Abstract

Thie main focus of this study is to find the impact of the influence of strategic leadership and servant leadership on competitive advantage mediated by strategic planning. Data were collected using the Google formular, and data processing software called SmartPLS was used. The results of this study are positive and significant, the variables of that strategic leadership has a significant effect on competitive advantage, meanwhile several variables that have no effect include strategic leadership has no effect on strategic planning, servant leadership has no effect on competitive advantage, strategic planning as a mediating variable has no significant effect on competitive advantage, strategic planning has no effect significantly to competitive advantage, servant leadership does not significantly influence strategic planning, strategic planning as a mediating variable does not significantly influence competitive advantage. Results of the mediation analysis reveal that strategic planning plays a role in the correlation between strategic leadership and servant leadership and has an impact on competitive advantage This research is expected to help manufacturing companies and employee performance.

Abstract

Satisfaction at work is an important role for the sustainability of an organization. In creating job satisfaction, organizations must pay attention to the quality of employees because satisfaction at work is one of the standards for employees who provide work and for the company where they work. The goal of this research is to determine the influence of work-life balance and work stress on job satisfaction with burnout as a mediating variable. This research used a quantitative method using Generation Z employees in the MM2100 manufacturing sector with a total of 96 respondents as the sample. This research was processed using SmartPLS data processing software and data collection was carried out using Google formulas. This research shows that there is a significant positive influence between work-life balance on the satisfaction of generation z employees in the MM2100 manufacturing sector, there is a positive and significant influence between work stress on the job satisfaction of generation z employees in the MM2100 manufacturing sector, there is a negative and significant influence There is a significant relationship between burnout and job satisfaction of generation z employees in the Manufacturing sector MM2100, there is a negative and significant influence between work-life balance and burnout, there is a negative and significant influence between work stress and burnout of generation z employees in the manufacturing sector MM2100, burnout can mediate work-life balance and work stress positively and significantly influence the job satisfaction of generation z employees in the MM2100 manufacturing sector. Job satisfaction has an impact on all activities within the company, so that it becomes an aspect that requires special attention from company management. Work-life balance has an influence on the job satisfaction of generation z employees in the MM2100 manufacturing sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh efisiensi biaya dan kualitas produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan data primer melalui survei untuk mengumpulkan data. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para konsumen dari produk mie gacoan, dengan jumlah responden yang menjadi sampel adalah 51 orang responden. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah purposive sampling, sedangkan metode pengolahan data menggunakan metode Corrected Item to Total Correlation untuk uji validitas dan metode Cronbach’s Alpha untuk uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 13 instrumen pertanyaan terkait efisiensi biaya, kualitas produk, dan Kepuasan konsumen dinyatakan valid dengan persentase signifikan sebesar 0,05 atau 5% dan dinyatakan konsisten/ reliabel dengan Cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0,819 > 0,60. Sedangkan 5 pertanyaan lainnya dinyatakan tidak valid.

Abstract

After Covid-19 that occurred in early 2020, the world of work has undergone dramatic changes over the past few decades. The technological revolution, especially the development of the internet and digital communication has made it possible for many employees to work from anywhere. Work that can be accessed anytime and anywhere results in many people having difficulty separating work from their personal lives. This can lead to an imbalance between work and life, where work becomes more dominating of an individual's time and attention. The purpose of this study is to create and develop an empirical conceptual model of how burnout and employee engagement can affect turnover intention with work-life balance being a mediating variable. The research method is a quantitative method with the distribution of questionnaires which are then processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The result of the study was Burnout has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Employee involvement has a positive but not significant influence on turnover intentions. Burnout has a negative but not significant effect on work-life balance. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance. Work-life balance has a negative but not significant effect on turnover intentions. Work-life balance cannot mediate burnout and employee engagement against turnover intentions.

Abstract

Based on the results of the study, Job Demand and Workload have a significant influence on Intention to Stay and Job Satisfaction, while Transformational Leadership does not show a significant influence. Job Satisfaction was also proven to mediate the relationship between Job Demand and Workload and Intention to Stay, but did not mediate the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Intention to Stay. These results show that job load and demands, as well as job satisfaction, play an important role in retaining employees, whereas transformational leadership does not exert a significant direct influence. This indicates the need to focus on workload management and job demands as well as increasing job satisfaction to retain employees.

Abstract

The era of globalization is an era that has very rapid progress because there are no restrictions in accessing information so that it makes agencies must be able to evaluate and review what can be done to advance the company and the agency. This is supported by increasingly sophisticated and developing technology, the development of the times will certainly be increasingly indulgent for everyone with various layers. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effects between servant leadership variables and job satisfaction mediated by trust on organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, the respondents were health workers at Sayang Cianjur Hospital with a population of 1,413 people with a sample of 93 samples. The analysis method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The results showed that servant leadership has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior, trust affects organizational citizenship behavior, servant leadership has no effect on trust, job satisfaction has an effect on trust, servant leadership mediated trust has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction mediated by trust affects organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh glass ceiling dan budaya organisasi terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis (business sustainability), dengan kreativitas sebagai variabel mediasi, pada industri fashion di Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) dan melibatkan 57 responden yang terdiri dari pemilik dan manajer bisnis fashion. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa glass ceiling secara signifikan memengaruhi kreativitas, tetapi tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis. Sebaliknya, budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kreativitas dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Kreativitas ditemukan memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan bisnis. Studi ini menyarankan pentingnya mengatasi hambatan glass ceiling dan menciptakan budaya organisasi yang inovatif untuk mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis di sektor fashion.

