Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi dari Implikasi Aplikasi EMIS dan SIMPATIKA terhadap Kualitas Administrasi Pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Mix Method (kuantitatif dan kualitatif). Sampel penelitian adalah operator madrasah, pendidik, dan tenaga kependidikan yang berjumlah 48 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner, dan pengumpulan dokumentasi yang dianalisis dengan analisis data korelasi product moment untuk data yang bersifat kuantitatif, dan analisis data Miles and Huberman untuk menganalisis data yang bersifat kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi dari implikasi aplikasi EMIS terhadap kualitas administrasi peserta didik dan aplikasi SIMPATIKA terhadap kualitas administrasi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan berdasarkan hasil analisis data senilai 0,984 dan 0,599 dengan kriteria masing-masing sangat kuat dan sedang. This research aims to determine the correlation of the implications of the EMIS 4.0 and SIMPATIKA applications on the quality of educational administration in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This type of research is Mix Method research (quantitative and qualitative). The research sample was 48 madrasah operators, educators and education staff. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires, and collecting documentation which was analyzed using product moment correlation data analysis for quantitative data, and Miles and Huberman data analysis for analyzing qualitative data. The research results show that there is a correlation between the implications of the EMIS application on the quality of student administration and the SIMPATIKA application on the administrative quality of educators and education staff based on the results of data analysis of 0.984 and 0.599 with very strong and moderate criteria respectively.

Abstract

Language curricula often fail to address the diverse cultural backgrounds of learners, which can impact engagement and the effectiveness of language acquisition. In multicultural learning environments, culturally responsive curricula are essential to creating inclusive education that respects and integrates learners’ unique cultural experiences. This research aims to explore the design and implementation of culturally responsive language curricula that enhance learner engagement and improve language proficiency by aligning educational content with students’ cultural contexts. A qualitative research approach was employed, involving case studies of five educational institutions with diverse student populations. Data were collected through interviews with educators, curriculum developers, and students, as well as through analysis of existing curricula. The study examined how culturally relevant content and teaching methods were incorporated into language courses and evaluated their impact on student motivation, participation, and proficiency. The analysis also identified key strategies for designing culturally responsive curricula. The results indicated that integrating learners’ cultural backgrounds into the curriculum significantly improved engagement and language proficiency. Educators reported higher levels of student participation and motivation when the content reflected learners’ cultural identities and real-life experiences. Additionally, students showed greater retention of language skills when cultural relevance was emphasized in the learning process.

Abstract

This research seeks to uncover the essence of humanist values embedded in two notable Indonesian literary works, Siti Nurbaya by Marah Rusli and Perahu Kertas by Dee Lestari, employing a hermeneutic framework. The investigation centers on four fundamental aspects of humanism: the pursuit of justice and resistance to oppression, expressions of love intertwined with sacrifice, the journey toward self-discovery and individual autonomy, and the bonds of solidarity and friendship. The hermeneutic method was selected for its capacity to provide profound interpretative insights, enabling a nuanced understanding of the texts while integrating their broader social and cultural underpinnings. The study reveals that Siti Nurbaya emphasizes themes of defiance against social inequities and patriarchal dominance, encapsulating the socio-political realities of the colonial period. Love and sacrifice in this novel are intricately woven into the fabric of profound social struggles. Conversely, Perahu Kertas offers a contemporary lens on the quest for self-identity and personal liberty, underscored by themes of solidarity and friendship that reflect the evolving dynamics of modern social interactions. Together, these works illustrate the shifting manifestation of humanist values in response to Indonesia's changing socio-cultural and historical landscapes. This research underscores the role of literature as a powerful vehicle for introspection and social commentary, capturing the complexities of human experiences. The insights gained from this study open avenues for deeper investigations into other literary works, offering opportunities to further expand the discourse on humanist values within the rich tapestry of Indonesian literary traditions.

