Abstract

Changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic have a significant impact on pregnant women. Pregnant women need health education to increase knowledge. This study aims to determine the need for health education for pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive survey method with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 100 pregnant women respondents in Pekanbaru City which were taken based on criteria using accidental sampling technique. The analysis used is univariate analysis. There are 100 respondents with the majority of respondents aged 20-35 years (85%), with a high school education level (46%), and the majority of respondents' occupations are housewives (62%), The respondent's gestational age is in the second trimester (62%) and is a multigravida mother (55%), respondents need information related to meeting the nutritional needs of pregnant women in the new normal (73%), where the delivery will be used as a delivery facility (62%) , and choosing the right family planning to use after delivery (67%), the main sources of information for pregnant women in seeking health information during a pandemic are the internet (73%) and midwives (48%). The need for health education varies for each pregnant woman, so there are different preferences in seeking information.

Abstract

The welfare of the community is significant to create the distinguished human resources and able to compete in the world of work, as well as to keep up with the times, where human resources are required to be able to work in their respective fields. The employee’s welfare is also fundamental because the employees are the driving force for the corporation. By fulfilling of the employee’s rights, the morale in workplace will increase automatically, along with the output. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of the employee’s welfare towards his/her working performance at PT Citra Mahkota in Ella Hilir District, Melawi Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The employee’s performance is the achievement given by the employees to the corporation, either in the form of accomplishments or results. From the research conducted, the results show that the employee’s welfare affects their working performance. The results of this research show that 36% of economic welfare affects the employee’s performance of PT Citra Mahkota.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditulis bertujuan guna mengetahui pesan-pesan dakwah apa saja yang terkandung di dalam film Hafalan Shalat Delisa sehingga dapat teruraikan mengenai pesan-pesan dakwah yang ada di dalam film Hafalan Shalat Delisa. Pesan dakwah adalah segala sesuatu yang ditransmisikan dari sejarah kepada pemiliknya atau hal dakwah, yaitu segala sesuatu yang ada dalam ajaran yang ada dalam kitab dan sunnah rasul.. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini ialah apa saja pesan-pesan dakwah yang ada di dalam film Hafalan Shalat Delisa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif deskriptif, karena metode ini digunakan untuk mengkaji sesuatu yang bersifat deskriptif dalam mencari teori atau pengetahuan dalam suatu penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam film Hafalan Shalat Delisa mengandung beberapa pesan dakwah seperti pesan ibadah, pendidikan,dan akidah.

Abstract

This article discusses the existence of Islamic education towards moral development in the 5.0 era, which necessitates the existence of Islamic education to prevent moral degradation in society. For this reason, Islamic religious education is a necessity for cultivating the spiritual potential of every individual. The purpose of this article is to maintain the existence of Islamic religious education for moral development in the 5.0 era. The research results show that education is a conscious and planned effort to foster the spiritual needs of each individual in the 5.0 era. Likewise, Islamic education shapes individual morals through formal, informal, and non-formal education programs.

Abstract

The tourism sector plays a role in the economic development of Indonesia and serves as one of the sources of Regional Original Income. Generally, countries with potential coastal natural resources utilize maritime tourism as a tool to support their development, including in the Mentawai Islands Regency, West Sumatra Province. The tourism sector represents one of the economic development potentials in the Mentawai Islands Regency. Maritime tourism involves recreational activities conducted in marine or coastal areas, including beaches, islands, and oceanic regions, encompassing the surface, depths, and seabed. One of the potentials of maritime tourism destinations is the local wisdom specific to each region. Areas that adopt a community-based approach to the development of maritime tourism utilize social and cultural potentials as tools for its advancement. Therefore, this study focuses on the local wisdom of the Mentawai ethnic community on Siberut Island within the maritime tourism region. The research aims to identify, describe, and explain the local wisdom still applied in the daily lives of the indigenous Mentawai community on Siberut Island as a basis for the development of maritime tourism. The theory of local wisdom is used to analyze the forms of local wisdom. The research design falls under the non-experimental research design. Based on its nature, qualitative data is utilized in the study. From the discussion, it can be concluded that the South Siberut and Southwest Siberut sub-districts exhibit various forms of local wisdom. The forms of local wisdom include knowledge, technology, religious beliefs, culture, customs, and creative products of the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah harga dan citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian KosPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah harga dan citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Kosmetik Wasila di Kabupaten Majene. Dengan menggunakan metode SPSS Versi 25.0, terdapat 88 responden yang dijadikan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang ada pada kabupaten majene. jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada sampel penelitian. Analisi uji t digunakan untuk menguji dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian wasila kosmetik.(2) citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian wasila kosmetik. Dan analisis uji F digunakan untuk menguji harga dan citra merek. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga dan citra merek secara simultan berpengaruh tehadap keputusan pembelian wasila kosmetik kabupaten majene.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh eWOM dan Trust terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen pada Market Place Shopee di Kab. Majene. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif,dengan variabel independen eWOM dan Trust sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 70 responden. Terknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yaitu dengan menggunakan eWOM dan Trust sebagai variabel independen dan Keputusan Pembelian pada Market Place Shopee di Kab.Majene sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara simultan variabel eWOM dan Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Market Place Shopee di kab. Majene. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel eWOM tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Market Place Shopee di Kab. Majene dan variabel Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Market Place Shopee di Kab. Majene.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of word of mouth communication on purchasing decisions. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were consumers of the Warren Store in Palopo City who already bought based on word of mouth information with 30 respondents as a sample that randomly taken. Data obtained with a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. From the results of simple regression estimation, it can be seen that word of mouth communication has a positive and significantly correlated with purchasing decisions, so to encourage consumer purchasing decisions, the Warren Store should design and make sure the information has directly spread by former consumers with certain incentives through social media..

Abstract

This research explores the dynamics of trust in the succession process of a family business at The Icon. Employing descriptive qualitative methodology, the study delves into how trust is built and maintained through various stages of the succession process. The successor did not receive theoretical training but learned directly by observing their parents and the employees at The Icon. The mother of the successor played a crucial role in providing hands-on training, particularly in social media marketing. Every piece of content must be approved by her to maintain high standards and avoid misunderstandings that could damage the business's reputation. Additionally, she supervises the food photoshoots to ensure the menu presentations are aesthetically pleasing. The successor is also trained in food art classes to enhance their skills. The responsibility of ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues at The Icon is a significant part of the successor’s role. For instance, when a customer complained about cold food, the successor handled the situation professionally by offering a replacement and complimentary food. The findings suggest that the successor exhibits a high level of responsibility, working diligently to address and resolve challenges, thereby ensuring the continued success and reputation of The Icon.

Abstract

It is important to reexamine the enhancement of human resource professionalism, particularly in the field of education, specifically for academics. The aim of this research is to determine the application of human resource management in improving professionalism and the influencing factors related to the application of human resource management in enhancing the professionalism of teachers in the Majene regency, West Sulawesi. This qualitative study investigates a social phenomenon, utilizing initial observation, interviews, documentation, and drawing conclusions from the description of the human resource role. The research was conducted in several public high schools in the Majene regency, West Sulawesi. The research findings reveal that enhancing teacher professionalism requires training and enhancing the competencies of each individual involved in teaching activities. The implications of this research can provide insights to schools to offer training for every teacher, focusing on learning attitudes, skills, specific knowledge, and behaviors related to their profession
