“Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kemampuan Berkomunikasi Guru Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas XI Di SMA Negeri 1 Kauditan.†Engelinda C Tuuk 20303023 Pendidikan adalah proses mengubah sikap dan tata cara seseorang atau kelompok orang dalam usaha mendewasakan manusia melalui upaya pengajaran dan pelatihan (Harsono 2011:162) Pendidikan mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan saat ini. Hal ini karena pendidikan merupakan wadah untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Sebagaimana pada pasal 1 Undang-undang RI Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang system pendidikan nasional (SISDIKNAS) dituliskan bahwa pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara(http://hukum.unsrat.ac.id/uu/uu_20_03.htm). Pada zaman sekarang ini banyak gangguan yang menyebabkan turunnya motivasi siswa dalam belajar. Gangguan tersebut tidak jauh dari lingkungan siswa itu sendiri, contohnya dalam keluarga dan di sekolah. Gangguan buruk yang ada dalam keluarga sangat mempengaruhi berkembangnya motivasi seorang siswa. Motivasi siswa pertama dibangun dalam keluarga, keluarga merupakan sarana untuk siswa agar termotivasi dalam belajar dengan berbagai dukungan positif yang ada dalam keluarga siswa dapat membangkitkan semangat yang ada dalam dirinya untuk berkarya dan belajar dalam meraih cita-citanya. Sedangkan pengaruh yang ada di sekolah yaitu kurangnya perhatian guru terhadap siswa sehingga siswa tidak dapat berkosentrasi dalam belajar dan pengaruh dari teman-teman yang ada di sekolah. Berdasarkan tinjauan dari fenomena di SMA Negeri 1 Kauditan masi ditemui siswa yang malas membuat tugas yang diberikan oleh guru kelas, saat dirumah hanya main HP, tidak suka belajar mandiri. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan motivasi belajar siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kauditan masih kurang. Di temui juga siswa yang memberikan keterangan masih ada guru yang mengajar di dalam kelas siswa tidak dapat memahami materi yang di ajarkan.

This study discusses the implementation of SWOT analysis as a strategic tool in education management to improve the quality and effectiveness of educational institutions. The main focus of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness, challenges, and best practices of the implementation of SWOT in the context of educational institutions in Indonesia. Through the literature study method, data is collected from various literature sources such as scientific journals, policy documents, and research reports. The results of the study show that SWOT analysis is able to provide a comprehensive overview of the internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) conditions of the institution, thus making it easier to formulate strategies based on real conditions. SWOT has been proven to encourage more adaptive, participatory, and data-driven strategic planning, as well as strengthen stakeholder involvement in the decision-making process. Nonetheless, the successful implementation of SWOT is highly dependent on data quality, managerial capacity, and the sustainability of follow-up from the analysis results. Challenges that often arise are subjectivity in assessment, lack of technical training, and limitations in integrating SWOT into the institution's long-term plan. This study contributes to strengthening the strategic management practice of education in Indonesia, as well as opening up space for further research on the integration of SWOT with other management models such as the Balanced Scorecard and quantitative analysis based on strategic matrices.

