Abstract

The very rapid progress of science and technology that is not balanced with the provision of religious education materials in schools can reduce the religious values that exist within students. In this regard, the presence of madrasa schools has become one of the educational institutions that has a strong connection with religion. This is because the content of religious values receives a strong emphasis on forming the character and personality of students in accordance with the values of religious teachings provided through activities in the madrasah school environment. The purpose of this writing is to determine the religious values in activities within the MTsN 6 Banjar Darussalam Martapura school environment. The research taken uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique uses observation to systematically observe and record activities in the school environment based on religious values, interviews are conducted to obtain data directly with informants, as well as documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions from the data obtained. Validity of research data by extending observation, triangulation, and conducting member checks. The results of this research are that daily activities in the MTsN 6 Banjar school environment are based on religious values, namely learning (moral beliefs, al-Quran hadith, fiqih), intracurricular (greetings & salim, recitation of the Al-Quran tadarus, and congregational prayers), extracurricular (maulid habsyi and hadrah). The conclusions from the activities in the MTsN 6 Banjar environment include religious values such as worship, the spirit of jihad, trust and sincerity, morals and discipline, example.

Abstract

Community empowerment efforts are a crucial strategy in improving environmental health in the midst of global challenges such as pollution, climate change, and ecosystem damage. Methods such as education, training, active participation, and collaboration between related parties, communities can gain the knowledge, skills, and awareness needed to maintain a healthy environment. The results of these empowerment activities include increased community participation in environmental decision-making, behavior change towards sustainable practices, development of environmentally friendly communities, and broader collaboration in solving environmental problems. In conclusion, community empowerment efforts not only provide benefits in improving environmental health, but also strengthen community capacity in contributing to overall sustainable development. Synergy between various parties is the key to achieving significant and sustainable changes in maintaining environmental health for a sustainable future.

Abstract

Pembelajaran IPS bukan merupakan mata pelajaran yang hanya mengutamakan hafalan. Namun, Mata Pelajaran IPS bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang fakta serta materi yang harus diingat dan diimplementasikan untuk menumbuhkan rasa sadar akan tanggung jawab dalam bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara. Untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran IPS tersebut diperlukan seperangkat rencana yang dijadikan sebagai elemen penting pedoman pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, memperhatikan elemen kurikulum pada setiap pada pelajaran merupakan kewajiban para pelaksana pembelajaran di Sekolah. Penelitian melalui studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi elemen kurikulum mata pelajaran IPS di tingkat Sekolah dasar, dengan tujuan artikel ini dapat menjadi sumber referensi elemen pokok kurikulum Mata Pelajaran IPS untuk tingkatan Sekolah Dasar. Studi pustaka dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang sesuai, kemudian dilakukan diskusi secara naratif. Hasil diskusi memastikan bahwa kurikulum IPS di tingkat Sekolah Dasar mencakup empat komponen yaitu tujuan, materi, strategi pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPS di Sekolah Dasar harus memperhatikan berbagai komponen tersebut yang dijabarkan pada aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran IPS. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar pembelajaran IPS di tingkat Sekolah Dasar mampu menciptakan warga negara yang baik, mampu berfikir kritis dan memecahkan masalah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the PinterPolitik.TV YouTube channel to strengthen students’ nationalism character in learning class XI history at SMAN 7 Banjarmasin. The research method used a quantitative approach and descriptive research. The sampling in this study used probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire. The reference for measuring the use of the PinterPolitik.TV YouTube channel uses Information Systems Success Theory as an indicator for the independent variable and the Character of Nationalism as an indicator for the dependent variable. Data collection was conducted by distributing physical questionnaires to 167 respondents. The results of research from 167 respondents on 26 statement items related to the effectiveness of using the PinterPolitik.TV YouTube channel on strengthening the character of student nationalism in learning history obtained a significance result of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. The total measurement of the effectiveness of using the PinterPolitik. TV YouTube channel on strengthening the character of student nationalism is 65.00%, which is included in the Success category.

Abstract

Aging brings several significant changes in a person's life, and one of the main challenges older people face is loneliness. Loneliness can have a profound impact on the mental and physical well-being of seniors, increasing the risk of mental illness, lowering quality of life, and even accelerating the aging process. This study aims to determine the relationship between family social support and loneliness in older people. The research approach used is a quantitative research approach with correlative descriptive. The population in this study was 42 more senior people, all of whom were elderly. The sample in this study was 42 older adults who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. In this study, the technique used was the total sampling technique. The results of statistical tests conducted with Chi-square obtained a p-value of 0.1000, informational support p-value of 0.758; reward support a p-value of 0.115, emotional support p-value of 0.767, instrumental support can be concluded that social support from family plays a vital role in influencing the level of loneliness in older people. Families that provide emotional, physical, and social support can help create a supportive environment, strengthen social bonds, and reduce the risk of loneliness in later stages

Abstract

The main problem of this research is how to apply Islamic business ethics in an effort to increase consumer confidence in the Ratu Glow skincare business. This type of research is a qualitative field study, with the research approach used being a normative theological and phenomenological approach. Then the primary data source for this research comes from Ratu Glow management and consumers who have used Ratu Glow skincare. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research reveal that the Ratu Glow skincare business has implemented Islamic business ethics in its business operations, both in the production aspect and in the marketing aspect. The forms of Islamic business ethics that have been applied to the production aspect of Ratu Glow's skincare business include the principle of monotheism, the principle of justice, the principle of freedom, the principle of responsibility and the principle of Ihsan. Meanwhile, the business ethics applied to the marketing aspect are honesty, trust, fathana, tabliq and tolerance.

