Abstract

Buah senduduk merupakan salah satu jenis gulma yang bermanfaat. Buah, bunga dan daun pada tumbuhan ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai obat dan pewarna alami. Tumbuhan senduduk (Melastoma malabathricum L) tumbuh liar pada tempat-tempat yang mendapat cukup sinar matahari, seperti dilereng gunung, semak belukar, lapangan yang tidak terlalu gersang, atau tidak terlalu gersang, atau di daerah objek wisata sebagi tanaman hias dan dapat tumbuh sampai ketinggian 1.650 m diatas permukaan air laut . Antosianin pada daun miana sebagai salah satu potensi penghasil pigmen alami yang memiliki beberapa keuntungan yaitu: proses produksi yang relatif mudah, murah dan aman. Mudah dan murah karena bahannya selalu tersedia di alam dan melimpah, aman karena sifatnya non toksik dan dapat diekstraksi menggunakan bahan yang tidak berbahaya untuk kesehatan manusia maupun keseimbangan lingkungan alam . Formalin termasuk salah satu bahan tambahan pangan yang dilarang digunakan dalam makanan sesuai Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor : 1168/Menkes/Per/X/1999 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 722/Menkes/per/IX/1988 Tentang Bahan Tambahan Makanan. Meskipun sudah ada larangan dalam penggunaan formalin, sebagian pedagang masih menggunakan formalin karena rendahnya nilai jual, bahan yang mudah didapat, mudah dalam pengaplikasiannya dan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap bahaya formalin jika digunakan dalam jangka Panjang. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka digunakan pewarna alternatif untuk mendeteksi adanya formalin dalam makanan, yaitu antosianin dari ekstrak buah senduduk. Pada penelitian ini ingin dilakukan proses pembuatan kertas indikator untuk mendeteksi adanya formalin dalam makanan menggunakan antosianin dari ekstrak buah senduduk (Melastoma malabathricum L). Tahap penelitian Diawali dengan pengambilan sampel buah senduduk di daerah Kabupaten Aceh Besar, selanjutnya dilakukan preparasi sampel untuk menghasilkan ekstrak buah senduduk (Melastoma malabathricum L). Setelah didapatkan ekstrak, lalu direndam pada kertas indikator yang dibuat sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat dilakukan pengujian formalin terhadap makanan, dilakukan terhadap beberapa konsentrasi formalin dan dilakukan pengulangan 3 kali. Lalu dianalisa penyerapan warna yang terjadi.

Abstract

Ikan nila salin (O. niloticus) adalah strain dari ikan nila yang toleran terhadap perairan payau maupun laut dan mempunyai prospek yang cukup baik untuk dikembangkan karena rasa dagingnya yang enak sehingga digemari oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dosis MOL bonggol pisang yang di gunakan untuk fermentasi daun singkong sebagai pakan alternatif untuk pertumbuhan dan sintasan ikan nila salin (O. niloticus). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan dan pakan yang digunakan daun singkong yang difermentasi mol bonggol pisang dengan dosis yang berbeda, perlakuan A (kontrol) tepung daun singkong tanpa fermentasi,perlakuan B tepung daun singkong terfermentasi mol bonggol pisang 20ml, perlakuan  C tepung daun singkong terfermntasi mol bonggol pisang 30ml, perlakuan D tepung daun singkong trfermentasi mol bonggol pisang 40ml. Hasil terbaik yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ada pada perlakuan D dengan dosis mol bonggol pisang 40ml, dan berdasarkan hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pakan daun singkong terfermentasi MOL bonggol pisang memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata (P<0,05) terhadap laju pertumbuhan harian, namun kelangsungan hidup dari hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan tidak berbeda nyata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis Rhizopus oligosporus yang optimal sebagai dosis fermentor pada biji trembesi dalam pakan ikan untuk menunjang pertumbuhan dan sintasan ikan bandeng sehingga penggunaan biji trembesi dapat meningkatkan produksi ikan bandeng secara nasional. Penalitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan masing-masing diulang 3 kali. Adapun yang di uji adalah perlakuan A (tepung biji trembesi terfermentasi tanpa menggunakan Rhizopus oligosporus (kontrol)), B (tepung biji trembesi terfermentasi Rhizopus oligosporus 3 g/kg), C (tepung biji trembesi terfermentasi Rhizopus oligosporus 5 g/kg) dan D (tepung biji trembesi terfermentasi Rhizopus oligosporus 7 g/kg pakan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fermentasi biji trembesi menggunakan Rhizopus oligosporus dengan dosis yang berbeda berpengaruh nyata (p<0.05) terhadap pertumbuhan dan sintasan ikan bandeng. Uji lanjut menggunakan jarak berganda (Duncan) memperlihatkan adanya perbedaan antar perlakuan. Pertumbuhan mutlak selama penelitian tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan C (dosis Rhizopus oligosporus 5 g/kg) sebesar 2,60 g), disusul perlakuan D (dosis Rhizopus oligosporus 7 g/kg) 2,10 g, perlakuan B (dosis Rhizopus oligosporus 3 g/kg) 1,76 g, dan terendah perlakuan A (kontrol) 1,42 g. Sintasan tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan C (dosis Rhizopus oligosporus 5 g/kg) sebesar 80,00%, disusul perlakuan D (dosis Rhizopus oligosporus 7 g/kg) 73,33%, perlakuan B (dosis Rhizopus oligosporus 3 g/kg) 70,00%, dan perlakuan A (kontrol) dengan nilai 60,00%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pada kadar tepung biji trembesi terfermentasi Rhizopus oligosporus dengan dosis 5 g/kg dalam pakan mempu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan sintasan ikan bandeng.