Abstract

The development of technology in the digital era has brought significant transformation in various aspects of life, including education. Indonesian E-learning emerges as an innovative solution to support effective, flexible and inclusive learning. This platform allows students to learn anytime and anywhere, with various interactive features such as learning videos, quizzes and discussion forums. E-learning also provides opportunities for teachers to deliver materials creatively, increase student engagement, and facilitate the evaluation of learning outcomes. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of Indonesian e-learning in improving students' language competence, both in the aspects of reading, writing, listening, and speaking. With a qualitative descriptive analysis approach, the results show that the integrated use of e-learning can increase students' learning motivation, facilitate adaptive learning, and support the achievement of educational goals in the digitalization era.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the fine motor skills of kindergarten children through montage activities. The method used in this study is pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects in this study were children aged 5–6 years. The study involved all children, consisting of 8 children. In this study, all children participated in the pre-test to determine the initial condition of fine motor skills, then were given treatment using montage activities. A post-test was conducted to determine the final condition of the children before and after being given treatment. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and tests. The data obtained is in the form of scores and is then processed using statistical methods. The data analysis techniques used in this research are the normality test and the t-test. It is proven that montage activities affect children's fine motor skills based on the paired sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of technology-based learning innovations in community service programs aimed at improving education access in disadvantaged areas. Using a qualitative research approach, data were collected from educational practitioners, community leaders, and policymakers through in-depth interviews and document analysis. The findings reveal that digital learning tools, online platforms, and mobile-based education programs significantly enhance learning opportunities for marginalized communities. However, challenges such as digital literacy, infrastructure limitations, and funding remain substantial. The study underscores the necessity of a collaborative approach between governments, NGOs, and technology providers to ensure sustainable educational development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan strategi guru di UPT SPF SD se-Kompleks Bawakaraeng, peran guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan serta faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat peran guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di UPT SPF SD Bawakaraeng. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian lapangan (field research). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UPT SPF SD se-Kompleks Bawakaraeng Kecamatan Makassar Kota Makassar. Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama 3 bulan yaitu pada bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2023. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Dalam konteks UPT SPF SD se-Kompleks Bawakaraeng, guru diakui memiliki peran integral dalam membentuk karakter, memberikan pembelajaran, dan mendukung perkembangan siswa. Selain itu pendekatan kolaboratif dan dukungan antar. Keberhasilan mutu pendidikan di UPT SPF SD se-Kompleks Bawakaraeng juga tergantung pada partisipasi aktif guru dalam pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan strategis. (2) Langkah-langkah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui supervisi akademik dan manajerial yang sistematis. Kepala sekolah aktif dalam memantau aspek manajemen akademik dan administrasi, dengan fokus pada peningkatan profesionalisme guru, perbaikan fasilitas, dan hubungan dengan wali siswa. Kolaborasi antar berbagai pihak, seperti komite sekolah dan orang tua siswa. (3) Faktor pendukung antara lain kegiatan pengembangan diri, kerjasama antar guru, dan partisipasi orang tua serta masyarakat, Faktor Penghambat antara lain kurangnya waktu bagi guru serta motivasi karya yang rendah. This study aims to determine the role and strategy of teachers in UPT SPF SD se-Kompleks Bawakaraeng, the role of teachers in improving the quality of education as well as supporting and inhibiting factors of teachers' roles in improving the quality of education at UPT SPF SD Bawakaraeng. This research is classified as field research. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The location of this research was carried out at UPT SPF SD in the Bawakaraeng Complex, Makassar District, Makassar City. The research time was carried out for 3 months, from October to December 2023. The results of this study show (1) In the context of UPT SPF SD se-Kompleks Bawakaraeng, teachers are recognized as having an integral role in shaping character, providing learning, and supporting student development. In addition, a collaborative approach and intercollegiate support. The success of the quality of education in UPT SPF SD se-Kompleks Bawakaraeng also depends on the active participation of teachers in decision making and strategic planning. (2) Steps in improving the quality of education through systematic academic and managerial supervision. The principal is active in monitoring aspects of academic and administrative management, focusing on improving teacher professionalism, improving facilities, and relationships with student guardians. Collaboration between various parties, such as the school committee and parents. (3) Supporting factors include self-development activities, cooperation between teachers, and participation of parents and the community, inhibiting factors include lack of time for teachers and low work motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kompetensi guru di UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I, upaya guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa di UPT SPF Inpres Toddopuli I, motivasi siswa terhadap hasil belajar di UPT SPF Inpres Toddopuli I. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yakni penelitian yang berupaya memberikan gambaran tentang keadaan yang terjadi di lokasi U UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I beradarkan pada kondisi ilmiah objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I melibatkan empat dimensi utama: kompetensi pedagogic, kompetensi professional, kompetensi social dan kompetensi pribadi guru. Adapun upaya yang digunakan guru dalam meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran siswa dengan menggunakan strategi ekspositori, strategi inkuiri dan strategi afektif. Guru di UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I memahami kompleksitas motivasi sebagai dorongan internal dan eksternal, dan berkomitmen untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung pertumbuhan motivasi siswa. motivasi menjadi pilar penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan berdaya dorong. Pemberian motivasi dianggap sebagai upaya berkelanjutan untuk membentuk karakter dan ketekunan siswa, sehingga mereka dapat mencapai hasil belajar terbaiknya dalam perjalanan pendidikan mereka. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan upaya guru terhadap motivasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. This study aims to determine the competence of teachers at UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I, teacher efforts on student learning outcomes at UPT SPF Inpres Toddopuli I, student motivation towards learning outcomes at UPT SPF Inpres Toddopuli I. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research, which is research that seeks to provide an overview of the conditions that occur at the location of U UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I based on the scientific condition of the object research. The results showed that UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I involved four main dimensions: pedagogic competence, professional competence, social competence and personal competence of teachers. The efforts used by teachers in improving student learning outcomes by using expository strategies, inquiry strategies and affective strategies. Teachers at UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I understand the complexity of motivation as an internal and external drive, and are committed to creating a learning environment that supports the growth of student motivation. Motivation is an important pillar in creating a dynamic and encouraging learning environment. Providing motivation is considered as an ongoing effort to shape the character and perseverance of students, so that they can achieve their best learning outcomes in their educational journey. Thus, it can be concluded that teachers' efforts on motivation can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk menggambarkan implementasi pendidikan Karakter Peduli Lingkungan dan Gotong Royong di UPT SPF Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bulurokeng, Untuk menggambarkan faktor-faktor yang menjadi hambatan pelaksanaan implementasi pendidikan Karakter Peduli Lingkungan dan Gotong Royong di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bulurokeng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti menentukan sumber data menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Penelitian ini mengambil subjek sumber datanya adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa UPT SPF UPT SPF Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bulurokeng. Peneliti menggunakan alat bantu pedoman observasi dan wawancara untuk memudahkan mendapatkan data yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Setelah melakukan penelitian, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa Implementasi pendidikan Karakter Peduli Lingkungan dan Gotong Royong di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bulurokeng melalui : a) Pengembangan kurikulum sekolah, meliputi program pengembangan diri, pengintegrasian dalam mata pelajaran, dan budaya sekolah, b) Pengembangan proses pembelajaran, meliputi pengembangan proses pembelajaran kelas, sekolah dan luar sekolah, c) Pengembangan kesehatan sekolah, meliputi pemeliharaan ruang dan bangunan, pencahayaan dan ventilasi udara di ruang kelas, dan  fasilitas sanitasi sekolah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan implementasi pendidikan karakter Peduli Lingkungan dan Gotong Royong di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bulurokeng dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal berupa rendahnya pemahaman siswa mengenai kebersihan lingkungan. