Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze policy transformations and innovative programs in improving the quality of Islamic education through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Literature sources were obtained from reputable databases, namely Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar, with a limitation of publications from the last 10 years to ensure the relevance and actuality of the findings. The results of the analysis show that Islamic education has undergone significant development through the adoption of the Merdeka Curriculum, the digitization of learning, the strengthening of teachers' pedagogical competencies, and improvements in institutional governance. These transformations have contributed to improvements in learning quality and the effectiveness of education management. However, their implementation still faces obstacles, such as digital infrastructure inequality, suboptimal human resource readiness, cultural resistance, and a lack of conceptual models and long-term empirical evidence. The scientific contribution of this research lies in its latest mapping of the direction of transformation and gaps in Islamic education research. Its theoretical implications emphasize the need for a stronger conceptual framework to clarify the relationship between policy innovation, digitization, and improvements in the quality of Islamic education.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis transformasi kebijakan dan program inovatif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Abstract

Agrarian conflict in Indonesia is a pressing structural issue, as it involves unequal access to land between the state, corporations, and indigenous communities. This study aims to examine the dynamics of agrarian conflict and state hegemony in controlling agrarian resources, while analyzing the resulting ecological impacts. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach, analyzing various legal documents, reports from civil society organizations, and academic and media articles. The results of the study indicate that the state, through national strategic projects and the granting of concessions such as HGU, often ignores the customary rights of local communities, triggering social conflict and damaging the ecological order. This form of domination is reinforced by the weak recognition of customary law and minimal public participation in the formulation of agrarian policies. Ecologically, agrarian conflict has an impact on deforestation, land degradation, environmental pollution, and a sustainability crisis. The study's conclusions confirm that the state exercises hegemony in agrarian conflict in Indonesia through coercive and ideological power, which legitimizes land grabbing in the name of development. Case studies show a pattern of land acquisition without community consent, which causes social conflict and ecological damage, and marginalizes the role of local communities in decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to unravel the roots of discrimination in Indonesian education through the implementation of ethical policies, teacher ordinances, and illegal schools during the Dutch colonial period. These discriminatory patterns were designed to maintain power. For example, the teacher ordinances (1905, 1925, 1932) and the illegal schools emphasized colonial state control through restrictions and even the elimination of educational rights. This article uses a library method, drawing on sources from books, websites, and relevant journals accessed using Google search engines, Google Scholar, the Open Access Library, and others. Ethical politics, a policy intended to improve the welfare of the colonial population, in fact, gave rise to educational segregation between indigenous and European groups. The patterns of segregation, ideological control, and unequal access to education during the colonial period have resonance today, namely through disparities in quality, access, and central policy control over learning spaces for communities in remote areas. Understanding the roots of this discrimination can serve as a basis for collective reflection to build a more just, inclusive, and relevant education system to meet the needs of the times.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the application of the Group Investigation cooperative learning model in optimizing student motivation and learning outcomes on ratio material, as well as analyzing its contribution to mathematical reasoning skills. This study used a quantitative approach with a pre-test and post-test design involving 20 junior high school students in grade VII. Data were obtained through mathematical reasoning ability test, motivation questionnaire, and analysis of students' learning outcomes. The results showed an increase in the mean score from pre-test to post-test by -6.50 (p = 0.001) which reflects more uniform student learning outcomes. Regression analysis showed a very strong relationship between the independent variable (mathematical reasoning) and the dependent variable (motivation and learning outcomes) with an R value of 0.929 and R2 of 86.4%, indicating that motivation and learning outcomes explained most of the variation in reasoning ability. Specifically, the contribution of mathematical reasoning (X) to student learning outcomes (Y2) was 38.94% while the contribution of motivation (Y1) to mathematical reasoning reached 45.83%. In addition, regression analysis shows that motivation has a significant influence on mathematical reasoning ability, while learning outcomes have a positive but statistically insignificant influence. This finding indicates that the Group Investigation cooperative learning model is not only effective in improving student learning outcomes, but also has an important role in strengthening mathematical reasoning skills through increased motivation. Therefore, cooperative learning strategies that emphasize increased motivation need to be applied in mathematics learning to optimize students' analytical thinking skills.

Abstract

Suka Bersama Factory, located in Melayu Ulu Village, Banjar Regency, is one of the factories that process timber to make timber beam products as building materials. Along with the times and changing consumption patterns, more and more buildings are switching to using modern building materials such as concrete and steel, which reduces the use of wood in construction. This affects the sustainability of the wood processing industry, which needs to respond to the challenge of environmental sustainability. In this context, this study aims to understand how timber production is carried out at Suka Bersama Factory as well as the factors that influence production such as, capital, raw materials, machinery and equipment as well as the existing workforce at Suka Bersama Factory. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, which collects data through direct observation, interviews, and documentation. This research focuses on how timber production at the factory is carried out by timber production factors, such as capital, the use of raw materials sourced from sustainably managed forests, machinery and equipment, and labor. The results show that the timber production of Suka Bersama Factory is carried out systematically starting from the selection of raw materials for logs, processing using win machines, to the preparation of cooked goods or packaging of the final product. This process involves several important stages, namely the preparation stage, the processing stage, and the packaging stage.