Abstract

South Buton Regency has extraordinary natural potential to attract tourists from various regions. However, the tourism potential of South Buton Regency has not been fully optimised because local revenue from the tourism sector is still relatively low, and its competitiveness also needs to be increased to compete with other tourism areas in Indonesia. This study aims to identify strategic factors, which are strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats, and then formulate strategic priorities to increase the tourism sector's competitiveness in increasing local revenue in South Buton Regency. The results of the study indicate alternative strategies that can be considered, including sustainable ecotourism, partnerships with the private sector, infrastructure improvement, development of training programs, diversification of tourism products, crisis management, reducing dependency and developing partnerships.

Abstract

Osters are one of the image based learning media contain the lates innovations. This study aims to produce a poster design for oyster mushroom planting media with a mixture of banana stem waste in biology learning for clas x of high school. This study was conducted in februari – april 2025 at the naturallaboratory of biology education pmipa fkip, riau university. The design o this poster refers to the addie development model. At the analysis stag, an independent curiculum analysis was carried out on the biology material for calss x of high school issue by the ministry of education, culture, research and technology (kemendikbudristek). The analysis aims to determine atp and materials that the are suitable for use and made that are adjusted to learning objectives. The design stage is carried out by designing learning ecives and designing posters. The process of making poster media stars from compiling a framework with contents that the are made lengtwise with a4 paper size 29,5 x 21 cm. Based on the result of the analysis, design, and development, the result of the study can be used as one of the learning resources in the from of learning posters on the material on environmental chage and wase management for class x of high school, meeting 4.

Abstract

This study investigates the comparative effectiveness of three primary organizational structures—functional, product-based, and geographic—in facilitating global marketing strategies. Employing a qualitative methodology through in-depth case studies of six multinational corporations across the technology, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods sectors, the research highlights the nuanced interplay between organizational design and strategic marketing execution. Findings indicate that no single structure universally outperforms the others; rather, effectiveness is contingent upon specific contextual factors such as product complexity, market diversity, and the degree of global integration versus local responsiveness required. Functional structures tend to support centralized control and efficiency, while product-based structures enhance innovation and brand focus. Geographic structures, on the other hand, offer adaptability to regional market dynamics. The study underscores the importance of strategic alignment between organizational form and marketing objectives, suggesting that hybrid or flexible configurations may offer optimal outcomes in dynamic global environments. These insights provide actionable guidance for decision-makers in selecting or adapting organizational structures to better support international marketing efforts. Ultimately, the research contributes to a deeper understanding of how structural choices influence global competitiveness and responsiveness, offering a framework for organizational design that aligns with evolving market demands and strategic priorities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job insecurity and role ambiguity on employee performance with work engagement as an intervening variable at the Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS) Health, Langsa and Lhokseumawe Branch Offices. The number of respondents in this study was 120 employees at the BPJS Health, Langsa and Lhokseumawe Branch Offices. The data analysis method used was Partial Least Square with Smart PLS Software. The results of this study found that job insecurity did not have a significant effect on work engagement and employee performance, while role ambiguity had a negative and significant effect on work engagement and employee performance and work engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the mediation test found that work engagement was unable to mediate the relationship between job insecurity and employee performance, but work engagement was able to mediate the relationship between role ambiguity and employee performance partially (Partial Mediation)

Abstract

This research examines the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and innovation capability on the competitiveness of MSMEs and their impact on the marketing performance of MSMEs in Lhokseumawe City. The sample in this study was 133 active MSMEs and business owners. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using a data analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was operationalized with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) tool. The research results show that entrepreneurial orientation and innovation capability have a significant effect on competitiveness and marketing performance. And competitiveness has a direct effect on marketing performance. Then, in testing the indirect effect of competitiveness, it was found to act as a partial mediating variable in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and innovation capability on marketing performance. It is hoped that the results of this research will be important information for the government and MSME managers in Lhokseumawe City in order to create policies for the development of micro, small and medium enterprises.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Human Capital, Innovation Organizational Climate and Competence on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of North Aceh Regency. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires, while the sampling technique is census. So the sample in the research totaled 140. The analytical method used was a quantitative method with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) research model. The results of the research conclude that (1) Innovation Organizational Climate has an effect on competence (2) human capital has an effect on competence. (3) Competence influences employee performance. (4) Innovation Organizational Climate influences employee performance. (5) There is no influence of human capital on employee performance. (6) Competence partially mediates the relationship between the Innovation Organizational Climate variable and employee performance. (7) Competence partially mediates the relationship between human capital variables and employee performance. This means that the competency variable fully mediates the influence of the human capital variable on employee performance at the North Aceh Regional Secretariat, where previously human capital did not partially influence employee performance.

Abstract

The increase in Value Added Tax (VAT) from 11% to 12% implemented by the Indonesian government on January 1, 2025 presents both challenges and opportunities for the economy and equity investors. This research explores the impact of the policy on capital market dynamics and investment strategies. Through a qualitative approach, the research identifies declining consumer purchasing power as a key challenge affecting the profitability of the consumer and retail sectors and increasing market volatility. However, there are opportunities for investors through diversification into sectors that are more resilient to policy changes, such as technology and healthcare. The research also underscores the importance of more in-depth fundamental analysis to assess the impact of the VAT increase on projected corporate earnings. On the other hand, the government's efforts in maintaining economic stability through subsidies and effective policy communication are key to the successful implementation of this policy. The results of this study are expected to assist investors in devising adaptive strategies to deal with fiscal policy changes and capitalize on emerging long-term opportunities.