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yakni, fasilitas kurang memadai serta ketidaktegasan aturan yang dibuat oleh pihak sekolah. This study aims to describe the implementation of Caring for the Environment and Gotong Royong Character education at UPT SPF Bulurokeng State Elementary School, to describe the factors that become obstacles to the implementation of Caring for the Environment and Gotong Royong Character education at Bulurokeng State Elementary School. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Researchers determine data sources using snowball sampling techniques. This research took the subject of the data source is the principal, teachers, and students of UPT SPF UPT SPF Bulurokeng State Elementary School. Researchers used observation and interview guidelines to make it easier to get data that suits the research needs. After conducting the research, the researcher concluded that the Implementation of Environmental Care and Gotong Royong Character education at Bulurokeng State Elementary School through: a) Development of the school curriculum, including self-development programs, integration in subjects, and school culture, b) Development of the learning process, including the development of classroom, school and out-of-school learning processes, c) Development of school health, including maintenance of space and buildings, lighting and air ventilation in classrooms, and school sanitation facilities. Factors influencing the implementation of the implementation of environmental care and mutual cooperation character education at Bulurokeng State Elementary School are influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors include students' low understanding of environmental hygiene. While external factors, namely, inadequate facilities and the lack of assertiveness of the rules made by the school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan; (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran outing class terhadap penguasaan kosakata pada siswa kelas VI UPT SPF SD Negeri Bulurokeng Makassar dan (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran outing class terhadap keterampilan menulis karangan deskripsi pada siswa kelas VI UPT SPF SD Negeri Bulurokeng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan quasi eksperimental design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI UPT SPF SD Negeri Bulurokeng. Sampel Penelitian ini berjumlah 61 orang siswa yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen berjumlah 31 siswa dan kolompok kontrol berjumlah 30 siswa yang berasal siswa kelas VI UPT SPF SD Negeri Bulurokeng. Setelah melakukan penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa; (1) berdasarkan nilai-test t dari kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol dalam posttest diperoleh hasil lebih rendah dari a (0,000<0,05) dan derajat kebebasan adalah 29. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima dan tentu saja, hipotesis nol (H 0) ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh metode pembelajaran Outing Class terhadap kemampuan kosakata pada siswa kelas VI UPT SPF SD Negeri Bulurokeng dan (2) berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari posttest dari kedua kelompok diperoleh hasil lebih rendah dari a (0,001<0,05) dan derajat kebebasan adalah 29. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima dan hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan metode pembelajaran Outing Class terhadap keterampilan menulis karangan deskripsi pada siswa kelas VI UPT SPF SD Negeri Bulurokeng Makassar dalam kelompok eksperimen. The aims of this study; (1) to determine the effect of the outing class learning method on vocabulary mastery in class VI UPT SPF students at Bulurokeng State Elementary School, Makassar and (2) to determine the effect of the outing class learning method on descriptive essay writing skills in class VI UPT SPF students at Bulurokeng State Elementary School. The research method used is quantitative research using quasi experimental design. The population in this study were class VI UPT SPF students at Bulurokeng State Elementary School. The sample for this research consisted of 61 students who were divided into 2 groups, namely the experimental group of 31 students and the control group of 30 students who came from class VI UPT SPF students at Bulurokeng State Elementary School. After conducting research, researchers concluded that; (1) based on the t-test value of the experimental and control groups in the posttest, the results were lower than a (0.000<0.05) and the degrees of freedom were 29. This shows that the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted and of course the null hypothesis (H 0 ) rejected. This shows that the influence of the Outing Class learning method on vocabulary abilities in class VI students of UPT SPF SD Negeri Bulurokeng and (2) based on the results of data analysis from the posttest from both groups, the results obtained were lower than a (0.001<0.05) and degrees of freedom is 29. This shows that the alternative hypothesis (H 1) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. This shows that there is a significant influence of using the Outing Class learning method on descriptive essay writing skills in class VI UPT SPF students at SD Negeri Bulurokeng Makassar in the experimental group.
