Abstract

The technical support department or helpdesk department is a unit that requires a quick response in handling its tasks. The company's helpdesk team can consist of several individuals who know specific or specialized issues. Typically, technical problems are handled with an application that can track issues based on tickets. Ticket queue systems are used to facilitate control over the actions of the service or repair provided by the team. Helpdesk applications assist in addressing issues reported by users and then help upper-level management distribute tasks and monitor the helpdesk team's performance, including providing solutions to users' various problems. This research aims to predict the placement of fields that serve assistance based on the corpus users provide in the natural language. Prediction modelling is done using the Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine algorithms. The modelling results show that the accuracy rate of helpdesk service prediction with the Naïve Bayes algorithm reaches 82.06%, while the accuracy rate of prediction with the Support Vector Machine algorithm reaches 85.30%.

Abstract

Perkawinan beda agama di Indonesia, secara yuridis formal tidak diatur secara spesifik di dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan. Pasal 2 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 menjelaskan bahwa, perkawinan adalah sah, apabila dilakukan menurut hukum masing-masing agamanya dan kepercayaannya itu. Rumusan pasal ini, tidak menyatakan dengan jelas bahwa perkawinan beda agama dilarang atau dibolehkan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif, yaitu penelitian hukum yang mengkaji regulasi yang telah ada untuk menganalisis fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi dan bermunculan di masyarakat, sehingga dapat diketahui kesesuaiannya. Kemudian penelitian ini mendapatkan kesimpulansebagai berikut, yaitu kompetensi Pengadilan Negeri dalam memberikan izin perkawinan beda agama menuai pro dan kontra. Dari sisi pro, terdapat beberapa argumen yakni: 1) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan tidak menyebutkan secara jelas perihal perkawinan beda agama dan hanya mengakui perkawinan yang dilangsungkan berdasarkan agama dan kepercayaan yang sama; 2) Realitas menunjukkan di Indonesia masih banyak pasangan  yang melakukan perkawinan beda agama dengan berbagai cara baik melalui perkawinan adat atau bahkan melaksanakan perkawinan di negara lain yang memperbolehkan; 3) Perkawinan beda agama dapat dicatatkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia sebagai persyaratan formal administratif; dan 4) pencatatan kawin hanya bisa dilakukan jika kedua mempelai yang melakukan perkawinan beda agama mendapatkan izin dari Pengadilan Negeri melalui dispensasi nikah karena  PN menjadi satu-satunya instansi yang berwenang memberikan izin perkawinan beda agama sesuai dengan ketentuan dari Pasal 35 Huruf (a) Undang-Undang 23 Tahun 2006 dan yurisprudensi putusan Mahamah Agung No. 1400 K/Pdt/1986

Abstract

Money politics undermine democratic systems throughout the nation. Therefore, dealing with money politics is not enough for law enforcement alone, but also for all elements of society. The seriousness of the government and political parties in overcoming the problem of money politics can be done by means of political law. This study discusses political policy in money politics and political policy in money politics in the 2019 elections in the Banyumas district. The method in this study is a type of empirical normative research with descriptive qualitative methods and the research used in this research is descriptive-analytic. The research location of Banyumas Regency using purposive sampling method. The results showed; First, political policy in money politics in the 2019 Election in Banyumas Regency, political parties made several efforts in at least three things. 1) implementation the integrity pact and providing debriefing to cadres and legislative candidates. 2) all parties that consider only following the existing rules issued by KPU or Bawaslu institutions. 3) Related to the competency requirements of the more stringent legislative candidates, intellectuals, managerial skills, experience and morality are not all parties that require them. Second, the Legal Policy on Change and Political Policy in the 2019 Regional Election in Banyumas Regency, which is called the Regional Election has a strategy through Legal Policy, namely prevention of monetary policy level policies, judicial policies, transfer policies that have not been implemented can be realized

Abstract

Education development now demands struggle and hard work from all parties, especially in the world or the realm of early childhood education. Not a few education experts then offer formulas to maximize the talents and potential of these early childhoods. Early childhood development has not experienced much differentiation or even resistance. Children's lives at this age have unique characteristics, but simultaneously, they provoke the curiosity of all parties. The conception built from the mindset and attitude patterns of children aged 0-6 years (some say early age is children aged 0-8 years) also has its character. Not a few experts in the current field of psychology have tried to examine the dynamics of this early childhood. They compete with the thesis that providing education in early childhood is a significant period in building human resources. Because this period only comes once and cannot be repeated, early stimulation, one of which is education, is absolutely necessary.

