Abstract

Menarche is menstruation which occurs first as a sign of maturity of a woman's reproductive organs. Menarche events that tend to be earlier, when children have not reached a maturity of mind coupled with a factor of lack of knowledge raise a variety of psychological responses to girls, namely anxiety. The purpose of this study was to describe the anxiety level of school-age children in the village when experiencing menarche. The design of this study used a cross-sectional approach, with a sample of 30 female students who had experienced menarche. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the majority of school-age children in the village experienced moderate anxiety. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that nurses need to carry out their role as educators zx and counselors by providing health education to school-age children, especially providing information regarding menarche, so that children are better prepared to face menarche, so as not to cause anxiety.ABSTRAKMenarche yaitu menstruasi yang terjadi pertama kali sebagai tanda kematangan alat reproduksi wanita. Kejadian menarche yang cenderung lebih awal, ketika anak belum mencapai kedewasaan pikiran ditambah dengan faktor kurangnya pengetahuan memunculkan bermacam respon psikologis pada anak perempuan yaitu ansietas. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat ansietas anak usia sekolah di desasaat mengalami menarche. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dengan jumlah sampel 30 siswi yang sudah mengalami menarche. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa mayoritas anak usia sekolah di desa menalami ansietas sedang (56,7%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan bahwa perawat perlu untuk melakukan perannya sebagai edukator dan konselor dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan pada anak usia sekolah terutama memberikan informasi terkait menarche, agar anak lebih siap dalam menghadapi menarche, sehingga tidak menimbulkan kecemasan.

Abstract

This study is aimed to examine the factors that influence the decision Muzakki to pay zakat maal. Factors affecting the cultural, motivation, regulation, and understanding of the zakah. Respondents were sampled in this study is the Muzakki who live in the city of Sabang. Total Respondents many as 150 people. The sample selection is done by using Slovin formula with convenience sampling method. Methods of data analysis are binary logit logistic regression. The results of this study showed that simultaneous culture, motivation, regulation, and an understanding of the zakah affect the decision Muzakki  to pay his zakah Maal. Partially, as whole independent variable, namely culture, motivation, regulation, and an understanding of zakah positive and significant effect on the decision for Muzakki to pay zakah maal. Keywords: culture, motivation, regulations, understanding of the zakah, and the decision Muzakki to pay zakah maal.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to study influence of profitability, financial leverage on dividend policy and its effect on stock price. Profitability is measured by ROA (X1), financial leverage is measured by DER (X2), dividend policy is measured by dividend payout ratio (Y) on stock price (Z) is measured with price per share when closed price. The population of this study is consume goods companies. This research uses 48 companies from  2007 to 2012 (pooled data). Sample selection applies sensus techniques and criteria thus obtained 8 companies. Analysis of data used is path analysis with SPSS program.            Keyword: Divident policy (Divident Payout Ratio), Stock price (closing price), Profitability (Return on Assets), and Financial leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio).

Abstract

Harm effect from UV light, both UV-A and UV-B is contributing as a disease trigger and has an impact on human health. To investigate the bioactive compound, antioxidant, and the potential of basil leaves as antiaging sources particularly as the tyrosinase inhibitor. This study used phytochemical screening for the bioactive compound, DPPH scavenging activity for antioxidant assay, and tyrosinase inhibition activity for the antiaging property. The phytochemical screening shows that the basil leaves extract has flavonoid, saponin, phenol, steroid, and alkaloid. The basil leaves extract has lower antioxidant activity (20.55 ± 0.04 μg/mL) compared with eugenol (2.44 ± 0.26 μg/mL) through DPPH scavenging activity. The basil leaves extract (35.59 ± 0.83 μg/mL) has lower antiaging activity particularly as antityrosinase activity compared with eugenol (10.87 ± 0.41 μg/mL). Our findings suggest that basil leaves can be used as an antioxidant and antiaging source, particularly as a tyrosinase inhibitor.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the mudharabah financing mechanism at Bank Muamalat Banda Aceh and whether the application of mudharabah accounting treatment at Bank Muamalat Banda Aceh is in accordance with PSAK 105. The research methodology used is a qualitative method using descriptive analysis techniques that provide an overview of the treatment mudharabah financing accounting at the Bank Muamalat Banda Aceh. The results of the analysis state that the accounting treatment of mudharabah financing at the Bank Muamalat Banda Aceh has been carried out well because the recording of transactions has been carried out in accordance with  Financial Accounting Standards. However, at the beginning of  the application of accounting, the recognition of the mudharabah contract was not regulated in PSAK 105. However, at that time the Bank Muamalat Banda Aceh recognized it first as an obligation because there had not yet been capital surrender to mudharib. In the application of accounting when recognition of purchases for acquisition prices is not regulated in PSAK 105. Bank Muamalat Banda Aceh recognizes it as an additional inventory. Mudharabah financing procedures at Bank Muamalat Banda Aceh are quite good and thorough so as to minimize the risk of financing. Starting from the request for financing, BI checking, decisions, realization, monitoring up to repayment to the bank as the owner of the funds

 This study is aimed to analyze the application of PSAK No. 102 about murabaha accounting system on shariah microfinance institutions Baitul Qiradh Afdal Lhokseumawe Regional. Thisstudy uses descriptive analyses method. Abstract

This study is aimed to investigate the influence of  productive zakat amount, mustahik productive age, and duration of mustahik enterprises towards the productivity of mustahik enterprises. The number of samples in this study are 38 mustahik who received productive zakat of Baitul Mal Banda Aceh and commited as small traders by using probability sampling technique with random sampling method and using the solvin formula.The data used are the secondary data which directly collected from Baitul Mal Banda Aceh office. To test the hipotesis this study used multiple regression analisys by using SPSS 23.The results of the study show that either simultaniously or partially, the productive zakat amount, mustahik productive age, and the duration of mustahik enterprises effect the productivity of mustahik enterprises. Keywords— Productive Zakat, Mustahik Productive Age, Duration of Mustahik Enterprises, and the Productivity of Mustahik Enterprises

