Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of strategic management to improve the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Ihyaul Ulum Guntung. The main focus is on how planning, execution, and evaluation of managerial strategies are carried out by the madrasah to achieve quality education. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analysed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results show that strategic management is applied through the formulation of clear vision and mission, strengthening teachers' competencies, and optimising the role of the madrasah head as a leader. These strategies have a positive impact on discipline, academic achievement, and community participation in supporting madrasah activities. The findings emphasise the importance of planned and sustainable strategic management to enhance the quality of education, particularly in Islamic educational institutions aimed at building students' character and competencies.

Abstract

Improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions is a strategic challenge in the modern era that demands the integration of Islamic values with a professional management system. This study analyzes the application of strategic management in improving the quality of education at the Nurul Masyithoh Lumajang Foundation, one of the oldest women's Islamic educational institutions in East Java. A qualitative approach with a case study design was used, with data obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of foundation administrators, madrasah heads, teachers, and other related parties. The results of the study show that the foundation implements three main strategies: strengthening human resources through continuous training and coaching, developing a curriculum based on character and the values of Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah, and implementing a structured and participatory quality management system. The implementation of this strategy has been proven to improve the academic quality, discipline, and religious character of students. This research emphasizes that strategic management based on Islamic values is an effective instrument in maintaining the sustainability of the quality of Islamic educational institutions. These findings can be a conceptual model for the development of similar institutions in facing the challenges of globalization and modernization of education.

Abstract

Character education is the main foundation in building a generation of integrity in Indonesia. Through character education, students are not only given an understanding of moral values such as piety, faith, honesty, caring, and ethics, but also guided to embody them in daily behavior in accordance with the values of Pancasila. The subject of Civic Education (PKn) is a strategic vehicle in transforming character values to students, with the aim of forming democratic citizens with strong character. The implementation of character education through the subject of PKn in elementary schools has been carried out with careful planning by teachers, including the selection of character values to be developed and the integration of values in the introductory, core, and closing activities of learning. Assessment of the implementation of character education is carried out through three domains, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor, to ensure the success of character internalization in students. Amid the challenges of the era of globalization that erode morality, this study aims to analyze the implementation of civic education in shaping honest and responsible character in elementary school students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results revealed that the success of the implementation of civic education is determined by the integration of three main aspects: planning, implementation, and evaluation, which involve the principal, civics teachers, and students in ongoing synergy.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) program aims to provide training to the community for product innovation and MSME business development to increase sales value and local market competitiveness in Meninting Village, West Lombok Regency. The method for implementing the community service program is "training on product innovation and MSME business development to increase sales value and local market competitiveness in Kongok Hamlet, Meninting Village, Batu Layar District, West Lombok Regency" through: 1) Team formation or collaboration between lecturers and KKN students, and the Meninting village government. 2) Training activities in Kongok Hamlet, Meninting Village, involving the community or MSMEs, KKN students, and the village government. The results of the MSME product innovation training activity indicate that the training proceeded smoothly, with stages of material delivery and hands-on practice by participants or the community, particularly in packaging local products or fish pindang. The community appeared to be able to package the products but were hampered by inadequate packaging equipment

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to improve the hamlet as a form of community enthusiasm in welcoming Indonesian Independence Day on August 17th in Kongok Hamlet, Meninting Village, West Lombok Regency. The method for realizing community service activities is through: 1) Formation of the Committee for the Commemoration of the Indonesian Independence Day of Kongok Hamlet consisting of the Hamlet Head and RT/RW of Kongok Hamlet, Community Leaders, Lecturers and Students. 2) Implementation of community service for improving the hamlet and preparing for other 17th activities. The results of the community service program to improve the hamlet as a form of community enthusiasm in welcoming Indonesian Independence Day on August 17th in Kongok Hamlet, Meninting Village, Batu Layar District, West Lombok Regency were carried out through collaboration between lecturers, Community Service Program students, the hamlet government, and the local community. The hamlet improvement included painting the hamlet's perimeter walls, painting and improving the hamlet gate, and preparing and holding 17th August competitions to improve and foster community unity, such as tug-of-war, cracker-eating competitions, and competitions held at the village and sub-district levels. The series of activities carried out by the community were always busy and the level of community participation was high, so it can be said that the residents of Kongok Hamlet were very enthusiastic about the hamlet improvement in commemoration of the Indonesian Independence Day on August 17th