Abstract

The competitive e-commerce market drives platforms like Shopee to understand the factors that influence users' purchasing decisions. Special events such as twin dates create their own opportunities and challenges. This study aims to analyse the impact of free shipping promos and customer reviews on the purchasing decisions of Shopee users in Bandung City during the twin dates event. Using Nonprobability Sampling technique and purposive sampling sub-technique, this study found that free shipping promos and customer reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The findings are expected to provide insights for Shopee and other e-commerce platforms in optimising their marketing strategies, increasing competitiveness, and responding more effectively to the growing demand from online consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of delivery speed and product condition on customer satisfaction using Regular Postal services from PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Bandung City. Data were collected through a survey of 100 regular post customers in the city. Data analysis using probability sampling techniques with the simple random sampling method shows that both delivery speed and product condition have a significant effect on Regular Post customer satisfaction. These findings indicate the importance of improvements in delivery service and product quality to increase customer satisfaction. The managerial implications of this study suggest that PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) should prioritise these aspects to improve customer satisfaction and maintain its position in the logistics market. Theoretically, this research makes an important contribution to the understanding of the factors that influence customer satisfaction in the context of courier services.

Abstract

Pembinaan berasal dari kata dasar “bina” yang mendapatkan awalan “pe” dan akhiran “an” yang memiliki arti perbuatan, atau cara. Jadi, pembinaan adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik. Akhlakul karimah memiliki keutamaan yaitu merupakan tujuan utamanya di utus Rasulallah SAW. Kepada umat manusia, orang yang memiliki akhlakul karimah merupakan orang yang paling di cintai Rasul dan paling dekat majelisnya dengan Rasulallah SAW., akhlakulkarimah merupakan amalan yang paling mulia, akhlakul karimah merupakan warisan para nabi dan salafusshalih. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field resears) bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahiu bagaimana pembinaan akhlakulkarimah terhadap siswa melalui gerakan kepanduan hizbul wathan di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Metro dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Dalam melakukan pembinaan akhlakul karimah terhadap siswa melalui gerakan kepanduan hizbul wathan di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Metro, yang di lakukan Hizbul Wathan SMK Muhammadiyah 3Metro yaitu menyusun stategi untuk pembinaan, melaksanakan program pembinaan serta menjadi motivator dengan cara saling menasehati serta memberikan teladan yang baik kepada siswa lainnya. dengan hal itu mereka memiliki faktor pendorong yang dapat memicu jalannya kegiatan mereka dan memiliki faktor penghambat yang dapat mengganggunya, akan tetapi mereka memiliki cara untuk menanggulangi faktor penghambat yang mereka miliki.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah merupakan organisasi keagamaan yang berkembang pesat seantero nusantara. Tak terkecuali wilayah kecil hasil program kolonisasi pemerintah Kolonial Belanda tahun 1936 yaitu Metro. Metro menjadi pusat awal berdiri, tumbuh dan perkembangnya persyarikatan Muhammadiyah, yang dimulai dari pembentukan ranting, cabang sampai terbentuknya PDM Lampung Tengah. Perkembangan gerakan tabligh Muhammadiyah dalam pembinaan keagamaan bersifat meneguhkan dan mencerahkan pada berbagai kelompok sosial yang luas sehingga Islam dihayati, dipahami, dan diamalkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta menjadi rahmatan lil-alamin ditengah dinamika masyarakat yang kompleks. Adapun yang menjadi rujukan dalam penelitian ini adalah masalah tentang bagaimana peran PDM Kota Metro melalui Majelis Tabligh terhadap aktivitas dakwah Islam di Kota Metro dan apa faktor yang menjadi penghambat dan pendukung dalam berdakwah. Guna mengungkapkan keberhasilan dakwah yang dilakukan oleh Majelis Tabligh, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan melakukan pengambilan data dengan cara melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai Peran Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Kota Metro, pesan dakwah yang dilakukan Majelis Tabligh Kota Metro adalah berupa materi materi agama yang disesuaikan oleh keilmuan dari penceramah itu sendiri. Biasanya materi yang disampaikan berupa Fiqih Kontemporer, Sirah Nabawi, Tafsir, Muamalah, Kemuhammadiyahan atau Tarjih, dan pembahasan terkait isu-isu yang terjadi saat ini, sehingga materi yang disampaikan tidak monoton sehingga membuat daya tarik tersendiri untuk para jama’ah. Dakwah yang dilakukan oleh Majelis Tabligh bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas umat Islam dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan Muhammadiyah dan umat yang kompeten dan konsisten dalam menegakkan amar ma’ruf nahi munkar.

