Abstract

Abstrak: Penalitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas secara spesifik bagaimana Lagu Sekapor Sireh yang sebenarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan musikologi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah narasumber yaitu Sukardiansyah dan Mas Karunia Utami ST. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik menguji keabsahan data yang digunakan berupa triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pada melodi vokal lagu Sekapor Sireh terdapat beberapa kali pengulangan harafiah, perbesaran nilai nada (augmentation of the value), dan sekuens turun. Bentuk lagu Sekapor Sireh yaitu berbentuk lagu 1 bagian dan makna yang terkandung dalam lagu Sekapor Sireh yaitu tanda kehormatan terhadap tamu yang dihormati, yang disajikan dengan upacara adat. keikhlasan dan kebersihan hati masyarakat Melayu dalam melayani tamu kehormatan, walaupun dengan keterbatasan yang dimiliki, tetapi tetap dilakukan yang terbaik untuk tamunya, dan menjalin silaturahmi dengan baik antar sesama manusia.   Kata Kunci: Musikologi, Sekapor Sireh, Kraton Amantubillah. Abstract: The study aims to determine explain specificly how lagu Sekapor Sireh actually. This research used descriptive with form of qualitative research. The research approach used musicology approarch. Data sources in this research are the interviewees that are Sukardiansyah and Mas Karunia Utami. The tehnique of data validity is triangulation. The result of this research is in vocal melody lagu Sekapor sireh included sometimes of literal repetition, augmentation of the value and down sekuens. The forms of lagu Sekapor Sireh formed of song one part and the meaning inside of lagu Sekapor Sireh are respectability symbol to the guest who regarded, that served with custom ceremony, sincerity, heart cleanliness Melayu people in serving of honor guest, although by the limitation that owned but regulary did the best for their guest and keep in touch good human each other. Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of class X students at SMA 3 Rambah Hilir. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of the use of the Means Ends Analysis (MEA) learning model on the learning outcomes of PPKn class X SMA 3 Rambah Hilir students. This study aims to determine the effect of using the Mean End Analysis (MEA) learning model on the learning outcomes of class X PPKn in SMA 3 Rambah Hilir. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were students of class X SMA 3 Rambah Hilir. The sampling technique used in this research was random sampling, where the classes taken in the study were X IPS 1 as the experimental class and X IPS 2 as the control class. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an effect of learning outcomes between students using the Mean End Analysis (MEA) model and conventional methods at SMA 3 Rambah Hilir. This can be seen from the results showing t count> t table or <t table (4.12> 2 , 01290) thus there is an effect of the Mean End Analysis (MEA) learning model on the learning outcomes of class X PPKn in SMA 3 Rambah Hilir. The amount of influence after being calculated by the gain test shows that the Mean End Analysis (MEA) learning model has an effect on learning outcomes of 0.16 which means it is in the "moderate" category where there is an increase in the average PPKn learning outcomes of the experimental class to 79.6 and an increase in the average. -the average learning outcomes of the control class became 57.11. It can be concluded that the use of the Mean End Analysis (MEA) learning model has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes in the subject of PPKn class X SMA 3 Rambah Hilir.Key Words: Mean End Analysis (MEA), Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa SD bidang studi IPA di tengah pandemi covid-19 dengan pembelajaran daring melalui praktikum berorientasikan lingkungan sekitar rumah. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian deskriptif, di mana kelas V SD Negeri 1 Tampaksiring sebagai subyek penelitian. Data motivasi belajar IPA siswa dikumpulkan dengan teknik non-tes menggunakan angket ssebanyak 30 item pernyataan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan skala likert dengan gradulasi penilaian, yaitu sangat baik (5), baik (4), kurang baik (3), tidak baik (2) dan sangat tidak baik (1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi belajar siswa SD pada bidang studi IPA secara keseluruhan berkreteria cukup baik. Dari 30 orang siswa SD kelas V, 8 orang siswa memiliki motivasi belajar IPA berkriteria baik dengan persentase 27% dan 22 orang siswa memiliki motivasi belajar IPA berkriteria cukup baik dengan persentase 73%.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of budget participation,budgettargetclarity, accounting control, reporting system, decentralisation,functional supervision and organisation culture to ward the localgovermentsfinancial performanceaccountability of Karanganyar.Testinghypothesis in this research use the regressionanalysis with ttest, Ftest anddeterminationcoeficient (R2). The population in this study is the structuralemployees of regional work unit in Karanganyar. The sampling method ismultistage sampling. Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the questions item of final exam semester on Mapel SD Matematika 1 subject based on validity, reliability, difficulty index and potential differentiator. This research was descriptive. The population of this research was the student’s answer sheet on their final exam semester of Mapel SD Matematika 1 subject. The sampling technique use was saturation sampling. The data research was descriptive analyzed. The results of this research were : 1) Each question item of final exam semester of Mapel SD Matematika 1 subject had validity value between 0,300-0,700 and classified high, 2) Reliability value 0,897 and classified high, 3) Difficulty index of each question was on interval 0,300-0,700 and classified medium and 4) potential differentiator of question number 1 dan 3 were fair and number 2, 4 and 5 were good.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss about teachers competence as well as solutions in giving teachers professional development program, especially in IR 4.0 era. Teachers are an important part in education system since they hold important role in increasing the quality of human resources. In addition, the demand on teachers professional development is also escalating in order to match the advance of technology, especially in Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0). Unfortunately, it was found that there are still a lot of problems faced by teachers. Those problems are related to how they do their teaching as well as improving their competence to fit the need of students who are mostly milennials generation. Some problems of teachers that are identified such as the low quality of teachers competence, abundant task ini composing teaching documents and administrative jobs, the difficult curriculum content that must be implemented and many more. One of the solutions offered is joining online teachers development programs available via social media. Another solution is improving pre-service teachers education.