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Pade Pacu Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency, which has productive agricultural land but faces challenges in irrigation water distribution. The objective of this activity was to assist the Pade Pacu Water Users Farmers Association (P3A) in constructing a tertiary canal to improve the efficiency of water distribution to agricultural land. Implementation methods included site surveys, technical planning, canal construction, and management assistance. The results showed that the tertiary canal, 300 meters long and 0.4 meters wide at the base and 0.5 meters wide at the top, was able to improve water distribution to 20 hectares of rice fields. This activity also increased the participation and technical skills of Pade Pacu P3A members in managing the irrigation network.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjawab hipotesis bahwa latihan body weight berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan dan prestasi tolak peluru atlet PPLP NTB. Premis utama penelitian adalah bahwa tolakan dalam nomor tolak peluru membutuhkan kemampuan menghasilkan gaya besar dalam waktu singkat melalui koordinasi tungkai, batang tubuh, bahu, lengan, dan pergelangan tangan. Rendahnya power otot lengan berpotensi membatasi kecepatan pelepasan peluru sehingga jarak tolakan menjadi kurang optimal. Penelitian menggunakan desain pre-eksperimen one-group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh atlet tolak peluru PPLP NTB berjumlah empat orang, sehingga teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Perlakuan diberikan selama enam minggu dengan frekuensi tiga kali per minggu melalui latihan drop and catch push-up dan reactive floor push-up. Power otot lengan diukur menggunakan two hand medicine ball put, sedangkan prestasi tolak peluru diukur melalui jarak tolakan terbaik dari tiga kesempatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan rerata power otot lengan dari 4,39 m menjadi 4,80 m atau meningkat 9,40%. Prestasi tolak peluru meningkat dari rerata 10,06 m menjadi 10,12 m atau meningkat 0,60%. Berdasarkan analisis, nilai t-hitung power otot lengan sebesar 37,844 dan prestasi tolak peluru sebesar 5,505, keduanya lebih besar daripada t-tabel 2,353 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Dengan demikian, hipotesis alternatif diterima. Latihan body weight berbasis push-up eksplosif dapat menjadi alternatif latihan praktis untuk meningkatkan power lengan dan mendukung prestasi tolak peluru, meskipun peningkatan jarak tolakan perlu dioptimalkan melalui penguatan teknik, koordinasi rantai kinetik, dan program latihan yang lebih komprehensif. Kata Kunci: Power otot lengan; tolak peluru; push-up eksplosif; PPLP NTB.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran menjadi aspek penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan proses dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran penjas di sekolah, khususnya pada mata pelajaran senam lantai di tingkat sekolah menengah pertama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran direct instruction terhadap hasil belajar teknik dasar guling depan senam lantai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest postest. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes keterampilan senam lantai guling depan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan paired sample t-test. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah NW Lenek 1 Kecamatan Lenek Kabupaten Lombok Timur Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling maka didapat 24 siswa sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil perhitungan t berdasarkan rumus di atas adalah thitung yaitu 11,629 yang dibandingkan dengan ttabel pada taraf signifikan 5% pada derajat kebebasan n-1 (24-1-23) yaitu 1,714. Karena thitung > ttabel (11,629 > 1,714) maka hipotesis diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ada pengaruh yang signifikan Model Pembelajaran Direct Instruction Terhadap Hasil Belajar Tehnik Dasar Guling Depan Senam Lantai.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam penilitian ini adalah seringnya dijumpai pelatihan keterampilan teknik diberikan tanpa mempertimbangkan kesiapan kemampuan motorik atlet. Akibatnya, proses pembelajaran teknik menjadi kurang optimal, dan bahkan dapat meningkatkan risiko cedera. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara motor ability dan motor skills pada atlet bulutangkis di PB Surya Bhakti. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Subject penilitian ini adalah 22 atltet yang berada di PB Surya Bhakti. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, dan uji hipotesis. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes kelincahan, tes keseimbangan,tes kecepatan dan tes daya tahan kaki untuk motor ability sedangkan untuk motor skill yaitu tes servis pendek, tes servis panjang,tes lob,tes netting,dan tes fotwork.Uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa X1 dengan Y memiliki nilai signifikansi (p) > 0,05, yang berarti bahwa data yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini berdistribusi normal. Uji linieritas tersebut menunjukkan bahwa X1 dengan Y memiliki nilai signifikansi (p) > 0,05. Jadi, hubungan variabel bebas dengan variabel terikatnya yang ada pada penelitian ini dinyatakan linear. Uji hipotesis menyatakan adanya hubungan antara Motor Skills (X1) dengan Motor Ability (Y) didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,00 0,05 dan nilai r hitung 0,845 > 0,413 nilai r tabel, sehingga dihasilkan adanya hubungan yang bersifat signifikan. hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di PB Surya Bhakti didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat adanya hubungan antara Motor skill dan Motor ability pada atlet bulu tangkis PB Surya Bhakti. nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 dan nilai r hitung 0,845 > 0,413 nilai r tabel, sehingga dihasilkan adanya hubungan yang bersifat signifikan antara Motor skill dan Motor ability pada atlet bulu tangkis PB Surya Bhakti. Dengan tingkat hubungan antara Motor Skill dan Motor Ability pada atlet bulu tangkis PB Surya Bhakti adalah "sangat kuat".

Abstract

Research Aims: This study investigates how cognitive and affective mechanisms jointly shape impulse buying intentions in live e-commerce environments, using the Cognitive-Affective-Conative (CAC) model, with a focus on Southeast Asian consumers. Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative, cross-sectional survey was conducted with 430 respondents from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Data were gathered from participants with recent live-shopping experience on platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee Live. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using SmartPLS was employed to test the proposed relationships. Research Findings: Perceived authenticity and interactivity significantly influence emotional arousal and fear of missing out, which in turn predicted impulse buying intention. Emotional arousal emerged as the strongest direct and mediating predictor. All ten hypotheses were supported. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The study extends the CAC model to live e-commerce and demonstrates its robustness in collectivist, mobile-first Southeast Asian contexts. It distinguishes between arousal- and anxiety-based affective pathways, offering a refined perspective on digital impulse buying behaviour. Managerial Implications in the Southeast Asian Context: Strategies that enhance authenticity, facilitate real-time interaction, and tactically trigger emotional arousal and FOMO can significantly improve conversion rates in live commerce. Research Limitation & Implications: The cross-sectional design limits the ability to infer causality. Future research should incorporate experimental or longitudinal designs and explore differences among cultural subgroups.