Education in Indonesia is the main foundation of national development and is now in the comprehensive transformation process. This research aims to analyse the dynamics of the strategic environment of national education by reviewing internal factors such as government policies, the quality of human resources, and infrastructure, as well as external factors such as globalisation, technological developments, and societal demands. The method used is a qualitative literature study with a thematic analysis approach to policy documents, scientific articles, and related institutional reports. The study results show that although policies such as Merdeka Belajar have been launched to improve the quality of education, challenges such as teacher quality inequality, limited infrastructure, and digital divide still hinder implementation in various regions. Globalisation and technology drive the importance of competency-based education in the 21st century, but it has not been fully accommodated in the existing system. The public's demand for more relevant and inclusive education also pressures policymakers. This research emphasizes the importance of holistic, adaptive, and evidence-based education reform to address the complexity of national education challenges in the future.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini di buat untuk membuktikan apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kesiapan belajar dan pengulangan materi pelajaran secara simultan dan parsial terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas Xl IPS SMA Negeri 2 Tondano. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier sederhana dan berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh membuktikan bahwa t hitung yang diperoleh 8,856 > t tabel 2,002 artinya 8,856 > 2,002 dan besarnya nilai signifikansi variabel bebas (kesiapan belajar dan pengulangan materi pelajaran) pada uji t adalah 0,001 atau < 0,05. Kesiapan belajar dan pengulangan materi pelajaran adalah prinsip belajar yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Dengan kesiapan belajar yang baik dan diikuti dengan materi yang berulang setiap harinya akan menghasilkan hasil belajar yang baik. Sehingga semakin baik kesiapan belajar dan semakin sering siswa mengulang materi siswa pelajaran, maka semakin tinggi capaian pembelajaran yang dicapai.. Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi, Kesiapan Belajar, Pengulangan Materi Pembelajaran ABSTRACT. This research was conducted to prove whether there is a significant influence between learning readiness and simultaneous and partial repetition of lesson material on the learning outcomes of economics subjects in class Xl IPS students at SMA Negeri 2 Tondano. The research method used is the survey method. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple and multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS. The research results obtained prove that the t count obtained is 8.856 > t table 2.002, meaning 8.856 > 2.002 and the significance value of the independent variables (readiness to learn and repetition of lesson material) in the t test is 0.001 or < 0.05. Readiness to learn and repetition of lesson material are learning principles that can influence student learning outcomes. Having good study readiness and following it up with repeated material every day will produce good learning results. So the better the readiness to learn and the more often students repeat lesson material, the higher the learning outcomes achieved Keywords: Economics Subject Learning Outcomes, Learning Readiness, Repetition of Learning Material

 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas XI jurusan perkantoran SMK N 1 Motoling Timur.metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi . Adapun analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah dengan rumus t-test yaitu separated varians. Hasil penelitian Dari hasil analisis data yang menggunakan statistic uji t nampak nilai thitung yakni sebesar 2,43 lebih besar dari tkriteria yang hanya sebesar 2,02 atau pada pengujian bahwa H0 di ditolak dan menerima HA dimana HA diterima karena nilai thitung yaitu 2,43 tidak beradi di antara -2,02 dengan -2,02. Hasil ini mengambarkan bahwa proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan model penbelajaran motivasi akan memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dari yang menggunakan metode ceramah hal ini dikarenakan model pembelajaran motivasi belajar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kritis siswa, serta membetuk cara berfikir siswa untuk membangkitkan minat siswa terhadap suatu materi yang disajikan sehingga siswa terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran dan hasilnya adalah hasil belajar siswa bisa meningkat. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar Dan Hasil Belajar   ABSTRACT This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of learning motivation on the learning outcomes of class XI archives subjects in the office department of SMK N 1 Motoling Timur. The research method used in this research is the experimental method. Data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is using the t-test formula, namely separated variance. Research results From the results of data analysis using the t test statistic, it appears that the tcount value is 2.43 which is greater than the tcriteria which is only 2.02 or in the test that H0 is rejected and HA is accepted where HA is accepted because the tcount value is 2.43, no is between -2.02 and -2.02. These results illustrate that the learning process carried out using the motivational learning model will provide better results than that using the lecture method. This is because the motivational learning model can improve students' critical abilities, as well as shape students' way of thinking to arouse students' interest in the material. presented so that students are actively involved in the learning process and the result is that student learning outcomes can improve. Abstrak Kelurahan Taratara terletak di bagian Barat Kota Tomohon. Kontribusi masyarakat Kelurahan Taratara di sektor pertanian cukup besar karena masyarakat di Kelurahan Taratara adalah salah satu pengembang padi terbesar di Kota Tomohon dan sebagian besar masyarakatnya bekerja sebagai petani bidang pertanian padi. Pendayagunaan sumber daya pertanian menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian sehingga sumber daya yang terbatas itu harus dialokasikan seefisien mungkin. Seperti diketahui sumber daya pertanian yang terdiri dari lahan, tenaga kerja, air, termasuk unsur-unsur yang terkandung didalamnya merupakan sumber daya yang utama untuk kelangsungan hidup manusia. Yang terjadi pada petani padi sawah di Taratara adalh fluktuasinya pendapatan dikarenakan proses pemasaran yang dipengaruhi juga harga jual produk. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode Kualitatif adalah sebuah penelitian ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk memahami suatu fenomena dalam kontak sosial secara alami. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Petani Padi  Abstract Taratara Village is located in the western part of Tomohon City. The contribution of the people of Taratara Village in the agricultural sector is quite large because the people in Taratara Village are one of the largest rice developers in Tomohon City and most of the people work as rice farmers. Utilizing agricultural resources is the key to increasing agricultural productivity so that limited resources must be allocated as efficiently as possible. As is known, agricultural resources consisting of land, labor, air, including the elements contained therein are the main resources for human survival. What happens to lowland rice farmers in Taratara is that their income increases due to the marketing process which also influences the selling price of the product. This study aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of class management in improving learning outcomes in Bhayangkari kindergarten and Bethlehem Tondano kindergarten. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a multi-site study model. The results of this study show that 1) Classroom management planning starts from school curriculum documents. 2) The implementation of classroom management in both schools is manifested in every learning activity. 3) The evaluation of class management In both schools departed from the results of the supervision of the principal, supervisor, teacher meetings, and was evident in the learning outcomes of students. 4) Good class management will make student learning outcomes increase and develop in a good direction as well. Medical education is an important aspect in developing a country's health system. However, there are still issues that need to be addressed, especially those related to gender and leadership within medical education. The aim of this research is to analyze gender issues and leadership effectiveness in medical education. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that gender issues in medical education reflect the imbalance that occurred when women first entered the medical field at the end of the 19th century. At that time, women focused more on the field of pediatrics because it was more accepted by societal norms at that time. As a result, history records that many early female physicians in the United States preferred to practice pediatric care and women's health. Meanwhile, in the context of leadership in medical education, the various leadership styles that are generally known are democratic, pacesetting, authoritative, affiliate, training and command styles.

