serius di tingkat satuan pendidikan. Madrasah sering mengalami keterbatasan dalam integrasi kurikulum agama dan umum serta akses terhadap inovasi kebijakan. Sementara itu, SMK di daerah mengalami kesenjangan dalam sarana praktik dan kemitraan industri. Studi ini merekomendasikan perlunya kebijakan yang lebih adaptif, lintas sektoral, serta responsif terhadap konteks lokal. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi perbaikan kebijakan pendidikan yang lebih efektif dan merata di seluruh jenis lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

People in Indonesia have tolerance. Even not all of them can build and implement it. One of Ustadz that can build and implement the tolerance is Gus Miftah. There was a video when he conveyed national oration in official announcement of Indonesia Bethel Church (GBI) Amanat Agung Jakarta Utara. Basically that oration contained representation of tolerance religion value, but there were some bad responses about it, even they said He was an unbeliever by some people. That video became viral after uploaded in Youtube and Instagram.  About that video, representation of tolerance religion interested to be researched. Research objectives are to know the representation of religion tolerance on national oration by Gus Miftah in GBI Amanat agung Jakarta Utara official announcement. This research was qualitative and used descriptive approach and semiotic analysis method. There were two data sources in this research, primary and secondary data source. Data collection techniques were observation and documentation. While, data analysis technique used model semiotic by Charles Sanders Peirce. Then for data validation technique used to increase perseverance and peer discussion. The results showed that representation of religion tolerance that appeared in that oration contained element and principle to admit other people right, respect other people belief, agree in disagreement, understand each other, and religious freedom.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian tentang Ornamentasi Melodis dalam Cae Saleuem oleh Medya Hus ini mengangkat masalah bagaimanakah Ornamen dalam Cae Saleuem yang dibawakan oleh Medya Hus yang bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan nada hias (Ornamen) yang terdapat dalam Cae Saleuem. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendapat gambaran secara mendalam tentang Ornamentasi Melodis dalam Cae Saleuem yang dibawakan oleh oleh Medya Hus. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan satu pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan etik. Dengan pendekatan etik peneliti mendeskripsikan ornamen yang terdapat dalam Cae Saleuem yang dibawakan Oleh Medya Hus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang Syech atau pencipta sekaligus pembawa Cae Saleuem (Medya Hus), sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Ornamentasi Melodis dalam Cae Saleuem oleh Medya Hus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan Medya Hus. Setelah data terkumpul, maka dilanjutkan dengan cara memisahkan data dan mengambil data yang sesuai dengan fokus penelitian dan dilanjutkan dengan menganalisis data tersebut untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ornamentasi yang terdapat dalam Cae Saleuem yang dibawakan oleh Medya Hus memiliki kesamaan dengan ornamen yang terdapat dalam musik barat. Terdapat lima ornamen yang dibawakan oleh Medya Hus dalam Cae Saleuem yaitu, Acciaccatura, Trill, Mordent, Grupetto, dan Glissando. Kata kunci: Ornamentasi, Cae Saleuem, Medya Hus

Abstract

The research is motivated by various family problems of married people, some family conditions are weak so that they are easily shaken and end in divorce. There are some families who look strong with all the problems so that the family survives, not shaken by any situation and condition. In this case the researcher is interested in conducting a research on how to build family resilience for the employees of the Diniyah Pekanbaru Foundation from the Perspective of Islamic Law. An urgent research, to find out the basic principles of family resilience, aims to educate people in fostering and maintaining families, not easily shaken by the problems that occur. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research using the triangulation method through data display, data presentation, drawing conclusions, analyzed through content analysis. The research sample is 195 respondents. Research findings; need to understand the purpose of marriage to build a samara family the answer of the respondent is 15%. Understanding each other's roles by applying the principle of mutual help Respondents answer 52%. Implementing Islamic values ​​in the family is 18%. Fulfilling the needs of nutrition, education, health and future investment of 15%. From the perspective of Islamic law, employees of the Diniyah Pekanbaru Foundation in general choose to carry out psychological aspects of family resilience by implementing human values, the principle of taawun and Islamic values ​​in the family so that physical needs accompany them.