Abstract

The behaviour and attitude are strongly influenced by somebody’s traits and chracteristic. Good behaviour of entrepreneur will lead to righteousness, safety and raise one’s dignity. This independence is the first stage to reach company’s economic healthy. The objective of this study is to identify and analysis the influence of entrepreneur’s behaviour to independence personality of Pasar Atjeh clothing merchants  by using minor personality type as variable which comprises of personal achieve, supersales person, real manager and expert idea generator. Data was gathered by interview, questionaire and study of documentation. Data was analysed by applying descriptive method and multiple linear regression. Data was processed statistically by using SPSS program verse 15.00 for windows to calculate F-test, T-test and determinant coefficient (R2). Purposive Sampling is used in this study as sampling technique.The result of this study shows that personal achiever, supersales person, real manager and expert idea generator has significant influence positively with the entrepreneur independence of Pasar Atjeh clothing merchant Banda Aceh.  With the value of determinant coefficient (R2 adjusted) is 0.654, the value of simultaneously F-test is 32,253 and significant at 0,000. Keywords: Entrepreneurship behavior, personality independence  and Aceh    Traditional Market

Abstract

This paper aims at investigating the language structure of the oath for engineers in the light of Systemic Functional Linguistics and examining how the oath is textualized to accomplish its roles and objectives as the guiding principle which sets the ideals and obligation of professional engineers. Hence, the main objective of this study is to identify the pattern of the text’s structure by analyzing its metafunctions comprising the textual, interpersonal, and ideational functions. The main data used in this study is the text of oath for engineers as subscribed by the members of professional engineers in USA and Canada. The results of data analysis showed that the text has special features characterizing the genre of oath and its purpose as indicated by 1) the predominance of declarative clauses, 2) the equal usage of marked and unmarked themes representing the setting and reaction phases in the text, 3) the typical form of zig-zag pattern of the thematic organization, and 4) the dominant use of material processes indicating that the text construes the world more in terms of action with engineers at its center, 5) the validity of proposition of the oath for the present time when the engineers subscribe to the oath and to the actual situation for the future time as indicated by the tense of the clauses in the text. Thus, unfolding the discourse of oath in English for engineering class is beneficial to increase learning interactions in which reading is treated as the focus of the teaching as well as enhancing students’ individual development as a part of character education.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yang tercermin dari keterampilan proses sains dan pemahaman konsep siswa tergolong rendah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis perbedaan keterampilan proses sains dan pemahaman konsep antara kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan Model Collaborative Teamwork Learning (MCTL) dan model pembelajaran konvensional (MPK), (2) menganalisis perbedaan keterampilan proses sains dan pemahaman konsep antara siswa yang memiliki gaya kognitif field independent (FI) dan gaya kognitif field dependent (FD), (3) menganalisis pengaruh interaksi antara MCTL dengan MPK terhadap keterampilan proses sains dan pemahaman konsep ditinjau dari gaya kognitif siswa. Penelitian ini tergolong eksperimen semu dengan rancangan post-test only control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas X semester 2 di SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Sampel diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan tes keterampilan proses sains, lembar observasi dan tes pemahaman konsep. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan MANOVA dua jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains dan pemahaman konsep fisika antara kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan MCTL dan MPK (F=24,282; p<0,05), (2) terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains dan pemahaman konsep fisika antara siswa yang memiliki gaya kognitif FI dan gaya kognitif FD (F=6,205; p<0,05), (3) terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan gaya kognitif terhadap keterampilan proses sains dan pemahaman konsep fisika siswa (F=3,890;p<0,05). Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pemilahan siswa yang akan mengikuti pembelajaran berdasarkan gaya kognitif yang dimiliki. The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze differences in science process skills and the concepts understanding of physics among the group of students who studied with MCTL and MPK, (2) to analyze differences in science process skills and the concepts understanding of physics among students who have a FI cognitive style and FD cognitive style, (3) to analyze the influence of the interaction between the MCTL with MPK to the science process skills and the concepts understanding of physics that is viewed from students cognitive styles. This study is considered quasi-experimental design with post-test only control group design. The research sample was from student of 2nd semester in grade X SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar, academic year 2012/2013. Samples were taken by simple random sampling technique. Data collected by the test of science process skills, observation sheets and test of concepts understanding. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and two way MANOVA. The results show (1) there is a difference between the science process skills and the concepts understanding of physics among the group of students who studied with MCTL and MPK (F = 24.282, p <0,05), (2) there is a difference between the science process skills and the concepts understanding of physics students who have FI cognitive style and FD cognitive style (F = 6.205, p <0.05), (3) there is an interaction effect between cognitive style and learning model for science process skills and the concepts understanding of physics students (F = 3.890, p <0.05). The implication of this research is the need for separation of students who will follow cognitive learning styles based on owned.