The Indonesian government launched the Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) policy in 2020. This policy aims to provide greater autonomy to universities and students in designing learning that is innovative and in line with the needs of the times. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Merdeka Belajar system on student achievement in the medical education study program. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data was collected through surveys using questionnaires and literature studies. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using a regression test using the SPSS program. The research results show that there is a significant influence between the MBKM system on the achievement of students in the Medical Education study program. The group of students who took part in the MBKM program showed higher learning achievement compared to the group of students who did not take part in the MBKM program. This program provides students with the opportunity to learn and develop more optimally, thereby producing graduates who are more qualified and ready to face the challenges of an increasingly complex world of work.

Tujuan penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi tentang Kirikulum Merdeka pada Mata Pelajaran Seni Musik Fase E di SMA Negeri 8 Manado. Adapun tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah mengetahui : 1.Bagaimana perencanaan Kirikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran seni musik fase E di SMA Negeri 8 Manado? 2.Bagaimana pelaksanaan Kirikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran seni musik fase E di SMA Negeri 8 Manado? 3.Bagaimana monitoring Kirikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran seni musik fase E di SMA Negeri 8 Manado? 4.Bagaimana evaluasi Kirikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran seni musik fase E di SMA Negeri 8 Manado?. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu metode penelitian untuk membuat gambaran mengenai suatu situasi atau kejadian tertentu, melalui akumulasi data dasar belaka. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan, dimulai pada bulan Mei 2023 sampai bulan Agustus 2023. Penelitian tentang penerapan kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran seni music Fase E fokuskan pada SMA Negeri 8 Manado. Adapun pemilihan lokasi penelitian di SMA Negeri 8 Manado, didasarkan pada pertimbangan bahwa responder memberikan infolillasi maksimal terhadap masalah yang di teliti. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini dikelompokan menjadi dua bagian yakni: data utama dan data pendukung. Data utama diperoleh dari informan kunci yaitu pengawas sekolah, orang tua dan beberapa guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai “Penerapan Kirikulum Merdeka Pada Mata Pelajaran Seni Musik Fase E di SMA Negeri 8 Manado” maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Perencanaan Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran Seni Musik Fase E di SMA Negeri 8 Manado telah terlaksana dengan baik, dimulai dari persiapan guru Seni Musik Fase E dalam menerapkan pembelajaran yaitu mengikuti bimbingan dari sekolah dan menyusun perangkat pembelajaran. Setelah guru Seni Musik Fase E melakukan persiapan pembelajaran, selanjutnya guru Seni Musik Fase E melaksanakan pembelajarannya. Proses pembelajaran Seni Musik Fase E di SMA Negeri 8 Manado ini sama dengan pembelajaran lainnya yaitu terdiri dari kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup. Kemudian di luar pembelajaran, peserta didik melaksanakan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Seni Musik (P5).