Abstract

Background: Vihara has a very strategic role in society. Its roles are very diverse, in addition to being a place to seek inner peace or happiness and a place of worship to unify society to anticipate turmoil and a new social order. The purpose of community service is to explore the potential of Dharmaguna Avalokitesvara Vihara. Aims to increase the independence of temple operational costs through the Coffee roasting business. Method: The community service method uses the ABCD Asset-based community development approach at Dharmaguna Avalokitesvara Vihara. Result: The result of the dedication is education about modern Coffee processing, namely Coffee roasting processing, which can help temples and surrounding residents get better prices. The benefits received by the people and surrounding residents, as well as the general public, also benefit economically because the raw materials for Dharma café and Roastery are obtained from local residents. Conclusion: In addition, residents can also taste good quality Coffee from their own production. People and youth participate both as suppliers of production materials and participate in advertising Dharma Caffe and Roastery products as resellers.

Abstract

Program Study of Pancasila And Civic Education of Faculty Teacher Training and Education as Institution to product of teachers for Junior High School and Senior High School normal student. So that the logical consequence are lecturing, student task, and experience as long as normal student never about disabilities students  The existed of individual special need is not separated from  the society because they are have same rights for education. So that lecturer and the student of Program Study Pancasila And Civic Education have to understand and have experience of learning teaching for individual special need. Ni’matuzahroh and Nurhamida Yuni (2016: v) said the existed of individual special need never to separated from society because they have same rights of education with normal students. How the important of teaching learning process Pancasila and Civic Education for Special Student School is relevance with policy of Inclusive Education for all by Government. The aims of research are to know: (1) Lesson Plan of Teacher, (2) Teaching Learning Process, (3) Evaluation, and Problem of teaching learning process at class VII, VIII, IX. Methods in this research by qualitative approach with teacher as subject , Head Master and vice curriculum as informant. The data collection are questioner, observation, interview, and document. Data analysis by data reduction, data display, verification and conclusion with data validation. Based on Lesson Plan made of teacher is not Pancasila and Civic Education but integrated by Thematic Lesson. The teaching learning process by scientific approach and class teacher. The scenario of leaching learning process are start with observation, question, try, association, communication, and finished by to stare. The learning evaluation used technique: (1) Attitude by observer and self evaluation, (2) Knowledge by oral test and write test using Reading Text with same questions, and (3) Skill by performance and works product. Problems faced in teaching learning process are difficulties concentration, easy offended, easy hungry, and easy boring. Thematic Lesson Plan  in general application for lower class in elementary school. By thematic lesson, the teacher can help the student with fisical. mental, and cognitive disorders. Beside that small class group, the teachers can give attention as long as individual special need. Karen and Wilson (2012) said the teacher inclusive education has to give the student general ability, basic ability, and specific ability.