Abstract

It is estimated that 6% of the US population suffer from diabetes with 15% of them experience diabetic foot. Several studies have explored the various benefits of sea cucumber for human being, including its antioxidant nature. This study aimed to investigate the effect of surf redfish, one species of the sea cucumbers, in diabetic wound healing. This was an animal experimental study performed at the Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical laboratory of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Tjut Nyak Dhien Medan, Indonesia, during the period of February- July 2019. Twenty five mice in diabetic condition were divided into five groups: control, standard, ethanol extract of surf redfish-1, ethanol extract of surf redfish-2, and ethanol extract of surf redfish-3 3. The surf redfish was obtained from Lamreh Village in Aceh and the ethanol was extracted using the maceration method. The parameters used for evaluating the efficacy of surf redfish ethanol extract were blood glucose level, length of wound incision, and histopathological features. Surf redfish extract presented a significant reduction of blood glucose level which that followed the increase in the dose of the ethanol extract (p-value <0.05) where the most significant reduction was seen in the group with the highest dose on the last day. This trend was also seen for the length of the wound, where the reduction was significantly higher in treatment groups when compared to control (p-value <0.05). The histological study also confirmed the improvement in the clinical appearance of wound by showing significantly increased fibroblast cell number and collagen density (p-value <0.05). Overall, the surf redfish can help better incision's wound healing in diabetic condition.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDaun senggani (Melastoma candidum D. Don.) mengandung flavonoid, triterpenoid, tanin, saponin, steroid, glikosida, dan fenolik yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan, antiinflamasi, dan bersifat antifungi, antivirus dan antibakteri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi ekstrak daun senggani (M. candidum D. Don.) yang memberikan efektivitas terbaik terhadap penyembuhan luka pasca pencabutan gigi pada tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus). Hasil ekstraksi daun senggani diformulasikan dalam bentuk salep dengan konsentrasi 1%, 3%, 5%, dan 10%. Hasil data rata-rata persentase kesembuhan luka yang terlihat dari diameter luka diuji secara statistik menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil analisis pada hari ke-5 menunjukkan salep ekstrak etanol daun senggani (M. candidum D. Don.) konsentrasi 10% memiliki efektivitas penyembuhan luka yaitu sekitar 2,96 mm (p>0,05). Hasil skrining fitokimia daun senggani menunjukkan adanya senyawa metabolit sekunder seperti tanin, saponin, flavonoid, streroid/triterpene, dan glikosida. Kata kunci: ekstrak; gel; luka gigi; Melastoma candidum D. Don.) contains flavonoid, triterpenoid, tanin, saponin, steroid, glicoside, and phenolic compound which use as antioxidant, antiinflamation, antifungus, antivirus, and antibacteria. This study aims to determine the concentration of senggani (M. candidum D. Don.) leaves extract which gives the best effectiveness on wound healing after tooth extraction in Rattus norvegicus. The results of senggani (M. candidum D. Don.) leaves extraction was formulated in the form of ointments with concentrations of 1%, 3%, 5%, and 10%. The results of the average data on the percentage of wound healing visible from the diameter of the wound were statistically tested using SPSS version 23. The results of the analysis on the day 5 showed the ointment of 10% ethanolic extract of senggani (M. candidum D. Don.) leaves  had an effective wound healing of about 2.96 mm (p> 0.05). Furthermore, the results of phytochemical screening are secondary metabolites such as tanins, saponins, flavonoids, streroids/triterpene and glycosides. Keywords: extract; gel; tooth wounds; Melastoma candidum D. Abstract

ABSTRAKDaun salam (Syzygium polyanthum) banyak digunakan sebagai obat tradisional untuk mengobati berbagai macam penyakit, salah satunya sebagai antimikroba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antimikroba dan konsentrasi efektif dari ekstrak daun salam (S. polyanthum) terhadap Pityrosporum ovale. Pengujian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial dan metode pengujian antijamur dengan metode disc diffusion. Data diolah dengan SPPS versi 23. Konsentrasi ekstrak daun salam (S. polyanthum) yang digunakan yakni 25%, 50%, 75%, dan 100%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya potensi antimikroba pada semua konsentrasi ekstrak daun salam (S. polyanthum) yang ditunjukkan dengan zona bening di sekitar paper disk. Zona bening terbesar adalah 18,2 mm dan 15,03 mm diperoleh dari ekstrak daun salam (S. polyanthum) dengan konsentrasi 100%. Kata kunci: antifungi; disc diffusion; Pityrosporum ovale; Syzygium polyanthum ABSTRACTEffectiveness of salam leaves (Syzygium polyanthum) extract against Pityrosporum ovaleBayleaf (Syzygium polyanthum) is a plant that is used as a traditional medicine to treat various diseases. One of them is as an antimicrobial. This study aims to determine the antimicrobial activity and effective concentration of bayleaf extract against P. ovale. This research use a factorial completely randomized design and the antifungal disc diffusion method. The data were processed using SPPS version 23. The bayleaf (S. polyanthum) extract concentrations are 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. The results showed the presence of antimicrobial potential in all concentration of bayleaf (S. polyanthum) extracts indicated by the clear zone around the paper disk. The largest clear zones were 18.2 mm and 15.03 mm obtained 100% bayleaf (S. polyanthum) extracts. Keywords: antifungus; disc diffusion; Pityrosporum ovale; Syzygium polyanthum