Abstract

The background of the iron sellers in the riverbank is a human unit or group of people living in along the riverbank.  Their lives are dominated by river culture.  However, the life of the Bantaran Sungai community in Kuin Selatan Village, Banjarmasin, gives a different and very interesting nuance.  There are forms of economic activity in the area that indirectly do not influent in the river for the spring of life, but present a complete form of economic activity, both from production and distribution and consumption activities.  This is reflected in the economic activity of iron craftsmen. The points at this research were: (1.) To discover out what kinds of goods were made by iron sellers in Kuin Selatan Village, (2.) To find out the making, marketing and usage activities take out by iron sellers at Kuin Selatan Village, (3.) To discover out the ways of making iron by iron sellers. Descriptive qualitative method was used in the research to illustrate the economic activities of the riverbank groups in Kuin Selatan Village.  The person in this research were iron craftsmen.  The research instrument consisted of observation guides and interviews made by the researchers themselves.  The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.  Test the validity of the data using time triangulation, sources and data collection techniques.The conclusions appear that the interesting economic activity of the riverbank groups in Kuin Selatan Town was ironmonger.  Its economic activities contain: (1.) production activities, (2.) marketing activities, (3.) usage activities.  The making activities of the iron craftsmen are in the form of agricultural tools such as hoes, crowbars, machetes, sickles, and also in the form of household utensils such as frying pans, knives and panicles.  In addition, other products include bolts, drills, truck elbows, hinges, valves, drums and containers.  Distribution activities can be seen in the acquisition of raw materials and distribution of production results to consumers.  The form of distribution of goods is carried out directly or indirectly.  Obtaining nail materials indirectly through collectors, while the distribution of manufactured goods through agents.  The consumption activities of iron craftsmen are carried out directly, namely buyers come directly to the craftsmen to buy the goods they produce and indirectly, namely traders buy to be resold to the market to consumers. The conclusion reached by these iron sellers is that we can get to know the processing of iron goods which can be made into several kinds of tools to break down gold such as drums and valves for example, accompanied by activation of production, distribution and consumption

Abstract

Agricultural activities are synonymous with the physical strength of men compared to women. However, over time, women also have a role in agricultural activities. Therefore, it is necessary to learn about gender studies. Learning about gender can be found in the role of women in agricultural activities. The role of women in agricultural activities in Anjir Serapat Muara 1 Village can be used as an example of gender equality. This research aims to describe the role of women farmers in agricultural activities in Anjir Serapat Muara 1 Village. The method applied by the author in this research is a qualitative approach with the use of descriptive methods. The research location is Anjir Serapat Muara 1 Village, Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan Province with the subject of Anjir Serapat Muara 1 Village women. The research instrument here is the researcher himself with the use of observation data collection techniques about the role of women in agriculture, interviews, and documentation used in the form of village profile data archives and moments during research related to the role of women in agricultural activities. The results of this study state that the role of women in agricultural activities in Anjir Serapat Muara 1 Village is due to hereditary factors, namely because being a farmer in this village is used as the main livelihood because the village area is suitable for agriculture and business factors to improve the family economy, namely with the aim of helping to ease the burden on husbands or female farmers who act as heads of families caused by husbands who have died or have divorced.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the implementation of eastern (Indonesian) culture regarding the influence of globalization on students of Social Sciences Education FKIP Lambug Mangkurat University in Belawang Village, Belawang District, Barito Kuala Regency. The method used in this article is community service activities carried out on 07-10 August 2023 in Belawang Village, Belawang sub-district, Barito Kuala Regency, then using 1) problem discovery observation stages, planning stages and implementation stages; 2) presenting data in descriptive form; and 3) drawing conclusions based on activities so as to describe the research results systematically. In the results analysis section, the author uses safety engineering studies after fire incidents, apart from that, it is also supported by the results of interviews with victims of fire disasters. Service activities are carried out with two activities, namely Raising Funds from the academic community (lecturers, students and the community)

Abstract

A developed country can be said to prioritize education, arguing that without education a nation will not have the ability to manage to meet the needs of life. The role of an educator has a very important task, role, and position in the world of education. That is why, an educator must always develop his abilities. The method used in writing this article is a descriptive analysis technique with literature study. Collect articles, e-books, journals and other scientific literature obtained from the Google Scholar platform or also called Google Scholar and online e-book books. The creativity of an educator in using learning methods to increase student motivation in junior high school social studies / MTS lessons always tries to increase creativity. In a transdisciplinary or crossdisciplinary view, education must involve the development of human potential and humanity of a student. A learner must develop his personal life which concerns various aspects of personality with regard to social life, culture, religion, art, economy, science and technology as a human being. Education must also develop the human potential of a student such as concern for the environment, society, nation, state, human beings who can make themselves as agents of change in the welfare of community life and use discipline and transdiscipline as tools for the welfare of human life.
