Abstract

Abstrak: Singkong merupakan komoditas pangan lokal yang melimpah di Lombok Utara, namun pemanfaatannya masih terbatas dan bernilai tambah rendah. Keterbatasan keterampilan dan inovasi pengolahan menyebabkan potensi singkong belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) ITB Asri di, Lombok Utara dalam mengembangkan diversifikasi produk olahan singkong sebagai upaya peningkatan kemandirian dan ekonomi lokal. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Community Empowerment melalui tahap perencanaan, edukasi, praktik produksi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan, dengan kenaikan pre-test dan post-test hingga 46% pada aspek produksi serta 26% pada aspek digital marketing. Beberapa produk unggulan seperti tepung mocaf, keripik singkong, dan brownies singkong berhasil dikembangkan dan diproduksi secara mandiri oleh KWT, didukung oleh pendampingan dalam pengemasan, branding, dan pemanfaatan pemasaran digital. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan, motivasi kewirausahaan, dan kapasitas ekonomi KWT, sehingga memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemanfaatan potensi lokal dan penguatan usaha berbasis pangan.Abstract: Cassava is a local food commodity abundant in North Lombok, but its utilization is still limited and has low added value. Limited skills and processing innovations mean that cassava's potential has not been optimally utilized. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of the ITB Asri Women's Farmers Group (KWT) in Berangan Hamlet, Kayangan Village, North Lombok in developing diversified cassava processed products as an effort to increase independence and the local economy. The implementation method uses a participatory community empowerment approach through the stages of planning, education, production practice, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in knowledge, with a pre-test and post-test increase of up to 46% in the production aspect and 26% in the digital marketing aspect. Several superior products such as mocaf flour, cassava chips, and cassava brownies were successfully developed and produced independently by the KWT, supported by mentoring in packaging, branding, and the use of digital marketing. Overall, this activity succeeded in increasing the skills, entrepreneurial motivation, and economic capacity of the KWT, thus having a positive impact on utilizing local potential and strengthening food-based businesses.

Abstract

This scoping review synthesizes contemporary evidence on how servant leadership shapes employee creativity through intertwined psychological and organizational mechanisms. Covering publications from 2010 to 2025, the study systematically mapped 2,467 records retrieved from Google Scholar and ScienceDirect, screened with Publish or Perish, and managed through Mendeley. A total of 27 studies met the PRISMA-ScR eligibility criteria. The analysis reveals that servant leadership enhances creative behavior through five recurrent pathways: heightened psychological safety, strengthened psychological empowerment, increased knowledge-sharing practices, deeper engagement in creative processes, and the presence of an innovation-supportive climate. These mechanisms operate within contextual boundaries shaped by factors such as creative self-efficacy, corporate social responsibility initiatives, organizational culture, and industrial settings. The findings are conceptually grounded in three dominant theoretical frameworks—Conservation of Resources Theory, Self-Determination Theory, and Social Learning Theory—which collectively illustrate how servant leaders cultivate psychological resources, intrinsic motivation, and prosocial modeling that stimulate creativity. Overall, the review indicates that servant leadership functions not merely as a moral orientation but as a managerial strategy capable of fostering sustainable creativity through reinforced psychological and social conditions within organizations.

Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education, particularly in academic writing, is growing rapidly and bringing both positive impacts and ethical challenges. On the one hand, AI can assist students in writing essays and scientific papers, but on the other hand, it has the potential to encourage dependence and unethical practices, especially in thesis writing. This study aims to identify the strategies implemented by lecturers in anticipating the unethical use of AI in students' academic writing. This study uses a quantitative approach involving six lecturers from Bumigora University as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analysed descriptively. The results show that lecturers implement various strategies, including providing guidance on the ethical use of AI, checking and evaluating students' writing, and providing education on academic integrity. These findings indicate that lecturers play a very important role in guiding the responsible use of AI so that this technology can support the learning process without neglecting ethical values and academic honesty.

Abstract

Films often represent masculinity as a social construction shaped and legitimized by state power. This study examines how the state produces and regulates various forms of masculinity in the film Seperti Dendam, Rindu Harus Dibayar Tuntas. Rather than portraying masculinity as a single and stable identity, the film challenges state-supported hegemonic masculinity by presenting masculine identities as diverse, fluid, and continuously negotiated within particular socio-political contexts. This research employs a multimodal discourse analysis approach to explore the relationship between state authority, gender ideology, and cinematic representation. The findings indicate that the state reinforces hegemonic masculinity through regulatory practices that reproduce patriarchal values and maintain social hierarchies. At the same time, the film opens spaces of resistance, especially for heterosexual men who do not fully conform to dominant masculine norms, enabling them to renegotiate their social position within the masculine order. Although the film was produced during the Reformasi era while narratively set in the Orde Baru period, it reflects a transitional moment in which masculinity is increasingly understood as contested and unstable. The boundaries of masculinity become more flexible, allowing the emergence of new forms of gender negotiation. This study demonstrates that cinema can critically interrogate state-constructed models of masculinity while offering alternative interpretations of masculine identity in post–Orde Baru Indonesian film.

Abstract

Creativity is a crucial competence in vocational education as the workplace increasingly requires adaptive and innovative graduates from Vocational High Schools (SMK). Project-Based Learning (PjBL) has been widely recognized as a relevant instructional approach for fostering creativity through contextual and authentic projects, although research findings on its role in SMK remain fragmented. This article aims to systematically map existing studies on the role of PjBL in developing students’ creativity in vocational high schools using a scoping review approach. The review followed the Arksey and O’Malley framework and PRISMA-ScR guidelines, with literature searches conducted in Google Scholar, DOAJ, ResearchGate, and SINTA databases covering publications from 2015 to 2025. The results indicate that PjBL consistently contributes positively to students’ creativity, including creative thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration, and the production of innovative products aligned with vocational fields. The effectiveness of PjBL implementation is influenced by contextual project design, teachers’ facilitative roles, availability of learning resources, and systemic school support. These findings highlight PjBL as a pedagogical approach that is highly relevant for fostering creativity in vocational education.

Abstract

Santri baru di lingkungan pesantren rentan mengalami stres akibat perubahan pola hidup, tuntutan kedisiplinan, serta tekanan akademik dan sosial yang intens, sehingga banyak di antaranya masih menggunakan mekanisme koping maladaptif pada masa awal adaptasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas pelatihan koping stres dalam meningkatkan mekanisme koping santri baru di Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Asy-Syahadah Surabaya. Kesenjangan penelitian terletak pada masih terbatasnya pelatihan koping stres yang terstruktur dan kontekstual yang secara khusus diterapkan pada santri baru perempuan pada fase transisi awal mondok. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kuasi eksperimen one group pretest posttest terhadap 13 santri baru perempuan melalui lima sesi pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan koping setelah intervensi diberikan. Skor rata-rata koping meningkat dari 52.46 pada pretest menjadi 74.31 pada posttest, yang mencerminkan perkembangan kemampuan santri dalam mengenali stresor dan menerapkan strategi koping adaptif. Sebelum pelatihan, mayoritas responden berada pada kategori koping maladaptif, sedangkan setelah pelatihan seluruh santri berada pada kategori koping adaptif (100%). Uji Paired Sample T-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.001 (p<0.05), yang menandakan perbedaan bermakna antara kondisi sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan koping stres efektif sebagai strategi preventif untuk mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis santri baru dan memperlancar proses adaptasi mereka di lingkungan pesantren