Abstract

Abstrak/AbstractDalam menghadapi era globalisasi, masyarakat Indonesia harus aktif dalam meningkatkan perekonomian rumah tangga, mengingat persaingan yang sangat ketat yang dihadapi masyarakat, baik dikarenakan sulitnya mencari pekerjaan, lokasi perumahan diubah menjadi kawasan industri. Pesatnya laju pertumbuhan populasi di perkotaan bisa menyebabkan masalah lingkungan, mulai dari konversi lahan hingga degradasi kualitas lingkungan akibat polusi dan sampah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan membangun perilaku masyarakat untuk menciptakan lingkungan bersih, sehat dan indah di Kelurahan Pasirsari, Kabupaten Bekasi melalui Program Urban Farming serta membantu pemerintah Republik Indonesia dalam rangka menjaga lingkungan bersih,sehat dan indah. Metode pengabdian akan menggunakan musyawarah, penyuluhan, dan praktek menanam sayuran. Sampah sebagai stimulus (S) bisa menyebabkan respon/ perilaku (R). Hubungan langsung antara S dan R, bisa digunakan untuk menjelaskan terbentuknya kebiasaan perilaku sehari-hari. Dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat melalui penyuluhan program penghijauan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi rumah tangga melalui urban farming ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat di Pasirsari sangat tertarik dengan konsep urban farming. Kata kunci : Perilaku masyarakat, lingkungan bersih, sehat dan indah, urban farming.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, bidang ekonomi kreatif ini diketahui sudah dikembangkan sejak tahun 2006 pada masa pemerintahan Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Hal tersebut kemudian terus berlanjut hingga saat ini di Indonesia (Madani, 2024). Salah satu yang perlu diperhatikan oleh UKM adalah kreativitas, sehingga konsep ekonomi kreatif, membutuhkan perhatian yang sangat ini menjadi salah satu yang perlu di fokuskan oleh UMKM. Bidang ekonomi kreatif yang menjadi perhatian pokok oleh seorang kreator dan inovator. Hadirnya ekonomi kreatif tidak hanya berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan inovasi dan segi kreativitas masyarakat saja, namun juga menjadi pembuka jalan untuk lapangan pekerjaan baru. Secara sederhana ekonomi kreatif merupakan pengembangan konsep ekonomi dengan penekanan pada kreativitas. Kreatifitas disini tidak hanya produksi saja, melainkan juga mencakup dalam pengunaan bahan baku, teknologi bahkan dalam etika bisnis juga perlu dilakukan. Semakin banyaknya inovasi dan kreativitas dari orang-orang yang membuka bisnis, maka akan semakin banyak juga produk-produk baru yang akan dihasilkan, dengan begitu maka semakin banyak juga tenaga kerja yang diperlukan dalam proses pembuatannya, hal ini menarik untuk diberikan pelatihan kepada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah tentang ekonomi kreatif untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualannya, dan hal ini diberikan pelatihan ke komunitas UMKM di daerah Tambun, Kab. Bekasi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar usaha mikro kecil dan menengah tetap sustain dalam era globalisasi. Metode yang dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, kerangka berpikir, mempersiapkan untuk membuat agenda pelatihan, pelatihan, sosialisasi, evaluasi tingkat pemahaman, evaluasi keberhasilan. Hasilnya adalah anggota komunitas UMKM setelah mengikuti pelatihan ekonomi kreatif, digital marketing dan etika bisnis dan profesi mampu dalam menghadapi persaingan yang kompetitif sehingga dapat tetap sustain di era globalisasi. Kesimpulannya adalah perlu adanya pelatihan yang terstruktur dengan baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi kreatif bagi komunitas UMKM di Kec. Tambun, Kab. Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work-life balance and green human resource practices on sustainability performance, with affective commitment as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on employees of Company XYZ located in Bekasi Regency. The respondents were employees of the company based in the Bekasi area. Since the total population was unknown, the sample size was determined using the Lemeshow formula with a 5% significance level, resulting in a sample size of 384 respondents. This study used primary data, which was collected through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 to test validity, reliability, and path coefficients. The results indicate that both work-life balance and green human resource practices significantly influence sustainability performance, both directly and indirectly through affective commitment. Specifically, af-fective commitment strengthens the relationship between green human resource practices and sustainability performance, while it weakens the relationship between work-life balance and sustainability performance. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing em-ployees’ emotional engagement to support sustainability initiatives in the workplace.
